Abstract Interferences resulting from the presence of humic acid (HA) and other surface-active substances in a sample matrix decrease the reliability of Pb and Cd determinations obtained by square-wave anodic stripping voltammetry (SWASV). The implementation of thin-layer chromatography (TLC) prior to SWASV minimizes the effect of these interferents by physically separating Pb and Cd from the sample matrix prior to analysis. The determination of both Pb and Cd was shown to be feasible after TLC separation from laboratory standards spiked with 100 ppm humic acid and from a lake water sample spiked with 1 ppm of Pb and Cd. 相似文献

采用薄层色谱法分离中药蟾酥中内源性哇巴因样物质 ,以三氯甲烷 甲醇 水 (体积比为 75∶2 0∶5 )溶液为展开剂 ,将所获得的活性物用反相高效液相色谱法纯化并经 2 2 0nm及 30 0nm检测后 ,以人红细胞86Rb摄取率试验测定其生物活性 ,得到了匀质的、紫外吸收波长为 2 5 0nm、可明显抑制钠泵活性的一种新的哇巴因样物质。实验结果为薄层色谱 高效液相色谱法用于内源性、低相对分子质量的生物样品的分离及纯化提供了依据。 相似文献

Abstract Residues of the fungicide biphenyl in citrus fruits have been determined by direct scanning of spots on phosphor-impregnated high performance silica gel TLC plates under UV light. Biphenyl was separated from fruit tissue by steam liquid-liquid extraction. Recoveries from spiked samples ranged from 92–99% at 100, 50, and 10 ppm levels. The precision of the TLC determination and overall procedure are shown to be adequate for residue analysis. 相似文献

苯氧乙酸及其衍生物对植物有很强的生物活性,是一类药性高、选择性好、使用安全的化学除草剂,因此,被农田广泛应用.其中2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(简称2,4-D)是最为常用的一种.虽然这类化合物的毒性较小,但在土壤、粮食、环境水中的残留,也会对动植物构成不同程度的危害.因此,对苯氧乙酸类除草剂的分离和测定方法的研究,对于保护人类的健康和生态平衡具有重要的意义.目前,国内尚未见到有关这方面的研究报道.我们采用薄层色谱法,同时分离和测定了苯氧乙酸和2,4-D,灵敏度高,操作简便、快速. 相似文献

Abstract A new method has been developed for the separation of reduced and oxidized forms of glutathione from amino acid mixtures. The samples were spotted on Kieselgel plates and developed in phenol-water = 7:3 containing SDS. The separation was performed in pressurized ultramicro chamber. The running time was shorter than that in a normal chamber, decreasing the possibility of diffusion. In addition to the two forms of glutathione, nine different kinds of amino acids could be separated. The method affords a possibility for rapid analysis of two forms of glutathione both in the clinical and industrial practice. 相似文献

Abstract p-Diethylaminoanil of phenylglyoxal a bidentate ligand was used for complexation with Hg(II), UO2(II), Au(III), Pt(IV) Mg(II), Bi(III), Sb(III) and Be(II) ions. The chelates were characterized by their analysis, molar conductance and infrared spectra. T.L.C. detection, separation and determination of these complexes on starch bound silica gel layers was studied Long persisting dark coloure of the complexes rendered the spots self descernible and no locating agent was required.
