The title compound, C30H25FN2O3, was prepared from the four-component one-pot condensation reaction and the product crystallized using dimethylformamide. The structure of the compound was established by elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), UV-Visible, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic crystal system with the space group Pī, with unit cell parameters a = 10.286(2) Å, b = 11.795(2) Å, c = 21.331(4) Å, α = 100.270(3)°, β = 90.093(3)°, γ = 90.062(3)°, and Z = 4. The crystal and molecular structure of the title molecule is stabilized by intra-molecular interactions of types C–H···N and C–H···O.  相似文献

The compound (Z)-2-N′-hydroxyisonicotinamidine, (2) was synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, FT-IR, FAB-Mass, UV-Visible Spectra, and elemental Analysis. Its molecular structure was solved by single crystal X-ray diffraction method. The title molecule, C6H7N3O is crystallized in the orthorhombic crystal system with the space group Pna21 and with unit cell parameters a = 12.5664(8) Å, b = 8.8622(6) Å, c = 5.7953(4) Å, α = 90°, β = 90°, γ = 90°, and Z = 4. The molecular and crystal structure of the title molecule is stabilized by an intramolecular interaction of the type N—H···O, and the intermolecular interactions of types N—H···N and O—H···N.  相似文献

The present study describes the synthesis, spectroscopic, and single crystal X-ray structural analysis of ethyl 5-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylate. The pyrazole ester of formula [C13H14N2O2] was prepared from the three-component one-pot condensation reaction of ethyl acetoacetate, N,N-dimethyldimethoxymethanamine, and phenyl hydrazine. The product was crystallized by using ethanol as solvent. The structure of the compound was confirmed by elemental analysis, Fourier transforms infrared (IR), thermogravimetric analysis, UV-visible (UV-Vis), 1H NMR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies. The gas-phase molecular geometry and the electronic structure-property of the molecule were calculated at the density functional theory. The frontier molecular orbitals, theoretical UV-Vis, and IR stretching vibrations were also reported. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system with the space group P21/c and Z = 4. The unit cell parameters are a = 12.141(3) Å, b = 13.934(4) Å, c = 7.2777(18) Å, and β = 97.816(14)0. The structure is stabilized by an intermolecular interaction of type C-H···O and the structure also involves C-H···π interactions.  相似文献

The new chalcone compound namely (E)-1-(4-Bromophenyl)-3-(2,3,4-trimethoxyphenyl)prop-2-en-1-one (C18H17BrO4) is crystallized in the monoclinic crystal system of P21/c space group. The unit cell dimensions are: a = 8.0753 (10) Å, b = 21.873 (3) Å, c = 9.3362 (12) Å, α = 90°, β = 99.369 (2), γ = 90° and Z = 4. The single crystal was grown using slow evaporation solution growth technique. The newly synthesized compound was characterized by using IR, 1H- and 13C-NMR, UV-Vis and single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Quantum chemical method of Density Functional Theory (DFT) with B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) has been employed to study the structural and spectral properties of the compound. The electronic absorption spectrum was calculated using the time dependent functional theory (TDDFT) method. The most stable conformer of the title chalcone is identified from the computational results. Hirshfeld surface analysis with fingerprint plots has been used as a graphical tool for visualization and understanding of intermolecular interactions. Intermolecular C?H····O interaction observed stabilize the crystal structure, forming an infinite one dimensional column. The effect of this intermolecular interaction in the solid state can be seen in the difference between the experimental and the theoretically optimized geometrical parameters. The crystal is transparent in the entire visible region and absorptive in the UV region. Information about the size, shape, charge density distribution and site of chemical reactivity of the molecule has been obtained by mapping electron potential (MEP). The other molecular properties like charge transfer are explain using Mulliken population analysis. The antioxidant test indicated that the 2,3,4-trimethoxy substitution on the bromide chalcone to be one of the favorable modification to enhance its metal chelating activity.  相似文献

The synthesis, variable temperature NMR spectra, and crystal structures of two crystalline forms, 2a and 2b, of the enamine 1-(N,N-diethylamino)-2,2-bis(2-nitrophenylthio)ethene have been obtained. Both forms crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/a. The two phases have similar molecular structures but possess different intermolecular C–H······O hydrogen bonding interactions. Both forms exhibit disorder within the NEt2 fragment at 298 K: sufficient disorder persisted with 2a (orange needles) down to 100 K to make the geometric parameters pertaining to the enamine fragment unreliable. The disorder was effectively eliminated on cooling 2b down (red colored blocks) to 150 K. Cell dimensions for the 2a-phase are at 100 K: a = 11.1030(4) Å, b = 15.1325(7) Å, c = 12.4504(7) Å, β = 114.606(3)°, while for the 2b-phase at 150 K, a = 15.5206(4) Å, b = 7.6958(2) Å, c = 15.7137(3) Å, β = 92.580(7)°. The C–N bond length in the β-form at 150 K of 1.335(3) Å indicates considerable double bond character: the rotational barrier of the C–N bond in CDCl3 was calculated to be 52.4 kJ mol?1.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the compound was stabilized by the inter-molecular interactions of types N–H???N, C–H???O, and C–H???N, and intra-molecular interactions of the type C–H???O. The crystal structure of the title compound is determined by X-ray diffraction studies. The structure is solved by the direct method. The experimental data are obtained on a DAR-UMB diffractometer by the θ-θ/2θ scan technique using MoK α radiation. The crystal is monoclinic, a = 17.913(3) Å, b = 17.239(3) Å, c = 5.501(5) Å, γ = 74.4(3)°, space group P21/a, Z = 4 for C17H22N4O, and ρcalcd = 1.211 g/cm3. The molecule consists of the phenyl and triazole rings and the dimethylamino, carbonyl, and isopropyl groups attached to the rings. The dihedral angle between the rings is 67.4°. The carbonyl oxygen atom and the triazole ring are in the trans position relative to each other. The N-C-C-O torsion angle is 172.8°. The molecule is in the Z isomeric form.  相似文献

The molecular and crystal structure of 4-ethoxycarbonyloxy-1-oxo-1H-phthalazine 2-carboxylic acid ethyl ester has been elucidated by X-ray diffraction methods. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic crystal system (space group Pc) with the unit cell parameters a = 10.758(9), b = 4.631(3), c = 14.957(7) Å, β = 107.30(6)° and Z = 2. The structure has been solved by direct methods and refined to a final R value of 0.060 for 870 observed reflections [F o > 4σ(F o)]. The presence of a large number of intra-and intermolecular interactions makes the molecule look like a four-ring structure. The structure is stabilized by C-H···O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, 2-Phenyl-N-(pyrazin-2-yl)acetamide, C12H11N3O, was prepared by the coupling reaction and the product was crystallized by using toluene and methanol mixture(1:1) The structure of the compound was confirmed by elemental analysis, FTIR, 1H NMR, thermogravimetric analysis, differential thermal analysis, UV-Visible spectroscopy, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P 21/c with the following unit-cell parameters: a = 8.1614(10), b = 14.9430(13), c = 9.3877(9) Å, β = 103.653(12)°, and Z = 4. The crystal structure was solved by direct methods using single-crystal X-ray diffraction data collected at room temperature and refined by full-matrix least-squares procedures to a final R-value of 0.0465 for 1486 observed reflections. An intramolecular C&sbnd;H···O hydrogen bond generates an S(6) graph-set motif. In the crystal, molecules are linked by N&sbnd;H···O and C&sbnd;H···O hydrogen bonds, forming a two-dimensional network.  相似文献

A four-coordinated complex, L2Co(NCO)2, (L = 1-methylbenzimidazole) has been synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analyses, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is monoclinic, a = 14.522(2) Å, b = 14.610(2) Å, c = 8.6850(13) Å, β = 92.037(3)°, Z = 4, sp. gr. P21/c. Bond lengths Co–N(L) are equal to 2.0165(16) and 2.0174(15) Å, Co–O(NCO) are 1.944(2) and 1.945(2) Å. Intermolecular C–H···O, C–H···N, and C–H···π interactions link the molecules into three-dimensional networks in the crystal.  相似文献

The organic carbonitrile namely methyl (6-amino-5-cyano-2-methyl-4-(2-nitrophenyl)-4H-pyran)- 3-carboxylate is synthesized via one-pot multi-component reaction at room temperature using commercially available urea as inexpensive and environmentally benign organo-catalyst and its crystal structure is determined by X-ray technique. The crystals are monoclinic, sp. gr. C2/c, a = 12.3069(8) Å, b = 9.7023(7) Å, c = 24.812(2) Å, β = 94.862(6)°, Z = 8. The dihedral angle between pyran and phenyl rings is 87.8(1)°; the pyran ring is almost planar The dihedral angle between the mean planes of phenyl ring and nitro group is 44.4(2)°. The crystal structure is stabilized by N?H···N and N?H···O hydrogen bonds. In addition, C?H···π interactions are also observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献

The crystal structure and some physico-chemical properties of MnCl2·Pro·H2O (Pro=L-proline) were studied. This compound is stable up to approximately 313 K. Upon heating the complex loses a molecule of water and is transformed into the oxide in two steps. The IR spectrum was recorded. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space groupP212121 witha=7.112(2) Å,b=10.196(2) Å,c=13.249(3) Å andZ=4. The manganese atoms in the polymeric chain are bridged by two chlorine atoms and oxygen atoms from the carboxylate group of L-proline. The Mn?Cl bond distances range from 2.535(1) Å to 2.581(1) Å, the Mn?O bond distances range from 2.135(2) Å to 2.153(2) Å and Mn?Mn bond distances are 3.556(1) Å. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by full-matrix least squares. The molecule in the solid state consists of a dimer with its two equivalent halves related by a center of symmetry at the middle of the N N bond. Each molecular fragment is nearly planar and the N N bond between the two halves is 1.296(5) Å indicating that it is a partial double bond.  相似文献

Five derivatives of curcumin analogue (R = OCH2CH3 (1), R = N(CH3)2 (2), R = 2,4,5-OCH3 (3), R = 2,4,6-OCH3 (4), and R = 3,4,5-OCH3 (5)) were synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, FT-IR and UV–Vis spectroscopy. The synthesized derivatives were screened for antityrosinase activity, and found that 4 and 5 possess such activity. The crystal structure of 1 was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction: monoclinic, sp. gr. P21/c, a = 17.5728(15) Å, b = 5.9121(5) Å, c = 19.8269(13) Å, β = 121.155(5)°, Z = 4. The molecule 1 is twisted with the dihedral angle between two phenyl rings being 15.68(10)°. In the crystal packing, the molecules 1 are linked into chains by C?H···π interactions and further stacked by π···π interactions with the centroid–centroid distance of 3.9311(13) Å.  相似文献

The crystal structure of 2,3H-2-methyl-4-(4-nitrophenyl)-5-oxobenzopyrano[3,4-e]dihydropyran-2-ol is investigated using X-ray diffraction. The unit cell contains an ethanol molecule that forms hydrogen bonds with O-H and C-O groups of two molecules of the main compound and acts as a proton donor and a proton acceptor in these hydrogen bonds. Owing to these interactions, infinite chains are formed in the crystal. The crystallographic data for the structure of C19H15NO6·C2H5OH (M = 399.39) are as follows: the crystals are triclinic, space group P1, a = 5.5340(3) Å, b = 8.0109(4) Å, c = 11.0112(5) Å, α = 88.773(2)°, β = 84.788(2)°, γ = 79.958(2)°, and Z = 1.  相似文献

In the title compound, the Cu atom is coordinated by an N2O2 donor set from the imine-phenol ligand in a slightly distorted square planar coordination geometry, with the two phenolate O atoms being deprotonated. The Cu–O bond lengths are 1.878(4) and 1.889(4) Å, the Cu–N bond lengths are 1.980(5) and 1.985(5) Å. The angles O1–Cu–N1 and O2–Cu–N2 are 90.96(19) and 90.72(19)°, respectively.  相似文献

MW = 927.86, monoclinic, space group P21/c, Z = 2, a = 9.283(1) Å, b = 16.239(2) Å, c = 12.209(1) Å, β = 99.848(9)°. The crystal structure consists of repeated [Cu2(μ–C2O4)(C10H8N2)2 · (H2O)2]2 cations and non-coordinated saccharin anions.
