悬梁式陶瓷微热板的设计及热性能研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
结合传统陶瓷厚膜气体传感器和硅微加工气体传感器的特点,设计了基于陶瓷基底的悬梁式微热板结构,并提出一种无内引线的封装方式。对微热板的传热过程进行分析,并通过有限元工具对具有不同结构参数器件的热特性进行模拟,得到结构参数与器件热特性间的关系。通过控制工艺参数,在Al2O3陶瓷基底上制作出性能良好的Pt加热电阻及电极,并采用激光微加工技术实际制作了梁宽为0.2 mm和0.4 mm的两种结构器件。对器件的加热功率-温度关系进行测试,0.2 mm梁结构器件在400 mW加热功率下板上平均温度约为250℃,同模拟结果一致。 相似文献

The continuous-wave operation, thermal crosstalk measurements, and thermal modeling of a quantum cascade (QC) laser array are presented. Measurements and thermal modeling predict that the thermal crosstalk between array elements can be minimized by improving the heat management when the spacing of neighboring laser elements is greater than 500 mum. The output power of the demonstrated QC laser array significantly exceeds the output power of the individual lasers in the array. Following our work on Geiger-mode avalanche photodiode arrays, we have recently been dealing with the crosstalk issue in newly developed dense arrays with a minimum distance between pixel centers of 84 mum. In this paper, we present our crosstalk measurement approach, including the experimental setup and the offline calculation methods. Different characterizations of the crosstalk probability PCT versus capacitance have been performed to extrapolate the PCT when no measurement setup loads the pixels. We also present results regarding the crosstalk probability versus pixel distance and bias. Moreover, by adopting a slightly different approach, the probability density decay time has been measured to investigate about crosstalk origin. 相似文献

设计了2种不同冠高的圆形微透镜阵列,将平行光耦合进16路单模光纤阵列和多模光纤阵列。每种微透镜阵列均由16个直径为120pm的平凸微透镜排成一行组成,相邻微透镜间距为127μm。模拟其成像特性知,2种微透镜可以将平行光会聚成在其像平面直径分别为8.0μm和32.5μm的光斑。分析了微透镜与光纤存在横向、纵向和角向误差3种位置失配时的耦合损耗,并得出对耦合损耗影响最大的因素是角向误差,由此得出:在微透镜与光纤耦合对准过程中,要注意减小角向误差。 相似文献

A novel theoretical model of thermal diffusion has been established to study thermal interaction between two neighboring diodes in semiconductor laser arrays. The main cause of the ocurrence of the thermal interaction between two neighboring diodes in array devices is the heat conduction through heat sink. We hold that as the devices must have heat sink to diffuse heat, this kind of interaction in the array would always exist. However, when the pitch between two neighboring diodes in the array is reasonably defined, this troublesome thermal interaction can be simply reduced by using our model. Based on the individual diodes with leaky waveguide structure, we experimentally succeeded in fabricating 2D 4 ×4 arrays. The thermal interaction between upper and lower diodes in the 2D array is also considered as well as the function of the heat sink. The measured results show that the pulse peak output powor of the 2D 4 ×4 array is high up to 11 W. 相似文献

MEMS微针在生物领域中的应用日益广泛,为了方便微针刺入皮肤且减少疼痛,要求微针具有足够的强度和锐利的尖端。传统LIGA工艺只能制造出具有高深宽比的垂直侧壁结构。对传统LIGA工艺进行调整,对光刻胶PMMA进行两次曝光,并通过移动光刻胶台改变X射线的光刻方向,使两次X射线曝光方向相垂直,提出移动LIGA工艺,即移动光刻工艺。此外,利用等腰三角形作为掩膜板图案,显影之后得到截面与X射线掩膜板图案相似的三维实心PMMA微针阵列。再利用此PMMA微针阵列作为原始模具,PDMS转模形成PDMS一级模具,电镀镍得到与PMMA微针阵列相似的金属镍微针阵列。 相似文献
