The oxido-pincer ligand pydotH2 (2,6-bis(1-hydroxy-1-o-tolyl-ethyl-η2O,O′)pyridine) forms two different CuII containing complexes when prepared from anhydrous CuCl2. A combination of EPR spectroscopy and EXAFS allowed to structurally characterise the light-green dimer of the formula [(pydotH2)CuCl(μ-Cl)2ClCu(pydotH2)] and the penta-coordinate olive-green monomer [(pydotH2)CuCl2]. The molecular entities imply that the ligand remains protonated upon coordination. When dissolved in DMF both compounds form monomeric species [(pydotH2)CuCl2(DMF)] which could be characterised in detail by EPR, UV-Vis/NIR spectroscopy and electrochemical measurements. The assignments were supported by comparison with CuII complexes of the related ligands 2,6-bis(hydroxymethyl)pyridine (pydimH2) and 2,6-bis(1-hydroxy-1-methyl)pyridine (pydipH2).  相似文献

A series of binuclear CuII complexes [Cu2XL] n+ having two copper(II) ions bridged by different motifs (X = OH, MeCO2 , or Cl) have been prepared using the ligands: H2L1 = 4-methyl-2-[N-(2-{dimethylamino}ethyl-N-methyl)aminomethyl]-6-[(prolin-1-yl)methyl]phenol, H2L2 = 4-nitro-2-[N-(2-{dimethylamino}ethyl-N-methyl)aminomethyl]-6-[(prolin-1-yl)methyl]phenol, H2L3 = 4-methyl-2-[N-(2-{diethylamino}ethyl-N-ethyl)aminomethyl]-6-[(prolin-1-yl)methyl]phenol and H2L4 = 4-nitro-2-[N-(2-{diethylamino}ethyl-N-ethyl)aminomethyl]-6-[(prolin-1-yl)methyl]phenol. The complexes have been characterized by spectroscopic, analytical, magnetic and electrochemical measurements. Cryomagnetic investigations (80–300 K) revealed anti-ferromagnetic exchange between the CuII ions (–2J in the range –50 to –182 cm–1). The strength of anti-ferromagnetic coupling lies in the order: OAc > OH > Cl. Cyclic voltammetry revealed the presence of two redox couples, assigned to CuII/CuII/CuII/CuI/CuI/CuI. The first reduction potential is sensitive to electronic effects from the aromatic ring substituents and steric effect on the donor nitrogens (side arm) of the ligand systems.  相似文献

New optically active C 2-symmetric salen-type ligands were synthesized on the basis of (4S,5S)-4,5-bis(aminomethyl)-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolane. These ligands were used to obtain cationic (trifluoromethanesulfonate) and neutral (chloride) rhodium(I) complexes with [(4S,5S)-2,2-dimethyl-5-{[(E)-pyridin-2-ylmethylidene]aminomethyl}-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl]-N-[(E)-pyridin-2-ylmethylidene]methanamine and [2,2-dimethyl-5-{[(E)-quinolin-2-ylmethylidene]aminomethyl}-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl]-N-[(E)-quinolin-2-ylmethylidene] methanamine. The latter complex ensured preparation of (S)-2-phenylethanol with an optical yield of 34.8% by transfer hydrogenation of acetophenone.  相似文献

Abstract

The decarboxylation reaction of δ -cis-β-[Co(L1)(pdH)]2+ complex yielded δ -cis-β-[Co(L1) (R-pro)]2+, while the δ -cis-β-[Co(L2) (S-pro)]2+ was obtained from the reaction of δ -cis-β-[Co(L2) (pdH)]2+, where L1 is (3R)3-methyl-1, 6-bis[(2S)-pyrrolidin-2-yl]-2, 5-diazahexane, L2 is (3S) 3-methyl-1, 6-bis-[(2S)-pyrrolidin-2-yl]-2, 5-diazahexane, and pdH is the pyrrolidine-2, 2-dicarboxylate ion. The asymmetrically synthesized prolines were isolated via the decomposition of the decarboxylated complexes. The proline isolated from δ -cis-β-[Co(L1) (R-pro)]2+ showed a specific rotation of +12.0, representing a 24% excess of R-proline over S-proline, while the proline isolated from δ -cis-β-[Co(L2) (S-pro)]2+ showed a specific rotation of -10.0, indicating a 20% excess of S-proline over R-proline.  相似文献

Four multitopic ligands, N,N′-bis[(S)-prolyl)phenylenediamine, N,N′-bis{[(S)-pyrrolidin-2-yl]methyl}phenylenediamine, N,N′-bis[(S)-N-benzylprolyl]phenylenediamine, N,N′-bis{[(S)-N-benzyl-pyrrolidin-2-yl]methyl}phenylenediamine, were synthesised and their co-ordination properties with Rh(I) and Ir(I) studied. The complexes were prepared by the reaction of [MCl(cod)]2 with AgPF6 and further treatment with the ligand. All ligands form one to one [ML] species with the above metal ions. The structures of these complexes were elucidated by analytical and spectroscopic data (elemental analysis, mass spectroscopy, IR, 1H- and 13C-NMR). Complexes show excellent activities and enantioselectivities up to 30% for the hydrogenation of prochiral olefins under mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

The new linear triamine 2,6-bis(pyrrolidin-2-yl)pyridine ( II ) has been synthesized, and the (R, S)-, (R, R)-, and (S, S)-isomers have been separated. Compared to other triamines showing a similar structure, these new ligands form very stable Cu2+ complexes. No significant difference is observed between the meso and the racemic forms for their binary or ternary mixed-ligand complexes with the amino acids alanine and proline.  相似文献

The syntheses and characterization of four new linear pentadentate ligands and their CoIII complexes are described: N,N′-[(pyridine-2,6-diy)bis(methylene)]bis[sarcosine] (sarmp), N,N′-[(pyridine-2,6-diyl)bis(methylene)]bis[(R)- or (S)-proline] ((R,R)- or (S,S)-promp), N,N′-[(pyridine-2,6-diyl)bis(methylene)]bis[N-(methyl)-(R)- or (S)-alanine] ((R,R)- or (S,S)-malmp); 2,2′-[pyridine-2,6-diyl]bis[(S)- or rac-N-(acetic acid)pyrrolidine] ((S,S)- or rac-bapap). The complexes were characterized and, with but one exception, complex formation is stereospecific: Δ-exo-(R,R) (or Λ-exo-(S,S)) for promp and Λ-(R,R) (or Δ-(S,S)) for bapap. The exception is [Co((R,R)- or (S,S)-malmp)H2O]ClO4 for which two forms are obtained, to which Λ-endo-(R,R) (or Δ-endo-(S,S)) and, tentatively, Δ-unsymmetric-(R,R)- (or Λ-unsymmetric-(S,S)-) configurations are assigned. X-Ray crystal structures are presented for the complexes [Co(sarmp)H2O]ClO4, [Co((S,S)-promp)H2O]ClO4, [Co(rac-bapap)H2O]ClO4 and endo-[Co(rac-malmp)H2O]ClO4. Ligand acid dissociation and CoII and FeII complex-formation constants are reported.  相似文献

The synthesis of three novel pyrazole-containing complexing acids, N,N,N′,N′-{2, 6-bis[3-(aminomethyl)pyrazol-1-yl]-4-methoxypyridine}tetrakis(acetic acid)( 1 ), N,N,N′,N′-{2, 6-bis[3-(aminomethyl)pyrazol-1-yl]pyrazine}-tetrakis(acetic acid) ( 2 ), and N,N,N′,N′-{6, 6′-bis[3-(aminomethyl)pyrazol-1-yl]-2, 2′-bipyridine}tetrakis(acetic acid) ( 3 ) is described. Ligands 1–3 formed stable complexes with EuIII, TbIII, SmIII, and DyIII in H2O whose relative luminescence yields, triplet-state energies, and emission decay lifetimes were measured. The number of H2O molecules in the first coordination sphere of the lanthanide ion were also determined. Comparison of data from the EuIII and TbIII complexes of 1–3 and those of the parent trisheterocycle N,N,N′,N′-{2, 6-bis[3-(aminomethyl)pyrazol-l-yl]pyridine}tetrakis(acetic acid) showed that the modification of the pyridine ring for pyrazine or 2, 2′-bipyridine strongly modify the luminescence properties of the complexes. MeO Substitution at C(4) of 1 maintain the excellent properties described for the parent compound and give an additional functional group that will serve for attaching the label to biomolecules in bioaffinity applications.  相似文献

New picoline adducts with carbamic acid [(furan-2-yl)methylene]hydrazide–CuII (CFMH) (1); thiocarbamic acid [(furan-2-yl)methylene]hydrazide–CuII (TFMH) (2); carbamic acid [(furan-2-yl)ethylidene]hydrazide–CuII (CFEH) (3), thiocarbamic acid [(furan-2-yl)ethylidene]hydrazide–CuII (TFEH) (4); carbamic acid [(thiophene-2-yl) methylene]hydrazide–CuII (CTMH) (5), thiocarbamic acid [(thiophene-2-yl)methylene]hydrazide–CuII (TTMH) (6), carbamic acid [(thiophene-2-yl)ethylidene]hydrazide–CuII (CTEH) (7), thiocarbamic acid [(thiophene-2-yl)ethylidene]hydrazide–CuII (TTEH) (8) have been prepared and characterized by analytical, i.r., electronic, e.s.r. and c.v. spectral data. The electronic spectra suggest distorted octahedral geometry for all the picoline adducts. E.s.r. g values lie between 2.251–2.286 at l.n.t. All the adducts undergo a quasi-reversible one-electron reduction in the range +0.47 to +0.51 V versus s.c.e., attributable to the CuIII/CuII redox couple. The electron transfer is much faster in the semicarbazone complexes than in the thiosemicarbazone complexes. All adducts showed increased nuclease activity in the presence of oxidant; the nuclease activity is compared with that of the parent copper(II) complexes.  相似文献

The cytotoxic and antitumour activities of four curcuminoid analogues, namely 1,7-diphenyl-1,6-heptadiene-3,5-dione (HL1), 1,7-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)-1,6-heptadiene-3,5-dione (HL2), 1,7-bis(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-1,6-heptadiene-3,5-dione (HL3), 1,7-bis(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-1,6-heptadiene-3,5-dione (HL4) and their CuII complexes were investigated.The Cu complexes were found to be more active as antitumour agents compared to the free curcuminoids, in both in vitro studies and in increasing the life span of tumour bearing mice. The synthesis and characterization of the curcuminoid analogues and their CuII chelates employing u.v., i.r., 1 H-n.m.r., e.s.r. and mass spectral studies are also included in this report.  相似文献

A linear tetranuclear CuII-GdIII-CuII-GdIII complex [CuIILdpen(meso)GdIII(thd)2(H2O)]2 was synthesized from the reaction of [NaCuIILdpen(meso)(DMF)] with [GdIII(thd)3(H2O)2], and the structures and magnetic properties were investigated, where H3Ldpen(meso) = meso-1,2-diphenyl-1-(2-hydroxybenzamido)-2-(2-hydroxy-3-ethoxybenzylideneamino)ethane and Hthd = 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-3,5-heptanedione. The CuII complex component [NaCuIILdpen(meso)(DMF)] has a one-dimensional (1D) chain structure, in which the Na+ ion is coordinated by two phenoxo and an ethoxy oxygen atoms of a CuII complex and an amido oxygen atom of the adjacent CuII unit to produce the 1D structure, in which the diphenylethylenediamine moieties have the array of {(1R,2S)-Na-(1S,2R)}1∞. The assembly reaction of the CuII and GdIII components gave a linear complex with the array of Cu(1)-Gd(1)-Cu(2)-Gd(2), in which two diphenylethylenediamine moieties have the same chirality of (1R,2S)-(1R,2S) or (1S,2R)-(1S,2R). Two linear Cu(1)-Gd(1)-Cu(2)-Gd(2) units are linked by hydrogen bonds through two water molecules to give a cyclic structure with a center of symmetry. The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibilities and field-dependent magnetization revealed the ferromagnetic interaction between the CuII and GdIII ions within the linear chain.  相似文献

Binuclear CuII complexes having new flexible heptadentate ligands 2,6-bis{[bis(3,3-N,N-dimethylaminopropyl)amino]methyl}-4-bromophenol [HL1], 2,6-bis(3,3-N,N-dimethylaminopropyl)amino]methyl}-4-methylphenol [HL2], and 2,6-bis{[bis(3,3-N,N-dimethylaminopropyl)amino]methyl}-4-methoxyphenol [HL3], capable of assembling two copper ions in close proximity have been synthesized. Comparisons of the charge-transfer (CT) features, observed in electronic spectra of these complexes, are correlated with the electronic effect on the aromatic ring of the ligand systems. The first is sensitive to the electronic effects of aromatic ring substituents of the ligand system, shifting to more positive potentials when more electrophilic groups replace the existing substituents. The conproportionation constants (k con) for the mixed valent CuICuII complexes have been determined electrochemically. The magnetic susceptibilities of the complexes have been measured over the 70–300 K range and the exchange coupling parameter (–2J) determined by a least squares fit of the data which indicates an antiferromagnetic spin exchange (–2J = 94–172 cm–1) between the CuII ions with bridging units in the order: N3 NO2 > OAc > OH.  相似文献

Optically active alanine, valine and leucine were obtained by a transamination reaction between pyridoxamine and the corresponding α-keto acid in the presence of a Cu2+-complex with the tridentate ligand 2,6-bis[(3S)-3-phenykl-2-azabutyl]pyridine. In each case the amino acid with (R)-configuration was formed preferentially, and the maximum enantiomeric excesses were 54% (alanine), 48% (leucine) and 29% (valine). The stereoselectivity of the reaction is discussed in terms of the possible structure and the stability of the intermediate Cu2+-ketimine-ligand complex.  相似文献

The supramolecular self-assembly behavior, by hydrogen-bonding, of zinc(II) [Zn(p-CPTPP)], copper(II) [CuII-(p-CPTPP)] complexes [(p-CPTPP) = 5-(p-carboxyl)-phenylene-methanamidophenyl-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrin] were studied by fluorescence spectroscopic titration and by u.v.–vis. spectra. The fluorescence strengthening character was observed in the Zn(p-CPTPP)/CuII(p-CPTPP) system in a fluorescence spectroscopic titration experiment. The formation constant was determined from the fluorescence spectroscopic titration data and the fluorescence strengthening property of the system was discussed using the fluorescence spectrum of the charge-separated state obtained by the method of spline wavelet least squares.  相似文献

The reduction of99mTc by SnCl2 in the presence of 1,7-bis (2-pyridyl)-2,6-diazaheptane (DPTN) has been investigated in borate buffer solutions with pHs ranging from 6.7 to 9.5. The resulting cationic, neutral and anionic complexes, in addition to TcO2 and TcO 4 impurities, were separated by high voltage paper electrophoresis. The cationic complex turned into neutral and then into an anionic form via hydrolysis. These three species were also separated by gel filtration on a Bio-Gel P-2 column; their formation yields, stability, and the rate of their hydrolysis are presented as a function of the pH, and the results are discussed.  相似文献

Formation constants of ternary complexes of CuII with (S)-amino-acid amides ((S)-phenylalaninamide, (S)-prolinamide, and (S)-tryptophanamide) and (R)- or (S)-histidine and (R)- or (S)-tyrosine were determined potentiometrically in aqueous solution. Significant stereoselectivity was presented by all three amides towards histidine, the diastereoisomeric complexes with ‘heterochiral’ ligands being more stable than those with ‘homochiral’ ligands (see Table 3). The stereoselectivity observed with (S)-phenylalaninamide and (S)-tryptophanamide may be explained on the basis of hydrophobic stacking interactions between 1H-imidazole and the aromatic side chain, favoured by the terdentate behaviour of histidine (see Fig.2), whereas repulsive effects seem to be prevalent with (S)-prolinamide. Only (S)-prolinamide and (S)-phenylalaninamide show appreciable stereoselectivity with tyrosine, which is bidentate, probably on account of repulsive interactions. The present results on the stability of ternary complexes in solution allow to draw some conclusions on the mechanism of chiral discrimination performed by CuII complexes of (S)-amino-acid amides added to the mobile phase in HPLC (reversed phase).  相似文献

(1R,2S,4R)-2-Cyano-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-yl (1S′)-camphanate ( 5 ) was transformed into (?)-methyl 2,5-anhydro-3,4,6-O-tris[(tert-butyl)dimethylsilyl]-D -allonate ( 2 ), (+)-1,3-diphenyl-2-{2′,3′,5′-O-tris[(tert-butyl)dimethylsilyl]-β-D -ribofuranosyl}imidazolidine ( 3 ), and the benzamide 20 of 1-amino-2,5-anhydro-1-deoxy-3,4,6-O-tris-[((tert-butyl)dimethylsily)]-D -allitol. A new macrocyclic ligand, 1,3,5-triaza-2,4:7,8:19,20-tribenzo-9,12,15,18-tetraoxacyclounkosa-1,5-diene (L) was synthesized by reaction of 2,6-diaminopyridine and 1,10-bis(2-formylphenyl)-1,4,7,10-tetraoxadecane. Then, its CuII, NiII, PbII, CoIII and LaIII complexes were synthesized by the template effect by reaction of 2,6-diaminopyridine and 1,10-bis(2-formylphenyl)-1,4,7,10-tetraoxadecane and Cu(NO3)2· 3H2O, Ni(NO3)2· 6H2O, Pb(NO3)2, Co(NO3)2· 6H2O, La(NO3)3·6H2O respectively. The ligand and its metal complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H and 13C NMR, u.v–vis spectra, magnetic susceptibility, conductivity measurements and mass spectra. All complexes are diamagnetic and the CuII complex is binuclear. The CoIII complex was oxidized to CoIII.  相似文献
