The substitutional effect of Ru on the magnetic and transport properties of double exchange ferromagnets, La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 and La0.5Sr0.5CoO3 has been investigated. It is found that substitution of 10% Ru at the Mn site of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 decreases the Curie temperature by 20 K than that of the parent compound. However, a large decrease in the Curie temperature, ΔTc80 K and the system undergoes a transition from metallic state to insulating state is observed when 10% Ru is doped in La0.5Sr0.5CoO3. The marginal effect of Ru in the Mn–O–Mn sublattice in comparison to the Co–O–Co sublattice could be due to the magnetic exchange interaction between Mn and Ru by virtue of the fact that Ru exhibits variable valence states, Ru+4/Ru+5. The eg and t2g parentage of Ru+5 is similar to Mn+4 and therefore, Ru+5 ion appears to participate in the double exchange mediated ferromagnetic (FM) interaction. On the other hand, Ruthenium (IV) ion disrupts an intermediate spin state of cobalt (Co+3: t2g5eg1), forcing a double exchange FM state to anti-FM state.  相似文献

具有烧绿石结构的Cd_2Ru_2O_7在形成长程反铁磁序的同时进入反常的金属态.采用高压高温方法制备了一系列Pb掺杂的Cd_(2-x)Pb_xRu_2O_7(0≤x≤2)多晶样品,并系统研究了其晶体结构和电阻率、磁化率、热电势等物理性质.尽管Pb_2Ru_2O_7是泡利顺磁金属,但少量Pb~(2+)掺杂的样品Cd1.8Pb0.2Ru2O7却呈现出明显的金属-绝缘体转变,与施加静水压和少量Ca~(2+)掺杂的效果类似.通过与类似的烧绿石Ru~(5+)氧化物进行对比,提出Cd_2Ru_2O_7中的Ru~(5+)-4d~3电子态恰好处于巡游到局域过渡的区域,少量Pb~(2+)掺杂造成的晶格无序增强了电子的局域性,使得形成反铁磁序的同时伴随出现了金属-绝缘体转变.这表明具有烧绿石结构的Ru~(5+)氧化物是研究巡游-局域电子转变的理想材料体系.  相似文献

We have made high-temperature (250 K<T<800 K) DC susceptibility measurements in the compounds RuSr2Eu2−xCexCu2O10 for x=0.6,0.8, and 1.0 in order to determine the Ru effective magnetic moment. After carefully subtracting all contributions to the magnetic susceptibility except that of the Ru ions, we have been able to fit the Ru susceptibility with a law χRu0+CRu/(T−ΘRu). We have found that the Ru effective moment falls between the values expected for Ru5+ in spin states and . We have also found a dependence of μeff(Ru) and ΘRu with the Ce content x.  相似文献

The crystal structures of (Pb0.5Cd0.5)Sr2YCu2O7, (Pb0.5Cd0.5)Sr2(Y0.6Ca0.4)Cu2O7 and (Pb0.5Cd 0.5)Sr2(Y0.5Ca0.5)Cu2O7 have been refined by the Rietveld method for the X-ray diffraction data. The refinement results indicate that both Pb and Cd atoms in the (Pb, Cd)O layers and O(3) atoms are displaced from their ideal sites, and that there is a complicated occupation in the (Pb, Cd)O layers, i.e., other cations, such as Sr2+, Cu2+ and Ca2+, can occupy the (Pb, Cd) site for these samples. This may be the reason why the lattice constants do not vary monotanically with the calcium content, and why there exist broad superconducting transitions in the system (Pb0.5Cd0.5)Sr2(Y1−xCax)Cu2O7. The refinement results also indicate that, as the calcium content increases, the O(2) atoms move close to the CuO2 planes and far from the (Pb, Cd)O layers. Thus, the increase of calcium content results in charge transfer from the charge reservoir layer (Pb, Cd)O to the CuO2 planes. This result is consistent with the bond valence sums of the Cu ions in the CuO2 planes.  相似文献

A series of substituted lead iron niobate compounds with the general formula Pb2+(1−x)AZx(Fe{(1−(2−Z)x)/2}Nb{(1+(2−Z)x)/2})O3 (0<x<0.6 and A=La3+, K+ or Sr2+) were prepared by a modified solid-state synthesis. The relative concentrations of Fe3+ and Nb5+ were adjusted to compensate the charge imbalance due to the aliovalent substitution. The dielectric constant and magnetic susceptibilities were studied as a function of temperature. The temperature of the dielectric maximum, TM, of the substituted compounds decreased linearly with increasing concentration of the substituent ions. The magnetic measurements showed an antiferromagnetic transition at temperatures TN1 due to the superexchange interactions mediated by Fe–O–Fe and an additional antiferromagnetic-type transition at TN2. TN1 linearly increased with the increasing concentration of Fe3+ ion at the B-site of ABO3-type substituted compounds. TM is shown to be directly dependent on the concentration of the ferroactive Nb5+ ions at the B-site and Pb2+ ions at the A-site.  相似文献

Specific heat data below 1 K of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8 and YBa2Cu3O7 are analyzed. For YBa2Cu3O7 the nuclear specific heat, CN, amounts to 38T−2 μJ/mol K. CN for Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8 exceeds that of YBa2Cu3O7 by a factor of 15. The nuclear quadrupolar specific heat contribution alone is insufficient to explain the data for YBa2Cu3O7, while lack of NQR data does not allow such a comparison in Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8 to be made. The contribution to CN from nuclear spins coupled via the contact hyperfine interaction with correlated magnetic spins (in the CuO2 plane) is derived as a function of the correlation length. This contribution can be treated independently from the quadrupolar term. We show that the excess specific heat in YBa2Cu3O7 likely originates in a few percentage of an impurity (oxygen deficient) phase with a strong hyperfine field on the Cu nuclei.  相似文献

利用XRD、VUV及UV光谱等方法对Ce3+、Tb3+离子掺杂以及Ce3+、Tb3+离子共掺的3种BaCa2(BO3)2荧光粉的相纯度、发光性质、浓度猝灭现象进行研究。结果表明:3种荧光粉在VUV波段有较好的吸收,基质吸收带位于140~190 nm范围。Ce3+在BaCa2(BO3)2的最低4f5d跃迁带位置在360 nm附近,其5d→2FJ(J=5/2, 7/2)发射峰分别位于393,424 nm。Tb3+掺杂的样品在172 nm激发下的发射光谱由4个窄带组成,分别对应5D47FJ(J=3,4,5,6)的跃迁,其中占主导位置的是5D47F5的跃迁,大约位于543 nm处,主要为绿光发射。在Ce3+,Tb3+离子共掺杂的BaCa2(BO3)2光谱中,观察到Ce3+-Tb3+离子间有能量传递。  相似文献

利用高温固相法制备了Ba9Y2(SiO4)6:Ce3+,Mn2+(BYS:Ce3+,Mn2+)荧光粉,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)谱、激发和发射光谱及荧光寿命的测试对材料的结构、发光特性和能量传递进行了研究。在327 nm激发下,BYS:Ce3+,Mn2+发射光谱中包含2个发射峰,分别为位于407 nm的Ce3+的蓝紫光发射和位于597 nm的Mn2+的红光发射。在该体系中,发现了Ce3+向Mn2+的有效能量传递,使得Mn2+在597 nm处的红光发射显著提高,当x(Mn2+)=0.25时,BYS:Ce3+,xMn2+的能量传递效率可达39%。实验表明,该荧光粉可为紫外基白光LED提供良好的红光光源。  相似文献

利用嵌入反应合成了有机-无机嵌入化合物Fe0.95PS3(MV)0.1 1(MV为1,1′- 二甲基-4,4′-联吡啶阳离子),对其结构和磁性进行了研究.x射线衍射数据表明,此嵌入化 合物的晶体结构仍为单斜晶系,空间群为C2/m,晶胞参数a=0.879 nm, b=0.944 nm, c=1.07 0 nm, β=114.76°.相对于纯FePS3, 层间距离增大0.33 nm.磁化率研究表明, 从室温降 到4.2 K 关键词: 嵌入化合物 Mssbauer谱 磁相互作用 分子磁体  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了SrZn2(PO4)2:Sn2+(SZ2P:Sn2+), SrZn2(PO4)2:Mn2+(SZ2P:Mn2+), SrZn2 (PO4)2:Sn2+, Mn2+(SZ2P:Sn2+, Mn2+) 荧光粉. 通过X射线衍射、激发和发射光谱详细研究了荧光粉的物相和发光性质. 在SrZn2(PO4)2 基质中, Sn2+离子发射光谱是峰值位于461 nm宽带谱, 归属于Sn2+离子的3P11S0能级跃迁, SZ2P:Mn2+激发光谱由基质吸收带(200–300 nm)和位于352, 373, 419, 431和466 nm的一系列激发峰组成, 分别对应Mn2+离子的6A1(6S)→4E(4D), 6A1(6S)→4T2(4D), 6A1(6S)→[4A1(4G), 4E(4G)], 6A1(6S)→4T2(4G)和6A1(6S)→4T1(4G)能级跃迁, 因此, SZ2P:Sn2+ 的发射光谱与SZ2P:Mn2+的激发光谱有较大范围的重叠. 结果表明Sn2+对Mn2+发光有明显的敏化作用. 基于Dexter电多极相互作用能量传递公式和Reisfeld近似原理分析, 荧光粉SZ2P:Sn2+, Mn2+中Sn2+-Mn2+离子之间的能量传递机理属于电四极-电四极相互作用引起的共振能量传递, 并计算出Sn2+-Mn2+离子之间能量传递临界距离Rc ≈ 1.78 nm. 通过改变Sn2+, Mn2+离子掺杂浓度, 实现了荧光粉发光颜色的调节, 在254 nm短波紫外激发下荧光粉发出较强的蓝白光. 研究结果表明SZ2P:Sn2+, Mn2+荧光粉有望应用于紧凑型节能灯照明领域, 随着半导体紫外芯片技术的发展, 有潜力应用于未来的白光发光二极管照明领域.  相似文献

通过传统固相反应法制备了钙钛矿锰氧化物(La1-xEux)4/3Sr5/3Mn2O7(x=0,0.15)多晶样品,并且对其磁性和电性进行了研究.磁性测量表明:随着温度的降低,样品经历了一个复杂的转变过程,在温度为T*时经历二维短程铁磁有序转变,在温度为TC时进入三维长程铁磁态.随着Eu的掺杂,T*和TC减小,并且样品(La0.85Eu0.15)4/3Sr5/3Mn2O7在低温区表现出自旋玻璃行为.电性质测量表明:在母体La4/3Sr5/3Mn2O7中La位掺杂Eu后电阻率明显变大,金属绝缘转变温度TMI降低,磁电阻峰值增大.这些影响归因于较小的Eu3+离子替代La3+离子导致平均离子半径减小,晶格发生畸变.此外,较小的Eu3+离子优先占据层间岩盐层的R-site,使La3+,Sr3+,Eu3+离子在(La0.85Eu0.15)4/3Sr5/3Mn2O7中的分布更加有序,所以x=0.15的样品的ρ-T曲线只有一个峰.  相似文献

Partial substitution of manganese by cobalt in rare-earth perovskites REMnO3 leads to unusual magnetic phenomena because of the simultaneous presence of Mn3+, Mn4+, Co2+ and Co3+ species. The magnetic nature of the RE cation plays a fundamental role in the magnetic properties. We present herein two specific families: for RE=La the magnetic behavior of the |Co+Mn| network is observed, while for Gd its strong magnetic moment interacts with the transition metals, leading to a spin reversal state. Magnetic interactions are maximized at x=0.50, as if two regimes exist: for x<0.5 Co substitutes Mn in the REMnO3 manganite, and for x>0.5 Mn substitutes Co in the RECoO3 cobaltite.  相似文献

We followed the reduction of Ce4+ in CeO2 by observing changes in the shape of the Ce M4,5 edge by parallel electron energy-loss spectroscopy with a transmission electron microscope. The energy-loss near-edge structure of the beam-damaged CeO2 exhibits Ce M4,5 and O K-edge shapes that are consistent with reduction to a Ce3+ oxide. During the damage process the spectrum of CeO2 changes as follows: (a) decreases in energies of the M5 and M4 maxima; (b) changes in shape of the near-edge structure; (c) inversion of the M5 to M4 branching ratio; and (d) increase in the M5 to M4 area ratio. We simulated M4,5 edges of damaged CeO2 with a linear combination of Ce4+ and Ce3+ spectra and observed no intermediate oxidation states.  相似文献

The properties of Ru/Al2O3 catalysts prepared using RuCl3 as precursor and subjected to different treatments after impregnation, were studied using different techniques: XPS, FTIR, hydrogen chemisorption and thermal programmed reduction. Differences in the Ru species (Ru0, ruthenium oxides and ruthenium oxychloride), metal dispersion and chlorine content in the catalysts as well as in their catalytic activity and selectivity during benzene selective hydrogenation to cyclohexene, were found according to the preparation procedure used.  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了颜色可调的NaTaOGeO4∶Tb3+,Mn2+荧光粉,并研究了其发光特性以及能量传递机理。在244 nm激发下,NaTaOGeO4∶Tb3+的发射光谱的发射峰分别位于380,413,436,492,544 nm,分别属于Tb3+5D37FJ5D47FJ(J=6,5,4)能级跃迁,为蓝光和绿光发射。在280 nm波长激发下,在492 nm和544 nm处有较强的发射峰,分别属于Tb3+5D47F65D47F5能级跃迁,为绿光发射。在248 nm波长激发下,NaTaOGeO4∶Mn2+的发射光谱由位于576 nm处的宽带组成,属于Mn2+4T16A1能级跃迁。当在NaTaOGeO4∶Tb3+荧光粉中共掺杂Mn2+时,可以同时观察到Mn2+和Tb3+的发射峰,通过改变浓度掺杂比,可以得到颜色可调控的荧光粉。  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了Ba9(Y2-xScx)(SiO4)6:Ce3+,Mn2+(x=0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0)样品。在该体系中,当Sc3+含量从x=0逐渐增加至x=2时,Ce3+的蓝光发射强度提高了1.7倍;同时,Mn2+的红光发射强度提高了1.9倍,显示了优良的红光特性。样品的发射光谱和漫反射光谱表明,Ce3+、Mn2+发射强度的增加与Ce3+吸收能力和Ce3+向Mn2+能量传递的提升有直接关系。研究了样品Ba9Sc2(SiO4)6:Ce3+,Mn2+的热稳定性。随着温度的升高,Mn2+的红光发射呈现先升后降的态势。当温度从室温升至488 K时,Mn2+发射强度仅下降至室温时的84%,表现出优良的热稳定性。高亮的红光发射和优良的热稳定性表明该荧光材料可为紫外基白光LED提供良好的红色光源。  相似文献

本文利用偏振拉曼光谱和第一性原理, 对磷酸二氢铵(NH4H2PO4, ADP)和不同氘含量磷酸二氢铵DADP晶体的晶格振动模式进行了研究. 实验测得了不同几何配置、200–4000 cm-1范围的偏振拉曼光谱, 分析在不同氘含量条件下921 cm-1和3000 cm-1附近拉曼峰的变化. 在ADP晶体中, 基于基本结构单元NH4+ 和H2PO4-基团的振动模, 用第一性原理进行了数值模拟, 进一步明确拉曼峰与晶体中原子振动的对应关系; 通过洛伦兹拟合不同氘含量DADP晶体的拉曼光谱中2000–2600 cm-1处各峰的变化讨论了DADP 晶体的氘化过程, 结果表明氘化顺序是先NH4+ 基团后H2PO4-基团, 研究结果为今后此类材料的生长和性能优化奠定了基础.  相似文献

通过高温固相法制得双峰可调节本征半导体发光BaZn2(BO32:Eu3+荧光粉,此类荧光粉在300~400 nm的紫外波段有很强的吸收。在375 nm的紫外光激发下,该荧光粉产生了两个宽带的发射峰,分别位于550 nm和615 nm处。并且,在395 nm的紫光激发下,荧光粉会由于Eu3+离子的5D07F2电偶极跃迁产生一个位于615 nm的强宽发射峰,这表明Eu3+离子占据了反演对称中心的位置,取代了BaZn2(BO32中部分的Ba2+离子。当Eu3+的摩尔分数达到10%时,发生浓度猝灭。在不同浓度的Eu3+离子的掺杂下,BaZn2(BO32:Eu3+荧光粉的发光从黄色延伸到红色,实现了荧光粉的色度可调。  相似文献

采用水热法成功制备了Er3+/Yb3+共掺杂的NaYF4和LiYF4微米晶体. 通过X射线衍射仪和环境扫描电子显微镜对样品的晶体结构及形貌进行表征. 实验结果表明: 六方相NaYF4微米晶体为棒状结构, 而四方相LiYF4微米晶体则为八面体结构. 在近红外光980 nm激发下, NaYF4:Yb3+/Er3+和LiYF4:Yb3+/Er3+ 微米晶体均展现出很强上转换荧光发射. 且NaYF4:Yb3+/Er3+微米晶体的荧光发射强度大约是LiYF4:Yb3+/Er3+微米晶体的2倍, 但红绿比明显较低. 根据荧光光谱, 并借助激光光谱学及发光动力学深入探讨基质变化及表面修饰剂乙二胺四乙二酸(EDTA)对荧光特性的影响. 实验结果发现: 影响荧光强度的主要因素是基质环境的局域对称性, 而导致不同红绿比则是由于样品表面较多的EDTA分子所引起. Er3+掺杂的NaYF4和LiYF4 微米晶体呈现出很强的绿光发射可被应用于全色显示, 荧光粉和微光电子器件中.  相似文献

采用高温固相法合成Sr_(1.98)(Al_(1–x) Mg_x)(Al_(1–x) Si_(1+x))O_7: 2%Eu~(2+)荧光粉完全固溶体,利用X射线衍射、光致发光光谱和光学显微镜进行晶体结构和发光性能的研究. Sr_2Al_2SiO_7和Sr_2MgSi_2O_7同构化合物中包含[MgO_4]、[SiO_4]和[AlO_4]四面体,较大体积的[MgO_4]和较小体积的[SiO_4],共同替代体积相似的[AlO_4],导致[(Si/Al)O_4]收缩和[(Mg/Al)O_4]膨胀,晶胞参数c减少, a和V增大,使Eu~(2+)周围的环境发生改变,晶体场劈裂程度减小,发射峰位从503 nm蓝移至467 nm,实现发光光谱从绿色(0.2384, 0.3919)到蓝色(0.1342,0.1673)的转变.当x为0时,发射峰的半高宽为120 nm, x从0.25增加到1时,半高宽由89 nm逐渐减小至50 nm,多面体的替代会改变荧光粉的发光性能.  相似文献
