在FEB-E设计阶段,偏波器从开放式固定板靶优化为封闭式气体靶,以改善偏滤器的杂质控制和增加离子与气体的相互作用,通过喷气和注入杂质获得的部分脱靶等离子体形成了动态气体靶,喷气能降低删削层(SOL)处等离子体温度,沪入的杂质增加了SOL处的辐射功率,使靶板的负载降低,用NEWT1D编码模拟了SOL处等离子体和杂质(硼杂质)的输运,得到了杂质、等离本温度和等离了体密度分布。着眼于杂质的滞留物辐射,优  相似文献

The dynamics of impurity radiation distribution during detachment transition with edge magnetic island induced by the application of resonant magnetic perturbation (RMP) is studied numerically by solving time-dependent plasma fluid equations together with impurity and neutral transports in a 2D grid system. Computations provide the appearance of a macroscopic structure in the heat transfer along the island separatrix and outside the island. The resultant parallel temperature gradient generates the plasma flow and the density gradient according to the parallel momentum balance. The resulting plasma flow effectively transports impurity towards the X-point region. As a result, the impurity radiation is more intense near the X-point than in the vicinity of the O-point. This leads to the predominant cooling of the region around the X-point. These results are in agreement with experimental observation with RMP application in the large helical device (LHD). The time scale of the thermal condensation instability is found to be of the order of 10 ms.  相似文献

In order to study the potential impurity seeding operation regime of the future fusion devices, the first application of the integrated divertor code SONIC to the Ar + Ne mixed-impurity seeding operation of JT-60SA steady-state high-β plasma has been carried out. In the case, Ne is added to Ar-only seeding, the separatrix electron density has fell into the desired low separatrix electron density of the scenario. This is mainly because the D+ flow velocity towards the inner divertor has been increased by the Ne seeding. The resultant friction force transports Ar impurities towards the inner divertor region, while impurities are stagnated in the top of scrape-off layer (SOL) in the Ar-only seeding case. The higher impurity radiation power in the divertor regions and lower one in the SOL region above the X point have been obtained in mixed-impurity seeding cases, which show similar tendency as the Ar + Ne mixed-impurity seeding experiment in JT-60 U. At the core edge, Zeff has been slightly increased and the radiation power has been decreased as the Ne seeding rate increases. The core plasma/impurity transport has been also evaluated by the TOPICS code using the impurity density at the core edge computed by the SONIC as a boundary parameter. The results show lower Zeff and radiation power, and higher electron temperature in the core in the mixed-impurity seeding cases. Above possible contributors to the better energy confinement indicate that the mixed-impurity seeding operation might be more effective than Ar-only seeding operation.  相似文献

在HL-lM装置上利用激光吹气技术,在等离子体边缘瞬态注入少量Al杂质粒子,通过对真空紫外光谱和软X射线区的杂质辐射测量,分别研究了欧姆等离子体和低杂波电流驱动等离子体两种情况下,Al杂质粒子输运与约束特性。结果表明:在欧姆等离子体和低杂波电流驱动等离子体两种情况下,等离子体中心区,在没有MHD锯齿震荡和有MHD锯齿震荡非锯齿破裂期间,杂质粒子输运基本上受新经典规律支配;在有MHD锯齿震荡锯齿破裂期间,杂质粒子输运受MHD不稳定性支配,但其时间很短(通常小于300μs),所以在这种情况下,杂质粒子输运的平均效应比新经典值稍大。而约束区杂质粒子输运则比新经典的值大很多,是反常的。在一定条件下低混杂波电流驱动可以改善等离子体粒子约束。  相似文献

辐射流体采用限流的局域Spitzer-Harm(S-H)电子热流近似,在预估等离子体状态时可能与实验观察存在偏差.利用一维(1D3V)含碰撞的粒子模拟程序,研究了激光聚变黑腔中金等离子体的电子分布函数和电子热流.分析表明,在等离子体的冕区,α=Z(νos/νte)^2>1,电子分布函数表现为超高斯分布(m=3.34),克努森数λe/Le=0.011大于局域S-H理论的临界值2×10^-3.这导致了局域S-H电子热流远大于实际热流.这种实际热流受限现象将导致辐射流体模拟给出的冕区电子温度高于神光实验测量值.而在等离子体的高密度区域,电子分布函数仍表现为超高斯分布(m=2.93),克努森数λe/Le=7.58×10^-4小于局域S-H理论的临界值,限流的局域S-H电子热流具有一定的适用性.但电子热流严重依赖于限流因子,辐射流体模拟需要根据不同位置的光强和电子温度调整的大小.  相似文献

In this paper, the radiation losses of impurity on HL-2A have been simulated by assuming the profiles electron temperature and density and solving ionization rate equation under conditions of non-coronal radiation. The time required for an impurity species to establish equilibrium is proved to be sensitively dependent on the plasma electron temperature, and it is strongly correlated with the ionization state distribution during equilibrium establishment of impurity species. It is found from simulation results that the residence parameter plays an important role in the enhancement of radiation losses of plasma.  相似文献

A fast energy transfer from the host crystal to impurity centres and charged lattice defects (e.g., vacancies in an ionic crystal) is due to the two-site exciton motion on high vibrational levels. At low temperatures this motion occurs in a coherent directional way with the sound velocity whereas a small separation between vibrational levels provides an easy exciton trapping by shallow potential wells near impurity centres. Charged defects have a much larger trapping section than isovalent impurity centres and manifest themselves in luminescence at a concentration smaller by two orders of magnitude.  相似文献

The enhanced scattering diagnostics method based on the scattering of microwaves close to the upper hybrid resonance in the plasma has a high sensitivity and spatial resolution and makes it possible to observe the plasma density fluctuations with characteristic scale-lengths much smaller than the wavelength of the probing radiation in vacuum. Good spatial resolution for spatial positioning of the scattering volume by fast tuning of the source frequency ±5% around the reference frequency in the range 100–300 GHz at high power makes this diagnostic method particularly suitable for fluctuation and high energy particle measurements in tokamak plasmas with relatively flat density and temperature profiles.  相似文献

Transient perturbation methods are most appropriate to study particle transport in tokamaks. Two most commonly used techniques of impurity injection are laser blow-off and gas puffing. The laser blow-off injection technique is undoubtedly the best one to study impurity transport because the injection time and the alnount of injected material can be controlled in a certain phase of the discharge with a minimum perturbation of the plasma parameters. The information of the impurity transport is obtained from the detection of emission of injected impurity ions located in different spatial regions. The radiation includes line emission, soft X-ray emission and plasma global radiation.  相似文献

为研究航天领域特种材料高温区域的光谱辐射特性,建立了基于傅里叶光谱仪的超高温光谱发射率测量系统。系统线性度是发射率测量精度的保证,通过测量多温度点黑体辐射的光谱信号,采用多温度点线性拟合方法求得每个光谱点的光谱信号值与黑体光谱辐射亮度的函数关系式,并结合仪器线性度测量理论,建立了光谱发射率测量系统的线性度测量方法。实验测量了黑体温度范围1 000~2 000℃和光谱范围3~20μm的光谱辐射信号,求得波长λ=4μm的理论直线与测量光谱值的线性关系。实验表明,仪器在4~18μm光谱范围响应较好,除CO2强吸收光谱区域,仪器的光谱线性度均优于1%。当测量系统线性度一定时,温度越高,光谱误差对发射率的影响越小。评定光谱发射率测量系统的线性度有利于剔除个别温度点光谱扰动带来的误差。  相似文献

The impurity concentration dependence of the transition temperature into the Peierls phase is discussed in the low concentration region (i.e. in the linear region), assuming a δ-function type potential. The effect of fluctuation is taken account of by the method of Scalapino, Sears and Ferrell. The decrease of the transition temperature per one per cent of impurities is estimated in the case of TTF—TCNQ but found to be one order of magnitude smaller than that observed recently in an experiment.  相似文献

The transport of impurities supplied by a multi-species impurity powder dropper (IPD) in the large helical device (LHD) is investigated using a three-dimensional peripheral plasma fluid code (EMC3-EIRENE) coupled with a dust transport simulation code (DUSTT). The trajectories of impurity powder particles (Boron, Carbon, Iron, and Tungsten) dropped from the IPD and the impurity transport in the peripheral plasma are studied in a full-torus geometry. The simulation reveals an appropriate size of the impurity powder particles and an optimum operational range of the dust drop rates for investigating the impurity transport without inducing radiation collapse. The simulation also predicts a favourable plasma discharge condition for wall conditioning (boronization) using the IPD in order to deposit boron to high plasma flux and neutral particle density areas in the divertor region in the inboard side of the torus.  相似文献

A new regime of the sliding propagation of microwave radiation in plasma waveguides in atmospheric air has been investigated experimentally and theoretically. A plasma waveguide whose radius is much larger than the radiation wavelength has been created by the photoionization of an easily ionized impurity by the ultraviolet radiation of a KrF laser. The transfer of a 35.3-GHz microwave signal to a distance of 60 m has been demonstrated. The transfer mechanism is due to the total internal reflection of the wave on the optically less dense walls of the plasma waveguide.  相似文献

We study the temperature dependence of the conductance and of the conductivity of a doped two-chain ladder system in the presence of a barrier or of a low impurity concentration, respectively, focusing on the effects of electronelectron interaction. Like in the purely 1-D case, the conductance vanishes at low temperature when the Luttinger-liquid exponent Kρ+ (for even-charge modes) is smaller than unity, despite the presence of dominant superconducting correlations. However, there is a region of repulsive interaction where perfect transmission across the barrier occurs. This is due to a renormalization of Kρ+ produced by the difference in Fermi velocities of the bonding and antibonding bands.  相似文献

With the new accommodation coefficient of water vapor evaluated by molecular dynamics model, the maximum temperature of a sonoluminescing bubble calculated with the full partial differential equations easily reaches few tens of thousands degrees. Though at this temperature the gas is weakly ionized (10% or less), the gas density inside a sonoluminescing bubble at the moment of the bubble's flashing is so high that there still forms a dense plasma. The light emission of the bubble is calculated by the plasma model which is compared with that by the bremsstrahlung (electron-ion, electron-neutral atom) and recombination model. The calculation by the two models shows that for the relatively low maximum temperature (< 30,000 K) of the bubble, the pulse width is independent of the wavelength and the spectrum deviates the black body radiation type; while for the relatively high maximum temperature (approximately 60,000 K), the pulse width is dependent of the wavelength and the spectrum is an almost perfect black body radiation spectrum. The maximum temperature calculated by the gas dynamics equations is much higher than the temperature fitted by the black body radiation formula.  相似文献

通过假定一定的温度和密度分布,数值求解了一维等离子体连续性方程,获得了杂质氖电离态分布及辐射功率随空间位置和时间的变化.计算结果显示,在杂质注入时间较短时,由于离子输运及各种损失机制,总杂质密度在空间分布尚未达到平衡,电离态离子主要分布在等离子体周边,完全电离离子所占份额很小.当时间达到0.2s时,氖在等离子体中完全达到平衡状态,体积辐射功率趋于一个稳定的数值.达到平衡状态后,芯部一个很大范围内氖杂质主要以Ne 10离子型态存在,辐射功率以轫致辐射为主,因此辐射功率较小.辐射功率在空间的分布随时间变化较小,主要分布在等离子体周边及边界层一个狭小的辐射带内,说明氖引起的辐射主要由低电离态离子引起.  相似文献

The combine effect of the seeded and sputtered impurities on the power load to the divertor plate and operation of fusion reactor is investigated in the paper. Since the energy balance depends strongly on coupling between core and scrape of layer (SOL) regions the modelling requires solving the transport problem in both region with the coupling took into account. The energy and particle transport is analyzed numerically with the help of COREDIV code treating self-consistently both regions. In COREDIV the radial 1D energy and particle transport of core plasma is coupled to 2D model of the SOL. The two types of transport model have been used: described by local transport coefficients proposed by Mandrekas and Stacey and transport model proposed by Tokar and determined by several types of drift instabilities. The 2D model is based on Braginskij-like equations for densities and velocity components parallel to magnetic fields and electron and ion temperatures (it was assumed that all ions has the same temperature). The steady states of ITER-FEAT reactor have been studied numerically. Several wall and plates materials and Argon as seeded impurities has been considered. The numerical results show that the effect of seeded impurity radiation is strongly mitigated by decreasing of sputtered impurity density and its radiation due to lower energy flowing to the SOL.  相似文献

The critical plasma density n(cr) above which the edge anomalous transport in tokamaks is dominated by drift resistive ballooning instability is found analytically. In this transport regime, the drastic increase of particle losses and drop of the edge temperature provoke a strong increase in impurity radiation, and thermal equilibrium does not exist if the density is ramped up above the ultimate limit n(max). Because of the nonlinear character of impurity radiation, this density limit n(max) is very close to n(cr) and practically does not change with the ion effective charge. The importance of the synergy between the anomalous transport and impurity radiation for the density limit phenomenon is confirmed by the results of numerical simulations.  相似文献

The layered concentration, concentration profile, and mobility of electrons in the Si28 ion-implanted layers (IIL) of semiinsulating GaAs are investigated. The specific resistance of the latter is also studied upon radiation annealing (RA) in the temperature range 590–800 °C using electron energies higher than the threshold energy of defect formation. The IIL are shown to form during RA at much lower temperatures. The layers exhibit high electrical activation of Si28 ions, with the electron-concentration profile corresponding to the calculated one, and a low concentration of residual defects limiting the electron mobility. The radiation annealing increases the resistance of semiinsulating GaAs. The calculations show that these effects are due to the Frenkel pairs (FP) generated by radiation. A high degree of ionization of GaAs atoms significantly reduces energies of potential barriers of diffusion, FP recombination, and electrical impurity activation.  相似文献
