在中国工程物理研究院(以下简称中物院)建院50周年之际,文章作者对近年来在中物院开展的冲击波物理与爆轰物理研究工作进展情况作了介绍.首先,对该项研究工作的意义作了说明.其次,简单回顾了过去完成的几个代表性研究工作.然后,对近期主要的研究方向,其中包括冲击波温度测量和高压熔化规律研究、高密度气体物态方程研究、固体物质的宽区物态方程实验和理论研究、高压本构关系研究、材料的损伤演化及动态破坏研究、爆轰波传播规律与驱动飞层研究,以及高能炸药起爆性能与热点形成机理研究在实验技术、规律性探索到理论建模方面取得的近期主要进展作了重点介绍.文章最后对未来研究作了展望. 相似文献

团簇在能源催化和大气雾霾等诸多化学过程中广泛存在,团簇表征与性能研究对诠释化学反应机理至关重要. 然而,中性团簇由于缺乏电荷、难于探测,实验研究非常困难. 鉴于上述情况,发展了基于极紫外自由电子激光的中性团簇红外光谱实验方法,用于质量选择中性团簇的高灵敏探测、结构表征和性能研究. 红外-极紫外衰减和红外+极紫外增强光谱实验方法已被应用于一些中性水团簇和一些中性金属羰基化合物的研究. 由于极紫外自由电子激光的波长范围涵盖了绝大多数中性团簇的第一电离势,这一独特的实验方法为开展各类中性团簇红外谱学和结构的研究打开了大门. 本文综述了这些红外光谱实验方法及其在中性团簇研究中的应用. 相似文献

A system for display of magnetic resonance (MR) spectroscopic imaging (SI) data is described which provides for efficient review and analysis of the multidimensional spectroscopic and spatial data format of this technique. Features include the rapid display of spectra from selected image voxels, formation of spectroscopic images, spectral and image data processing operations, methods for correlating spectroscopic image data with high resolution 1H MR images, and hardcopy facilities. We describe a spectroscopic comparative analysis based on the optoacoustic technique over the wavelength range from 410nm to 1000nm using a Q-switched Nd:YAG pumped optical parametric oscillator tunable source on a gold nanostructure solution located within a highly scattering medium. The advantages of this method over standard spectroscopy techniques are the possibility to localize and monitor the spectroscopic response of absorbing materials located within turbid media. The operation is confirmed using a comparative analysis with the spectroscopic results obtained from a reference measurement scheme, based on a highly sensitive collimated optical transmission setup in parallel and under the same experimental conditions as the optoacoustic technique. 相似文献

对系列取代金属(铁、锰、钴、铜、锌)卟啉化合物的紫外光谱、红外光谱、远红外光谱进行了详尽的测试和分析,揭示了不同结构金属卟啉的光谱规律,从理论上分析了形成光谱规律的原因。针对目前氯化铁卟啉轴向Fe—Cl键远红外表征的报道结果不一致性,采用理论分析与实验测定相结合的方法,探索了氯化铁卟啉中Fe—Cl键远红外吸收规律。研究结果表明:Fe—Cl键的振动吸收频率不是固定不变的,而是与卟啉环的结构有关,且和Fe—Cl的键长呈线性关系。 相似文献

激光拉曼光谱技术是应用于科技考古研究中的高技术之一,属于无损分析研究,但作为一种很好的无损分析方法它在中国古代玉器研究中的应用并不非常广泛。文章首先介绍了激光拉曼光谱技术的基本原理及近几年来国内外的最新进展,然后从矿物结构与拉曼特征峰之间的关系入手比较了目前国内外5种常见玉石的激光拉曼研究结果。然后分别通过对浙江良渚遗址和河南安阳殷墟遗址出土的4件中国古代玉器与新疆和田地区出产的软玉样品进行对比研究,成功地利用激光拉曼光谱技术对一批中国古代玉器进行了无损鉴定,从而阐明该项技术在中国古代玉器结构测试和材质鉴定中是一种很好的无损分析研究方法。最后,讨论了目前激光拉曼光谱技术在中国古玉和古代玉器研究中存在的局限性并对其发展前景进行了展望。 相似文献

Optical spectroscopic techniques (e.g., extinction, scattering, and fluorescence spectroscopies) are important for the analysis of colloidal solutions of nanoparticles (NPs). They are routinely applied to plasmonic and quantum-dot NP samples assuming that these contain a single population of particles with modest size and shape dispersity. However, these spectroscopic techniques become less effective when the sample is a mixture of particles with different sizes, shapes, or composition. Here, an original microfluidic method is proposed for the optical spectroscopic analysis of colloidal NP solutions that combines periodic trapping of NPs by dielectrophoresis (DEP) with in situ optical extinction spectroscopy. The periodic trapping leads to modulation of the continuously monitored optical spectrum depending on the DEP properties of the NPs. DEP-modulated spectroscopy is demonstrated using colloidal gold NPs as small as 40 nm diameter. It is found that the DEP modulation is significantly enhanced when employing suitable microfluidic flow over a multielectrode array. Finally, it is shown that the method can identify and characterize the NP species simultaneously present in a mixture of 40 and 80 nm gold NPs, opening the way toward optical spectroscopic analysis of higher complexity NP mixtures through the combination of the DEP-modulated spectroscopy with chemometric methods. 相似文献

Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort., a plant that is frequently used in traditional Chinese medicine, has been studied using HPLC-coupled spectroscopic techniques such as HPLC-UV, HPLC-MS as well as HPLC-NMR. With the aid of these modern spectroscopic techniques, the main constituents, namely senkyunolide A, butylphthalide, neocnidilide and Z-ligustilide, have been characterized and identified. Phthalide dimers, present in smaller amounts, have been identified by HPLC-UV and HPLC-MS analysis and compared with reference compounds. Stereochemical features of some phthalide monomers have been determined by detailed spectroscopic studies for the first time. 相似文献

The analysis of α-transfer experiments in the frame of the Distorted Wave Born Approximation (DWBA) yields experimental values for the spectroscopic factors. We show that a consistent reaction theory leads to a theoretical formula for these spectroscopic factors which is different from the one conventionally used. 利用离子注入机所产生的低能N+模仿宇宙中低能离子作用于人宫颈癌细胞(HeLa cell),探索其对人类细胞的影响及作用机制。因实验中的低能离子产生和加速要在真空中进行,细胞在离子注入同时将受到真空的影响,为此研究人员利用石蜡油保护细胞以防止注入时的水份蒸发。注入处理完毕后收集细胞,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)分析真空和低能N+束注入后细胞中大分子的相对含量、构型及其构象变化等方面的信息。结果表明:(1)不同处理后的样品在3 300 cm-1附近吸收谱带存在明显差异。对照样品的特征峰位为3 300 cm-1,而其他样品中除了注入5×1014 N+·cm-2外,红外吸收峰均向长波数方向移动,真空2×1015 N+·cm-2样品的频移尤为明显至3 420 cm-1处。(2)与对照样品相比较,各处理样品的1 378 cm-1处吸收峰峰位均向长波数方向频移。(3)处理样品相对于对照样品而言,2 360 cm-1处吸收峰均向长波数方向移动。该结果说明低能离子注入处理可以引起细胞中核酸、蛋白的含量和构象变化。 相似文献
