The urushiol diacetate was successfully separated by centrifugal rotation TLC on the silica gel coated with silver nitrate.The structure and configuration of key component of.urushiol (64.6%) were determined successfully by using 1H and 13C conventional method,DEPT technique,homo- and heteronuclear chemical shift correlation 2D-NMR,2D-J NMR,hftteronuclear relayed coherencetransfer 2D-NMR,and relaxation time T1 investigation.The as-signment of resonances for 1H and C were confirmed.There is plentyof evidence which shows that the key component of urushiol is3-(8'Z,11'E,13'Z-pentadecatrienyl)catechol.The results show that RELAY 2D-NMR new technique can be successfully applied to determining the structure of complicated unknown compounds.  相似文献

1H T1 and dynamic NMR measurements (T1 = relaxation time) were made with Me2SnCl2 and its bpy complex in mixed solvents of CH2Cl2 and weak bases to elucidate the role of the solvent in the dynamic behaviour of organotin compounds. In the line shape analysis of the exchange reaction between Me2SnCl2 and its bpy complex, the dissociation rate constant kd of the Me2SnCl2 · bpy complex supported an exchange mechanism of the dissociation followed by a rapid recombination step. Weak bases in the mixed solvents decreased the Eyring activation parameters ΔH and ΔS for the dissociation reaction of the complex, indicating more extensive solvation in the activated state than in the ground state of the complex. In the 1H T1 measurements, the reorientational correlation time τc was shorter and its activation energy Ea was larger in Me2SnCl2 than in Me2SnCl2 · bpy, in conformity with their molecular sizes. Ea and τc increased on addition of weak bases, such as nitromethane, nitrobenzene and acetonitrile, even for the Me2SnCl2 · bpy complex, whose acidity is reduced considerably from that of the free tin compound. The major cause of this result is suggested to be the interaction of the weak bases with CH2Cl2, resulting in a change of the physical properties of the mixed solvent.  相似文献

用离心旋转薄层层析法在涂渍AgNO3的硅胶板上成功地分离了乙酰化漆酚。对其主要组分(64.6%),用1H、13C常规谱,DEPT编辑谱,同核、异核化学位移相关二维谱,二维J谱,异核中继相干传递二维谱及弛豫时间T1等,确定了此化合物的结构与构型和1H、13C谱线归属。实验证明漆酚中此组分是3-十五碳烯烃(8′Z、11′E、13′Z)邻苯二酚,异核中继相干传递二维谱新技术能有效地应用于复杂未知化合物的结构测定。  相似文献

The solid and liquid-crystalline phases of two long chain lead(II) carboxylates have been studied by 13C and 1H NMR spectroscopy. High resolution 13C NMR spectra of the solid phase of lead(II) decanoate and octadecanoate, reveal splittings of the peaks attributed to the carboxylate and adjacent methylene groups. This may result from two different environments for the carboxylate chains coordinated to the same Pb(II) ion. On going from the solid to liquid-crystalline or liquid phases, this splitting is lost, and small changes in chemical shift of the bands due to the methyl and methylene groups are observed. These are attributed to the onset of conformational disordering, and analysis of the data gives a gauche population in good agreement with that from Raman spectra and theoretical calculations. Longitudinal 13C relaxation times are reported. From these, and from spectral data, the -CH3 group is seen to have different dynamics from the rest of the chain, and to retain high mobility even in the solid phase. Further information on the structural changes comes from proton NMR spectroscopy. The transverse 1H relaxation of lead(II) decanoate shows two components, which are suggested to arise from a crystalline, and a relatively amorphous region of the compound. Study of the evolution of these as a function of temperature shows that the amorphous fraction is relatively low up to 335 K. but then increase rapidly, until at 365 K, close to the transition to the L, phase, it is 99 per cent- In parallel to these observations, changes in band shape were also observed and suggest a progressive fusion of the chains up to the temperature of this transition. The global 1H spin-lattice relaxation was also studied as a function of temperature. and two components were observed between room temperature and approximately the tint phase transition. These are associated with populations of hydrogen nuclei with different mobilities.  相似文献

The critical aggregation concentration (CAC) of four with three kinds of conventional surfactants, namely, two cationic surfactants [hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) and tetradecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (TTAB)], one anionic surfactant [sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)], and a nonionic surfactant [Triton X-100 (TX-100)], were determined by variation of 1H chemical shifts with surfactant concentrations. Results show that the CAC values of protons at different positions of the same molecule are different, and those of the terminal methyl protons are the lowest, respectively, which suggests that the terminal groups of the alkyl chains aggregates first during micellization. Measurement of the transverse relaxation time (T2) of different protons in SDS also show that the terminal methyl protons start to decrease with the increase in concentration first, which supports the above mentioned tendency.  相似文献

Two synthetic routes to a novel class of sterically overcrowded alkenes, bithioxanthylidene crown ethers 1, are described. The 1H spin-lattice relaxation times (T1) of the crown ethers as well as those of the corresponding complexes with Li+, Na+, K+, Rb+ and Cs+ in CDCl3 were measured and the results were interpreted in terms of complexation affinities.  相似文献

New functional polysilanes [R2R1Si(CH2)2SiH]n (R=Me, R1=H (1); R=R1=Et (2); R=Me, R1=Ph (3)) bearing carbosilyl side chains have been synthesized by catalytic dehydropolymerization of precursor carbosilanes R2R1SiCH2CH2SiH3 using Cp2TiCl2–BuLi as a catalyst. These polymers are characterized by 1H, 13C, 29Si, {1H–29Si} HSQC NMR spectroscopy, GPC and TGA. Attempts to delineate the tacticity from the analysis of deconvoluted 29Si{1H}-NMR signals associated with the side chain silicon atoms reveal that the triad concentration ratio follows a Bernoullian statistical model for polymers 1 and 2 only.  相似文献

Crystals of CsH(SO4)0.76(SeO4)0.24 formulation were studied by 1H NMR spectroscopy. The 1H line-shape, the T1 and T2 relaxation times were determined as a function of temperature. The activation energies deduced from the temperature dependence of relaxation times were compared with the activation energy issued from conductivity measurements. 用NMR法研究了顺二氨二水合铂(Ⅱ)(AAP)与α-二棕搁酸磷脂酰胆碱(DPPC)的相互作用方式,以阐明在顺铂-细胞相互作用中膜磷脂的贡献。1H及13C谱表明,DPPC与AAP在CDCl3中作用时,铂结合在DPPC的头部并引起DPPC分子中gauche向trans的构象转变。65℃测定DPPC脂质体与AAP在D2O溶液中反应不同时间后的-N(CH3)3、-(CH2)n及-CH3基团1H的T1值表明,铂在磷脂上的结合引起的磷脂构象变化会导致膜分子重新装配。  相似文献

The glass transition temperature T and relaxation temperature T11 of a series of regular star-shaped polystyrenes were measured by using torsional braid analyzer(TEA) and linear dilatometer.The results showed that Tg for star-shaped polymer increases with increas-ing branching degree whan the molecular weights of branch chains arethe same,but it is lower than that of linear polystyrene with the same molecular weight.The liquid 1iquid relaxation temperature T11 and the intensity of loss peak of star polystyrene also depend on branching degree.Two-Tg transitions in star polystyrenes with DVB microgel nodule were proved by comparing two types of star polystyrenes.  相似文献

Powder X-ray diffraction, 119Sn NMR spectra, and 1H NMR spin–lattice relaxation times, T1, were measured for (CH3)nNH4−nSnCl3 (n=1–4). From the Rietveld analysis, it is shown that all four compounds crystallize into deformed perovskite-type structures at room temperature. The temperature dependence of 1H T1 was analyzed in terms of the CH3 reorientation and other motions of the whole cation. Except for the phase transition in CH3NH3SnCl3, which is from monoclinic to rhombohedral at 331 K, 1H T1 was continuously changed at other phase transitions in this compound as well as in the n=2–4 compounds, suggesting that the transitions are not caused by the change of the motional state of the cation but by an instability of the [SnCl3]nn perovskite lattice.  相似文献

The formation and behaviour of cyclohexane and cyclohexane-d12 nanocrystals in mesoporous solids of well-defined dimensional constraints are studied by 1H and 2H NMR. The NMR line widths, spin–spin relaxation times (T2), spin–lattice relaxation times (T1) and diffusivities (D) were measured as a function of temperature, and the results are discussed with reference to the values obtained for the bulk materials. The confined solids exhibit substantial changes in the phase behaviour and molecular dynamics. Thus, the line-shape measurements reveal a two-phase system consisting of a highly mobile component at the surface of the pore and a plastically crystalline phase in the centre of the pore. The liquid-like surface layer in the mesopores is observable well below the reduced transition temperature of the confined cyclohexane. However, the T2 and diffusion measurements show that the mobile phase also embraces a minor component attributed to non-frozen liquid in pockets or offshoots.  相似文献

The T1,2 ← S0 spectra of benzaldehydes have been studied as a function of the energy separation between the vibrationless levels. It is shown that the spectra are very complicated in the region of ΔE[T20(nπ*)-T10(ππ*)] = 250–400 cm−1, reflecting effective vibronic interferences between T20(0-0) and each of the ν3633 out-of-plane vibrational levels of T10(ππ*). The simulated spectra correspond to the observed spectra. In the case of T10 = 3* and T20 = 3ππ* the spectral change is not so drastic as in the reverse case loc. cit. because the optical intensity generally concentrates in the longest wavelength band, i.e., the origin band of the T1(nπ*) ← S0 transition. The simulation spectra are useful for interpretation of the absorption spectra in similar electronic structure systems of substituted benzaldehydes.  相似文献

应用高精度的多态完全活化自洽场二级微扰理论方法, 在量子力学/分子力学组合方法的理论框架 QM(MS-CASPT2//CASSCF)/MM下, 系统研究了DNA环境中2-硒和4-硒取代胸腺嘧啶和腺嘌呤碱基对(2SeT-A和4SeT-A)的最低5个电子态(S0, S1, S2, T2和T1)的结构、 性质和光物理过程. QM(MS-CASPT2//CASSCF)/MM计算揭示了DNA环境中2SeT-A和4SeT-A碱基对激发态性质和光物理过程差异性的来源, 提出的机理将有助于理解DNA类似物的光物理过程, 在光动力学治疗中具有潜在的应用.  相似文献

The phase transitions and molecular motions of the methylammonium cations were investigated in the (CH3NH3)3Bi2Cl9 (MACB) crystal by dilatometric and dielectric measurements, and by the measurements of the 1H spin-lattice relaxation times and second moment of the 1H NMR absorptions over a wide temperature range. Structural phase transitions, weakly first order at 247 K (III ↔ II) and continuous at 352 K (II ↔ I), were detected by the dilatometric technique. The 1H NMR measurements revealed the presence of the uniaxial reorientations of the three non-equivalent methylammonium cations in the lowest temperature phase (III).  相似文献

A circular system is employed in this paper to investigate the swelling behaviors of polyampholyte hydrogels; this circular system can effectively eliminate the disturbance of various factors and keep the surrounding environment constant. It is found that there exists a spontaneous volume transition to the collapsed state of polyampholyte hydrogels, which is attributed to the overshooting effect, and the transition can occur repeatedly under certain conditions. (13)C NMR is employed to investigate the swelling behavior of polyampholyte hydrogels. The swelling kinetics of polyampholyte hydrogels under various circular media and various circular runs are also investigated in this paper. All the results suggest that the spontaneous volume transition to the collapsed state of polyampholyte hydrogels is dominated by pure electrostatic interaction between different charges in polymer chains.  相似文献

NMR lineshape studies of acelonitrile in the isotropic and the liquid-crystalline nematic phase of PCH have been performed. The scalar relaxation of the second kind due to the presence of the 14N quadrupolar nucleus has been confirmed as the most important relaxation mechanism for this molecule in both the isotropic and the anisotropic phase. It has been found largely responsible for the selective broadening on 13C and 1H transitions. A minor contribution arising from intramolecular dipolar relaxation mechanism has also been investigated. Linewidth analysis of the NMR spectra allowed us to determine the quadrupolar relaxation time TIN of the 14N nucleus. This is connected to the correlation time for rotational diffusion perpendicular to the molecular symmetry axis. A possible explanation of a residual selective broadeining which effects the 13C and 1H NMR transitions and is not taken into account by this mechanism, is also given.  相似文献

A low-resolution 1H NMR relaxometry study on the dynamics of an n-decane/water emulsion stabilized by β-casein is presented. Spin–spin (transverse) relaxation time constants (T2) were used to assess relative mobilities of emulsion components, by a selective deuteration procedure. Data analysis allowed the emulsion investigated to be described by a heterogeneous collection of dynamically distinct populations. A major population of n-decane molecules presented an average mobility that very nearly approached that of pure solvent, which is compatible with its occurrence in the emulsion continuous microphase. β-Casein molecules displayed a prevalent population with significantly decreased mobility as compared to the free protein in solution, which is in accordance with the protein location at the oil/water interface. Also, a major H2O population with significantly lower average T2 as compared to the pure liquid was detected and has been assigned to interfacial water.  相似文献

The phase behaviour, liquid crystal structures and head group hydration of two 4-n-alkylpyridine-N-oxide surfactants have been studied using optical microscopy, DSC and 2H NMR spectroscopy. Only a limited swelling of the surfactant phase occurs in water, so that no micellar solution phase (L1) occurs. The lamellar phase is the only mesophase observed. Water (2H) quadrupole splittings indicate that the head group binds c. 6 water molecules.  相似文献
