Sulfamates are widespread in numerous pharmacologically active molecules. In this paper, Silver/Bathophenanthroline catalyzed the intramolecular selective amination of primary C(sp3)−H bonds and secondary C(sp3)−H bonds of sulfamate esters, to produce cyclic sulfamates in good yields and with a high site-selectivity. DFT calculations revealed that the interaction between sulfamates and L10 makes the molecule more firmly attached to the catalyst, benefiting the catalysis reaction. The in vitro anticancer activity of the final products was evaluated in MCF-7 breast cancer cells.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to optimize the extraction conditions for separating Co2+ from Ni2+ using N-butylamine phosphinate ionic liquid of [C4H9NH3][Cyanex 272]. A Box–Behnken design of response surface methodology was used to analyze the effects of the initial pH, extraction time, and extraction temperature on the separation factor of Co2+ from sulfuric acid solution containing Ni2+. The concentrations of Co2+ and Ni2+ in an aqueous solution were determined using inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry. The optimized extraction conditions were as follows: an initial pH of 3.7, an extraction time of 55.8 min, and an extraction temperature of 330.4 K. The separation factor of Co2+ from Ni2+ under optimized extraction conditions was 66.1, which was very close to the predicted value of 67.2, and the error was 1.7%. The equation for single-stage extraction with high reliability can be used for optimizing the multi-stage extraction process of Co2+ from Ni2+. The stoichiometry of chemical reaction for ion-exchange extraction was also investigated using the slope method.  相似文献

The molecular bonding in the excited states of the alkali dimers involves the resonant ionic, covalent bond and steric interactions. We show here the case of the 1Σu+ states of Li2 by ab initio calculation. These interactions as functions of the internuclear distance lead to complex potential energy curves, providing an important application for high resolution laser spectroscopy. The spectroscopic constants for the 4 and 5 1Σu+ states are obtained for the first time.  相似文献

The exploration of the ionic liquids’ mechanism of action on nucleobase’s structure and properties is still limited. In this work, the binding model of the 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ([Cnmim]Br, n = 2, 4, 6, 8, 10) ionic liquids to the thymine (T) was studied in a water environment (PCM) and a microhydrated surroundings (PCM + wH2O). Geometries of the mono-, di-, tri-, and tetra-ionic thymine (T-wH2O-y[Cnmim]+-xBr, w = 5~1 and x + y = 0~4) complexes were optimized at the M06-2X/6-311++G(2d, p) level. The IR and UV-Vis spectra, QTAIM, and NBO analysis for the most stable T-4H2O-Br-1, T-3H2O-[Cnmim]+-Br-1, T-2H2O-[Cnmim]+-2Br-1, and T-1H2O-2[Cnmim]+-2Br-1 hydrates were presented in great detail. The results show that the order of the arrangement stability of thymine with the cations (T-[Cnmim]+) by PCM is stacking > perpendicular > coplanar, and with the anion (T-Br) is front > top. The stability order for the different microhydrates is following T-5H2O-1 < T-4H2O-Br-1 < T-3H2O-[Cnmim]+-Br-1 < T-2H2O-[Cnmim]+-2Br-1 < T-1H2O-2[Cnmim]+-2Br-1. A good linear relationship between binding EB values and the increasing number (x + y) of ions has been found, which indicates that the cooperativity of interactions for the H-bonding and π-π+ stacking is varying incrementally in the growing ionic clusters. The stacking model between thymine and [Cnmim]+ cations is accompanied by weaker hydrogen bonds which are always much less favorable than those in T-xBr complexes; the same trend holds when the clusters in size grow and the length of alkyl chains in the imidazolium cations increase. QTAIM and NBO analytical methods support the existence of mutually reinforcing hydrogen bonds and π-π cooperativity in the systems.  相似文献

Transport behaviour of Lu(III) across a polypropylene hollow fibre‐supported liquid membrane containing di(2‐ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid (DEHPA) in dihexyl ether as a carrier has been studied. The donor phase was LuCl3 in the buffer solution consisting of 0.2 M sodium acetate at pH 2.5–5.0. A miniaturised system with a single hollow fibre has been operated in a batch mode. The concentration of Lu(III) was determined by indirect voltammetric method using Zn–EDTA complex. The effect of pH and volume of the donor phase, DEHPA concentration in the organic (liquid membrane) phase, the time of extraction and the content of the acceptor phase on the Lu(III) extraction and stripping behaviour was investigated. The results were discussed in terms of the pertraction and removal efficiency, the memory effect and the mean flux of Lu(III). The optimal conditions for the removal of 177Lu(III) from labelled 177Lu‐radiopharmaceuticals were discussed and identified. The removal efficiency of Lu(III) greater than 99% was achieved at pH of the donor phase between 3.5 and 5.0 using DEHPA concentration in the organic phase of 0.47 M and the ratio of the donor to the acceptor phase of 182.  相似文献

Stabilized melanocortin analog peptide ACTH(6–9)PGP (HFRWPGP) possesses a wide range of neuroprotective activities. However, its mechanism of action remains poorly understood. In this paper, we present a study of the proproliferative and cytoprotective activity of the adrenocorticotropic hormone fragment 6–9 (HFRW) linked with the peptide prolyine–glycyl–proline on the SH-SY5Y cells in the model of oxidative stress-related toxicity. The peptide dose-dependently protected cells from H2O2, tert-butyl hydroperoxide, and KCN and demonstrated proproliferative activity. The mechanism of its action was the modulation of proliferation-related NF-κB genes and stimulation of prosurvival NRF2-gene-related pathway, as well as a decrease in apoptosis.  相似文献

Inorganic-organic hybrid membranes containing silica as the structure matrix, poly(N-vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP) as the organic mediating agent and silver ions as olefinic carriers were prepared using sol–gel method and dip-coating process. The structure and permeances of the membranes for N2, He, C2H4, C2H6 at different temperatures indicated that defect-free membranes were obtained and the transportation of the C2H4 through the membranes followed the dissolution and diffusion mechanism. Ideal separation factors of C2H4/C2H6 through the membranes were evaluated at the temperature of 298, 373 and 423 K respectively using mixture gas of 50% C2H4-50% C2H6. The results showed that the ideal separation factors of C2H4/C2H6 through the membranes were obviously greater than the ratio of PC2H4/PC2H6 obtained from the single gas measurement due to the hindering effect by the adsorbed C2H4. The ideal separation factors of C2H4/C2H6 increased with temperature and reached 10 at 423 K, which suggested that C2H4 and C2H6 could be separated at lower humidity compared to the reported organic polymer/silver salt membranes in which humidified gases and higher silver loading were usually used. The transport of C2H4 in the inorganic-organic hybrid membrane was proposed to follow the hopping mechanism, that is, olefins moved across the fixed silver sites.  相似文献

This paper is a detailed review of the chemistry of medium-size reactive systems using the following hydrogen abstraction reactions with ethane, X + C2H6 → HX + C2H5; X ≡ H, F(2P), Cl(2P), O(3P) and OH, and focusing attention mainly on the theoretical developments. These bimolecular reactions range from exothermic to endothermic systems and from barrierless to high classical barriers of activation. Thus, the topography of the reactive systems changes from reaction to reaction with the presence or not of stabilized intermediate complexes in the entrance and exit channels. The review begins with some reflections on the inherent problems in the theory/experiment comparison. When one compares kinetics or dynamics theoretical results with experimental measures, one is testing both the potential energy surface describing the nuclei motion and the kinetics or dynamics method used. Discrepancies in the comparison may be due to inaccuracies of the surface, limitations of the kinetics or dynamics methods, and experimental uncertainties that also cannot be ruled out. The paper continues with a detailed review of some bimolecular reactions with ethane, beginning with the reactions with hydrogen atoms. The reactions with halogens present a challenge owing to the presence of stabilized intermediate complexes in the entrance and exit channels and the influence of the spin-orbit states on reactivity. Reactions with O(3P) atoms lead to three surfaces, which is an additional difficulty in the theoretical study. Finally, the reactions with the hydroxyl radical correspond to a reactive system with ten atoms and twenty-four degrees of freedom. Throughout this review, different strategies in the development of analytical potential energy surfaces describing these bimolecular reactions have been critically analyzed, showing their advantages and limitations. These surfaces are fitted to a large number of ab initio calculations, and we found that a huge number of calculations leads to accurate surfaces, but this information does not guarantee that the kinetics and dynamics results match the experimental measurements.  相似文献

Chromium(III)-phosphate reactions are expected to be important in managing high-level radioactive wastes stored in tanks at many DOE sites. Extensive studies on the solubility of amorphous Cr(III) solids in a wide range of pH (2.8–14) and phosphate concentrations (10–4 to 1.0 m) at room temperature (22±2)°C were carried out to obtain reliable thermodynamic data for important Cr(III)-phosphate reactions. A combination of techniques (XRD, XANES, EXAFS, Raman spectroscopy, total chemical composition, and thermodynamic analyses of solubility data) was used to characterize solid and aqueous species. Contrary to the data recently reported in the literature,(1) only a limited number of aqueous species [Cr(OH)3H2PO4, Cr(OH)3(H2PO4)2–2), and Cr(OH)3HPO2–4] with up to about four orders of magnitude lower values for the formation constants of these species are required to explain Cr(III)-phosphate reactions in a wide range of pH and phosphate concentrations. The log Ko values of reactions involving these species [Cr(OH)3(aq)+H2PO4&#x21CC;Cr(OH)3H2PO4; Cr(OH)3(aq)+2H2PO4&#x21CC;Cr(OH)3(H2PO4)2–2; Cr(OH)3(aq)+HPO2–4&#x21CC;Cr(OH)3HPO2–4] were found to be 2.78±0.3, 3.48±0.3, and 1.97±0.3, respectively.  相似文献
