4-[4’-(二乙基氨基)苯乙烯基]-N-(4″-乙氧基苯基)-N-(4-氨基苯基)苯胺的合成

对硝基苯胺和对碘苯乙醚经取代反应制得4’-硝基-(4-乙氧基苯)苯胺(3);3与对氟苯甲醛经取代反应制得含乙氧基的脂溶性中间体4-[(4’-乙氧基苯基)(4″-硝基苯基)氨基]苯甲醛(5);5与4-N,N-二乙基胺基苄基三苯基鏻盐经Witting成烯反应后经Pd/C催化、水合肼还原合成了新化合物4-[4’-(二乙基氨基)苯乙烯基]-N-(4″-乙氧基苯基)-N-(4-氨基苯基)苯胺,其结构经1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征。     

Synthesis and Structure of 2-(1Н-Indol-1-yl)-6-ferrocenyl-4-(2-chloroimidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-3-yl)pyrimidine

A 2,4,6-trisubstituted pyrimidine including a 2-(1H-indol-1-yl) substituent was synthesized by the reaction of 1-ferrocenyl-3-(2-chloroimidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-3-yl)propanone with 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran. The structure of the synthesized compound was confirmed by IR and ¹Н NMR spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction analysis. It has been shown that the ferrocene-containing compounds synthesized in the present work all demonstrate intramolecular charge transfer which is evidenced by the observation of the corresponding absorption bands with λ ^abs_max > 480 nm. The oxidation potential of ferrocene (E ^Fc_ox ) in all the compounds is higher than 700 mV.

     

Novel 2′-(pyridin-4-yl)-5′-(pyridin-2-yl)-1′-(pyridin-2-yl)methylpyrrolidinyl[60]fullerene-hydroxyoxo(5,10,15,20-tetraphenyl-21H,23H-porphynato) molybdenum(V) dyads

Interaction between hydroxyoxo(5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrinato)molybdenum(V) and 2′-(pyridin-4-yl)-5′-(pyridin-2-yl)-1′-(pyridin-2-yl)methylpyrrolidinyl[60]fullerene in toluene has been studied by means of spectrophotometry. The reaction proceeds via two stages: rapidly established equilibrium between the reactants and their molecular complex 1: 1 [K = (1.97 ± 0.52) × 10⁴ L/mol] followed by slow irreversible displacement of hydroxy group into the second coordination sphere to form cationic outer sphere complex (k = 0.26 L s^?1 mol^?1). The effect of fullerene fragment on pyridine fragments coordination has been considered.     

X-Ray Structural Analysis of Ethyl [2,2-dimethyl-6-(Δ2-thiazolin-2-yl)-4H-1,4-benzoxazin-3-one-4-yl]butyrate

With the aim of discovering new molecules with K⁺ channel modulating properties, we have synthesized analogues of cromakalim, an important molecule which shows specific affinity toward the K⁺ channels, by replacing the benzopyrane ring with a benzoxazine moiety. As a part of this study, we have synthesized and characterized, in solution and in the solid state as well, the compound ethyl [2,2-dimethyl-6-(²-thiazolin-2-yl)-4H-l,4-benzoxazin-3-one-4-yl]butyrate (V). This compound exhibits in the solid state the following parameters: molecular formula C₁₉H₂₄N₂O₄S, triclinic, space group , M_w = 376.5, a = 12.581(3) Å, b = 5.485(4) Å, c = 14.612(2) Å, = 91.85(2), = 108.9(3), = 82.04(4), V = 944.7 ų, Z = 2, d = 1.323 g·cm^–3. We describe here the synthesis and discuss the solid-state conformation of this new molecule; when tested on rat aorta ring precontracted with phenylephrine, the compound showed a concentration-dependent relaxation comparable to that measured for cromakalin taken as reference drug.     

Thermotropic liquid crystalline α-[bis(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]ω-(4 ′-methoxybiphenyl-4-oxy)alkane hydrochlorides

Liquid crystalline α-[bis(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]- ω -(4′-methoxybiphenyl-4-oxy)alkane hydrochlorides with different spacer lengths (6, 8, 10 methylene units) have been synthesized and characterized by NMR, DSC, polarizing optical microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The melting temperatures of the hydrochlorides decrease with increasing number of methylene units in the spacer. Highly ordered and very viscous liquid crystalline (LC1) smectic phases are formed on melting. Upon further heating these phases are transformed into a less viscous smectic C phase (LC2). The temperature of the LC1-LC2 transition decreases and the temperature of the LC2 to isotropic phase transition (LC2-I transition) increases with increasing number of methylene units in the spacer.     

Mesogenic 4-[4-(ω-hydroxyalkoxy)phenyl]diazenylcinnamic acids and their 4-cyanophenyl esters

Homologs of a series 4-[4-(ω-hydroxyalkoxy)phenyl]diazenylcinnamic acids (C₂, C₆, C₈, C₉, C₁₀) and their two 4-cyanophenyl esters (C₂, C₆) were synthesized. The substances obtained possess properties of thermotropic nematic liquid crystals. The effect of the terminal hydroxy group of the terminal substituent on their mesomorphous properties was analyzed.

A one-pot procedure has been developed for the synthesis of substituted 2,3-dihydro-2-(6-(4-hydroxy-6-methyl-2-oxo-2H-pyran-3-yl)-7H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b] [1,3,4]thiadiazin-3-yl)phthalazine-1,4-diones by reaction of 3-(2-bromoacetyl)-4-hydroxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one, 4-amino-5-hydrazino-4H-[1,2,4]triazole-3-thiol, and phthalic anhydrides in acetic acid medium. Similarly, a one-pot, three-component synthetic procedure has been developed for substituted 3-[3-(N¹-benzylidene-hydrazino)-7H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazin-6-yl]-4-hydroxy-6-methyl-pyran-2-ones from 3-(2-bromoacetyl)-4-hydroxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one, 4-amino-5-hydrazino-4H-[1,2,4]triazole-3-thiol, and various aromatic aldehydes in absolute ethanol and a few drops of glacial acetic acid.

Preparation of 1-[ω-(1,4,5,6-Tetrahydropyrimidin-2-Yl)Alkyl]Thymines

One-stage preparation of 1-[ω-(1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrimidin-2-yl)alkyl]-thymines from 1-(ω-cyanoalkyl)thymines and a 1:1-mixture of 1,3-diaminopropane and ethanol saturated with hydrogen sulfide is described. 1-(2-Cyanoethyl)-thymine gave a facile reversal of the Michael reaction to thymine under the conditions used. The reaction of 1,3-bis(3-cyanobenzyl)thymine with the above reagent produced 1,3-bis[3-(1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrimidin-2-yl)benzyl]thymine.

The key synthetic intermediate, (2-mercapto-1-(4-nitrobenzyl)-1H-imidazol-5-yl)methanol-[2-¹⁴C], has been synthesized by using one pot procedure from potassium[¹⁴C]-thiocyanate. It was converted to two nonpeptide angiotensin II receptor antagonists, 2-methylthio-1-[4-N-α-ethoxycarbonyl benzyl)-aminobenzyl]-5-hydroxymethyl-1H-imidazole-[2-¹⁴C] and 1-[4-N-α-ethoxy-carbonylbenzyl)-aminobenzyl]-5-hydroxymethyl-1H-imidazole-[2-¹⁴C] via a 3-step sequence synthetic pathway.     

Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Fluorescent Properties of a Cadmium(Ⅱ) Complex with 3-(Pyridin-4-yl)-5-(pyrazin-2-yl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole

Compound [Cd_(1.5)(ppt)Br_2(H_2O)]_(2n)(1),where Hppt = 3-(pyridin-4-yl)-5-(pyrazin-2-yl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole,has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectra,powder XRD,and X-ray diffraction.Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 7.4402(6),b = 8.0570(7),c = 12.8674(11) ?,α = 89.7300(10),β = 89.8570(10),γ = 68.3910(10)°,V = 717.13(10) ?3,Z = 1,Dc = 2.638 g/cm3,μ = 7.824 mm~(-1),F(000) = 534,the final R = 0.0324 and w R = 0.1084 for 2324 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).X-ray diffraction analyses revealed that complex 1 is a 2D layered coordination polymer constructed from the linkage of [Cd_3(μ-Br)_4] trinuclear units with ppt-spacers,and a 3D supramolecular architecture is further assembled in 1 via hydrogen-bonding contacts.Fluorescence measurements show that 1 has medium fluorescent emission at 450 nm.

通过还原、溴代、氰化、Wittig反应等七步反应设计合成了一新二元电子给体－受体（D－A）化合物：4－［2－（9，10－二氰蒽）乙烯基］－N－甲基－N－十六烷基苯胺（DCACMA，反式）并初步研究了其吸收光谱行为。研究表明，基态下DCACMA分子中电子给体与电子受体（CMA与DCA）间存在显著的电荷转移相互作用，在LB膜及簇集态（DMSO－H2O二元体系中）下，DCACMA分子呈H－型簇集排列。

[Pt2(P2O5H2)4]4-和[Pt2(P2O4CH4)4]4-基态和激发态性质的理论研究

采用从头计算MP2和CIS方法分别优化等电子双核d8配合物[Pt2(P2O5H2)4]4-和[Pt2(P2O4CH4)4]4-的基态和激发态结构.结果表明基态Pt-Pt距离分别为0.2905和0.2987nm,与实验的0.2925和0.2980nm符合.NBO计算的Pt-Pt键级以及Pt原子间伸缩振动说明Pt-Pt相互作用具有吸引本质.CIS计算揭示电子激发到Pt-Pt的σ(pz)成键轨道使得相互作用增强.保持激发态几何,含时密度泛函理论(TD-DFT)计算的溶液发射分别为449和475nm,与实验值512和510nm接近.     

A Convenient Synthesis of cis and trans-(±)-4-Amino-1-[2-(hydroxyl-methyl)-1,3-oxathiolan-5-yl]-2(1H)-pyrimidinone

A convenient synthesis of cis-(±) isomer 1 and trans-(±) isomer 2 of lamivudine starting from benzoyloxyacetaldehyde and l,4-dithiane-2,5-diol is described. The key steps include chlorination of oxathiolane lactol 5 by SOCl2/DMF, followed by coupling with silylated N4-acetylcytosine and deprotection. The overall yield was 42.6 % and 20.1 %, respectively.
