A series of β,γ‐unsaturated ketones were isomerized to their corresponding α,β‐unsaturated ketones by the introduction of DABCO in iPrOH at room temperature. The endo‐cyclic double bond (β,γ‐position) on ketone was rearranged to exo‐cyclic double bond (α,β‐position) under the reaction conditions.  相似文献

Semihydrogenation of α,β‐unsaturated ynoates and ‐ynones bearing a γ‐alkoxy group can be performed using triphenylphosphine and water. α,β‐Unsaturated ynoates were reduced to a mixture of cis and trans α,β‐unsaturated enoates, whereas, ynones were reduced to trans α,β‐unsaturated enones as the only products.  相似文献

β-Amino-α-phenyl-α-ferrocenylethanol, FcC(OH)(Ph)CH2NH2 was prepared by the reduction of cyanohydrin trimethylsilyl ether of benzoylferrocene with lithium aluminum hydride. This new compound was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The structure was also confirmed by a single crystal X-ray study. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic P21/c space group with unit cell dimensions: a = 12.5906(17), b = 5.9636(8), c = 19.8320(3) Å, β = 102.047(2), V = 1456.3(3) Å3, Z = 4. The structure exhibits intra- and inter-molecular hydrogen bonding of the type N—H⋅ < eqid1 > ⋅O and O—H⋅ < eqid2 > ⋅N, respectively. The pattern of the inter-molecular hydrogen bonding interaction contains a 10-atom ring with two donors and two acceptors, showing a dimeric crystal packing.  相似文献

A Ph3P‐catalyzed cyclization of α‐halogeno ketones 2 with dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates (=dialkyl but‐2‐ynedioates) 3 produced halogenated α,β‐unsaturated γ‐butyrolactone derivatives 4 in good yields (Scheme 1, Table). The presence of electron‐withdrawing groups such as halogen atoms at the α‐position of the ketones was necessary in this reaction. Cyclization of α‐chloro ketones resulted in higher yields than that of the corresponding α‐bromo ketones. Dihalogeno ketones similarly afforded the expected γ‐butyrolactone derivatives in high yields.  相似文献

Phenanthrene derivatives were prepared by reacting an α,α‐dicyanoolefin with different α,β‐unsaturated carbonyl compounds resulting from Wittig reaction of ninhydrin and phosphanylidene or condensation of barbituric acid and an aldehyde. The easy procedure, mild and metal‐catalyst free, reaction conditions, good yields, and no need for chromatographic purifications are important features of this protocol. The structures of the product of type 3 and 5 were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS). A plausible mechanism for this type of reaction is proposed (Scheme 1).  相似文献

The mass spectra of a series of N‐aryl α,β‐unsaturated γ‐lactams were studied. Besides the molecular ion, the three characteristic fragments such as [M+‐29], [M+‐55], and [M+‐82] were commonly found in a series of N‐Aryl α,β‐unsaturated γ‐lactams in EI/MS. Chemical investigation of the MeOH extract of the leaves of Gynura procumbens (Lour .) Merr . afforded one new sesquiterpenoid, muurol‐4‐ene‐1β,3β,10β‐triol ( 1 ), and two sesquiterpene glycosides, muurol‐4‐ene‐1β,3β,10β‐triol 3‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 2 ) and muurol‐4‐ene‐1β,3β,15‐triol 3‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 3 ), together with three known sesquiterpenoids. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses and chemical methods.  相似文献

A series of pentapeptide derivatives containing α,α‐disubstituted α‐amino acids have been prepared by a combination of the ‘azirine/oxazolone method’ and segment condensations. X‐Ray crystal‐structure determinations of the molecular structures confirmed the presence of helical conformations stabilized by β‐turns of type III or III′. Pentapeptides containing (R)‐Phe(2Me) form a right‐handed helix, whereas those containing (S)‐Phe(2Me) adopt a left‐handed helical structure.  相似文献

Bis[ N -(trimethylsilyl)iminobenzoyl]phosphanides of Lithium and Zinc – Syntheses as well as NMR Spectroscopic, Structural, and Quantumchemical Studies From the reaction of bis(tetrahydrofuran)lithium bis(trimethylsilyl)phosphanide with two equivalents of benzonitrile in 1,2-dimethoxyethane, the yellow dme complex ( 2 a ) of lithium bis[N-(trimethylsilyl)iminobenzoyl]phosphanide ( 2 ) was obtained in 69% yield. However, the intermediate {1-[N-lithium-N-(trimethylsilyl)amido]benzylidene}trimethylsilylphosphane ( 1 ), formed by an analogous 1 : 1 addition in diethyl ether, turned out to be unstable and as a consequence could be characterized by nmr spectroscopic methods only; attempts to isolate the compound failed, but small amounts of the neutral complex 2 b , with the ligands benzonitrile and tetrahydrofuran coordinated to lithium, precipitated. The reaction of compound 2 with zinc(II) chloride in diethyl ether gives the orange-red spiro-complex zinc bis{bis[N-(trimethylsilyl)iminobenzoyl]phosphanide} ( 3 ); this complex is also formed from bis[N-(trimethylsilyl)iminobenzoyl]phosphane ( 4 ), easily amenable by a lithium hydrogen exchange of 2 a with trifluoroacetic acid [18], and zinc bis[bis(trimethylsilyl)amide]. As derived from nmr spectroscopic studies and x-ray structure determinations, compounds 2 a {δ31P +63.3 ppm; P21/n; Z = 4; R1 = 0.067}, 2 b {δ31P +63.3 ppm; P21/c; Z = 4; R1 = 0.063}, 3 {δ31P +58.2 ppm; C2/c; Z = 4; R1 = 0.037} and 4 {δ31P +58.1 ppm [18]} exist as cyclic 3-imino-2λ3σ2-phosphapropenylamides and -propenylamine, respectively, in solution as well as in the solid state. Unlike hydrogen derivative 4 the bis[N-(trimethylsilyl)iminobenzoyl]phosphanide fragments N,N′-coordinating either a lithium or a zinc cation are characterized by almost completely equalized bond lengths; typical mean distances and angles are: PC 180.3 and 178.7; CN 130.5 and 131.8; N–Si 175.3 and 179.3; N–Li 202.3; N–Zn 203.5 pm; CPC 108.8° and 110.5°; PCN 130.9° and 132.9°; CN–Li 113.0°, CN–Zn 117.4°; N–Li–N 104.6°; N–Zn–N 108.8°. Alterations in the shape of the six membered chelate rings, caused by an exchange of the 3-imino-2λ3σ2-phosphapropenylamide or related 2λ3σ2-phospha-1,3-dionate units for the corresponding phosphorus free ligands, are discussed in detail. The results of quantumchemical DFT-B3LYP calculations coincide very well with the experimentally obtained findings.  相似文献

(C3H5)Co(CO)(Si2F4C4H10) was synthesized by the photochemical reaction between dicarbonyl (η5-cyclopentadienyl) cobalt and 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoro-1,2,-disilacyclobutene. Its structure was identified by IR, NMR and mass spectrometry. The single crystal structure was studied for confirmation. The compound crystalized in a monoclinic space group P21/n with unit cell a=7.120 (6), b=20.334. (3), c=10.682(1) Å, β=90.97(8)°, Z=4 final R=0.050 for 3667 observed reflections. The molecule has a mirror plane symmetry about the Co atom coordination sphere. The reaction between the cobalt carbonyl and the 1,2-disilacyclobutene produces only silicon-cobalt σ bonds.  相似文献

Free amino groups in β-chitin from squid pen were acetylated to obtain N-acetylated β-chitin. After careful control of degree of acetylation, thermal and mechanical properties of β-chitin and N-acetylated β-chitin were compared. The structural differences of β-chitin and N-acetylated β-chitin were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and wide-angle x-ray diffraction (WAXD) analysis. The results indicated that the crystallinity of N-acetylated β-chitin was higher than that of β-chitin and N-acetylated β-chitin exhibited characteristics similar to α-chitin. Equilibrium water content (EWC) of β-chitin reached to about 50% and this hydrophilic nature was assumed to be caused by a relatively weak hydrogen bonding force of β-chitin with parallel main chains. On the other hand, EWC of N-acetylated β-chitin was 40% due to the introduction of ordered structure. β-chitin and N-acetylated β-chitin have the tensile strength of 0.4 and 0.7 Mpa in the swollen state, respectively. Viscoelastic properties and thermal relaxation behaviors were investigated by dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA). DMTA spectra of these samples showed that α-transition peaks of β-chitin and N-acetylated β-chitin were observed at 170 and 190°C, respectively. These relaxation peak maxima were assigned to be their glass transition temperature. In addition, a second relaxation peak of β-chitin resulting from acetamide groups was found at 112°C and a broad relaxation peak of N-acetylated β-chitin at around 81–100°C. As a result of thermogravimetric analysis, 10% weight loss temperatures of β-chitin and N-acetylated β-chitin were 270 and 285°C, respectively. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The even numbered γ(δ)-thionolactones (C6–C12) were investigated, using heptakis(2,3-di-O-methyl-6-O-tert-butyldimethylsilyl)- and heptakis(2,3-di-O-acetyl-6-O-tert-butyldimethylsilyl)-β-cyclodextrin as chiral stationary phases in capillary gas chromatography. The title compound, cobalt 4′,7-diethoxylisoflavone-3′-sulfonate([Co(H2O)6](X)2⋅8H2O, X = C19H17O4SO3) was synthesized and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1 with cell parameters a = 9.026(3) Å, b = 16.431(5) Å, c = 18.195(6) Å, α = 72.289(4), β = 87.498(4), γ = 82.775(5), V = 2550.1(13) Å−3, Dc = 1.419 Mg m−3, and Z = 2. The results show that the title compound consists of one cobalt cation, six coordinated water molecules, eight lattice water molecules, and two 4′,7-diethoxylisoflavone-3′-sulfonate anions, C19H17O4SO3. Two anions have different conformations. Twelve H atoms of six coordinated water molecules, as donors, form hydrogen bonds with four oxygen atoms of sulfo-groups of two anions and eight oxygen atoms of eight lattice water molecules. In addition, π < eqid1 > ⋅ < eqid2 > π stacking interactions exist in the crystal structure, which together with hydrogen bonds lead to supramolecular formation with a three-dimensional network.  相似文献

γ‐Acryloyloxyethyl‐γ‐butyrolactone is formed as a byproduct when the polymerization of γ‐acryloyloxy‐ε‐caprolactone is initiated with aluminium isopropoxide in toluene. The extent of this side reaction decreases with decreasing temperature and is dependent on whether the reaction is stopped as soon as monomer conversion is complete or not. Various optically active (4R)‐alkyloxycarbonyl‐3,3‐dialkyl‐2‐oxetanones as monomers were synthesized from L‐(S)‐malic acid in six steps to prepare a new family of stereopolyesters for biomedical applications. The synthesis began with an esterification followed of a dialkylation in the aim to introduce hydrophobic groups as methyl or reactive group as allyl. Then, a saponification has permitted to obtain the corresponding diacids that reacted with appropriate alcohols to furnish different monoesters. The last and most important step was activation of hydroxyl group of monoesters with the asymmetric carbon configuration inversion according to the Mitsunobu reaction. Thus, this reaction has provided lactones from monoesters with 100% enantiomeric excess which was confirmed by 1H NMR and by the synthesis of corresponding isotactic and semicrystalline homopolyesters. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Two CoII complexes, Co(phen)(HL)2 ( 1 ) and [Co2(phen)2(H2O)4L2]·H2O ( 2 ) (H2L = HOOC‐(CH2)5‐COOH), were synthesized and structurally characterized on the basis of single crystal X‐ray diffraction data. In complex 1 the Co atoms are tetrahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and two O atoms of different hydrogenpimelato ligands. Through π—π stacking interactions between carboxyl group and phen ligand, the complex molecules are assembled into 1D columnar chains, which are connected by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Complex 2 consists of the centrosymmetric dinuclear [Co2(phen)2(H2O)4L2] molecules and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The Co atoms are each octahedrally surrounded by two N atoms of one phen ligand and four O atoms from two bis‐monodentate pimelato ligands and two H2O molecules at the trans positions. The results about thermal analyses, which were performed in flowing N2 atmosphere, on both complexes were discussed.
