A method for the simultaneous determination of 4(5)-methylimidazole (4MeI) and 2-acetyl-4(5)-(1,2,3,4-tetrahydroxybutyl)-imidazole (THI) was developed using SPE and HPLC/MS. Solid-phase extraction using SCX Disc cartridges was used for isolation of the analytes from liquid samples. The lower LOQwas 0.1 ng/mL for 4MeI and 0.2 ng/ mL for THI. The linearity of the calibration curves was satisfactory as indicated by correlation coefficients >0.999. The CV for the intra- and inter-day precision was <5% (n = 6); the accuracy was in the range 98-103%. The recovery was > or = 97 and > or = 98% for THI and 4MeI, respectively. The method was used to determine THI and 4MeI in beverages, coffee, caramel colours and other samples.  相似文献

The monoclinic perovskite BiCo(1-x) Fe(x) O(3) (x≈0.7) undergoes a second-order structural transition from tetragonal to monoclinic, which is accompanied by a rotation of the polarization vector from the [001] to [111] directions of a pseudo cubic cell. The crystal structure, determined by electron diffraction and powder synchrotron X-ray diffraction, was the same as that of Pb(Ti(1-x) Zr(x) )O(3) at the morphotropic phase boundary.  相似文献

Acetylene‐linked reactive intermediates of (nitrenoethynyl)‐X‐methylenes, (nitrenoethynyl)‐X‐silylenes, and (nitrenoethynyl)‐X‐germylenes are almost experimentally unreachable (X–M–C≡C–N; X=H ( 1 ), CN ( 2 ), OH ( 3 ), NH2 ( 4 ), NO2 ( 5 ), and CHO ( 6 ); M=C, Si, and Ge). The effects of the electron‐donating and electron withdrawing groups were compared and contrasted at seven levels of theory. All singlet species as ground states with one local open‐shell singlet carbene subunit (π1π1) and another local open‐shell singlet nitrene subunit (π1π1) were found to be more stable than their corresponding triplets including one local open‐shell singlet carbene (δ1π1) (or one local closed‐shell singlet carbene [δ2π0]) and another local triplet nitrene subunit (π1π1) with 45.94–77.996 kcal/mol singlet–triplet energy gap (ΔEs‐t). Their relative silylenes and germylenes made reduction of ΔEs‐t, so the triplet ground states were found for species 3 Si , 4 Si , 5 Si , 2 Ge , 3 Ge , 4 Ge , and 5 Ge . All the singlet silylenes/germylenes formed by one local closed‐shell singlet silylenes/germylenes (δ2π0) and one local closed‐shell singlet nitrene subunit (π2π0). Also, one local closed‐shell singlet silylene/germylene subunit (δ2π0) and one local triplet nitrene subunit (π1π1) were observed for triplet silylenes/germylenes. The singlet and triplet species 3 Si , 4 Si , 3 Ge , and 4 Ge , due to their electrophilic (Si4/Ge4) and nucleophilic (X5) centers, could be identified as intermediates in chemical reactions.  相似文献

The First Oxatetraphospholane, (PBut)4O Under suitable conditions, the reaction ot tri‐tertbutylcyclotriphosphane, (PBut)3, with di‐tert‐butylperoxide gives rise to a mixture of 2,3,4,5‐tetra‐tert‐butyl‐1,2,3,4,5‐oxatetraphospholane, (PBut)4O ( 1 ), and 1,2‐di‐tert‐butyl‐1,2‐di‐tert‐butoxidiphosphane, [But(ButO)P]2 ( 2 ). Both compounds have been isolated in the pure state. The oxatetraphospholane 1 is a constitutional isomer of 1,2,3,4‐Tetra‐tert‐butyl‐1‐oxocyclotetraphosphane, which has been reported recently [1]. The corresponding reaction of tetra‐tert‐butylcyclotetraphosphane furnishes only small amounts of 1 because of the kinetic stability of (PBut)4. The diphosphane 2 is presumably a secondary product of primarily formed oxocyclotetraphosphanes (PBut)4O1–4. The NMR parameters of 1 and 2 are reported and discussed.  相似文献

For the safe long‐term storage of high‐level radioactive waste (HLW), detailed information about geo‐chemical behavior of radioactive and toxic metal ions under environmental conditions is important. Natural organic matter (NOM) can play a crucial role in the immobilization or mobilization of these metal ions due to its complexation and colloid formation tendency. In this study, the complexation of europium (as chemical homologue of trivalent actinides such as americium) and uranium (as main component of HLW) by ten humic acids (HA) from different sources and Suwannee NOM river extract has been analyzed. Capillary electrophoresis in combination with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry has been used for the evaluation of complex stability constants log β. In order to determine the complex stability constants a conservative single site model was used in this study. In dependence of their source and thus of NOM structure the log β values for the analyzed humic acids are in the range of 6.1–7.0 for Eu(III) and 5.2–6.4 for U(VI) (UO22+), respectively. In contrast to the results for HA the used Suwannee river NOM reveals log β values in the range of nearly two orders of magnitude lower (4.6 for Eu3+ and 4.5 for UO22+) under the geochemical conditions applied in this study.  相似文献

Two new copper(II) complexes of saccharinate (sac) with bis(2‐pyridylmethyl)amine (bpma) and N,N′‐bis[1‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)ethylidene]ethane‐1,2‐diamine (bapen), [Cu(bpma)(sac)2] · H2O ( 1 ) and [Cu(bapen)(sac)2] ( 2 ), were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, TG‐DTA, X‐ray diffraction, and UV/Vis and IR spectroscopy, respectively. In 1 , the copper(II) ion is coordinated by two N‐bonded sac ligands, and three nitrogen atoms of bpma, in a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination arrangement, whereas the arrangement around the copper ion in 2 is a distorted octahedron with two N‐coordinated sac ligands and a tetradentate bapen ligand. In addition to hydrogen bonding involving the water molecule in 1 , the mononuclear species of 1 and 2 are further connected by weak intermolecular C–H ··· π and C–H ··· O interactions to form a three‐dimensional network. Both complexes are luminescent at room temperature and their emissions seem to be due to ligand‐based π–π* transitions.  相似文献

The reaction of Pb(CH3COO)2·3H2O with N‐benzesulfonyl‐L‐glutamic acid in the presence of 2, 2′‐bipyridine (bipy) or 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) produced two novel complexes [Pb2(Bs‐glu)2(bipy)2] ( 1 ) and [Pb2(Bs‐glu)2(phen)2] ( 2 ) (Bs‐glu = N‐benzesulfonyl‐L‐glutamic acid dianion). In 1 chains bearing alternative 16‐membered rings and Pb2O3 nodes are constructed from the interactions of PbII ions with the carboxylates of Bs‐glu ligands. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first lead(II) complex of carboxylates with the formation of chains of Pb2O3. In 2 the 16‐membered ring units are connected by centrosymmetric Pb2O2 nodes to form chains. Complexes 1 and 2 construct the 3‐D supramolecular architectures through versatile hydrogen bonds and π‐π stacking interactions.  相似文献

The stereoselective synthesis of the C(31)–C(39) and C(20)–C(27) fragments of phorboxazole A ( 1 ) was achieved from commercially available and inexpensive D ‐mannitol. Crimmins aldol reaction and a decarboxylative Claisen‐type reaction are the key steps for the C(31)–C(39) fragment, and L ‐proline‐catalyzed aldol reaction, Sharpless asymmetric epoxidation, and epoxide ring opening reaction with Gilman's reagent are the key steps for the C(20)–C(27) fragment of phorboxazole.  相似文献

The isostructural phases 39R‐Ge0.067Sb0.667Te0.266 (R$\bar 3The isostructural phases 39R-Ge(0.067)Sb(0.667)Te(0.266) (R3m, a=4.2649(1), c=75.061(2) ?) and 39R-Sn(0.067)Sb(0.667)Te(0.266) (R3m, a=4.2959(1), c=75.392(2) ?) were prepared by quenching stoichiometric melts of the pure elements and subsequent annealing at moderate temperatures. Their structures are comparable to "superlattices" synthesized by layer-by-layer deposition onto a substrate. These structures show no stacking disorder by electron microscopy. The structure of the metastable layered phases are similar to that of 39R-Sb(10)Te(3) (equivalent to Sb(0.769)Te(0.231)), which contains four A7 gray-arsenic-type layers of antimony alternating with Sb(2)Te(3) slabs. Joint refinements on single-crystal diffraction data using synchrotron radiation at several K edges were performed to enhance the scattering contrast. These refinements show that the elemental distributions at some atom positions are disordered whereas otherwise the structures are long-range ordered. The variation of the elemental concentration correlates with the variation in interatomic distance. Z-contrast scanning transmission electron microscopy (HAADF-STEM) on 39R-Ge(0.067)Sb(0.667)Te(0.266) confirms the presence of concentration gradients. The carrier-type of the isostructural metal (A7-type lamellae)-semiconductor heterostructures (Ge/Sn-doped Sb(2)Te(3) slabs) varies from n-type (Ge(0.067)Sb(0.667)Te(0.266)) to p-type (Sn(0.067)Sb(0.667)Te(0.266)). Although the absolute values of the Seebeck coefficient reached about 50-70 μV/K and the electrical conductivity is relatively high, the two isotypic phases exhibit a maximal thermoelectric figure of merit (ZT) of 0.06 at 400 °C as their thermal conductivity (κ≈8-9.5 W/mK at 400 °C) lies interestingly in between that of antimony and pure Sb(2)Te(3).  相似文献

A series of N-arylsulfonyl-t(3)-isopropyl-r(2),c(6)-diarylpiperidin-4-ones 1-8 were synthesized and characterized unambiguously by (1)H, (13)C NMR, 2D-COSY and HSQC NMR spectroscopy. The conformational preferences of 1-8 have been discussed on the basis of the coupling constants, and they suggest normal chair conformation with equatorial orientations of all the substituents in 1-8. The preferred conformation of aryl sulfonyl group at nitrogen and isopropyl group at C-3 was determined theoretically using density functional calculations.  相似文献

Two new mixed‐anion zinc(II) and cadmium(II) complexes of 3‐(2‐pyridyl)‐5,6‐diphenyl‐1,2,4‐triazine (PDPT) ligand, [Zn(PDPT)2Cl(ClO4)] and [Cd(PDPT)2(NO3)(ClO4)], have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR‐ and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The single crystal X‐ray analyses show that the coordination number in these complexes is six with four N‐donor atoms from two “PDPT” ligand and two of the anionic ligands, ZnN4ClOperchlorate, CdN4OnitrateOperchlorate. Self‐assembly of these compounds in the solid state via ππ‐stacking interactions is discussed.  相似文献

Ruthenium(II) Complexes containing pyrimidine‐2‐thiolate (pymS) and bis(diphenylphosphanyl)alkanes [Ph2P–(CH2)m–PPh2, m = 1, dppm; m = 2, dppe; m = 3, dppp; m = 4, dppb] are described. Reactions of [RuCl2L2] (L = dppm, dppp) and [Ru2Cl4L3] (L = dppb) with pyrimidine‐2‐thione (pymSH) in 1:2 molar ratio in dry benzene in the presence of Et3N base yielded the [Ru(pymS)2L] complexes (pymS = pyrimidine‐2‐thiolate; L = dppm ( 1 ); dppp ( 3 ); dppb ( 4 )). The complex [Ru(pymS)2(dppe)] ( 2 ) was indirectly prepared by the reaction of [Ru(pymS)2(PPh3)2] with dppe. These complexes were characterized using analytical data, IR, 1H, 13C, 31P NMR spectroscopy, and X‐ray crystallography (complex 3 ). The crystal structure of the analogous complex [Ru(pyS)2(dppm)] ( 5 ) with the ligand pyridine‐2‐thiolate (pyS) was also described. X‐ray crystallographic investigation of complex 3 has shown two four‐membered chelate rings (N, S donors) and one six‐membered ring (P, P donors) around the metal atom. Compound 5 provides the first example in which RuII has three four‐membered chelate rings: two made up by N, S donor ligands and one made up by P, P donor ligand. The arrangement around the metal atoms in each complex is distorted octahedral with cis:cis:trans:P, P:N, N:S, S dispositions of the donor atoms. The 31P NMR spectroscopic data revealed that the complexes are static in solution, except 2 , which showed the presence of more than one species.  相似文献

The (2,3)J(CH) dependence on dihedral angle (theta H--C--C--X) for cyclopentane derivatives was investigated. We observed that the combined use of experimentally obtained (2,3)J(CH) values and the theoretically determined dihedral angles between the corresponding nuclei can be used to infer the relative stereochemistry of the ring substituents in cyclopentane derivatives. There is a good correlation between the magnitude of (3)J(CH) and the dihedral angle between the hydrogen and the coupled carbon (R2 = 0.88).  相似文献

A practical and stereoselective synthesis of the C(9)–C(24) subunit of (+)‐discodermolide has been achieved. The strategy featured the construction of the key intermediate Z‐trisubstituted vinyl iodide 12 from the dibromo‐olefin 6 via an efficient modified Tanino‐Miyashita's approach. The union of the two fragments was carried out through a Suzuki cross‐coupling reaction.  相似文献
