The acoustic hyperlens can be realized by an alternating layered structure of water and fluid with negative mass density. Based on this alternating layered principle, we propose that an acoustic metamaterial consisting of three layers in water background can be designed to replace the fluid with negative mass density. The effective mass density and bulk modulus of the system which is composed of acoustic metamaterial and water are functions of the frequency. The effective mass density of such a system is close to the negative mass density of the fluid at a specific frequency; thus an acoustic metamaterial hyperlens can be achieved.  相似文献

Transformation acoustics is employed to design an acoustic bending waveguide. A two-dimensional square area with anisotropic and homogeneous material properties is transformed into a fan-shaped area with anisotropic and inhomogeneous material properties to rotate the direction of beam propagation. An alternating layered structure is considered to approximate a medium with anisotropic material properties. From the calculation results, the transformation medium can be realized by an alternating layered structure consisting of water and fluid with negative mass density. We propose that an acoustic metamaterial composed of three layers in water background can be designed to replace negative mass density fluid. The effective mass density and bulk modulus of the system that is composed of the acoustic metamaterial and water are dependent on the incident frequency and the geometric size of the acoustic metamaterial. We tune the geometric size of the acoustic metamaterial to approach the corresponding mass density distribution of the negative mass density fluid at a specific frequency. Thereby, the acoustic bending waveguide designed by using transformation acoustics can be achieved by the acoustic metamaterials.  相似文献

The acoustic radiation force on a fluid sphere immersed in water between two boundaries given by a Gaussian beam is theoretically and numerically investigated in this work. Based on the finite series method, the Gaussian beam is expressed in terms of Bessel function and a weighting parameter. The effects of the two boundaries concerned in our study is worked out by the image theory. This work also provides a reference when considering the effects of certain factors such as the radius of the sphere and the distance between the sphere and two boundaries. The contrast with the acoustic radiation force on a fluid sphere near only one boundary is also made in this paper. Our study can offer a theoretical basis for acoustics manipulation, acoustic sensors in the field of biomedical ultrasound and material science.  相似文献

为获得具有大功率无指向性发射特性的水声换能器,提出了一种外液腔式Janus-Helmholtz结构。通过设置隔声层改变换能器的声辐射模式,从而改善声辐射效率和无指向性方向的声辐射能力,并利用外液腔振动和Janus换能器纵向振动耦合实现宽带发射。基于有限元法设计了一只工作频段为1.1~3.5 kHz的外液腔式Janus-Helmholtz换能器试验样机。样机测试结果显示与设计结果符合得较好,与内液腔式相比,外液腔式Janus-Helmholtz水声换能器在0°方向的声辐射能力得到了显著改善。   相似文献

The interaction between fluid loaded fiber-optic cantilevers and a low frequency acoustic wave is investigated as the basis for an acoustic vector sensor. The displacements of the prototype cantilevers are measured with an integrated fiber laser strain sensor. A theoretical model predicting the frequency dependent shape of acoustically driven planar and cylindrical fiber-optic cantilevers incorporating effects of fluid viscosity is presented. The model demonstrates good agreement with the measured response of two prototype cantilevers, characterized with a vibrating water column, in the regime of Re ≥ 1. The performance of each cantilever geometry is also analyzed. Factors affecting the sensor performance such as fluid viscosity, laser mode profile, and support motion are considered. The planar cantilever is shown to experience the largest acoustically induced force and hence the highest acoustic responsivity. However, the cylindrical cantilever exhibits the smoothest response in water, due to the influence of viscous fluid damping, and is capable of two axis particle velocity measurement. These cantilevers are shown to be capable of achieving acoustic resolutions approaching the lowest sea-state ocean noise.  相似文献

Instantaneous acoustic heating of a fluid with thermodynamic relaxation is the subject of investigation. Among others, viscoelastic biological media described by the Maxwell model of the viscous stress tensor, belong to this type of fluid. The governing equation of acoustic heating is derived by means of the special linear combination of conservation equations in differential form, allowing the reduction of all acoustic terms in the linear part of the final equation, but preserving terms belonging to the thermal mode responsible for heating. The procedure of decomposition is valid for weakly nonlinear flows, resulting in the nonlinear terms responsible for the modes interaction. Nonlinear acoustic terms form a source of acoustic heating in the case of dominative sound, which reflects the thermoviscous and dispersive properties of a fluid. The method of deriving the governing equations does not need averaging over the sound period, and the final governing dynamic equation of the thermal mode is instantaneous. Some examples of acoustic heating are illustrated and discussed, conclusions about efficiency of heating caused by different sound impulses are made.  相似文献

In this paper the physical acoustic method or the Kirchhoff approxima-tion is extended to treat the scattering of a nonrigid surface in order to estimatethe target strength of targets with absorbing coatings.By using the locally planewave approximation,the relationship between the sound pressure and its normalderivative on the surface can be represented by the plane wave reflectioncoefficient and the acoustic impedance of the surface.The resulting modifiedKirchhoff approximation involves the plane wave reflection coefficient.For aimpedance sphere,a comparison between the physical acoustic method and theexact solution shows that the physical acoustic method still is a good approxima-tion at higher κα values.  相似文献

Particles suspended in a fluid will experience forces from stationary acoustic fields. The magnitude of the force depends on the time-averaged energy density of the field and the material properties of the particles and fluid. Forces acting on known particles smaller than 20 microm were studied. Within a 500 kHz acoustic beam generated by a plane-piston circular source, observations were made of the geometry of the particle column that is formed. Varying the acoustic energy altered the column width in a manner predicted by equations for the primary acoustic radiation force from scattering of particles in the long-wavelength limit. The minimum pressures required to trap gas, solid, and liquid particles in a water medium at room temperature were also estimated to within 12%. These results highlight the ability of stationary acoustic fields from a plane-piston radiator to impose nano-Newton-scale forces onto fluid particles with properties similar to biological cells, and suggest that it is possible to accurately quantify these forces.  相似文献

为研究有限振幅声波作用下圆孔的非线性声学特性,提出了基于三维时域计算流体动力学(CFD)仿真的圆孔非线性声阻抗提取方法,通过求解层流方程来模拟声信号在圆孔及上下游的传播,以及采用横向周期性边界条件来考虑高穿孔率时圆孔之间相互作用的影响。研究了不同幅值声波作用下孔径、厚度和穿孔率对声阻抗的影响规律,通过对质点振速幅值、频率和板厚等组成的无量纲参量进行非线性回归分析,得到了圆孔非线性声阻抗的拟合公式,并将其转换为可考虑多频声波影响的时域模型。最后结合声阻抗时域模型和有限差分方法计算了直通穿孔管消声器在小振幅和有限振幅声波作用下的传递损失,通过与实验测量结果的比较,验证了拟合公式的准确性和实用性。  相似文献

The local resonant band gap and the negative bulk modulus of the acoustic metamaterial with Helmholtz resonators are strongly affected by the temperature of water. In this paper, the acoustic transmission line method (ATLM) is introduced to investigate the influences of the temperature of water on the local resonant band gap and the negative bulk modulus of the acoustic metamaterial. Results show that the relative variations of the local resonant band gap and the negative effective bulk modulus suffering from the change of the temperature of water are approximately equivalent and are up to about 11%. The reason is that the local resonant frequency is proportional to the sound speed of fluid which is strongly effects by the temperature of water. By achieving the unambiguous relationships between these unusual properties of the acoustic metamaterial and the temperature of water, we find that the temperature-controlled acoustic metamaterial with the active band gap and the active negative bulk modulus can be realized in theory. This idea opens a new avenue for the design of the tunable acoustic metamaterial that can modulate the acoustic wave propagation.  相似文献

The propagation of intense acoustic waves in a one-dimensional phononic crystal is studied. The medium consists in a structured fluid, formed by a periodic array of fluid layers with alternating linear acoustic properties and quadratic nonlinearity coefficient. The spacing between layers is of the order of the wavelength, therefore Bragg effects such as band gaps appear. We show that the interplay between strong dispersion and nonlinearity leads to new scenarios of wave propagation. The classical waveform distortion process typical of intense acoustic waves in homogeneous media can be strongly altered when nonlinearly generated harmonics lie inside or close to band gaps. This allows the possibility of engineer a medium in order to get a particular waveform. Examples of this include the design of media with effective (e.g., cubic) nonlinearities, or extremely linear media (where distortion can be canceled). The presented ideas open a way towards the control of acoustic wave propagation in nonlinear regime.  相似文献

针对一定声场作用下自由空间中的球形粒子,首先分析了声散射过程中的吸收声功率、散射声功率和损失声功率以及三者之间的关系,并通过计算发现了由于参数选取不当导致的负吸收现象。接着从动量守恒定律出发推导了声辐射力的一般表达式,阐释了声辐射力与声能流之间的关系,并从理论和计算两方面验证了负向声辐射力的存在。当负向声辐射力产生时,声波的背向散射被抑制。在此基础上,进一步研究了粒子的偏心特性和流体的黏度这两种常见因素对负向声辐射力的影响。利用球函数的加法公式推导了偏心球的散射系数和声辐射力公式,结果显示偏心距离、粒子的材料等都会显著改变负向声辐射力的产生条件。在低频近似下,由于流体黏度附加的正向声辐射力是否能完全抵消原来的负向声辐射力将决定最终的声辐射力方向。该结果对利用负向声辐射力制成单行波声学镊子来实现对特定粒子的操控有着理论指导意义。   相似文献

针对传统Helmholtz水声换能器设计中刚性壁假设的局限性,将Helmholtz腔体的弹性计入到液腔谐振频率计算中,实现低频弹性Helmholtz水声换能器液腔谐振频率精确设计.基于细长圆柱壳腔体的低频集中参数模型,导出了腔体弹性引入的附加声阻抗表达式,得到了弹性壁条件下Helmholtz水声换能器等效电路图,给出了考虑了末端修正的弹性壁Helmholtz共振腔液腔谐振频率计算公式.利用ANSYS软件建立了算例模型,仿真分析了不同材质、半径、长度时的Helmholtz共振腔液腔谐振频率.结果对比表明弹性理论值与仿真值符合得很好,相比起传统的刚性壁理论计算结果,本文的弹性壁理论得出的液腔谐振频率值有所降低,与真实情况更加接近.本文的结论可以为精确设计低频弹性Helmholtz水声换能器提供理论支持.  相似文献

由于有机物质分解等原因,实际的海底沉积物中存在气泡,气泡的存在会显著影响沉积物低频段的声学特性,因此研究气泡对沉积物低频段声速的影响机理具有重要意义.考虑到外场环境的不可控性,在室内水池中搭建了大尺度含气非饱和沙质沉积物声学特性获取平台,在有界空间中应用多水听器反演方法首次获取了含气非饱和沙质沉积物300—3000 Hz频段内的声速数据(79—142 m/s),并同时利用双水听器法获取了同一频段的数据(112—121 m/s).在声波频率远低于沉积物中最大气泡的共振频率时,根据等效介质理论,将孔隙水和气泡等效为一种均匀流体,改进了水饱和等效密度流体近似模型.模型揭示了气泡对沉积物低频段声学特性的影响规律,理论上解释了沉积物中声速的降低.通过分析模型预报声速对模型参数的敏感性,根据测量得到的声速分布反演得到了沉积物不同区域的气泡体积分数,气泡体积分数从1.07%变化到2.81%.改进的模型为沉积物中气泡体积分数估计提供了一种新方法.  相似文献

Significant reduction in target strength and radiation signature can be achieved by surrounding an object with multiple concentric layers comprised of three acoustic fluids. The idea is to make a finely layered shell with the thickness of each layer defined by a unique transformation rule. The shell has the effect of steering incident acoustic energy around the structure, and conversely, reducing the radiation strength. The overall effectiveness and the precise form of the layering depends upon the densities and compressibilities of the three fluids. Nearly optimal results are obtained if one fluid has density equal to the background fluid, while the other two densities are much greater and much less than the background values. Optimal choices for the compressibilities are also found. Simulations in 2D and 3D illustrate effectiveness of the three fluid shell. The limited range of acoustic metafluids that are possible using only two fluid constituents is also discussed.  相似文献

偶极子声波测井在套管井中的应用越来越多,本文重点研究了套管井不同胶结状况下偶极子声源在套管井中激发的声场特征,通过解析方法分析了水泥环第一界面和第二界面不同胶结状况下井孔模式波的频散和衰减。计算结果表明,在水泥环第一界面或第二界面胶结差时井孔声场中可观测地层弯曲波和套管弯曲波;与胶结良好时相比,地层弯曲波的频散曲线向低频偏移,水泥环第二界面胶结差时偏移较大;套管弯曲波对水泥界面存在的流体环厚度很敏感,随着流体环厚度的增加套管弯曲波的相速度逐渐增大,激发幅度也明显增强,这一特征为利用套管弯曲波的相速度估算流体环厚度提供了可能。本文的计算结果为利用套管井中越来越多的偶极子声波测井资料评价水泥胶结质量奠定了理论基础。  相似文献

Recent papers have initiated interesting comparisons between aeroacoustic theory and the results of acoustic scattering problems. In this paper, we consider some aspects of these comparisons for acoustic scattering by a sphere. We give a derivation of Curle's equation for a specific class of linear acoustic scattering problems, and, in response to previous claims to the contrary, give an explicit confirmation of Curle's equation for plane wave scattering by a stationary rigid sphere of arbitrary size in an inviscid fluid. We construct the complete solution for scattering by a rigid sphere in a viscous fluid, and show that the neglect of viscous terms in Curie's equation yields an incomplete prediction of the far field dipole pressure. We also consider the null field solution of the sphere scattering problem, and give its extension to the vorticity modes associated with viscosity. Finally, we construct a solution for an elastic sphere in a viscous fluid, and show that the rigid sphere/null field solution is recovered from the limit of infinite longitudinal and shear wave speeds in the elastic solid.  相似文献

水下目标散射声场的重构可以作为水下目标散射特性的研究基础。本文主要利用声辐射模态对水下目标进行散射声场重构研究。首先,在借助声传递矩阵给出的任意结构声辐射模态的流体域求解方法基础上,通过理论证明了目标的散射声压与声辐射模态具有函数关系。其次,借助声场分布模态的概念,同时考虑到声场分布模态病态及声压测量易受噪声污染,提出基于声辐射模态的正则化散射声场重构算法。仿真结果表明,波数越低,重构所需声辐射模态阶数越少,在较高波数时仅需总模态数的大约20%即可对声场进行重构。与基于边界元的声场重构算法相比,计算量减小了至少80%,且克服了赫姆霍兹积分方程最小二乘法仅对球壳结构的重构效果较好而不适用于长条形结构重构的缺陷。  相似文献
