Synthesis of 1,10-dimethylbicyclo[8.8.8]hexacosane and 1,10-dihydroxybicyclo[8.8.8]hexacosane

[structure: see text] 1,10-Dimethylbicyclo[8.8.8]hexacosane (1) and 1,10-dihydroxybicyclo[8.8.8]hexacosane (2) were prepared in 4% yield over seven steps and in 18% yield over three steps, respectively, starting from 1,10-cyclooctadecanedione. The identities and out,out conformations of these compounds were established by single-crystal X-ray analysis.     

Synthesis of 1,10-phenanthrolines fused with bicyclo[3.3.0]octane and bicyclo[3.3.1]nonane frameworks

Reactions of bicyclo[3.3.1]nonane-2,6-dione and bicyclo[3.3.0]octane-3,7-dione with 8-amino-7-quino-linecarbaldehyde under basic conditions led to fused nonplanar compounds with one or two 1,10-phenanthroline moieties. The novel heterocyclic systems bicyclo[3.3.1]nonano[2,3-b]bis[1,10]-phenanthroline, cis-bicyclo[3.3.0]octano[3,2-b:7,6-b']bis[1,10]phenanthroline, bicyclo[3.3.1]nona-no[2,3-b:6,7-b']bis[1,10]phenanthroline, and 8H-9,16-methanoindolo[2',3':5,6]cycloocta[1,2-b]bis-[1,10]-phenanthroline have been synthesized and characterized.     

Synthesis and electronic properties of series of oligothiophene-[1,10]phenanthrolines

Organic semiconductors containing metal binding sites within their molecular backbones are of a general interest in organic materials chemistry. In this paper, we describe a straightforward synthetic procedure, which gives access to a series of 2-(oligothienyl)-[1,10]phenanthrolines (nT-phen), 2,9-bis(oligothienyl)-[1,10]phenanthrolines (nT-phen-nT) and 2,2'-(oligothienyl)bis-[1,10]phenanthrolines (phen-nT-phen). By a Negishi-type cross coupling of 2-iodo-[1,10]phenanthroline or 2,9-diiodo-[1,10]phenanthroline with in situ generated alpha-zinc derivatives of different mono-, ter-, and quinquethiophenes we were able to synthesize the corresponding oligothienyl-phenanthrolines in medium to excellent yields. Furthermore, characterization of the optical properties of the new materials indicated that the two subunits, oligothiophene and phenanthroline, are in pi-conjugation. Characterization of the redox properties revealed additional evidence for the role of [1,10]phenanthroline as a pi-bridging unit in the nT-phen-nT series.     

芳基咪唑并[4,5-f][1,10]菲咯啉的无溶剂绿色合成研究

以菲咯啉二酮、苯甲醛及其衍生物和醋酸铵为原料,采用无溶剂绿色研磨工艺,合成了芳基咪唑并菲咯啉化合物.通过对不同反应条件的筛选,得到一条高效、简便、绿色的合成芳基咪唑并菲咯啉化合物路线,不同的芳醛与菲咯啉二酮都可以较高的收率得到相应的芳基咪唑并[4,5-f][1,10]菲咯啉.     

2,2';9',2''-Ter[1,10]phenanthroline

The title molecule, 2,2';9',2'-ter[1,10]phenanthroline can be prepared from 2,9-dichloro-1,10-phenanthroline in three steps through the corresponding diacetyl intermediate. The ligand acts as a hexadentate with K+, while two molecules form a trinuclear, helical complex with Cu(I), which evidences pi-stacking interactions and Cu-Cu distances of 3.01-3.04 A. Electrochemical analysis shows a strong interaction between the Cu(I) centers.     

Synthesis and total 1H-NMR assignment of [1]benzothieno-[2,3-c] [1,10]phenanthroline

The synthesis of [1]benzothieno[2,3-c][1,10]phenanthroline ( 5 ) is described. It was obtained in four steps from known starting materials. The basic skeleton of the molecule and of the phenanthroline ring were formed via photocyclization. The total assignment of ¹H-nmr spectra was accomplished with the aid of two-dimensional nmr methods.     

Synthesis and total 1H-NMR assignment of naphtho[1′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c][1,10]phenanthroline and naphtho[2′,1′:4,5]-thieno[2,3-c] [1,10]phenanthroline

Naphtho[1′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c][1,10]phenanthroline and naphtho[2′,1′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c][1,10]phenanthroline, two novel polycyclic heterocyclic ring systems, have been synthesized in four steps from known starting materials. The total ¹H nmr spectral assignments were made using a COSY experiment to identify the spin systems.     

新型2-(2-羧基苯基)咪唑[4,5-f][1,10]邻菲咯啉的合成及其荧光性能

以1,10-邻菲咯啉和邻羧基苯甲醛为原料,经氧化和缩合反应合成了一种新型的桥连配体——2-(2-羧基苯基)咪唑[4,S-f][1,10]邻菲咯啉(1),其结构经1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征.用FL研究了1的荧光性能,结果表明,1具有较强的荧光,发光纯度较好.     

Substituted 1,10b-dihydro-5H-pyrazolo[1,5-c]-1,3-benzoxazines

A study was made of the reaction of 3-phenyl-5-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1H-2-pyrazoline with various aldehydes and ketones, which results in the formation of derivatives of 1,10b-dihydro-5H-pyrazolo[1,5-c]-1,3-benzoxazine.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 8, pp. 1131–1136, August, 1991.     

Multi-state molecular switches based on dithienylperfluorocyclopentene and imidazo [4,5-f] [1,10] phenanthroline

Two novel diarylethene derivatives containing imidazo [4,5-f] [1,10] phenanthroline have been efficiently synthesized. These molecules are sensitive to both light and chemical stimuli. Under sequential alternating UV-vis light irradiation and alkali/acid treatment, distinct differences in NMR, UV-vis, and fluorescent spectra were observed. Taking advantage of the variations in visible absorption and fluorescence, a reversible four-state molecular switch with two optical outputs was realized by a single molecule.     

微波辅助合成菲并咪唑衍生物及微波非热效应

以1,10-邻菲啰啉5,6-二酮及苯甲醛(或取代苯甲醛)为原料, 在微波辐射条件下制备了一系列菲并咪唑类衍生物, 考察了温度、 时间以及投料比对微波辅助合成菲并咪唑类衍生物的影响, 并进一步探讨了微波非热效应的影响. 设计正交实验优化了反应条件; 使用SiC管作为反应容器屏蔽微波对反应的影响; 通过元素分析、 核磁共振波谱、 质谱及红外光谱等对化合物进行了表征. 结果表明, 微波辅助反应的最佳反应条件为: 1,10-邻菲啰啉-5,6-二酮与苯甲醛(或取代苯甲醛)的投料比为1: 1.5, 反应温度为100℃, 反应时间为20 min; 并且发现SiC管中反应的产率明显低于石英管反应容器. 与传统制备方法相比, 微波辅助合成方法可在更短时间内快速方便地制得菲并咪唑类衍生物; 反应温度、 反应时间以及投料比对微波辅助合成反应有明显影响; 微波非热效应有助于提高反应产率.     

Synthesis of two novel ring systems via photocyclization: Thieno[2′,3′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c][1,10]phenanthroline and thieno[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c][1,10]phenanthroline

The synthesis of thieno[2′,3′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c][1,10]phenanthroline ( 5 ) and thieno[3′,2′:4,5]thieno-[2,3-c][1,10]phenanthroline ( 10 ) are described. 2-(3-吡唑基)咪唑并[4,5-f]邻菲咯啉的合成

吡啶基咪唑[4,5-f]1,10-菲咯啉合成、表征及与瓜环作用的光谱学考察

设计合成了2个吡啶基菲咯啉衍生物2-(3-吡啶基)咪唑[4,5-f]1,10-菲咯啉(G1)和2-(4-吡啶基)咪唑[4,5-f]1,10-菲咯啉(G2),通过元素分析、质谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征。 利用紫外吸收光谱和荧光光谱法考察了所合成化合物与六元瓜环Q[6]、七元瓜环Q[7]的相互作用,以及体系pH值对主-客体相互作用的影响。 在酸性条件下,Q[6]、Q[7]与Gl以及Q[6]与G2均发生包合形成1∶1的包合物,并有荧光增敏作用;Q[7]与G2作用形成1∶2包合物,且对G2有荧光猝灭作用;Q[6]、Q[7]与G1的包合常数分别为3.00×104和1.86×104 L/mol;Q[6]、Q[7]与G2的包合常数分别为1.64×104和1.01×103 L/mol。 随着体系酸性减弱,瓜环与客体作用减弱,在中性条件下,瓜环未与客体发生包合作用。     

Di-[1,10]-phenanthrolinyl diazines: a new family of bis-tridentate chelators

A series of three bis-tridentate bridging ligands has been prepared in which two 1,10-phenanthroline units have been symmetrically appended to a central pyridazine, pyrimidine, or pyrazine ring. These ligands have been treated with [Ru(tpy-d(11))Cl(3)] to afford both mono- and bimetallic complexes that show very self-consistent NMR properties. [structure: see text]     

Potassium ferro-cyanide trihydrate complex catalyzed one-pot synthesis of 2-phenylimidazo[4,5-f][1,10] phenanthroline

Various 2-phenylimidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthrolines were synthesized from potassium ferro-cyanide trihydrate(KFCT) complex catalyzed three component reaction of 1,10-phenanthroiine-5,6-dione,aromatic aldehydes and ammonium acetate at room temperature in excellent isolated yield.This is a simple and straight forward,high yielding,not involving any hazardous or expensive catalyst method.     

Aryl-substituted 1,10b-dihydro-5H-pyrazolo[1,5-c]-1,3-benzoxazines

Substituted 1,10b-dihydro-5H-pyrazolo[1,5-c] 1,3-benzoxazines have been obtained by condensation of 5-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-phenylpyrazole with aromatic aldehydes. Synthetic studies of benzo[b]pyrrolo[4,3,2-de][1,10]phenanthroline

6,11-Dihydrobenzo[b]pyrrolo[4,3,2-de][1,10]phenanthroline-5,8-dione (6), which possesses a unique heterocyclic ring system similar to that in plakinidines A-D (1-4), was synthesized from 2-acetyl-3′-nitrodiphenylamine (16) in nine steps.     

纳米二氧化钛催化二苯并1,10-菲咯啉衍生物的合成研究

首次报道了纳米TiO_2催化1,2-环己二酮与2-氨基苯甲酰衍生物的串联Friedlander反应,合成了9个二苯并1,10-菲咯啉的衍生物(3a~3i),其中3b,3c,3e~3g和3i为新化合物,其结构经~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR和HRMS(ESI)表征。以6,7-二氢-5,8-二苯基苯并[1,10]菲咯啉(3a)的合成为例,对反应条件进行了优化。最佳反应条件为:锐钛型纳米二氧化钛用量为0.2 eq.,1a与2投料比为2.1∶1,乙腈为溶剂,于80℃反应7 h,收率83%。并对反应机理进行了探讨。     

Solid-state caging of 1,10-phenanthroline pi-pi stacked dimers by calix[4]arene dihydroxyphosphonic acid

The calix[4]arene dihydroxyphosphonic acid-1,10-phenanthroline complex shows caging of the guest molecules as a pi-pi stacked dimer in a cavity formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds and aromatic walls formed by the calixarene.
