The crystal of 1 belongs to the triclinic system, space group P-1, with a = 6.661(2) Å, b = 8.440(3) Å, c = 8.913(3) Å, α = 102.032(3)°, β = 107.899(2)°, γ = 98.242(3)°, V = 454.6(3) Å3, Z = 1, D c = 1.490 g/cm3, R 1 = 0.0226, and wR 2 = 0.0564. The crystal of 2 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with α = 7.0707(7) Å, b = 15.438(1) Å, c = 14.227(1) Å, β = 96.659(2)°, V = 1542.5(3) Å3, Z = 2, D c = 1.821 g/cm3, R 1 = 0.0437, and wR 2 = 0.1041. In each complex, the Cu atom is in a square planar coordination. The molecules of 1 are linked through intermolecular N-H...N and N-H...O hydrogen bonds to form layers parallel to the ab plane. The molecules of 2 are linked through intermolecular C-H...Br hydrogen bonds to form a 3D network.  相似文献

Self-assembly among the Schiff base 2-[(2-dimethylaminoethylimino)methyl]-6-ethoxyphenol (HL) with ammonium thiocyanate and cadmium(II) acetate affords a dinuclear cadmium(II) complex [Cd2L2(NCS)2]. The complex was structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure of the complex was investigated. Both Cd atoms are best described as distorted pentagonal bipyramids. The crystal of the complex is triclinic: space group P $ \bar 1 $ , a = 11.3719(2), b = 11.7972(3), c = 15.0847(3)Å, α = 70.1520(10)°, β = 83.4690(10)°, γ = 62.2470(10)°, V = 1682.13(6) Å3, Z = 2.  相似文献

Using the XRD method, the crystalline and molecular structures of two halogenated propionamides, CF2XCF2CONH2, X = H (I) and Cl (II), have been studied. Crystals I and II are monoclinic: space group P21/c, Z = 4; (I) a = 10.967 Å, b = 5.406 Å, c = 10.063 Å, β = 107.86°; (II) a = 11.979 Å, b = 5.608 Å, c = 10.042 Å, β = 99.31°. Structures I and II were solved by the direct method and refined by the full-matrix least-square method to R = 0.112 (I) and 0.139 (II) over all 1299 (I) and 1175 (II) independent measured reflections (a CAD-4 autodiffractometer, λMoK α).  相似文献

The structure of methyl (±)-2-((1R,3R)-3-{ 2-[(3S)-1-ethyl-3-hydroxy-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-3-indolyl]acetyl}-2,2-dimethylcyclobutyl) acetate has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic system; parameters of the unit cell are: a = 6.551(1) Å, b = 11.506(1) Å, c = 14.334(1) Å, α = 101.41(1)°, β = 97.57(1)°, γ = 104.72(1)°; space group P-1, Z = 2, composition C21H27NO5. The structure of N-ethyloxindole fragment is usual for the present class of compounds. The configuration of the formed asymmetric carbon atom C(3) of the pyrrole ring along with the configuration of C(12) and C(14) atoms of 2,2-dimethylcyclobutane ring form the side chain of the molecule were determined. There is observed the generation of centrosymmetrical dimers in the crystal structure due to realized intermolecular hydrogen bond of O-H...O type, 2.808(2) Å.  相似文献

The crystal of I is orthorhombic: space group Pbca, a = 13.6928(9), b = 9.7203(6), c = 22.926(1) Å, V = 3051.4(3) Å3, Z = 4. The crystal of II is triclinic: space group $P\bar 1$ , a} = 8.0212(7), b = 12.744(1), c = 15.590(2) Å, α = 104.802(3)°, β = 90.561(3)°, γ = 103.130(3)°, V = 1496.6(2) Å3, Z = 1. The zwitterionic Schiff base ligands coordinate to the metal atoms through phenolate O, imine N, and amine N atoms. Each metal atom in the complexes is in octahedral coordination. The effect of these complexes on the antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Candida albicans were studied.  相似文献

Single crystals of [(C5H4NH)NC4H8NH(C3H5)]2+[Cu3Cl5]2? are obtained by ac synthesis in ethanol from 1-(2-pyridyl)-4-allyl-piperazinium and Cu(II) dichlorides and their structure is studied by X-ray diffraction analysis (space group P-1, a = 7.246(7) Å, b = 8.54(1) Å, c = 16.41(1) Å, α = 70.76(8)°, β = 77.24(8)°, λ = 80.42(9)°, V = 30(4) Å3, Z = 2, R(F) = 0.0686. In the structure of this π-complex, the Cu and Cl atoms form unusual centrosymmetrical Cu6Cl10 fragments, each fragment being bonded to two 1-(2-pyridyl)-4-allyl-piper-azinium cations via π-interaction Cu-(C=C). A three-dimensional structure is formed by means of N-H…Cl hydrogen bonds. The trigonal-pyramidal surrounding of the Cu(1) atom includes three Cl atoms and the C=C bond, while the tetrahedral surrounding of Cu(2) and the trigonal surrounding of Cu(3) involve the Cl atoms only.  相似文献

The crystal structures of nitrato-{4-bromo-2-[2-hydroxyethylimino)methyl]phenolo}-(3,5-dibromopyridine)copper (I) and nitrato-{2,4-dibromo-6-[(2-hydroxyethylimino)methyl]phenolo}-(3,5-dibromopyridine)copper (II) are determined. The crystals of compound I are orthorhombic: a = 14.157(3) Å, b = 15.420(3) Å, c = 17.494(4) Å, space group Pbca, Z = 8, R = 0.067. The crystals of compound II are monoclinic: a = 10.675 Å, b = 13.973 Å, c = 14.007 Å, β = 111.92°, space group P21/n, Z = 4, R = 0.0464. In the structures of compounds I and II, the copper atom coordinates, correspondingly, singly deprotonated 4-bromo-2-[(2-hydroxyethylimino)methyl]phenol and 2,4-dibromo-6-[(2-hydroxyethylimino)methyl]phenol molecules, and 3,5-dibromopyridine, and the nitrate ion. The coordination polyhedron of the copper ion in complexes I and II is a slightly distorted tetragonal pyramid. The bases of the pyramids are formed by the imine and pyridine nitrogen atoms and the phenolic and alcoholic oxygen atoms, and the axial vertices are occupied by the oxygen atoms of the monodentate nitrato groups. In the complexes under study, the six-membered metallocycles have asymmetric gauche conformation. In crystal, complexes I are united, due to the slip plane a, through bifurcate hydrogen bonds into infinite chains along the direction [100]. Complexes II in crystal form two-dimensional networks by means of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Reaction of [ReOCl3(PPh3)2] with bromophenylhydrazine in methanol yields [ReCl(N2C6H4Br)2(PPh3)2] (1). Complex 1 reacts with arylthiolates to give mixtures of [Re(SAr)(N2C6H4Br)2(PPh3)2] (2) and [Re2(SAr)7(NNR)2]. Complexes 1 and 2 display trigonal bipyramidal geometries with the phosphine ligands occupying the axial sites. A significant feature of the structures is the nonequivalence of the rhenium-diazenido moieties, such that for 1 the ReN(1) and N(1)N(2) distances are 1.80(2) and 1.24(3) Å, while ReN(3) and N(3)N(4) are 1.73(2) and 1.32(3) Å, and for 2 the ReN distances are 1.73(1) and 1.80(2)° with corresponding NN distances of 1.32(2) and 1.25(2) Å. Reaction of (PPh4)[ReO(SPh)4] (3) with unsymmetrically disubstituted hydrazines affords complexes of the type [ReO(SPh)3(NMRR′)] (R = Me, R′ = Ph for 4). Complexes 3 and 4 display distorted square pyramidal geometries with the oxo groups apical. The significant feature of the structure of 4 is the nonlinear ReN(1)N(2) linkage, exhibiting an angle of 145.6(10)°. The angle does not appear to correlate with a significant contribution from a valence form with sp2 hybridization at the α-nitrogen. Crystal data: 1: monoclinic space group, P21/n, a = 12.216(2) Å, b = 19.098(2) Å, c = 20.257(4) Å, β = 106.20(1)°, V = 4538.3(8) Å3 to give Z = 4; structure solution and refinement based on 1905 reflections converged at R = 0.070. 2: monoclinic space group P21/n, a = 14.393(2) Å, b = 18.842(3) Å, c = 20.717(4)Å, β = 110.26(1)°, V = 5270.5(8) Å3 to give Z = 4 for D = 1.53 g cm−1; structure solution and refinement based on 4249 reflections to give R = 0.070. 3: monoclinic space group P21/n, a = 12.531(2) Å, b = 24.577(4) Å, c = 16.922(3) Å, β = 99.06(1)°, V = 5146.2(9) Å3, D = 1.36 g cm−3 for Z = 4, 2912 reflections, R = 0.050. 4: monoclinic space group p21/n, a = 16.137(2) Å, b = 9.863(2) Å, c = 16.668(2) Å, β = 111.12(1)°, V = 2474.7(6) Å3, D = 1.74 g cm−3 for Z = 4, 2940 reflections, R = 0.066.  相似文献

Ab initio Hartree-Fock calculations based on the experimentally determined structure yield a positive value of the Au? Au bonding order suggesting weak bonding interactions between the d10 metal centres.  相似文献

A zwitter-ionic salt 2-piperidinyl-4-dinitromethyl-1,3,5-triazin(1H,5H)-6-one is studied by the single crystal X-ray analysis. The crystals are monoclinic: a = 11.526(1) Å, b = 9.211(1) Å, c = 12.182(1) Å; β = 110.69(1)°, V = 1209.9(2) Å3, space group P21/n; Z = 4, ρcalc = 1.560 g/cm3. The transformation of the dinitromethyl fragment conformation, the conjugation of one of nitrogroups with the 1,3,5-triazine ring, and an intramolecular hydrogen bond are revealed. The 1,3,5-triazine cycle is strongly distorted due to lactam-lactim tautomerism.  相似文献

Crystal structures of 4-[(3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxy-benzylidene)-amino]-benzenesulfonamide (I), 4-[(3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxy-benzylidene)-amino]-N-thiazol-2-yl-benzenesulfonamide (II), and 4-[((3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxy-benzylidene)-amino]-N-(5-ethyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)-benzenesulfonamide (III) have been determined. The crystals of I are monoclinic, a = 8.645(2) Å, b = 12.622(3) Å, c = 14.414(3) Å; β = 104.31(3)°, space group P21/n, Z = 4, R = 0.0642. The crystals of II are also monoclinic, a = 10.313(2) Å, b = 11.288(2) Å, c = 15.766(3) Å; α = 99.37(3)°, space group P21/c, Z = 4, R = 0.0635. The crystals of III are triclinic, a = 10.567(2) Å, b = 10.849(2) Å, c = 18.432(4) Å; α = 75.97(3)°, β = 89.71(3)°, γ = 87.33(3)°, space group P-1, Z = 4, R = 0.0644. The asymmetric part of the unit cell of compounds I and II contains a single molecule of the Schiff’s base, while in III two independent azomethine molecules A and B. The studied compounds I–III adopt the E-configuration relatively to the double azomethine bond C=N. Owing to phenolic oxygen together with nitrogen and oxygen atoms of the sulfonamide group, compound I makes in a crystalline state a two-dimensional hydrogen bonded network parallel to the plane (1 0 1). Compound II forms centrosymmetric dimers in the crystals via N-H…N hydrogen bonds. These dimers, in their turn, are connected by hydrogen bonds O-H…O into infinite chains running along the double screw axis b. As in II, molecules and of compound III form centrosymmetric dimers through hydrogen bonding N-H…N. These dimers are linked into infinite chains running along the c axis by hydrogen bonds C-H…O. The π-π-stacking interaction of aromatic rings is observed in all the compounds studied.  相似文献

Triclinic crystals with the parameters a = 9.4464(3) Å, b = 11.0279(4) Å, c = 13.6528(6) Å;α = 106.940(1)°, β = 98.382(1)°, γ = 106.347(1)°; V = 1264.72(8) Å3; Z = 2, space group 1. P1ˉ. The structure consists of discrete mononuclear molecules. The polyhedron of the Zn atom is a trigonal bipyramid N2S3 formed by coordination of the N atoms of the bidentate Phen molecules and the sulfur atoms of the monodentate and cyclic bidentate xanthate ligands. Dimer assemblies are formed in the structure due to π-π interactions of Phen molecules. Original Russian Text Copyright ? 2006 by R. F. Klevtsova, T. G. Leonova, L. A. Glinskaya, and S. V.
