糖胶树叶挥发油化学成分研究

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取糖胶树叶的挥发油.运用气质谱联用(GC-MS)技术研究海南糖胶树叶的挥发油化学成分.并采用峰面积归一化法确定各成分的相对质量分数.结果共鉴定出36种成分,占总离子流出峰面积的94.83%.糖胶树叶挥发油主要有α-蒎烯(16.62%),2-丙烯酸丁酯(15.86%)和大根香叶烯D(13.37%).本研究可为糖胶树的进一步研究开发和利用提供基础研究数据.

Bioguided isolation of pentacyclic triterpenes from the leaves of Alstonia scholaris (Linn.) R. Br. growing in Egypt

Ethanolic and aqueous extracts of the leaves and flowers of Alstonia scholaris were evaluated for their antioxidant activity by investigating their effect on blood glutathione levels in alloxan-induced diabetic rats. The ethanolic extract of the leaves was the most active; therefore, its cytotoxicity against HepG2 cells was also tested. Promising GI?? values of 1.96, 4.34 and 4.65?μg?mL?1 were observed for the extract, its chloroform and ethyl acetate fractions, respectively. The chloroform active subfraction I (GI???=?2.97?μg?mL?1) yielded betulin (1), betulinic acid (2) and ursolic acid (3) upon purification. Compounds 1-3 were identified using spectroscopic techniques and by comparison with reported data. GLC of unsaponifiable and saponifiable fractions of the hexane extract revealed β-sitosterol (7.37%) and n-tetracosane (54.4%) to be the major sterol and hydrocarbon components, respectively. Linoleic acid (48.89%) was the predominant fatty acid.

薄层色谱法分析葵花仁粕中的绿原酸

 以聚酰胺薄膜为固定相、体积分数为 36 %的乙酸溶液为流动相 ,研究建立了薄层色谱分离测定葵花仁粕中绿原酸的方法。绿原酸样品溶液上行展开 8 5cm ,其Rf 值为 0 6 1。绿原酸的检测量在 0 0 5 μg～ 0 6 μg范围内 ,其斑点的面积与绿原酸的检测量具有良好的线性关系。绿原酸的回收率为 97 5 3 % ,不同薄层板之间的RSD为2 5 7% ,最低检出限为 0 0 2 5 μg。在以体积分数为 70 %的乙醇溶液为萃取剂、搅拌振荡萃取时间为 30min的条件下 ,以该方法测定萃取液中绿原酸的含量和葵花仁粕中绿原酸的残留量 ,确定了最佳萃取次数。

Estimation of Alprazolam and Sertraline in Pure Powder and Tablet Formulations by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography and High-Performance Thin-Layer Chromatography

Abstract

This article describes validated high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) and high-performance thin-layer chromatographic (HPTLC) methods for simultaneous estimation of alprazolam (ALZ) and sertraline (SER) in pure powder and tablet formulation. The HPLC separation was achieved on a Nucleosil C18 column (150 mm long, 4.6 mm i.d., and 5-µm particle size) using acetonitrile and phosphate buffer (50 + 50 v/v), pH 5.5, as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min at ambient temperature. The HPTLC separation was achieved on an aluminum-backed layer of silica gel 60 F₂₅₄ using acetone/toluene/ammonia (6.0:3.0:1.0, v/v/v) as the mobile phase. Quantification with the HPLC method was achieved with ultraviolet (UV) detection at 230 nm over the concentration range 3–18 µg/mL for both drugs with mean recovery of 101.86 ± 0.21 and 100.57 ± 0.31% for ALZ and SER, respectively. Quantification in HPTLC was achieved with UV detection at 230 nm over the concentration range of 400–1400 ng/spot for both drugs with mean recoveries of 101.32 ± 0.15 and 100.38 ± 0.51% for ALZ and SER, respectively. These methods are rapid, simple, precise, sensitive, and are applicable for the simultaneous determination of ALZ and SER in pure powder and formulations.
