前文已报道从水母雪莲(Saussurea Medusa Maxim)中分得4种黄酮甙,本文报道另外6种化合物的分离和鉴定。 1 化合物Ⅰ—Ⅳ物化性质及分离鉴定 1.1 化合物Ⅰ 黄色结晶,m.p.:249~251℃,水解所得甙元鉴定为木樨草素,纸层析检出鼠李糖和葡萄糖。MS(FAB):m/z 595(M~++1),287(M~++H-葡萄糖基-鼠李糖)。化合物I与木樨草素的~(13)C NMR比较,C_6、C_8、C_(10)分别向低场位移1.1、1.0、1.8 ppm,而C,向高场移动  相似文献

用柱层析等色谱分离手段从金莲花中得到三个纯化合物,通过现代波谱技术分别鉴定为原金莲酸、牡荆甙和荭草甙.经对上述化合物和所提取的总黄酮样品进行抑菌、抗病毒活性研究.结果表明,总黄酮、牡荆甙和荭草甙对金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌有很好的抑制效果,并对副流感病毒有强的抑制作用.  相似文献

应用HPLC-MS/MS法同时检测了食品中5种甜菊糖苷类化合物:甜菊糖甙,瑞鲍迪甙A,瑞鲍迪甙C,杜克甙A和甜菊双糖甙的含量。样品用水超声提取,5种甜菊糖苷类化合物的定量限(LOQ)为1.7~3.4 mg/kg,样品在10,50,200 mg/kg添加水平的回收率为78%~107%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.9%~11%。方法可用于多种甜菊糖甙苷类的检测。  相似文献

莫诺甙 (Morroniside)是中药山茱萸中具有生物活性的有效成分之一[1,2 ] ,最初由 Souzu等[3] 从植物 L onicera Morrowii A.Gray中分离鉴定 ,在其它植物中也有发现 [4~ 11] .该化合物 7位存在半缩醛结构 ,由于 7-OH可有不同的取向 ,能够形成 α和 β两种构型 ,在常温溶液中可相互转化 ,形成动态平衡 ,分离产物一般为一对环口差向异构体[11] .基于莫诺甙在山茱萸中含量较高并具有一定生物活性 ,Zhang等[12 ] 建议采用莫诺甙作为山茱萸及含山茱萸的复方中药的质控成分 ,并建立了相应的分析方法 ,探讨了用莫诺甙取代药典中规定的熊果酸作…  相似文献

高山地榆(Sanguisorba alpina Bge)是蔷薇科地榆属植物,民间用于止血、止吐、抗菌、解毒.本文报道从其根粉60%乙醇提取物中分离得到的新三萜皂甙,命名为高山地榆甙(alpinoside,1). 化合物1为白色粉末,m.p.:247-249.5℃,[α]15D:+7.5°(C,0.2;MeOH).IRvKBrmax(cm-1)示有羟基(3457)、酯羰基(1738)、末端双键(1702,882)和三取代双键(1656).HRMS给出其甙元M+为m/z470.3324.示其分子式为C30H46O4(计算值:470.3396).碎片峰m/z:452(8),424(14),246(15),223(25),201(100),187(55),结合12C NMR(见表1)表明1为  相似文献

研究了含吡啶功能基大孔吸附树脂对甜菊糖的吸附量与吸附选择性作用 .分析了树脂极性及不同骨架结构对吸附选择性的影响 .并分别通过甲醇或乙醇的选择性洗脱及树脂动态吸附分离两种方法研究树脂对甜菊糖中莱鲍迪甙A的富集作用 .结果表明 ,树脂动态分离法可以有效地从高甜菊甙甜菊糖中分离富集出高莱鲍迪甙A产品 ,该方法具有一定的工业应用前景 .  相似文献

A new sesquiterpene along with 15 known compounds were isolated from the style of Zea mays L. These structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. Two novel abietane diterpenoids, wardinols A and B ( 1 and 2 , resp.), together with five known diterpenoids, 3 – 7 , were isolated from the fruits of Illicium wardii A.C.Sm . Their structures were elucidated on the basis of intensive spectroscopic analysis, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectroscopy. Wardinol A ( 1 ) is a rare 9,10‐epoxy‐9,10‐secoabietane diterpenoid. Two new sesquiterpenes, leptoterpenes A (1) and B (2) were isolated from the fungus Leptosphaerulina Chartarum sp. 3608, derived from a crinoid. It was the first chemical study on this species. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including NMR and MS spectrometry. The absolute configurations of the new compounds were determined on the basis of the single-crystal X-ray diffraction and electronic circular dichroism data analysis. All compounds were tested for their anti-inflammatory activity and the inhibitory effects on Tyrosyl DNA phosphodiesterase II (TDP2).  相似文献
