 以在流动N2中热处理的Mg(OH)2醇凝胶制得的纳米氧化镁(MgO-AN)为载体,浸渍Ni(NO3)2后经不同温度焙烧得到Ni含量为8.8%的NiO/MgO样品,还原后制得Ni/MgO-AN催化剂. 采用XRD和TPR技术对NiO和MgO之间形成的NiO-MgO固溶体进行了表征,并将Ni/MgO-AN催化剂用于催化CO2重整CH4反应. 结果表明,在低于650 ℃焙烧时, NiO不能完全溶入MgO中,NiO/MgO样品中存在自由的NiO粒子,还原态Ni/MgO-AN催化剂在CO2重整CH4反应中的稳定性低; 当样品焙烧温度等于或高于650 ℃时,NiO可以完全溶入MgO中形成NiO-MgO固溶体,还原态Ni/MgO-AN催化剂具有高稳定性.  相似文献

考察了CeO2修饰及未修饰的Ni/Mo/SBA-15催化剂在CH4-CO2重整上的催化性能并采用N2吸脱附、CO2程序升温脱附、H2程序升温还原、傅里叶红外光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和X射线光电子能谱对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,在常压,800oC条件下,经过100h在线评价后,Ni/Mo/SBA-15和CeO2/Ni/Mo/SBA-15催化剂仍具有高的反应活性和规整的六方介孔结构,其中CeO2修饰的CeO2/Ni/Mo/SBA-15催化剂表面没有积炭形成,表明CeO2的加入促进了Ni物种在SBA-15介孔分子筛表面的分散,从而阻止了Ce/Ni/Mo/SBA-15催化剂上Ni的烧结和积炭.  相似文献

 采用原位漫反射傅里叶变换红外光谱研究了CH4和CO2在不同粒径的Ni/SiO2催化剂上的吸附及活化. 结果表明,在不同粒径的催化剂上,检测到有CH4解离生成的CHx(x=1~3)物种,以及催化剂表面吸附的CHx物种与表面-OH 作用生成的CHx-O物种. CH4的裂解强烈依赖于催化剂表面Ni颗粒的大小,在粒径8 nm左右的Ni颗粒上, CH4较易解离; CO2难以直接在Ni/SiO2催化剂表面发生解离吸附,但CH4解离生成的吸附H对CO2的解离吸附具有明显的促进作用; CH4与CO2共吸附时,较小粒径的Ni可以促进CO2与表面氧物种发生反应,生成单齿表面碳酸盐物种.  相似文献

 分别采用常规焙烧还原 (C)、常规焙烧与常压高频冷等离子体炬还原相结合 (PR), 以及常压高频冷等离子体炬直接焙烧还原 (PC&;R) 制备了 Ni/γ-Al2O3 催化剂. 通过 X 射线衍射、H2-程序升温脱附、CO2-程序升温脱附、N2 吸附-脱附实验、透射电镜和热重分析等方法对催化剂进行了表征. 并考察了其 CH4/CO2 重整反应活性. 结果表明, 催化剂经等离子体处理后低温活性明显增加. 在得到相同 CH4 和 CO2 转化率情况下, PC&;R 法制备的催化剂与常规催化剂相比, 反应所需温度可以降低 50 oC. PC&;R 催化剂上 Ni 分散度提高了 100%, Ni 粒子粒径降低了 70%, 达到 5 nm, 催化剂的抗积炭性能显著增强. 所得催化剂较高的低温活性和抗积炭性能得益于常压高频冷等离子体炬对催化剂前驱体还原速率快, 处理时间大为缩短, 避免了由于长时间高温焙烧和还原所引起的对载体的烧结和金属 Ni 的团聚.  相似文献

采用等离子体技术强化制备了Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂, 以CO2重整CH4为模型反应考察了等离子体引入方式对催化剂性能的影响, 并采用H2-TPR, BET, CO2-TPD, XRD, CO2-TPSR, TGA及XPS技术对催化剂进行了表征. 研究结果表明, 与常规焙烧的催化剂相比, 在氢气还原过程前引入氮气等离子体处理能有效提高催化剂的低温反应活性. N2气等离子体处理使前驱体中的硝酸盐能在温和条件下分解, 并使催化剂具有较强的还原能力和较大的比表面积. 先进行N2气等离子体处理再进行H2气还原的催化剂, 其活性组分的分散度显著提高, 对CO2的吸附量也明显增加, 并且反应后催化剂上的积炭量比常规催化剂上的显著降低, 形成比较单一的碳物种.  相似文献

Ni/γ-Al2O3中助剂的加入对于CH4/CO2重整反应性能的影响   总被引:3,自引:2,他引:3  
以含量为2%的K、Cu、La、Mg、Ca、Ba、Mo、Ce等多种金属作为助剂分别加入Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂样品中,并对其分别用于CH4/CO2重整反应时的活性和积碳量进行了考察.研究结果表明加入助剂后的各种催化剂的活性变化不一.其中,以含Ca的催化剂效果最好,其甲烷的转化率可由原来的71.91%增加到72.92%,其次为La.但所有加入助剂后的催化剂的抗积碳性能均有所提高,特别是碱金属K的添加,使催化剂表面积碳量降到了0.1%.这表明添加碱金属或碱土金属助剂,对提高Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂在CH4/CO2重整反应中的抗积炭性能有很大作用.  相似文献

用XRD、XPS、元素分析、TEM和活性评价等方法研究过渡金属氧化物MoO3和WO3对SiO2负载的Ni基催化剂物理化学性质和CH4/CO2重整制合成气催化性能的影响.结果表明,在负载型的镍催化剂中,MoO3和WO3的添加一方面提高了Ni的核外电子密度,减弱了对CH4深度裂解积炭;另一方面使催化剂表面镍的相对浓度降低,结构上起到了隔离、分散金属颗粒的作用,氧的相对浓度升高,有效提高了催化剂的抗烧结和抗积炭能力,显示出较好的催化稳定性.  相似文献

甲醇气相羰基化Ni/AC催化剂的失活行为   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
采用连续流动固定床反应装置,Ni/AC作为催化剂,在533 K、1.5 MPa、CO/CH3OH/CH3I摩尔比20/19/1、7.5 gcat·h·mol-1下考察了催化剂的稳定性,并通过XPS、ICP和XRD等技术对甲醇气相羰基化反应前后Ni/AC催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,长时间运转催化剂表面形成NiI2,使具有催化活性的Ni0活性中心数量减少,活性降低。XPS结果显示羰基化活性中心Ni不断迁移并在催化剂表面富集,导致积炭效应,堵塞催化剂孔道,使催化剂失活。进一步对积炭类型研究,发现形成的碳物种主要是石墨型碳。Ni向催化剂表面迁移富集,并与CO形成可挥发的Ni(CO)4,造成金属镍的大量流失由ICP所证实。  相似文献

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. 非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献

The heats of detonation of 20 simple high explosives and explosive mixtures were determined by means of an adiabatic detonation calorimeter designed by the authors. The results indicated that the performance of the instrument was reliable and the experimental data were very accurate. For explosive mixtures, there was a linear accumulative relationship between the heats of detonation of the explosive mixture and its components. Accordingly, the heats of detonation of explosive mixtures could be calculated directly from the heats of detonation of simple explosives and the characteristic heats of other components. The experiments showed that the gold or brass shell of the cylindrical charge could be substituted by a thick-walled porcelain shell, which had the advantage of cheapness.

Two vanilloids, (5E)-8-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)oct-5-en-4-one (1) and 4-[3-hydroxydecyl]-2-methoxyphenol (2), isolated from the dried seeds of Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta), were synthesized; the latter compound was made as the S-enantiomer and the material derived from the seeds was found to be a 1:1.7 mixture of the R and S isomers. The synthetic route used should allow the preparation of analogs having extended alkyl chains and consequently different lipophilicity, and 3, a homolog of 2, was also prepared.  相似文献

Main hydration products of two cement pastes, i.e. CSH-gel, portlandite (P) (and specific surface S) were studied by static heating, and by SEM, TEM and XRD, as a function of cement strength (C-33 and C-43) hydration time (th) and subsequent hydration in water vapour.Total change in mass on hydration and air drying, Mo, increased with strength of cement paste and with hydration time. Content of water escaping at 110 to 220°C, defined as water bound with low energy, mainly interlayer and hydrate water, was independent on cement strength but its content increased with (th). Content of chemically bound (zeolitic) water in CSH-gel, escaping at 220-400°C, was slightly dependent on strength and increased with (th). It was possibly derived from the dehydroxylation of CSH-gel and AFm phase. Portlandite water, escaping at 400-500°C, was independent on cement strength and was higher on longer hydration. Large P crystals were formed in the weaker cement paste C-33. Smaller crystals were formed in C-43 but they increased with (th). Carbonate formated on contact with air (calcite, vaterite and aragonite), decomposed in cement at 600-700oC. It was high in pastes C-33(1 month) and C-43(1 month), i.e. 5.7 and 3.3%, respectively; it was less than 1% after 6 hydration months (low sensitivity to carbonation) in agreement with the XRD study showing carbonates in the air dry paste (1month), and its absence on prolonged hydration (6 months) and on acetone treatment. Water vapour treatment of (6 months) pastes or wetting-drying increased this sensitivity.Nanosized P-crystals, detected by TEM, could contribute to the cement strength; carbonate was observed on the rims of gel clusters.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献
