In the crystal structure of 1,1′-(1,3-propane­diyl)­bis(5-ethyl-6-methyl­thio-4,5-di­hydro-1H-pyrazolo­[3,4-d]­pyrimidin-4-one), C19H24N8O2S2, the pairs of pyrazolo­[3,4-d]­pyrimidine rings of the mol­ecule stack between the heterocyclic rings, due to intramolecular π–π interactions. The substituted ethyl and methyl groups are comparable as far as intramolecular stacking is concerned.  相似文献

Four polymers based on perylenediimide co-polymerized with thiophene, bithiophene, selenophone and thieno[3,2-b]thiophene were investigated as the acceptor materials in all-polymer solar cells. Two different donor polymers, poly[4,8-bis(5-(2-ethylhexyl)thiophen-2-yl)benzo[1,2-b;4,5-b′]dithiophene-2,6-diyl-alt-(4-(2-ethylhexyl)-3-fluorothieno[3,4-b]thiophene)-2-carboxylate-2,6-diyl](PTB7-Th) and poly[(5,6-difluoro-2,1,3-benzothiadiazol-4,7-diyl)-alt-(3,3′′′-di(2-dodecyltetradecyl)-2,2′;5′,2″;5″,2′′′-quaterthiophen-5,5′′′-diyl)](Pff BT4T-2DT), with suitably complementary absorption spectra and energy levels were applied and examined. Among all different donor-acceptor pairs studied here, the combination of PTB7-Th:poly[N,N′-bis(1-hexylheptyl)-3,4,9,10-perylenediimide-1,6/1,7-diyl-alt-2,5-thiophene](PDI-Th) exhibited the best power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 5.13%, with open-circuit voltage(V_(oc)) = 0.79 V, short-circuit current density(J_(sc)) = 12.35 mA·cm~(-2) and fill-factor(FF) = 0.52. The polymer of PDI-Th acceptor used here had a regio-irregular backbone, conveniently prepared from a mixture of 1,6- and 1,7-dibromo-PDI. It is also noteworthy that neither additive nor posttreatment is required for obtaining such a cell performance.  相似文献

Syntheses of benzo[3,4]phenanthro[1,2-b]thiophene, benzo[3,4]phenanthro[2,1-b]thiophene and their 1-methyl analogs are reported as potential constituents of solvent refined coal liquids and for mutagenicity testing. The attempted synthesis of the 13-methyl analogs which gave the 11-methyl isomers is also described. Total assignments of the 1H- and 13C-nmr spectra based on long range optimized heteronuclear protoncarbon two-dimensional chemical shift correlation are reported. Carbon assignments obtained for benzo[3,4]-phenanthro[1,2-b]thiophene using this approach were confirmed with a 125 MHz 13C–13C INADEQUATE spectrum. X-Ray crystal structures were determined for benzo[3,4]phenanthro[1,2-b]thiophene and 1-methyl-benzo[3,4]phenanthro[2,1-b]thiophene. Both molecules were helically distorted from planarity. Close intramolecular contacts between the bay region H1–H13 and ClMe-H13 of 2.03 and 2.28 Å, respectively, were responsible for the distortions. There were no close intermolecular contacts of <3.5Å. both molecules refined to an R value of <0.05.  相似文献

The iminium salt, N,N-dimethyl-N-[2-(2-phenyl-4H-l-benzopyran-4-ylidene)ethylidene] imin-ium perchlorate ( 3 ), reacts with secondary amines by exchanging the dimethylimino group for the added amine. Primary amines also reacted with 3 in the same manner. The bis iminium salts, N,N,N',N'-tetramethyl-N,N'-[2-(2-phenyl-4H-l-benzopyran-4-ylidene)-1,3-propanediylidene]-bis(immium perclilorate) ( 4 ) and the corresponding thiapyran derivative ( 5 ), react with ammonia to give 5-dimethylamino-2-phenyl-5H-1-benzopyrano[3,4-c]pyridine ( 10 ) and the thia analog 11 . The reactions of 4 and 5 with primary amines give 3-alkyl-5-dimethylamino-2-phenyl-5H-l-beiizopyrano[3,4-c]pyridinium perclilorate salts or the corresponding thiapyrano compounds. Compounds 4 and 5 react with secondary amines by exchanging the dimethylimino groups with the secondary amine and addition of the amine at the 2-position of the pyran or thiapyran ring.  相似文献

A new highly phenylated heterocyclic diamine, 3,4-bis(4-aminophenyl)-2,5-diphenylfuran, was synthesized in three steps from 4–-nitrodeoxybenzoin. The low temperature solution polycondensation of the diamine with various aromatic diacid chlorides afforded tetraphenylfuran-containing aromatic polyamides with inherent viscosities of 0.2–0.8 dL/g. Copolyterephthalamides were obtained from the diamine and 4,4′-oxydianiline. The polyamides were generally soluble in a wide range of solvents that included N,N-dimethylacetamide, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, pyridine, and m-cresol. Glass transition temperatures of the polyamides and copolyamides ranged from 302–342°C, and 10% weight loss was observed above 480°C in nitrogen.  相似文献

Complexation properties of dimeric rhodium(II) tetracarboxylates have been utilised in chemistry, spectroscopy and organic synthesis. Particularly, the combination of these rhodium salts with multifunctional ligands results in the formation of coordination polymers, and these are of interest because of their gas‐occlusion properties. In the present work, the polymeric adducts of rhodium(II) tetraacetate with flexible ligands exhibiting conformational variety, ethane‐1,2‐diamine, propane‐1,3‐diamine and their N,N′‐dimethyl‐ and N,N,N′,N′‐tetramethyl derivatives, have been investigated by means of elemental analysis, 13C CPMAS NMR, 15N CPMAS NMR and density functional theory modelling. Elemental analysis and NMR spectra indicated the axial coordination mode and regular structures of (1 : 1)n oligomeric chains in the case of adducts of ethane‐1,2‐diamine, N,N′‐dimethylethane‐1,2‐diamine N,N,N′,N′‐tetramethylethane‐1,2‐diamine and N,N,N′,N′‐tetramethylpropane‐1,3‐diamine. Propane‐1,3‐diamine and N,N′‐dimethylpropane‐1,3‐diamine tended to form heterogeneous materials, composed of oligomeric (1 : 1)n chains and the additive of dirhodium units containing equatorially bonded ligands. Experimental findings have been supported by density functional theory modelling of some hypothetical structures and gauge‐invariant atomic orbital calculations of NMR chemical shifts. The Schiff base compounds N,N′-bis(3,4-dimethoxybenzylidene)-2,2-dimethylpropane-1,3-diamine hydrate, (3,4-MeO-ba)2Mepn.H2O (1), and N,N′-bis(3,4-dimethoxybenzylidene)butane-1,4-diamine, (3,4-MeO-ba)2bn (2), with different central groups derived from 3,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde are synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structure of 1 is determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Each imino functional group (-C=N-) is coplanar with its adjacent benzene ring and the two benzene rings form a dihedral angle of 86.868(27)°. Title compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with unit cell parameters: a = 9.0774(2) Å, b = 29.2138(5) Å, c = 8.5696(2) Å, β = 92.4756(14)°, V = 2270.41(8) Å3 and Z = 4.  相似文献

Two heterocyclic compounds based on the thieno[3,4-c]thiophene structure with four aryl substituents were prepared and their behavior in electrooxidation studied. These tetraarylthieno[3,4-c]thiophenes were synthesized in three steps starting from 1,3-dibenzoylmethane in the case of 1,3,4,6-tetraphenyl-2 u 4 i 2 -thieno[3,4-c]thiophene 1a and from 1,3-bis(4'-methoxyphenyl)propane-1,3-dione in the case of 1,3,4,6-tetrakis(4'-methoxyphenyl)-2 u 4 i 2 -thieno[3,4-c]thiophene 1b , a new compound. Both cyclic and hydrodynamic voltamperometric analyses indicate two reversible one-electron oxidation stages for compound 1b , while for compound 1a only the first stage is reversible. The preparative electrooxidation of the two compounds results in the opening of one thiophene ring giving rise to n -keto-thioketones.  相似文献

First examples of ene diamines with a phosphonate function at the C=C double bond were obtained by the reaction of dialkyl H‐phosphonates with bis(Ntert‐butyl)‐diimine derived from glyoxal, [1,4‐bis(tert‐butyl)‐1,4‐diaza‐1,3‐butadiene], and isolated as hydrochlorides. Preferentially the cis‐diamine is formed. The new phosphonates are characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy(1H, 13C, 31P). In addition the methyl ester 8a was characterized by 14,15N NMR spectroscopy as well as by several 2D NMR techniques and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, unequivocally establishing the ene diamine structure. In the crystal dimers of the cations are formed by P–O ··· H–N hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

Twenty-one 1,3-diaminobenzo[f]quinazolines ( 2 , R = H, alkyl, halogen, methoxy) were synthesized as planar tricyclic analogs of the antimalarial agent pyrimethamine ( 1 ). The synthetic methods included i) condensation of 1-cyano-2-naphthylamines with cyanamide in the presence of pyridine hydrochloride, ii) cyclization of N1,N5-bis(2-naphthyl)biguanide hydrochlorides in diphenyl ether at 250°, iii) reaction of 2-naphthylamine hydrochlorides with excess sodium dicyanamide in boiling 1-octanol, and iv) selenium dioxide dehydrogenation of 1,3-diamino-5,6-dihydrobenzo[f]quinazolines. A number of new 2-naphthols and 2-naphthylamines were synthesized as intermediates. Substituent effects on the ultraviolet absorption spectra of 1,3-diamino-benzo[f]quinazolines were investigated and found to be additive. These compounds are of interest as inhibitors of dihydrofolate reductase and as potential antimalarial and antitumor agents.  相似文献

A new naphthalene unit-containing bis(ether anhydride), 2,6-bis(3,4-dicarboxyphenoxy)naphthalene dianhydride, was synthesized in three steps starting from the nucleophilic nitrodisplacement reaction of 2,6-dihydroxynaphthalene and 4-nitrophthalonitrile in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) solution in the presence of potassium carbonate, followed by alkaline hydrolysis of the intermediate bis(ether dinitrile) and subsequent dehydration of the resulting bis(ether diacid). High-molar-mass aromatic poly(ether imide)s were prepared using a conventional two-step polymerization process from the bis(ether anhydride) and various aromatic diamines. The intermediate poly(ether amic acid)s had inherent viscosities of 0.65–2.03 dL/g. The films of poly(ether imide)s derived from two rigid diamines, i.e. p-phenylenediamine and benzidine, crystallized during the thermal imidization process. The other poly(ether imide)s belonged to amorphous materials and could be fabricated into transparent, flexible, and tough films. These aromatic poly(ether imide) films had yield strengths of 104–131 MPa, tensile strengths of 102–153 MPa, elongation to break of 8–87%, and initial moduli of 1.6–3.2 GPa. The glass transition temperatures (Tg's) of poly(ether imide)s were recorded in the range of 220–277°C depending on the nature of the diamine moiety. All polymers were stable up to 500°C, with 10% weight loss being recorded above 550°C in both air and nitrogen atmospheres. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Ointment-like poly(ortho esters) were synthesized for the first time from the reaction of 3,9-bis(methylene)-2,4,8,10-tetraoxaspiro[5. 5] undecane with poly(ethylene glycol)-400, N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)-n-hexadecylamine and N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl) palmitamide, respectively. The obtained polymers were characterized by 1H NMR spectra, 13C NMR spectra, elemental analyses, light scattering, and measurements of intrinsic viscosity. The influence of catalyst on the intrinsic viscosity of polymers was investigated. The 9-[(1,3-dihydroxy-2-propoxy) methyl] guanine controlled release profiles of hydrophobic ointment-like polymers such as polymer PII in vitro were also discussed.  相似文献

█tl="American"█The synthesis of the three N,N′-di(4-coumaroyl)tetramines, i.e., of (E,E)-N-{3-[(2-aminoethyl)amino]propyl}-3,3′-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-N,N′-(ethane-1,2-diyl)bis[prop-2-enamide] ( 1a ), (E,E)-N-{4-[(2-aminoethyl)amino]butyl}-3,3′-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-N,N′-(ethane-1,2-diyl)bis[prop-2-enamide] ( 1b ), and (E,E)-N-{6-[(2-aminoethyl)amino]hexyl}-3,3′-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-N,N′-(ethane-1,2-diyl)bis[prop-2-enamide] ( 1c ), is described. It proceeds through stepwise construction of the symmetric polyamine backbone including protection and deprotection steps of the amino functions. Their behavior on TLC in comparison with that of 1,4-di(4-coumaroyl)spermine (=(E,E)-N-{4-[(3-aminopropyl)amino]butyl}-3,3′-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-N,N′-(propane-1,3-diyl)bis[prop-2-enamide]; 2 ) is discussed.  相似文献

Abstract

The poly-Diels-Alder addition between the new bisdiene 1,4-bis(5-methoxy-2-oxazolyl)benzene (4) and N,N′-hexamethylene-bis[2-(2,5-dihydro-2,5-dioxo-pyrrole-1-yl) acetamide] (7) is described. The structure of the resulting polyadduct 12 was proved by 1H NMR spectroscopy with the aid of the low-molecular-weight model compounds 1,4-bis(1,3-dihydro-7-hydroxy-1,3-dioxo-2-phenyl-pyrrolo[3,4-c] pyridine-4-yl)benzene (9) and N,N'-hexamethylene-bis[2-(1, 3-dihydro-7-hydroxy-6-methyl-1,3-dioxo-4-phenyl-pyrrolo [3,4-c]pyridine-2-yl)acetamide] (11). The reaction proceeds via the aromatization of the primarily formed cycloadducts. Polyadduct 12 shows a number average degree of polymerization Pn of about 11 – 12 (Mn = 8500 ? 9200 g/mol), calculated from 1H NMR endgroup signals.  相似文献

Random and block disiloxane-containing copolyamides were prepared through one- and two-step procedures, respectively, by the low temperature solution polycondensation in chloroform containing triethylamine hydrochloride starting from 1,3-bis(3-aminopropyl)tetramethyldisiloxane, an aromatic diamine [3,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether (ODA) or m-phenylenediamine], and isophthaloyl chloride. The random copolyamides exhibited composition-dependent single glass transition temperature (Tg), and gave transparent and tough films by solution casting or hot pressing. The ODA-based block copolyamides had two Tg's, and the solvent-cast transparent films exhibited microphase separated morphology. The block copolymers gave better quality films than the single-phase random copolymers. © 1992 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

A new dicarboxylic acid monomer containing the N-methylcarbazole and imide structures, 3,6-bis(trimellitimido)-N-methylcarbazole (I), was prepared from the condensation of 3,6-diamino-N-methylcarbazole (c) and trimellitic anhydride. The diamine c was synthesized in three steps starting from the methylation of carbazole, followed by nitration and catalytic hydrazine reduction. A series of N-methylcarbazole-containing poly(amide–imide)s were synthesized by direct polycondensation from the diimide–diacid I with various aromatic diamines. These poly(amide–imide)s had inherent viscosities of 0.66–1.47 dl/g and were readily soluble in a variety of organic solvents, including N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc). Transparent, flexible, and tough films of these polymers could be cast from DMAc solutions, and these films exhibited excellent mechanical strength. The glass-transition temperatures of these poly(amide–imide)s were in the range 317–362 °C. All the poly (amide–imide) did not degrade noticeably below 480 °C in nitrogen, and the 10% weight loss temperatures and char yields at 800 °C were above 520 °C and 60% in nitrogen, respectively, indicating high thermal stability. 以TG-DTG为手段, 研究了N,N'-二(5,5-二甲基-2-磷杂-2-硫代-1,3-二噁烷-2-基)乙二胺(DPTDEDA)在氮气气氛中的热分解动力学, 利用 Kissinger法、Flynn-Wall-Ozawa(FWO)法对DPTDEDA进行了动力学分析, 求出了该物质的热分解动力学参数, 同时利用Satava-Sestak法研究了该物质的热分解机理. 结果表明, Kissinger法所求得的表观活化能为137.37 kJ•mol-1, 指前因子ln A=28.00; Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法所求得的活化能为139.83 kJ•mol-1. DPTDEDA的热分解机理为相边界反应, 其动力学方程为G(α)=1-(1-α)4, 反应级数n=4.  相似文献

An efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of 7,16,25-triaryl-7,8,16,17,25,26-hexahydro-6H,15H,24H-tribenzo[f,m,t][1,5,8,12,15,19,3,10,17]hexaoxatriazacyclohenicosines, 3,8-diaryl-2,3,4,7,8,9-hexahydrobenzo[1,2-e:4,3-e′]bis[1,3]oxazines, 3,9-bis(chlorophenyl)-3,4,9,10-tetrahydro-2H,8H-benzo[1,2-e:3,4-e′]bis[1,3]oxazines, and 2,9-bis(chlorophenyl)-1,2,3,8,9,10-hexahydrobenzo[1,2-e:6,5-e′]bis-[1,3]oxazines via cycloaminomethylation of pyrocatechol, resorcinol, and hydroquinone with N,N-bis(methoxymethyl) anilines in the presence of samarium catalysts.  相似文献

Reactions of 6-allylsulfanylpyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-one with arenesulfenyl chlorides in chloroform gave products of addition of the latter at the exocyclic double bond, while analogous reactions in acetic acid in the presence of LiClO4 were accompanied by intramolecular electrophilic cyclization involving the N7 atom. 6-Cinnamylsulfanylpyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-one reacted with arenesulfenyl chlorides in acetic acid in the absence of electrolyte to produce fused pyrazolo[4′,3′: 5,6]pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazine derivatives. Introduction of a bulky phenyl group into position 1 of the pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine system reduces the yield of the corresponding intramolecular cyclization product at N7 as a result of concurrent formation of acyclic addition product. Halogen-metal exchange of 1,3-dibromodithieno[3,4-b:3′,2′-d]pyridine with butyllithium under different conditions has been studied. Upon reaction with iodine, N,N-dimethylacetamide, N,N-dimethylformamide, dimethyl carbonate, dimethyl disulfide and thiuram disulfide, the 1,3-diiodo-, 1,3-diacetyl-, 1,3-diformyl-, 1,3-dicarbomethoxy, 1,3-di(thiomethyl)- and 1,3-di(N,N-dimethyldithiocarbamoyl)dithieno[3,4-b:3′,2′-d]-pyridines, respectively, were obtained in varying yields. 3-Monosubstituted derivatives were obtained in some cases. The formation of 3,7-disubstituted derivatives was sometimes also observed.  相似文献
