Crystal structures of three Ni(CN)(4)(2)(-) salts all with eclipsed ligands and varying axial stacking arrangements are presented. The absorption spectra of all three salts show a slight red shift in the x,y-polarizations and a large red shift in their z-polarizations upon crystallization from solution. Semiempirical ZINDO calculations provide a good model of the solid state, even with only a three-molecule segment, allowing reproduction of the red-shifting and intensity increase upon crystallization found experimentally. The modified nickel beta(s,p) bonding parameter of -5 found appropriate for Ni coordination in our previous studies of single Ni(CN)(4)(2-) planes and a helically stacked Cs(2)[Ni(CN)(4)].H(2)O crystal was changed to -3 for the more parallel-stacked Ni(CN)(4)(2-) planes in this case, while beta(d) was retained at -41. Crystal data are as follows: Na(2)[Ni(CN)(4)].3H(2)O, triclinic space group P1, a = 7.2980(10) A, b = 8.8620(10) A, c = 15.132(2) A, alpha = 89.311(5) degrees, beta = 87.326(5) degrees, gamma = 83.772(6) degrees, V = 971.8(2) A(3), T = 100 K, Z = 4, R = 0.024, R(w) = 0.064; Sr[Ni(CN)(4)].5H(2)O, monoclinic space group C2/m, a = 10.356(2) A, b = 15.272(3) A, c = 7.1331(10) A, beta = 98.548(12) degrees, V = 1115.6(3) A(3), T = 100 K, Z = 4, R = 0.024, R(w) = 0.059; Rb(2)[Ni(CN)(4)].1.05H(2)O, triclinic space group P1, a = 8.6020(10) A, b = 9.6930(10) A, c = 12.006(2) A, alpha = 92.621(6) degrees, beta = 94.263(6) degrees, gamma = 111.795(10) degrees, V = 924.0(2) A(3), T = 100 K, Z = 4, R = 0.034, R(w) = 0.067.  相似文献

A series of one-dimensional arrays of lanthanide-transition metal complexes has been prepared and characterized. These complexes, [(DMF)(10)Ln(2)[Ni(CN)(4)](3)](infinity), crystallize as linear single-strand arrays (structural type A) (Ln = Sm, 1a; Eu, 2a) or double-strand arrays (structural type B) (Ln = Sm, 1b; Eu, 2b) depending upon the conditions chosen, and they are interconvertible. The single-strand type A structure can be converted to the double-strand type B structure. When the 1b and 2b type B crystals are completely dissolved in DMF, their infrared spectra are identical to the infrared spectra of 1a and 2a type A crystals dissolved in DMF. These solutions produce type A crystals initially. It is believed that formation of the type A structure is kinetically favored while the type B structure is thermodynamically favored for lanthanide-nickel complexes 1 and 2. On the other hand the complex [(DMF)(10)Y(2)[Pd(CN)(4)](3)](infinity), 3, appears to crystallize only as the double-strand array (type B). The complexes [(DMF)(12)Ce(2)[Ni(CN)(4)](3)](infinity), 4, and [(DMF)(12)Ce(2)[Pd(CN)(4)](3)](infinity), 5, crystallize as a new type of single-strand array (structural type C). This structural type is a zigzag chain array. Crystal structure analyses are reported for anhydrous copper(II) hexafluoroacetylacetonate (Cu(hfac)(2)) and for two of its hydrates. The anhydrous compound (Cu(hfac)(2), 1: P1; at 100 K, a = 5.428(1), b = 5.849(1), c = 11.516(3) A; alpha = 81.47(2), beta = 74.57(2), gamma = 86.96(2) degrees; Z = 1) contains centrosymmetric square-planar complexes with close intermolecular Cu.F contacts. The geometry of the complex is similar to that previously reported for Cu(hfac)(2).toluene. The monoaquo compound (Cu(hfac)(2)(H(2)O), 2: P2(1)/c; at 100 K, a = 10.8300(8), b = 6.5400(6), c = 21.551(3) A; beta = 90.282(8) degrees; Z = 4) consists of square-pyramidal molecules with apical H(2)O ligands, and close-lying F atoms in the sixth coordination sites. The major difference between this structure and the two other polymorphs previously reported is the nature and direction of hydrogen bonds. The yellow-green solid formed from Cu(hfac)(2) with excess H(2)O is identified as the trihydrate. In crystalline form it is the previously unreported [trans-Cu(hfac)(2)(H(2)O)(2)].H(2)O (3: P1; at 150 K, a = 8.3899(3), b = 9.6011(3), c = 11.4852(4) A; alpha = 72.397(2), beta = 79.161(2), gamma = 87.843(2) degrees; Z = 2). There is no conclusive evidence in favor of any solid with the composition Cu(hfac)(2).2H(2)O.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of simple alkaline salts or their hydroxides with 3,5-pyrazoledicarboxylic acid (H(3)pdc) yielded seven new compounds. At a lower pH level three one-dimensional structures [Ca(Hpdc)(H(2)O)(4)].2H(2)O (1), [Ca(Hpdc)(H(2)O)(4)].H(2)O (2), and [Ba(H(2)pdc)(2)(H(2)O)(4)].2H(2)O (6) were obtained by evaporation of the solutions resulting from hydro(solvo)thermal reactions of MCl(2) (M = Ca, Ba) with H(3)pdc in water (1, 6) or in water/Et(3)N (2) at 150 degrees C for 3 days. Crystal structures of 1 and 2 contain zigzag chains of metal centers bridged by a single Hpdc(2-) ligand, whereas structure 6 consists of linear chains of metal centers bridged by two H(2)pdc(-) ligands. A dimer molecule [Sr(H(3)pdc)(H(2)pdc)(2)(H(2)O)(3)](2).2(H(3)pdc).4H(2)O (4) was obtained from a similar hydrothermal reaction using Sr(ClO(4))(2).6H(2)O instead of MCl(2). This compound contains [2+2] metallomacrocycles. At higher pH levels (pH = 4-6), the three-dimensional polymers [M(Hpdc)(H(2)O)] (Ca 3, Sr 5, Ba 7 ) were isolated by reactions of MCl(2) (M = Ca, Sr, Ba) with H(3)pdc in water/Et(3)N or in M(OH)(2) (M = Ca, Sr, Ba) with H(3)pdc in water under hydro(solvo)thermal conditions (150 degrees C, 3 days). Calcium and strontium are seven- and nine-coordinated in 3 and 5, respectively; barium is nine- and ten-coordinated in 7. It was observed that the increase in pH resulted in a higher connectivity level of ligands, which in turn leads to a higher dimensionality of the crystal structures. The correlation between the structures and pH values will be discussed. 1,2,4,5-Benzenetetracarboxylic acid (btcH(4)) reacts with Cu(NO(3))(2).6H(2)O to form 2D coordination polymeric structure [[Cu(2)(btc)(Py)(4).2H(2)O].4H(2)O](n), 1, in the presence of pyridine from water at room temperature. Puckered-boat-shaped hexameric water clusters resulting from four free water molecules and two water molecules coordinating to metal ions join these sheets to make a 3D network. These water clusters behave as pillars to join those sheets which is the key factor stabilizing the 3D network. Thermal analysis, X-ray powder diffraction, and X-ray structure analysis have been used to characterize this compound. By choosing a suitable metal center, ligand, and solvents, we have revealed several structural transformations involving a polymer precursor. infinity 1[Co(bpdc)(H2O)2].H2O (1) was prepared by reaction of Na2bpdc and Co(NO3)2 in aqueous solution. Immersing 1 in pyridine/water solutions of (2:1) and (8:1) ratios yielded a second one-dimensional structure infinity 1[Co(bpdc)(py)2(H2O)2].2py (2) and a two-dimensional structure infinity 2[Co(bpdc)(py)2].H2O (3), respectively. After heating 1 under N2 to remove all water within the structure, the compound Co(bpdc) (IR) was obtained. When IR was immersed in solutions of pyridine/water (5:4) and in pure pyridine (in air), a third one-dimensional structure of infinity 1[Co(bpdc)(py)2(H2O)2].2py.H2O (4) and 3, respectively, were obtained. Compounds 2-4 easily transformed to 1 when immersed in water. Crystal data for 1: monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 6.950(1), b = 31.585(6), and c = 6.226(1) A, beta = 95.84(3) degrees, Z = 4. Three oxalate copper(II) complexes, [Cu(bipy)(C(2)O(4))(H(2)O)].2H(2)O (1), [Cu(nphen)(C(2)O(4))(H(2)O)].2H(2)O (2), and [Cu(phen)(C(2)O(4))(H(2)O)].H(2)O (3) (bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine, nphen = 5-nitro-1,10-phenanthroline and phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), have been synthesized and their crystal structures have been determined. Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with a = 7.2554(10) A, b = 10.5712(14) A, c = 10.8178(15) A, alpha = 62.086(2) degrees, beta = 77.478(3) degrees, gamma = 81.773(3) degrees, and Z = 2. Compound 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with a = 9.582(2) A, b = 10.086(2) A, c = 10.592(2) A, alpha = 64.18(3) degrees, beta = 79.47(3) degrees, gamma = 60.06(3) degrees, and Z = 2. Compound 3 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with a = 8.4655(7) A, b = 9.7057(8) A, c = 17.4572(14) A; beta = 103.865(2) degrees, and Z = 4. The crystal structures of all complexes consist of neutral [Cu(L)(C(2)O(4))(H(2)O)] (L = bipy, nphen, and phen) units and one or two lattice water molecules in the unit cell. Each copper atom in 1, 2, and 3 involves a five-coordinate CuN(2)O(2)O' environment, with a distorted square-pyramidal structure. In 1 and 2, two lattice water molecules are around each unit of [CuL(C(2)O(4))(H(2)O)] (L = bipy and nphen) and form two-dimensional networks. Only one lattice water molecule is found in the unit cell of 3 and the two-dimensional structure is different from 1 and 2. The extended three-dimensional structure is formed through pi-pi interactions between layers. The influences of hydrogen bonds and the sizes and Lewis basicity of ligands to the structures were discussed.  相似文献

Two organically-templated layered uranium(IV) fluorooxalates, (H(4)TREN)[U(2)F(6)(C(2)O(4))(3)].4H(2)O (1) (TREN = tris(2-aminoethyl)amine) and (H(4)APPIP)[U(2)F(6)(C(2)O(4))(3)].4H(2)O (2) (APPIP = 1,4-bis(3-aminopropyl)piperazine), have been synthesized by hydrothermal methods and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, and magnetic susceptibility. Both structures consist of anionic [U(2)F(6)(C(2)O(4))(3)](4-) layers separated by organic ammonium cations and lattice water molecules. Two novel compounds, [Co(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)(4)](4-abs)(2).H(2)O (1) and [Mn(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)(4)](4-abs)(2).2H(2)O (2) (4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine; 4-abs = 4-aminobenzenesulfonate), have been synthesized in aqueous solution and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, UV-vis and IR spectra, and TG analysis. X-ray structural analysis revealed that 1 and 2 both possess unusual hydrogen-bonded three-dimensional (3-D) networks encapsulating one-dimensional (1-D) covalently bonded infinite [M(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)(4)](2+) (M = Co, Mn) chains. The 4-abs anions in 1 form 1-D zigzag chains through hydrogen bonds. These chains are further extended through crystallization water molecules into 3-D hydrogen-bonded networks with 1-D channels, in which the [Co(4,4'-bipy)(H(2)O)(4)](2+) linear covalently bonded chains are located. Crystal data for 1: C(22)H(30)CoN(4)O(11)S(2), monoclinic P2(1), a = 11.380(2) A, b = 8.0274(16) A, c = 15.670(3) A, alpha = gamma = 90 degrees, beta = 92.82(3) degrees, Z = 2. A H-bond capable chiral tetradentate ligand, Fe3+, and acetate ion assembles into a hydroxo-bridged binuclear complex with the formula [FeIII2(mu-OH)(mu-OAc)(S-L)2] x 4H2O (1) where H2S-L = S-2-(2-hydroxy-benzylamino)-3-(1H-imidazol-4-yl)-propionic acid. The crystal of 1 contains right-handed one-dimensional (1D) helical channels with 7.3-9.8 A diameter. A similar reaction with a ligand having opposite chirality forms the complex with left-handed helical channels (1a). Heating the crystals of 1 at 95 degrees C under reduced pressure selectively removes three waters from the channel forming an enantiopure porous crystal with empty channels (solvent accessible voids 18% v/v). Intermolecular hydrogen bonding between the imidazole N-H and phenolate oxygen in 1-2 forms a C6 symmetric helix with bridging hydroxo groups pointing inside the channels. All the H-bond capable atoms in the ligand along with one water molecule form an extended H-bonded network throughout the crystal. Exposing the empty channels of 2 to iodine vapor indicates partial filling of the channels with iodine. Crystal data for 1 x 4H2O include the following: hexagonal, P61, a = b = 13.164(3) A, c = 36.305 (11) A, alpha = beta = 90 degrees , gamma = 120 degrees , Z = 6, R1 = 0.0387, wR2 = 0.0842. Crystal data for 1a x 2H2O include the following: hexagonal, P6(5), a = b = 13.151(4) A, c = 36.558(2) A, alpha = beta = 90 degrees , gamma = 120 degrees , Z = 6, R1 = 0.0416, wR2 = 0.1190. Crystal data for 2 x H2O include the following: hexagonal, P61, a = b = 13.160(7) A, c = 36.559 (4) A, alpha = beta = 90 degrees , gamma = 120 degrees , Z = 6, R1 = 0.0574, wR2 = 0.1423.  相似文献

Amine-templated vanadium sulfates of the formula [HN(CH(2))(6)NH][(V(IV)O)(2)(OH)(2)(SO(4))(2)].H(2)O, I, [H(3)N(CH(2))(2)NH(3)][V(III)(OH)(SO(4))(2)].H(2)O, II, and [H(2)N(CH(2))(4)NH(2)][(V(IV)O)(H(2)O)(SO(4))(2)], III, have been prepared under hydrothermal conditions. These vanadium sulfates add to the new emerging family of organically templated metal sulfates. Compound I has a linear chain structure consisting of V(2)O(8) square-pyramid dimers connected by corner-sharing SO(4) tetrahedra, creating four-membered rings along the chain. Both II and III possess simple linear chain topologies formed by VO(6) octahedra and SO(4) tetrahedra, with II having the tancoite chain structure. Compound I crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 (No. 2) with a = 7.4852(4) A, b = 9.5373(5) A, c = 11.9177(6) A, alpha = 77.22 degrees, beta = 76.47(2) degrees, gamma = 80.86 degrees, Z = 2. Compound II: monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c (No. 14), a = 6.942(2) A, b = 10.317(3) A, c = 15.102(6) A, beta = 90.64(4) degrees, Z = 4. Compound III: triclinic, space group P1 (No. 2) with a = 6.2558(10) A, b = 7.0663(14) A, c = 15.592(4) A, alpha = 90.46(2) degrees, beta = 90.47(2) degrees, gamma = 115.68(2) degrees, Z = 2. Magnetic susceptibility measurements reveal weak antiferromagnetic interactions in I and III and ferromagnetic interactions in II.  相似文献

The two-dimensional (2D) iron trimellitate [Fe(H(2)O)(2)(C(9)O(6)H(4))].H(2)O, labeled MIL-67, has been obtained under hydrothermal conditions (473 K, 48 h). In the 2D structure of MIL-67, the Fe(2+) ions display two different octahedral environments: [FeO(4)(H(2)O)(2)] and [FeO(2)(H(2)O)(4)]. These octahedra share an apical water molecule to form infinite chains. The chains are linked by partly deprotonated C(9)O(6)H(4)(2-) anions to give hybrid organic-inorganic layers; the remaining acidic-CO(2)H group is dangling in the interlayer space. Below 8(1) K, MIL-67 displays a canted antiferromagnetic behavior, according to analyses via magnetic measurements and M?ssbauer spectroscopy. Crystal data for MIL-67 are as follows: triclinic; space group P1 (No. 2), with a = 6.9671(2) A, b = 7.3089(3) A, c = 12.5097(3) A, alpha = 78.758(1) degrees, beta = 89.542(2) degrees, and gamma = 65.197(1) degrees; volume V = 565.21(3) A(3); and Z = 2.  相似文献

With the new substituted pyrazine ligand pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid bis[(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amide], H(2)L, a binuclear complex [Cu(2)(LH)(Cl(3))(H(2)O)].H(2)O (1) and two [2 x 2]G grid complexes, [[Cu(4)(LH)(4)](ClO(4))(4)].5CH(3)OH.4H(2)O (2) and [[Ni(4)(LH)(4)]Cl(4)].5CH(3)CN.13H(2)O (3), have been synthesized and characterized spectroscopically and crystallographically. The ligand H(2)L crystallized in the triclinic space group P1, with a = 4.9882(7) A, b = 12.079(2) A, c = 14.454(2) A, alpha = 107.08(2) degrees, beta = 98.61(2) degrees, gamma = 97.54(2) degrees, V = 808.8(2) A(3), Z = 2, R1 = 0.0747, and R(w) = 0.1829 for 1319 observed reflections [I > 2 sigma(I)]. The molecule is L-shaped with a strong intramolecular bifurcated hydrogen bond in half of the molecule. In the crystal the molecules are linked by an intermolecular hydrogen bond to form a 1D polymer. The binuclear complex [Cu(2)(LH)(Cl(3))(H(2)O)].H(2)O (1) crystallized in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/a, with a = 8.6859(7) A, b = 28.060(2) A, c = 9.5334(9) A, beta = 107.89(1) degrees, V = 2211.2(3) A(3), Z = 4, R1 = 0.039, and R(w) = 0.097 for 1408 observed reflections [I > 2 sigma(I)]. There are two independent copper atoms both having square pyramidal geometry. Both coordinate to a pyrazine, a pyridine, and an amide N atom. Two chlorines complete the coordination sphere of one of the copper atoms, while one chlorine atom and a water molecule complete the coordination sphere of the other. The copper(II) [2 x 2] grid complex [[Cu(4)(LH)(4)](ClO(4))(4)].5CH(3)OH.4H(2)O (2) crystallized in the triclinic space group P1, with a = 17.1515(14) A, b = 17.7507(13) A, c = 19.3333(15) A, alpha = 67.34(1) degrees, beta = 69.79(1) degrees, gamma = 71.50(1) degrees, V = 4980.3(7) A(3), Z = 2, R1 = 0.083, and R(w) = 0.207 for 5532 observed reflections [I > 2 sigma(I)]. The four Cu(II) atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two pyrazine, two pyridine, and two amide N atoms and occupy the corners of a [2 x 2] grid with edge lengths, Cu...Cu, varying from 7.01 to 7.39 A. The nickel(II) [2 x 2] grid complex [[Ni(4)(LH)(4)]Cl(4)].5CH(3)CN.13H(2)O (3) crystallized in the monoclinic space group C2/c, with a = 16.3388(10) A, b = 29.754(2) A, c = 20.857(1) A, beta = 101.845(1) degrees, V = 9923.6(12) A(3), Z = 4, R1 = 0.050, and wR2 = 0.101 for 3391 observed reflections [I > 2 sigma(I)]. Here the complex possesses C(2) symmetry and again each metal atom is octahedrally coordinated to two pyrazine, two pyridine, and two amide N atoms. They occupy the corners of a [2 x 2] grid with an average edge length, Ni.Ni, of 6.97 A. Of the four anions (ClO(4)(-)'s in 2 and Cl(-)'s in 3) required to equilibrate the charges in the grid complexes, two are encapsulated, one above and one below the plane of the four metal atoms. The remaining two anions are located between the "wings" of the ligands. Magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that the binuclear complex 1 is antiferromagnetic, with a J value of -15.07 cm(-1). This is larger than the J values found for the Cu(II) (2) and Ni(II) (3) grid complexes, which were -5.87 and -2.64 cm(-1), respectively. DFT calculations have been carried out to explain the difference in the J values found for complexes 1 and 2.  相似文献

The novel dimeric germanotungstates [M(4)(H(2)O)(2)(GeW(9)O(34))(2)](12)(-) (M = Mn(2+), Cu(2+), Zn(2+), Cd(2+)) have been synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, magnetic measurements, and (183)W-NMR spectroscopy. X-ray single-crystal analyses were carried out on Na(12)[Mn(4)(H(2)O)(2)(GeW(9)O(34))(2)].38H(2)O (Na(12)()-1), which crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/n, with a = 13.0419(8) A, b = 17.8422(10) A, c = 21.1626(12) A, beta = 93.3120(10) degrees, and Z = 2; Na(11)Cs(2)[Cu(4)(H(2)O)(2)(GeW(9)O(34))(2)]Cl.31H(2)O (Na(11)()Cs-2) crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P, with a = 12.2338(17) A, b = 12.3833(17) A, c = 15.449(2) A, alpha = 100.041(2) degrees, beta = 97.034(2) degrees, gamma = 101.153(2) degrees, and Z = 1; Na(12)[Zn(4)(H(2)O)(2)(GeW(9)O(34))(2)].32H(2)O (Na(12)()-3) crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P, with a = 11.589(3) A, b = 12.811(3) A, c = 17.221(4) A, alpha = 97.828(6) degrees, beta = 106.169(6) degrees, gamma = 112.113(5) degrees, and Z = 1; Na(12)[Cd(4)(H(2)O)(2)(GeW(9)O(34))(2)].32.2H(2)O (Na(12)()-4) crystallizes also in the triclinic system, space group P, with a = 11.6923(17) A, b = 12.8464(18) A, c = 17.616(2) A, alpha = 98.149(3) degrees, beta = 105.677(3) degrees, gamma = 112.233(2) degrees, and Z = 1. The polyanions consist of two lacunary B-alpha-[GeW(9)O(34)](10)(-) Keggin moieties linked via a rhomblike M(4)O(16) (M = Mn, Cu, Zn, Cd) group leading to a sandwich-type structure. (183)W-NMR studies of the diamagnetic Zn and Cd derivatives indicate that the solid-state polyoxoanion structures are preserved in solution. EPR measurements on Na(12)()-1 at frequencies up to 188 GHz and temperatures down to 4 K yield a single, exchange-narrowed peak, at g(iso) = 1.9949, typical of Mn systems, and an upper limit of |D| = 20.0 mT; its magnetization studies still await further theoretical treatment. Detailed EPR studies on Na(11)()Cs-2 over temperatures down to 2 K and variable frequencies yield g( parallel ) = 2.4303 and g( perpendicular ) = 2.0567 and A( parallel ) = 4.4 mT (delocalized over the Cu(4) framework), with |D| = 12.1 mT. Magnetization studies in addition yield the exchange parameters J(1) = -11 and J(2) = -82 cm(-)(1), in agreement with the EPR studies.  相似文献

The three novel, multi-nickel-substituted heteropolytungstates [Ni(6)As(3)W(24)O(94)(H(2)O)(2)](17)(-) (1), [Ni(3)Na(H(2)O)(2)(AsW(9)O(34))(2)](11)(-) (2), and [Ni(4)Mn(2)P(3)W(24)O(94)(H(2)O)(2)](17)(-) (3) have been synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analysis, electrochemistry, and magnetic studies. Single-crystal X-ray analysis was carried out on Na(16.5)Ni(0.25)[Ni(6)As(3)W(24)O(94)(H(2)O)(2)].54H(2)O, which crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 17.450(4) A, b = 17.476(4) A, c = 22.232(4) A, alpha = 85.73(3) degrees, beta = 89.74(3) degrees, gamma = 84.33(3) degrees, and Z = 2, Na(11)[Ni(3)Na(H(2)O)(2)(AsW(9)O(34))(2)].30.5H(2)O, which crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 12.228(2) A, b = 16.743(3) A, c = 23.342(5) A, alpha = 78.50(3) degrees, beta = 80.69(3) degrees, gamma = 78.66(3) degrees, and Z = 2, and Na(17)[Ni(4)Mn(2)P(3)W(24)O(94)(H(2)O)(2)].50.5H(2)O, which crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/c, with a = 17.540(4) A, b = 22.303(5) A, c = 35.067(7) A, beta = 95.87(3) A, and Z = 4. Polyanion 1 consists of two B-alpha-(Ni(3)AsW(9)O(40)) Keggin moieties linked via a unique AsW(6)O(16) fragment, leading to a banana-shaped structure with C(2)(v)() symmetry. The mixed-metal tungstophosphate 3 is isostructural with 1. Polyanion 2 consists of two lacunary B-alpha-[AsW(9)O(34)](9)(-) Keggin moieties linked via three nickel(II) centers and a sodium ion. Electrochemical studies show that 1-3 exhibit a unique and reproducible voltammetric pattern and that all three compounds are stable in a large pH range. An investigation of the magnetic properties of 1-3 indicates that the exchange interactions within the trimetal clusters are ferromagnetic. However, for 1 and 3 intra- and intermolecular interactions between different trinuclear clusters are also present.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the following Cu(II) complexes are reported: [Cu(HL3)](ClO4)(3), C11H31Cl3CuN6O12, monoclinic, P2(1)/n, a = 8.294(2) A, b = 18.364(3) A, c = 15.674(3) A, beta = 94.73(2) degrees, Z = 4; ([Cu2(L4)(CO3)](2))(ClO4)(4).4H2O, C40H100Cl4Cu4N12O26, triclinic, P1, a = 9.4888(8) A, b = 13.353(1) A, c = 15.329(1) A, alpha = 111.250(7) degrees, beta = 90.068(8) degrees, gamma = 105.081(8) degrees, Z = 1; [Cu2(L5)(OH2)(2)](ClO4)(4), C13H36Cl4Cu2N6O18, monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 7.225(2) A, b = 8.5555(5) A, c = 23.134(8) A, beta = 92.37(1) degrees, Z = 2; [Cu2(L6)(OH2)(2)](ClO4)(4).3H2O, C14H44Cl4Cu2N6O21, monoclinic, P2(1)/a, a = 15.204(5) A, b = 7.6810(7) A, c = 29.370(1) A, beta = 100.42(2) degrees, Z = 4. Solution spectroscopic properties of the bimetallic complexes indicate that significant conformational changes occur upon dissolution, and this has been probed with EPR spectroscopy and molecular mechanics calculations.  相似文献

A nickel(II) pentaaza macrocyclic complex containing a 1-hexadecyl pendant chain, [Ni(C(25)H(55)N(5))](ClO(4))(2).H(2)O (1), was synthesized by a one-pot metal-template condensation reaction. Crystal data for 1: triclinic, Ponemacr;, a = 8.333(4) A, b = 8.356(3) A, c = 28.374(9) A, alpha = 81.865(19) degrees, beta = 86.242(18) degrees, gamma = 63.871(17) degrees, Z = 2. Solid 1 forms hydrophobic layers that are constructed by the long alkyl chains of the macrocycles. Solid 1 exchanges ClO(4)(-) with NCS(-), PF(6)(-), C(2)O(4)(2-), NO(3)(-), and CF(3)SO(3)(-) that are dissolved in water. From the reaction of [Ni(C(25)H(55)N(5))Cl(2)] with Et(3)NH(TCNQ)(2) in EtOH/DMF/acetone solution, [Ni(C(25)H(55)N(5))(TCNQ)(2)](TCNQ).(CH(3)COCH(3)) (2) (TCNQ = 7,7,8,8-tetracyano-p-quinodimethane) was prepared. Crystal data for 2: triclinic, Ponemacr;, a = 8.459(0) A, b = 13.945 (1) A, c = 26.833(2) A, alpha = 88.744(2) degrees, beta = 84.536(2) degrees, gamma = 80.089(4) degrees, Z = 2. In 2, TCNQ anions coordinate nickel(II) at the axial sites, which form pi-stacked TCNQ(-) dimers to give rise to 1-D chains. The neutral TCNQ molecules are included between the dimerized TCNQ(-) species, which construct a pi-stacked group of six TCNQ units as blocked by the long alkyl chains. Compound 2 is an electric insulator. It shows a weak signal in the EPR spectrum. The magnetic susceptibility data of 2 measured at 5-300 K exhibit a simple paramagnetism at low temperatures (<100 K) but an increase in the magnetic moment at higher temperatures due to the contribution of a thermally accessible triplet state for the antiferromagnetically coupled [TCNQ](2)(2-).  相似文献
