Electronic states and depolarization phenomena are studied for the + in cis- and transpolyacetylene (CH)x. Formation of weakly bound muonium-like paramagnetic state is found in cis-(CH)x at room temperature, while diamagnetic + state is formed in trans-(CH)x. The origin of this clear difference might reflect properties of excitation modes in these two-isomers.We acknowledge Dr. J.H. The transformation of amorphous thin alloy films of Co–Zr to the crystalline state was observed with an electron microscope in the diffraction mode. This investigation elucidates the crystallization temperatures,T x , of thin films as opposed to theT x presented for thicker samples; usually melt-quenched in the thickness range of 20–50 m. TheT x of the thin films are compared also with theT x for sputtered alloys of Co–Zr at 5 m.  相似文献

Scanning probe microscopy has been applied to study various growth stages of YSZ (yttria-stabilized zirconia) buffer layers on silicon and of YBa2Cu3O7–x thin films on YSZ/Si. YSZ buffer layers of 75 nm thickness exhibit a remarkable smooth surface with a rms roughness of about 0.5 nm for a surface area of 5 m×5 m. The subsequent growth of YBa2Cu3O7–x thin films was investigated from nucleation to the formation of growth hills. Screw dislocations were found only in very rare cases.  相似文献

Zn x Cd1–x S thin films (0x0.20) were prepared using rf sputtering in argon atmosphere and characterized using X-ray diffraction, optical transmission, electrical resistivity and photoconductive decay measurements. The films were found to possess hexagonal structure. The crystallite size and degree of preferential orientation were found to decrease with the increase ofx and to improve upon annealing in vacuum at 250 °C. The transmission edge shifted towards shorter wavelengths with the increase ofx in agreement with the expected shift in the energy band gap. The films were found to exhibit room temperature resistivity in the range 100–1000 cm. The obtained values of long wavelength transmission (70–80%) and minority carrier diffusion length (30 m) are high enough for the application of these films in the field of solar cells.  相似文献

The ferroelectric and dielectric properties of Bi4-xLaxTi3O12 (BLT) and Bi4-xLaxTi2.97V0.03O12 (BLTV) thin films deposited on (111)Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates using a chemical solution method were investigated. The BLTV thin films showed a larger remanent polarization (9.6 C/cm2) than the BLT thin films (6.5 C/cm2), while the coercive field for both thin films was nearly the same. The capacitance of the films as a function of a small ac driving field was measured, and the data were processed using Rayleighs law. The results show that the Rayleigh constant of the BLT films was smaller than that of the BLTV films, indicating that the defect concentration was lower in the latter case. The superior ferroelectricity of the BLTV films was attributed to a decrease of both the (001) orientation and the defect concentration. PACS 77.80.Bh; 77.55.+f  相似文献

Based on semi-classical density matrix theory, the spectral characteristics and multi-Raman interaction of multi-longitudinal-mode CO2-9R(30) optically pumped cavity NH3 molecules 67.2 m far-infrared laser were theoretically studied. And with different parameters such as input and output reflection coefficient, length of tube and so on, the rules of multi-Raman interaction and effect on longitudinal structure of 67.2 m far-infrared laser spectrum were also discussed theoretically.  相似文献

We have successfully grown (1-x)Pb(Mg1/3- Nb1/3)O3-xPbTiO3 (PMN-PT) thin films with x=0.3, 0.35 and 0.4 by pulsed laser deposition. X-ray-diffraction studies reveal that the PMN-PT films grown on La0.5Sr0.5CoO3/LaAlO3 substrates form epitaxial heterostructures. Composition control and remedial measures to compensate for the lead and magnesium losses due to re-evaporation are demonstrated. As a common feature, the as-grown PMN-PT thin films exhibit a self-poling behavior. Their dielectric constants measured at room temperature vary from 1500 to 2500, depending on the PMN to PT ratios. The pyroelectric coefficient of the films varies from 160 to 300 C/m2K. The piezoelectric coefficient d33 is around 27 pm/V in the as-grown 70/30 films. A comparison of these values with the bulk PMN-PT of same compositions implies that the much-reduced piezoelectric properties in the PMN-PT films are primarily due to a substrate-clamping effect. In this paper delay equationsx n+k =f(x n ,...,x n+k–1) are considered, where the functionf is supposed to be convex, having a unique point of maximum. It is proved that if there are no stationary solutions then all solutions must diverge. Considering the one parameter familyf =+f and associating to it a family of two dimensional mapsF it is shown that the set of points having bounded orbit underF is homeomorphic to the product of a Cantor set and a circle, and is hyperbolic and stable.  相似文献

We report on zero and transverse fieldSR measurements in LaNi5H6 and in-PdHx (x=0.70 and 0.75) between 16 K and room temperature. The +-depolarization is predominantly caused by the spread in nuclear dipole fields from the protons. Motional averaging is caused by the combined motion of protons and the +. The results are quite unexpected and point to +-trapping within regions of largely immobile hydrogen configurations or to a highly correlated +-proton diffusion. In LaNi5H6 a linear change of the second moment with temperature between 20 K and 120 K is indicated.  相似文献

Refractive-index and optical-absorption spectra of Bi-substituted yttrium iron garnet films, epitaxially grown by liquid-phase epitaxy, have been measured in the spectral regime 0.26 m1.9 m by thin-film interference for 0.52 m and by ellipsometry for0.52 m. The Y3–x–y Bi x Pb y Fe5–z Pt z O12 films contain bismuth in the range Ox 1.42, lead in the range 0.01 y0.08 and platinum in the range 0.005<=z0.03. There is satisfactory coincidence between the results from ellipsometry and thin-film interference in the overlapping wavelength region. The materials investigated are the same as reported earlier from this laboratory in ter mof their magnetic and magnetooptic properties.  相似文献

This work concerns the nature of chaotic dynamical processes. Sheldon Newhouse wrote on dynamical processes (depending on a parameter )x x+1=T(x n ; ), wherex is in the plane, such as might arise when studying Poincaré return maps for autonomous differential equations in IR3. He proved that if the system is chaotic there will very often be existing parameter values for which there are infinitely many periodic attractors coexisting in a bounded region of the plane, and that such parameter values would be dense in some interval. The fact that infinitely many coexisting sinks can occur brings into question the very nature of the foundations of chaotic dynamical processes. Superconducting simple cubic Te100–x Au x films (10<x<90) were produced by He+-irradiation at low temperatures as well as at room temperature. After low temperature irradiation the as-irradiated disordered samples forx<60 at % Au are in a semiconducting state which becomes unstable at about 230 K, and then transform into the s.c. superconducting phase. The resistivity of the s.c. phase displays a negative temperature coefficient for residual resistivity values larger than 100 cm. In comparison to splat cooled foils, the s.c. Te—Au phase in the He+-irradiated films is more homogeneous. The observed variation of the transition temperature to the superconducting state with Au content is explained as an interaction of the Fermi-surface with several Bragg-planes.  相似文献

We present transverse fieldSR and bulk magnetisation studies on powders of Bi2Sr2(Ca1{itxGd x )Cu2O y for 0x<0.5. We have found that the effective pinning decreases rapidly withx even for values ofx for whichT c remains unchanged. We have interpreted this decrease in terms of changes in ab (obtained fromSR) which cause a decrease in vortex-vortex interactions. The field distribution spectra in these superconductors have been obtained using a maximum entropy analysis and are found to agree with the calculations by Harshmanet al.  相似文献

Using infrared spectroscopic ellipsometry (IRSE), the optical properties of the Ba0.9Sr0.1TiO3 (BST) ferroelectric thin films with different film thicknesses on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates prepared by a modified sol-gel method have been investigated in the 2.5–12.6 m wavelength range. By fitting the measured ellipsometric parameter ( and ) data with a three-phase model (Air/BST/Pt) and the classical dispersion relation for the BST thin films, the optical constants and thicknesses of the thin films have been obtained. The average thickness of the single layer decreases with increasing film thickness. The refractive index of the BST films decreases with increasing thickness in the wavelength range 2.5–11 m, and increases with increasing thickness in the wavelength range 11–12.6 m. However, the extinction coefficient of the BST films monotonously decreases with increasing thickness. It is closely associated with the crystallinity of the thin films, the crystalline size effect and the influence of the interface layer. The + Knight shift in platinum has been measured between 20 K and 785 K. It shows a strong temperature dependence and scales with the magnetic bulk susceptibility. A temperature independent contribution of +40 to +60 ppm and a d-electron induced hyperfine field per unpaired d-electron per atom ofB hf,d =–5.03 kG (±8.5%) are obtained. The + Knight shift in PdH0.70 and PdH0.75 shows no dependence on temperature between 20 K andRT and increases fromK ppm forx=0.70 toK ppm forx=0.75, in good agreement with proton Knight shift measurements.  相似文献

In-plane c-axis oriented CaBi4Ti4O15 (CBTi144) films were fabricated on Pt foils using a complex metal alkoxide solution. The a/b-axis orientation of the ferroelectric films was affected by the preferred orientation of Pt foil, which is associated with the thickness. The 500 nm-thick CBTi144 films showed good ferro- and piezoelectric properties on 0.010 mm-thick Pt foils. The Pr and Ec were 26 C/cm2 and 230 kV/cm, respectively, at an applied voltage of 75 V. The d33 was characterized as 25–34 pm/V by piezoresponse force microscopy. The values enhanced compared to those of the CBTi144 thin film with random orientation. A method has been derived to generate a structure of moments for frequency spectrum of a disordered crystal lattice with the use of digital computer. The moments are given by expressions containing mean values of powers of reciprocal masses of chain atoms or it is possible to directly carry out their evaluation. The derivation performed here for a linear chain is applicable even for more complex lattice types. Using the method described below, the structure of moments up to 42 has been evaluated; numerically the moments up to 50 have been evaluated. Spectral dependences of the reflection coefficient R are studied in solid solutions of (Pb0.78Sn0.22)1–x In x Te with indium content in the mixture x = 0.05–0.20 at T = 300 K. In the R() spectra of each of the examined specimens, two minima of the reflection coefficient are revealed: one in the short-wavelength region at = 1–2 m, and the other – in the long-wavelength region at = 25–30 m, the latter being due to plasma vibrations of free electrons. Peculiar features of the short-wavelength minima in the R() dependences are analyzed. It is shown that these minima are likely to be associated with heterogeneities formed by the nonuniform spatial distribution of indium in the specimen.  相似文献
