Let Z/(pe) be the integer residue ring modulo pe with p an odd prime and integer e ≥ 3. The singular integral operator J Ω,α, and the Marcinkiewicz integral operator (~μ)Ω,α are studied. The kernels of the operators behave like |y|-n-α(α>0) near the origin, and contain an oscillating factor ei|y|-β(β>0) and a distribution Ω on the unit sphere Sn-1 It is proved that, if Ω is in the Hardy space Hr (Sn-1) with 0<r= (n-1)/(n-1 )(>0), and satisfies certain cancellation condition,then J Ω,α and uΩ,α extend the bounded operator from Sobolev space Lpγ to Lebesgue space Lp for some p. The first author introduced a Riemannian invariant denoted by δ and proved in [4] that everyn-dimensional submanifold of the complex hyperbolicm-space ℂH m (4c) of constant holomorphic sectional curvature 4c<0 satisfies a basic inequality , whereH 2 denotes the squared mean curvature of the submanifold. The main purpose of this paper is to completely classify properCR-submanifolds of complex hyperbolic spaces which satisfy the equality case of this inequality. LetM n be a Riemanniann-manifold. Denote byS(p) and Ric(p) the Ricci tensor and the maximum Ricci curvature onM n, respectively. In this paper we prove that everyC-totally real submanifold of a Sasakian space formM 2m+1(c) satisfies , whereH 2 andg are the square mean curvature function and metric tensor onM n, respectively. The equality holds identically if and only if eitherM n is totally geodesic submanifold or n = 2 andM n is totally umbilical submanifold. The paper presents the theory of the discontinuous Galerkin finite element method for the space-time discretization of a linear nonstationary convection-diffusion-reaction initial-boundary value problem. The discontinuous Galerkin method is applied separately in space and time using, in general, different nonconforming space grids on different time levels and different polynomial degrees p and q in space and time discretization, respectively. In the space discretization the nonsymmetric interior and boundary penalty approximation of diffusion terms is used. The paper is concerned with the proof of error estimates in “L 2(L 2)”-and “ ”-norms, where ɛ ⩾ 0 is the diffusion coefficient. Using special interpolation theorems for the space as well as time discretization, we find that under some assumptions on the shape regularity of the meshes and a certain regularity of the exact solution, the errors are of order O(h p + τ q ). The estimates hold true even in the hyperbolic case when ɛ = 0.  相似文献

We prove that a complete noncompact oriented strongly stable hypersurfaceM n with cmc (constant mean curvature)H in a complete oriented manifoldN n+1 with bi-Ricci curvature, satisfying alongM, admits no nontrivialL 2 harmonic 1-forms. This implies ifM n (2n4) is a complete noncompact strongly stable hypersurface in hyperbolic spaceH n+1(–1) with cmc , there exist no nontrivialL 2 harmonic 1-forms onM. The boundedness on Triebel-Lizorkin spaces of oscillatory singular integral operator T in the form e^i|x|^aΩ(x)|x|^-n is studied,where a∈R,a≠0,1 and Ω∈L^1(S^n-1) is homogeneous of degree zero and satisfies certain cancellation condition. When kernel Ω(x' )∈Llog+L(S^n-1 ), the Fp^a,q(R^n) boundedness of the above operator is obtained. Meanwhile ,when Ω(x) satisfies L^1- Dini condition,the above operator T is bounded on F1^0,1 (R^n).  相似文献

In this paper, we prove that and round geodesic spheres are the only n-dimensional compact embedded rotation hypersurfaces with Hm = 0 (1 ≤ mn − 1) in a unit sphere Sn+1(1). The solvability of the fifth-order nonlinear dispersive equation δtu+au (δxu)^2+βδx^3u+γδx^5u = 0 is studied. Let τ(H(·)) be the value of some functional τ(·), given c.h.f. H(·). The value τ0=τ(H0(·)) is a parameter of interest. If is an estimator for τ0, then its quality can be characterized by the distribution law of normed deviations . These laws Ln are unknown, but they can be consistently estimated, by using the resampling method, as n→∞.
