激光等离子体受激Raman散射光谱的时间分辨测量   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
采用光学多道谱仪和光学条纹相机耦合,组成时间分辨的Raman散射光谱测量系统,可实现0.5nm的光谱分辨和好于10ps的时间分辨。采用该测量系统,在神光Ⅱ装置上开展了脉宽1ns、波长351nm的激光与两种不同尺寸柱腔靶相互作用的物理实验,获得了时间分辨的SRS光谱实验结果。研究表明,SRS光谱在时间上相对于入射激光有一定的延迟,腔靶尺寸减小时,延迟时间随之减小。通过长、短波截止波长分析电子密度方法,计算得出了Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型腔靶SRS散射光最短波长光谱发生的密度区分别为0.069nc和0.027nc。  相似文献

研究了对BC501A液体闪烁体对γ射线的光输出响应特性。实验上利用γ放射源(60Co,137Cs)测量了不同光电倍增管高压下,尺寸为Φ5.08 cm×5.08 cm的BC501A液体闪烁体探测器的脉冲幅度谱。利用Geant4软件进行模拟,计算结果与实验数据很好地符合,得到了能量分辨函数及能量刻度曲线。利用Geant4研究了BC501A的脉冲幅度谱的康普顿边缘Ec、康普顿峰Emax及康普顿半高点E1/2与能量分辨率的关系。同时模拟结果显示,随γ射线能量(0.2~3 Me V)的增加,康普顿边缘位置Nc/Nmax从0.8至0.7线性减少。  相似文献

利用Nd∶YAG激光器输出的1 064 nm激光在大气压环境中产生了Ar等离子体,测量了Ar等离子体的发射光谱,从Ar等离子体发射光谱中筛选出了来自Ar Ⅰ和Ar Ⅱ 15个上能级的35条跃迁谱线,基于分支比方法计算了光谱仪的辐射强度响应效率标定系数。此外,利用氘灯和卤钨灯标准光源,对光谱仪辐射强度响应效率进行了标定,得到了针对不同光栅的光谱仪的辐射效率标定系数。用分支比方法获得的辐射强度响应效率标定系数与标准光源得到辐射强度响应效率标定系数具有较好的一致性,其最大相对误差为5.4%。该研究的标定方法可以为一些大型聚变装置的光谱测量的在线标定提供借鉴和参考。  相似文献

利用旋涂法,通过接枝共聚方法制备具有偶氮侧基的聚氨酯高分子聚合物薄膜。利用二倍频YAG激光(532nm)作为激发光,白光光源作为参考光,在室温下测试了该薄膜在激发光作用前后的吸收光谱,发现该薄膜在430一530nm内有较强的吸收。最后给出激发光强度的增大和撤去激发光后,随着无光照时间的延长,380nm与520nm波长处吸收强度的变化趋势。  相似文献

针对光场深度估计过程中数据量大、边缘处深度估计结果不准确问题,利用压缩感知原理重建光场,提出一种新的多信息融合的光场图像深度估计算法。利用压缩感知重建算法重建5×5视角光场数据,获取光场数据后首先移动子孔径实现重聚焦,然后利用角度像素块散焦线索和匹配线索计算出场景初始深度和置信度。计算图像边缘信息,通过融合初始深度、置信度、边缘信息获取最终深度。实现压缩光场仿真重建,并对仿真光场数据和公开光场数据进行深度估计,实验结果表明:可以仿真重建出5×5视角光场数据,且仿真重建的光场可用于深度估计。该深度估计算法在场景边缘处的深度估计结果边界清晰,层次分明,验证了重建光场深度估计的可行性与准确性。  相似文献

具有柔性关节的轻型机械臂因其自重轻、响应迅速、操作灵活等优点,取得了广泛应用。针对具有柔性关节的机械臂系统的关节空间轨迹跟踪控制系统动力学参数不精确的问题,提出一种结合滑膜变结构设计的自适应控制器算法。通过自适应控制的思想对系统动力学参数进行在线辨识,并采用Lyapunov方法证明了闭环系统的稳定性。仿真结果表明,该控制策略保证了机械臂系统对期望轨迹的快速跟踪,具有良好的跟踪精度,系统具有稳定性。  相似文献

The non-linear response of fluorescein-doped boric acid glass was probed using the Z-scan technique. A striking contrast was observed in its non-linear transmission characteristics at different argon-ion laser wavelengths. The non-linear transmission characteristics exhibit strong saturation behaviour at 457.9nm whilst at 476.5nm and 488.0nm the response is dominated by intense excited state absorption. The experimental observations are explained using the four-level saturable absorber model. The excited state absorption cross-section, saturation intensity, light induced absorption and refraction changes have been determined along with the sign of the non-linearity at various argon laser wavelengths. The optical limiting characteristics of fluorescein at 476.5 nm and 457.9 nm are also reported. The behaviour of the sample was in agreement with the Z-scan observations. Silicone elastomer composites containing multiwalled carbon nanotubes have been irradiated with near-infrared light to study their mechanical actuation response. We show that the speed of the stimulated response is faster than Debye relaxation, instead following a compressed-exponential law. However, the relaxation after switching off the light source follows the simple-exponential relaxation, as does the stimulated response at very low nanotube concentration. We discuss possible models and explanations to account for the fast photomechanical response.  相似文献

公路交通基础建设的不断发展和车辆管理体制的不断完善,为以视觉监控为基础的智能交通系统的实际应用打下了良好基础。在智能交通系统中,车牌自动识别系统是一个非常重要的发展方向。由于对车辆的监控是全天候的,车牌识别系统必须满足这种工作要求。在监控过程中存在自然光线不足的情况(夜晚,阴雨天等),也就是存在逆光环境中对车牌的识别问题,这样就需要补偿光源。目前大多采用大功率泛光灯作补偿光源。由于泛光灯自身的特点,使效果不能达到理想。文章从汽车车灯的光谱及人眼的光谱光视效率曲线等方面详细分析了逆光条件下车牌识别中补偿光源的选取。并经实验证明此选取方法具有很好的效果。  相似文献

An optically addressed parallel-aligned nematic-liquid-crystal spatial light modulator (PAL-SLM) has been studied as a dynamic phase-only modulation device. A computer control feature of the spatial light modulator is strongly desired for practical applications. For those demands, an electrically-addressable phase-only spatial light modulator has been developed to combine a liquid crystal display (LCD) with a PAL-SLM (LCD-coupled PAL-SLM) and its performance has been reported. However, a temporal characteristic especially two-dimensional (2D) response has not been discussed before. In this paper, 2D response analysis system has been constructed by using a high-speed complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor (CMOS) camera (1000 frames/sec) and the 2D-modulation characteristic of the LCD-coupled PAL-SLM has been observed. As a result, the LCD has a spatially non-uniform modulation characteristic due to a scanning addressing. It has the potential to cause problems in high speed switching for a computer generated hologram. On the other hand, the spatial non-uniformity has not been observed with the LCD-coupled PAL-SLM.  相似文献

紫外探测技术足继激光和红外探测技术之后发展起来的又一军民两用光电探测技术,在普通探测器件光敏面镀上将紫外波段的光转化为可见波段的光的变频薄膜是增强光电探测器紫外响应的主要技术.文章用"旋涂法"制备成像器件紫外增强薄膜.在对紫外增强薄膜的量子转化效率进行测量分析的实验过程中用SP1702紫外可见光栅光谱仪对薄膜的紫外变频效率进行分析,在激发光源为260和280nm时变频薄膜的发射光谱在520和560 nm附近有较明显的波峰.结合光栅光谱仪的工作原理,对该现象进行了理论分析,得出520和560 nm附近的波峰并非变频薄膜受激发发出的光波,而是光谱测量中产生的倍波现象.从分离重级光谱的角度没计了光谱分级器,以消除光谱测鼍中倍波现象的影响.  相似文献

We present a simple technique for measuring coherence times for stationary light fields using a single detector with tunable time resolution. By measuring the equal-time second-order correlation function at varying instrument response functions it is possible to determine the coherence time and also the shape of the temporal decay without the need to record time-resolved data. The technique is demonstrated for pseudothermal light. Possible applications for dynamic light scattering and photon statistics measurements are discussed.  相似文献

Optical anisotropy of the periodical array of quantum wires embedded in a semiconductor microcavity is shown to result in polarization-dependent vacuum-field Rabi-splitting and a triple-anticrossing shape of the exciton–polariton dispersion curves. Both effects originate from the resonant diffraction of light at the grating of quantum wires. The calculation has been done within the nonlocal dielectric response theory and using the 4 × 4 transfer matrix technique.  相似文献

 介绍了天津ⅢX光胶片在北京同步辐射源3W1B装置上进行绝对响应标定的一种实验方法。实验中采用快门控制曝光时间,标准探测器记录积分光强,从而得到胶片接收到的绝对光强,并用黑密度计扫描胶片得到光学黑密度。数据处理中通过对快门响应的标定和对光源分布不均匀性的处理来减小光强的不确定度。实验得到了胶片在1 keV和1.5 keV两个能点绝对光强与黑密度之间的绝对响应实验数据,并用Henke的理论公式拟合得到绝对响应曲线。  相似文献

基于阿贝成像理论对数字全息波面重建系统进行研究. 结果表明,利用成像系统对物光场进行变换,可以让物光场的高频角谱分量到达电荷耦合器件(CCD)探测器.为研究重建物光场质量,导出了CCD在光学系统后任意位置波面重建的计算公式,研究了物光通过傍轴光学系统到达CCD时波面重建系统的脉冲响应. 理论及实验研究表明,将CCD平面置于物光场像平面附近可以对物光场进行高质量重建. 关键词: 信息光学 数字全息 波面重建  相似文献

The coherency of the synchrotron radiation at Pohang Accelerator Laboratory has been investigated using Young's interferometer. The electron beam size can be measured precisely using the interferometer. An interferogram using 650 nm light at the diagnostics beamline at Pohang Light Source (PLS) has been measured to determine the electron beam distribution and the spatial coherence length. Interferograms obtained by numerical study are compared with experimental results in order to understand the measured data. From this comparison, the electron beam at PLS is revealed to be a Gaussian distribution with a standard deviation of 210 µm. The spatial coherency length of 650 nm light at PLS is measured to be 0.57 cm, and that of 0.1 nm light at PLS is predicted to be 0.88 µm by the same numerical study.  相似文献

In this paper, experimental investigation of the photovoltaic effect of metal/semiconductor (M/S) interface in HgCdTe pixel arrays are reported. The transient photovoltaic (TPV) response was measured by using a pulsed laser under illumination of steady bias light. A tendency of polarity inversion from peak-to-valley of TPV was observed with increasing bias light intensity. Model for photovoltage transformation was proposed, and proved by comparing the response behavior before and after removing the aperture for the TPV measurements. The Schottky barrier junction of M/S interface is the key factor for the polarity reversal at different bias light intensity. The results provide an effective method to evaluate the electrode quality of the photodetector directly.  相似文献

采用直接光强调制的方法,建立了一种新型有机电致发光器件(OLED)的光电信号传输体系,研究了发光层掺杂、发光面积和预置电压对OLED响应速度的影响。结果发现:与发光层为单独的Alq3的器件相比较,掺杂rubrene的发光层的荧光寿命较短,响应较快;减小OLED的发光面积能提高OLED的响应速度,并在0.02 mm2的发光面积上实现了100 Mbit/s的信号传输速度;同时,预置直流电压也能改善OLED的响应速度。最后,提出将柔性OLED与聚合物波导及有机光电二极管结合,实现了一种全有机的柔性光电子体系。  相似文献

The paraelectric-ferroelectric phase transition of SbSI has been studied using neutron scattering. Several low frequency phonon branches have been observed. In particular, it has been shown that the [100] and [010] transverse acoustic modes polarized along the [001] direction with the same symmetry as the soft mode, exhibit very anisotropic dispersion relations in reciprocal space. For large q values, an anomalous dispersion relation and a very large temperature dependence have been observed. All these effects are shown to be due to a coupling with a soft mode-central component entity. This entity was observed away from the zone center, but at the zone center, in contrast with the light scattering measurements, no well-defined soft mode response could be observed.  相似文献

在采用MOCVD技术生长的GaN膜上制备出MSM紫外光探测器,分别在室温下和94K低温下,测量了探测器对不同光波长的响应、同一光波长下对不同偏压的响应、不同斩波频率下的响应。结果表明,在94K下响应有了很大的改善。当光波长从360nm增加到450nm时,响应下降了3个数量级,而常温下只下降两个数量级,但探测器的时间响应常数变长了。  相似文献
