P-叶星像函数类的一些充分条件

令Hn(p)表示形如f(z)=zp ∑ ∞k=n pakzk,且在单位圆U={z;|z|<1}内解析的函数f(z) 的全体所成的函数类.本文应用微分从属技巧得到了p-叶β级星像函数的一些充分条件,所得结果推广了一些作者的相关结果.     

关于某类解析函数的星象性和Ruscheweyh的一个问题

本文引入了一个涉及Ruscheweyh导数的解析函数子类，应用微分从属方法和Carlson-Shaffer算子讨论了它的从属关系和偏差定理；其次，应用单叶函数的性质和一个微分不等式研究了它的星象性条件和覆盖定理，最后，部分地解决了Ruscheweyh的一个问题。     

Starlikeness and subordination properties of a linear operator

In this paper, we introduce a new class of p-valent analytic functions defined by using a linear operator L_k^α. For functions in this class H_k^α(p,λh) we estimate the coefficients. Furthermore, some subordination properties related to the operator L_k^α are also derived.

In this article, we study several majorizaton properties for the subclasses SL~*,SR~*(a, b), BS~*(α), S_c~*, S_q~* and S_R~* of starlike functions. Meanwhile, some special cases of our main results are given.     

Recurrence and Transience Criteria for Symmetric Hunt Processes

In this paper, we will discuss recurrence, transience and other potential theoretic aspects based on symmetric regular Dirichlet space. We will first deal with Dirichlet space with the strong local property and give a recurrence criterion in terms of exhaustion function. This criterion shows that recurrence automatically provides us with an exhaustion function which is usable to verify a Liouville property on subharmonic functions. Secondly, a recurrence criterion and a transience criterion for a Nonlocal Dirichlet space will be presented. Those criteria can be applied to Albeverio–Karwowski"s random walks on p-adic number field. Lastly, we will prove the assertions which cover other potential theoretic aspect of p-adic number field such as Liouville property on harmonic functions.

Some classes of analytic functions involving Noor integral operator

The object of the present paper is to investigate some inclusion properties of certain subclasses of analytic functions defined by using the Noor integral operator. The integral preserving properties in connection with the operator are also considered. Relevant connections of the results presented here with those obtained in earlier works are pointed out.     

Gaussian Estimates for Random Walks on Some Unimodular p-adic Groups

It is shown in this paper that the transition kernels corresponding to simple random walks on certain unimodular solvable p-adic groups admit upper Gaussian estimates.      

Some subclasses of multivalent functions involving a certain linear operator

The authors investigate various inclusion and other properties of several subclasses of the class Ap of normalized p-valent analytic functions in the open unit disk, which are defined here by means of a certain linear operator. Problems involving generalized neighborhoods of analytic functions in the class Ap are investigated. Finally, some applications of fractional calculus operators are considered.

Some Characterizations of Completeness for Trellises in Terms of Joins of Cycles

This paper gives some new characterizations of completeness for trellises by introducing the notion of a cycle-complete trellis. One of our results yields, in particular, a characterization of completeness for trellises of finite length due to K. Gladstien (see K. Gladstien: Characterization of completeness for trellises of finite length, Algebra Universalis 3(1973), 341–344).     

Gap Phenomena for p-Harmonic Maps

In this paper, we generalize to p-harmonic mapssome gap results known for harmonic maps. In particular, we prove that,under a certain level of energy depending on the curvature of the domainand target manifolds, the only p-harmonic maps are theconstant ones. The main tools are Bochner–Weitzenböck andReilly-type formulas involving the p-Laplace operator.     

Some complete metrics on spaces of fuzzy subsets

The classes of the L_p,∞- and L_p-metrics play an important role to develop a probability theory in fuzzy sample spaces. All of these metrics are known to be separable, but not complete. The classes are closely related as for each L_p,∞-metric there exists some L_p-metric which induces the same topology. This paper deals with the completion of the L_p,∞- and L_p-metrics. We can also show that the relationship between the classes of L_p,∞- and L_p-metrics still holds for the obtained respective classes of their completions.     

Hypercontractivity, Nash inequalities and subordination for classes of nonlinear semigroups

A suitable notion of hypercontractivity for a nonlinear semigroup {T _t } is shown to imply Nash-type inequalities for its generator H, provided a subhomogeneity property holds for the energy functional (u,Hu). We use this fact to prove that, for semigroups generated by operators of p-Laplacian-type, hypercontractivity implies ultracontractivity. Then we introduce the notion of subordinated nonlinear semigroups when the corresponding Bernstein function is f(x)=x ^α , and write an explicit formula for the associated generator. It is shown that hypercontractivity still holds for the subordinated semigroup and, hence, that Nash-type inequalities hold as well for the subordinated generator.     

Strong starlikeness for a class of convex functions

By means of the Briot-Bouquet differential subordination, we estimate the order of strong starlikeness of strongly convex functions of a prescribed order. We also make numerical experiments to examine our estimates.     

p-Adic Automorphic Functions for the Unitary Group in Three Variables

Let G be a special unitary group in three variables over a local field and, a co-compact subgroup of G. Some p-Ranks Related to Orthogonal Spaces

We determine the p-rank of the incidence matrix of hyperplanes of PG(n, p ^e) and points of a nondegenerate quadric. This yields new bounds for ovoids and the size of caps in finite orthogonal spaces. In particular, we show the nonexistence of ovoids in and . We also give slightly weaker bounds for more general finite classical polar spaces. Another application is the determination of certain explicit bases for the code of PG(2, p) using secants, or tangents and passants, of a nondegenerate conic.
