On treatment of N-tosylimines (1) and 4-hydeoxyl- cis-butenyl arsonium salt (5) with KOH in acetonitrile at room temperature, 2–(α-substituted N-tosylaminomethyl)-2, 5-dihydrofurans (4) were obtained in moderate yields. The arsonium salt (5) acts formally as an equivalent of 2,5-dihydrofuran synon. A plausible mechanism was proposed for this new 5-membered cyclization reaction.  相似文献

2,5-Dibutoxy-4-(α-thienyl)-Δ3-dihydropyran was obtained by bromoalkoxylation at the double bond and dehydrobromination of 2-butoxy-4-(α-thienyl)-Δ5-dihydropyran. Acid hydrolysis of the product in the presence of N-methylaniline hydrochloride gave a salt of 3-(α-thienyl)glutaconic dialdehyde dianil, treatment of which with cyclopentadienylsodium in alcohol gives the corresponding fulvene, which is thermally cleaved to N-methylaniline and 6-(α-thienyl)azulene.  相似文献

When 2,5-dihydroxy-3,4,6,7-tetrachloro-2,3-dihydrobenzo[b]furan interacts in acetone with thiosemicarbazide or its 4-methyl or 4-phenyl derivative, the respective products are 5-(2,5-dihydroxy-3,4,6-trichlorophenyl)-2-(isopropylidenehydrazino)thiazole and -3-R-2-(isopropylidenazino)thiazolines, respectively. It has been shown that hydrolysis of these compounds forms 3-amino-5-(2,5-dihydroxy-3,4,6-trichlorophenyl)-2-imino(or 2-R-imino)thiazolines. These products of hydrolysis and their predecessors are oxidized to the corresponding 2-hetaryl-substituted 3,5,6-trichloro-1,4-benzoquinones.Riga Technical University, Riga, LV-1048. [formula: see text] NaBH4 reduction of 2,5-bis[(4'-(n-alkoxy)benzoyl)oxy]benzaldehydes produces primarily the rearranged phenol, which does not generate liquid crystalline phases when laterally attached to a polymer backbone. Rearrangement is prevented by quenching the intermediate benzyl alkoxide with a weak acid. For example, 2,5-bis[(4'-(methoxy)benzoyl)oxy]benzaldehyde is selectively reduced to 2,5-bis[(4'-(methoxy)benzoyl)oxy]-benzyl alcohol with less than 5% intramolecular transesterification using 2-3 equiv of NaBH4 in the presence of 20-30 equiv of acetic acid (1:10 NaBH4/AcOH).  相似文献

Enantiopure (+)-2,5-dimethylthiolane and (-)-2,5-dimethylsulfolane were prepared using literature procedures and investigated using vibrational circular dichroism (VCD). Experimental absorption and VCD spectra of (+)-2,5-dimethylthiolane and (-)-2,5-dimethylsulfolane in CCl(4) solution in the 2000-900 cm(-)(1) region were compared with the ab initio predictions of absorption and VCD spectra obtained with density functional theory using the B3LYP/6-311G(2d, 2p) basis set for different conformers of (2R,5R)-2,5-dimethylthiolane and (2R,5R)-2,5-dimethylsulfolane. This comparison indicates that (+)-2,5-dimethylthiolane is of the (2R,5R)-configuration and has two predominant conformations in CCl(4) solution. In addition, (-)-2,5-dimethylsulfolane is of (2R,5R)-configuration and has only one predominant conformation. The stereochemical assignment is in agreement with literature.  相似文献

Methyl 2,5-dimethoxy-2,5-dihydrofuran-2-carboxylate is formed in the reaction of HCl-CH3OH with methyl 5-nitro-2-acetoxy-2,5-, 5-nitro-4-acetoxy-4,5-, and 2,5-diacetoxy-2,5-dihydrofuran-2-carboxylates, whereas methyl 2,5-dioxo-3-pentenoate bis(2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazone) and 4-oxo-2-penten-1,5-dioic acid 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazone are isolated in the presence of 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine. 1-[2-Arylthio(oxy)ethyl]-5-benzotriazolyl-2-pyrrolidinones 6a-e, 12 and 3-benzotriazolyl-2-[2-arylthio(oxy)ethyl]-1-isoindolinones 9a-f, 14 are readily available from reactions of benzotriazole (4), 2-(arylsulfanyl)ethylamines 3, or 2-phenoxyethylamine (11) with 2,5-dimethoxy-2,5-dihydrofuran (5) or 2-formylbenzoic acid (8). Lewis acid mediated cyclizations of 6 and 9 produced novel 1,4-benzothiazepines 7a-e and 10a-f, respectively. Cyclizations of 12 and 14 gave 1,4-benzoxazepines 13 and 15, respectively.  相似文献

3-甲基-2-丁烯酸乙酯4经SeO2反式氧化、还原、溴化得到关键中间体4-溴-3-甲基-(2E)-丁烯酸乙酯7.7与三苯基胂反应生成季8.二氢香茅醛与8在K_2CO_3-乙醇-微量水的存在下反应,得到(2E,4E)-3,7,11-三甲基-2,4-十二碳二烯酸乙酯1a及其(2Z,4E)-异构体1b,产率74%。该反应具有(4E)-立体选择性,同时C-2双键发生部分构型转化。  相似文献

New nonsymmetrical dihetarylethenes, 3-(1-benzyl-5-methoxy-2-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)-4-(3-thienyl)furan-2,5-dione and 1-alkyl- and (1-aryl)-3-(1-benzyl-5-methoxy-2-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)-4-(3-thienyl)-1H-pyrrole-2,5-dione, exhibiting photochromic properties in solutions were synthesized. 2-(4-Cyanophenyl)-5-aryloxazoles have been obtained by dyhydration of 4-(5-aryloxazolyl-2)benzamides with thionyl chloride in DMFA, then the spectral and luminescent properties of the former have been investigated. Hydrothermal reaction of CoCl2 with the potassium salt of pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid and excess base yields [Co3(NC5H3(CO2)2-2,5)2(mu3-OH)2(OH2)2], which has a three-dimensional structure based on hydroxide-bridged triangular chains. This article describes the reaction of 3,6-diphenyl-thieno[3,2-b]furan-2,5-dione 1 with different amino acids 2a–j in glacial acetic acid which afforded the 2-(2-(3-hydroxy-5-oxo-4-phenylthiophen-2(5H)-ylidene)-2-phenylacetamido)propanoic acid analogues 3a–j and also describes the reaction of 3,6-diphenyl-thieno[3,2-b]thiophene-2,5-dione 4 with different amino acids 5a–e in acidic medium to give 2-(2-(3-mercapto-5-oxo-4-phenylthiophen-2(5H)-ylidene)-2-phenylacetamido)propanoic acid analogues 6a–e. All the compounds have been screened for their anti-inflammatory activity against the carrageenan induced rat paw edema in albino rats. In the primary screening, some of the compounds exhibited appreciable activity.

The reaction of the bulky phospholide salt Li(2,5-tBu2PC4H2) x 2THF (1; THF = tetrahydrofuran) with [NiCp*(acac)] (HCp* = pentamethylcyclopentadiene, Hacac = acetylacetone) gives the green air-sensitive phosphanickelocene [NiCp*(2,5-tBu2PC4H2)] (2) in yields of about 85%. An X-ray structural determination of 2 shows long Ni-ring bonds and "delocalised" ring P-C and C-C bonds characteristic of a classical 20-valence-electron (ve) nickelocene. The electronic structure of 2 has been clarified through a combined Amsterdam density functional (ADF) and photoelectron spectroscopic study, which indicates that the higher lying semi-occupied molecular orbital (SOMO) (-5.82 eV) has a' symmetry and that the phosphorus "lone pair" is energetically low-lying (-8.15 eV). Oxidation of phosphanickelocene 2 by AgBF4 occurs quantitatively to give the corresponding air-sensitive orange phosphanickelocenium salt [NiCp*(2,5-tBu2PC4H2)][BF4] (3). This complex has also been characterised by an X-ray crystallographic study, which reveals long Ni-C(alpha) and short C(alpha)-C(beta) bonds in the phospholyl ligand indicative of a SOMO having a' symmetry. PMe3 reacts with 2 at room temperature to provoke a ring-slip reaction that gives the 18ve complex [NiCp*eta1-(2,5-tBu2PC4H2)(PMe3)] (4), but shows no reaction with the phosphanickelocenium salt 3 under the same conditions.  相似文献
