The synthesis of two novel polycyclic heterocyclic ring systems via photocyclization is described. These are [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]naphtho[2,1-h]quinoline and [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]naphtho[2,1-h][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-α]-quinoline. In the 1H nmr spectrum the proton at position 6 is strongly deshielded in the first ring system while the proton at position 6 in the second ring system is shifted considerably upfield while the proton at position 8 in the second ring system is the most deshielded proton in that ring system. The bay regions in both ring systems are severely congested.  相似文献

Two previously unknown heterocyclic ring systems, namely, [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]naphtho[2,1-f]quinoline ( 4 ) and [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]naphtho[1,2-g]quinoline ( 5 ) were synthesized via photocyclization of 3-chloro-N-(2-phenanthryl)benzo[b]thiophene-2-carboxamide ( 8 ) followed by chlorination and dechlorination. The total assignment of their 1H- and 13C-nmr spectra was determined by utilizing inverse-detected HMQC and HMBC two-dimensional nmr spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

The synthesis of two previously unknown unsubstituted heterocyclic ring systems namely, benzo[h][1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline ( 6 ) and benzo[f][1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline ( 12 ) is reported. The 1H- and 13C-nmr spectra of [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]naphtho[1,2-h]quinoline and [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]-naphtho[1,2-h][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]quinoline were totally assigned using a combination of two-dimensional nmr techniques. After correlation of the proton signals by a COSY spectrum and one-bond heteronuclear correlation, complete assignment of the 1H- and 13C-nmr spectra of the novel heterocyclic compounds required the application of long-range CH coupling information particularly for quarternary resonance assignments and the orientations of individual spin systems relative to one another.  相似文献

Photocyclization of 3-chloro-N-phenylbenzo[b]thiophene-2-carboxamide 10 afforded [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]-quinolin-6(5H)-one 11 which was chlorinated to 6-chloro[1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline 12 followed by dechlorination to give [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline 5 . A series of 6-substituted alkoxy and thioalkoxy[1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline derivatives were prepared along with the N-methyl quaternary salt 13 of 5 . 6-Chloro[1]-benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline 12 was converted into 6-hydrazino[1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline 23 which upon treatment with formic acid yielded [1]benzothieno[2,3-c][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]quinoline 6 . Treatment of 23 with nitrous acid resulted in [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]tetrazolo[1,5-a]quinoline 7 . Compounds 6 and 7 are novel heterocyclic ring systems.  相似文献

The synthesis of the 12-methyl derivative of a novel heterocyclic ring system, namely benzo[h][1]benzothieno[2,3-c][1,6]naphthyridine ( 8 ) was prepared by photocyclization of 3-chloro-N-(2′-methyl-4′-quinolyl)benzo-[6]thiophene-2-carboxamide ( 5 ) to 12-methylbenzo[h][1]benzothieno[2,3-c][1,6]naphthyridin-6(5H)-one ( 6 ). Chlorination of 6 afforded 6-chloro-12-methylbenzo[h][1]benzothieno[2,3-c][1,6]naphthyridine ( 7 ) which upon dechlorination provided the novel title compound 8 .  相似文献

Photocyclization of 3-chloro-N-(3-phenanthryl)thieno[2,3-b]thiophene-2-carboxamide ( 5 ) yielded only one of the two possible structural isomers, thieno[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]naphtho[1,2-f]quinolin-6(5H)-one ( 6 ), which was further elaborated to afford the unsubstituted ring system 10 , its triazole 11 and tetrazole 12 . The structural confirmation of 10 was achieved by the total assignment of its 1H and 13C nmr spectra by the concerted utilization of two-dimensional nmr spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

Photocyclization of 3‐chloro‐N‐(9‐phenanthryl)benzo[b]‐thiophene‐2‐carboxamide ( 3 ) and 3‐chloro‐N‐(9‐phenanthryl)‐naphtho[1,2‐b]thiophene‐2‐carboxamide ( 10 ) yielded dibenzo[f,h]benzothieno[2,3‐c]‐quinolin‐10(9H)‐one ( 4 ) and dibenzo[f,h]naphtho[2′,1′:4,5]thieno[2,3‐c]quinolin‐10(9H)‐one ( 11 ), respectively. New and effective methods for the synthesis of derivatives of pyrano[3,4-c][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a][1,5-a]pyridines were developed. Synthesized new tetracyclic heterocyclic systems containing pyrano[3,4-c]pyridine ring unknown in the literature were obtained for the first time. The rearrangement of Dimroth in the triazolo[4,3-a]pyridine systems for the first time was studied. The possibility of rearrangement of Dimroth in the new heterocyclic system has been investigated.  相似文献

A novel series of 1,5-dihydropyrido-triazolo-pyrimidine derivatives were prepared by cyclocondensation of 2-thioxo-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidines (prepared from reaction of chalcone with 6-aminothiouracil) with a variety of hydrazonoyl chlorides. Based on spectroscopic evidence and their chemical syntheses, the structures of the newly prepared compounds were elucidated. Designated compounds are forced for molecular docking by using MOE 2014.010 Package software; one of in silico study tools. Synthesized compounds are targeting Human Cyclin-defendant Kinase 2 (CK2) PDB ID (1PXO.Protein data bank) due to its important role in controlling the human cell cycle and also for meiosis.  相似文献

The reaction of 1-(4-oxo-1-R-5H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-6-yl)-4-arylthiosemicarbazides with methyl iodide gave rise to 1,2,4-triazolo-pyrazolopyrimidinones of linear structure, and with dicyclohexylcarbodiimide the products had angular and linear structure. The heating of compounds obtained higher than their melting point resulted in their isomerization into 7-aryl-amino-1-R-1,8-dihydro-4H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-4-ones.  相似文献

Benzo[h]naphtho[1′2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c][1,6]naphthyridine, a novel polycyclic heterocyclic ring system, has been synthesized as the 14-methyl derivative 8 in four steps from known intermediates. The synthesis of a previously unknown polycyclic heterocyclic ring system, dibenzo[f,h]phenanthro-[9′,10′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]quinoline ( 4 ), was accomplished via photocyclization of the appropriate amide followed by chlorination. Substitution of the chlorine atom with hydrazine followed by removal of the hydrazine moiety with 10% copper sulfate solution afforded the parent ring system 4 . The pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine moieties are one of the most biologically widespread heterocyclic compounds as antimicrobial, antioxidant, antitubercular, antiviral and anti-inflammatory. Hence, we synthesized an efficient new series of 2-thioxo-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidinone, 2-hydrazinyl-(quinolin-2-yl)pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidinone,N′-(quinolin-2-yl)-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine-(formo/aceto)-hydrazide and substituted-(quinolin-2-yl)pyrido[2,3-d][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyrimidinone derivatives. The characterization of new compounds was corresponded by using spectroscopic techniques, IR, NMR and Mass spectra. In vitro, all compounds were evaluated as antimicrobial activity compared with cefotaxime sodium and nystatin as the standard drug. This work deals with the exploration of the new heterocyclic compounds and medicinal diversity of quinoline-pyrido[2,3-d][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyrimidine derivatives that might pave the way for long in the discovery of therapeutic medicine for future drug design.  相似文献
