Synthesis of 2-[2-hydroxy-3-(vinyloxy)propoxy]benzaldehyde and its cyclization into trans- and cis-2-[(2-methyl-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl)methoxy]benzaldehydes

2-[4-氨基-5-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4H-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫亚甲基酰胺]-3-甲基苯甲酰正丙胺的合成

以2,4-二氯苯甲酸为原料,经酯化、胺化、取代和环合4步反应合成了中间体3-巯基-4-氨基-5-(2,4-二氯)苯基-1,2,4-三唑(4)。以乙腈为溶剂,K2CO3为催化剂,4与2-(2-氯乙酰氨基)-3-甲基-N-丙基苯甲酰胺于室温反应3 h合成了2-[4-氨基-5-(2,4-二氯苯基)-4H-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫亚甲基酰胺]-3-甲基苯甲酰正丙胺,收率78%,其结构经1H NMR,IR,ESI-MS和元素分析确证。     

Extraction of gallium(III) by 1-{[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-propyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-yl]methyl}-1H-1,2,4-triazole from hydrochloric acid solutions

The extraction of gallium(III) with 1-{[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-propyl-1,3-dioxolan-2- yl]methyl}-1H-1,2,4-triazole from hydrochloric acid solutions into toluene was studied. It was found that gallium( III) was efficiently extracted from 5–10 M solutions of HCl by the anion-exchange mechanism. The following metal extraction order was determined in the above aqueous phase acidity range: Ga(III) > In(III) > Al(III). The concentration constants and the thermodynamic parameters of the reaction of gallium(III) extraction from 6 M solutions of HCl at 25 °C were calculated.     

Synthesis of 5-Alkyl-1,3-bis[2-hydroxy-3-(6-methyl-2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidin-3-yl)propyl]-6-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidine-2,4-diones

6-Methyluracil sodium salt reacts with 1,3-bis(3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl)-6-methyluracils in DMF, yielding products of alkylation at the nitrogen atom in position 3 of the uracil ring.     

Copper(II) extraction with 1-{[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-propyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-yl]-methyl}-1H-1,2,4-triazole from hydrochloric acid solutions

Copper(II) extraction with 1-“[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-propyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-yl]-methyl”-1H-1,2,4-triazole in toluene from hydrochloric acid solutions is studied. It is shown that copper(II) is most efficiently extracted with this reagent from 3–5 M HCl solutions. For aqueous acidity of 3 mol/L HCl, the extraction is an exothermal process and follows the coordination mechanism. The anion-exchange extraction mechanism predominates where HCl concentrations is greater than 6 mol/L. The studied reagent can be used for the selective separation of copper(II) from nickel(II) and cobalt(II) at aqueous acidities of up to 4 mol/L HCl.     

(R)-(＋)-5-甲基-5-{4-[2-(2-(5-氯吲唑基))乙氧基]苄基}-2,4-噁唑烷二酮的合成及其绝对构型的确定

以(S)-(－)-1-苯乙胺为拆分剂对外消旋的α-羟基酸进行拆分, 得到手性α-羟基酯4, 再与尿素合环、脱甲基保护, 得到关键的手性中间体(R)-(＋)-5-甲基-5-(4-羟基苄基)-2,4-噁唑烷二酮(6). 将化合物6与甲磺酸酯(8)缩合即得具有全新化学结构的标题化合物9 (ee值100%), 其结构经1 H NMR和HRMS确证. 根据拆分盐3的单晶X射线衍射分析结果及由α-羟基酯4与尿素合环生成噁唑烷二酮的反应机理, 确定标题化合物9的绝对构型为R.     

Synthesis of （S）-2-（3-Arylacrylamido）-3-{4-[2-（5-methyl-2-phenyloxazol-4-yl）ethoxy]phenyl}propanoic Acids

The synthesis of （S）-2-（3-arylacrylamido）-3-{4-[2-（5-methyl-2-phenyloxazol-4-yl）etho- xy]phenyl}propanoic acids is described. Their structures were confirmed by ^1H-NMR.     

N-苄基-3(S)-邻苯二甲酰亚胺基-4(S)-[4(S)-2,2-二甲基-1,3-二氧环戊-4-基]-2-氧吖丁啶的合成

以L-抗坏血酸(1)为原料,经3步反应制得(S)-缩异丙氧叉甘油醛(4).该手性醛与苄胺缩合制得相应的手性亚胺(5).甘氨酸经保护后制成酰氯,在有机碱作用下首先生成不稳定的烯酮(8),继与手性亚胺5迅速进行[2+2]环加成反应,合成标题化合物N-苄基-3(S)-邻苯二甲酰亚胺基-4(S)-[4(S)-2,2-二甲基-1,3-二氧环戊-4-基]-2-氧吖丁啶.由于环加成的面向立体选择性容易控制,由此所得产物的光学纯度和化学收率均较高     

Reduction of n-(1,3-dioxolan-2-yl)-1-methylpyridinium ions: Molecular structure of the 4-(l,3-dioxolan-2-yl)-1-methyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine-borane complex

The reduction of the n-(1,3-dioxolan-2-yl)-1-methylpyridinium ions with sodium borohydride has been studied to prepare N-methylformylpiperidines. Deuterium oxide was used as the solvent in order to assign the protons in the nmr spectra. As a product of the reaction, the 4-(1,3-dioxolan-2-yl)-1-methyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahy-dropyridine-borane complex, was isolated and crystallized. A X-ray study of this borane complex has been carried out.
