Four new isoflavonoids from the stem bark of Erythrina variegata   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Bioassay-directed fractionation of the stem bark extract of Erythrina variegata L. has resulted in the isolation of three new isoflavones: 5,4'-dihydroxy-8-(3,3-dimethylallyl)-2'-methoxyisopropylfurano[4,5:6,7]isoflavone (1), 5,7,4'-trihydroxy-6-(3,3-dimethylallyloxiranylmethyl)isoflavone (2), 5,4'-dihydroxy-8-(3,3-dimethylallyl)-2'-hydroxymethyl-2'-methylpyrano[5,6:6,7]isoflavone (3) and a new isoflavanone, 5,4'-dihydroxy-2'-methoxy-8-(3,3-dimethylallyl)-2',2'-dimethylpyrano[5,6:6,7]isoflavanone (4) together with seven known compounds, euchrenone b10 (5), isoerysenegalensein E (6), wighteone (7), laburnetin (8), lupiwighteone (9), erythrodiol (10), and oleanolic acid (11). The structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic analyses and chemical evidence. The effect of these compounds on the proliferation of rat osteogenic sarcoma (UMR106) is also reported.  相似文献

From the stems of Millettia nitida var. hirsutissima, three new isoflavone glycosides, formononetin 7-O-beta-D-(6'-ethylmalonyl)-glucopyranoside (1, hirsutissimiside A), 5-O-methyl genistein 7-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3, hirsutissimiside B), retusin 7,8-di-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (4, hirsutissimiside C) and two known isoflavone glycosides (2) and (5) have been isolated. The structures of the compounds were determined by spectroscopic and chemical means.  相似文献

Five new indole alkaloids, alocasins A-E (3-7), together with known hyrtiosin B (1) and hyrtiosulawesin (2) were isolated from Alocasia macrorrhiza (L.) SCHOTT; their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. Compounds 1-7 were in vitro tested for cytostatic activity on human throat cancer (Hep-2), human hepatocarcinoma (Hep-G2), and human nasopharyngeal carcinoma epithelial (CNE) cell lines by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) method; compounds 2, 3, 6 and 7 showed mild antiproliferative activity against Hep-2 and Hep-G2 whereas compounds 2 and 4 showed gentle antiproliferative activity against CNE.  相似文献

A new isoflavone, 5-hydroxy-7-methoxy-4'-O-(3-methylbut-2-enyl) isoflavone (1), together with five known compounds, eriodictyol (2), vittarin-B (3), 3,6,7-trihydroxy-1-methoxyxanthone (4), 1,3,6-Trihydroxy-8-methylxanthone (5) and cyclo (Phe-Tyr) (6), was isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus, Fusarium sp. ZZF60 obtained from the South China Sea. Their structures were determined by the analysis of spectroscopic data.  相似文献

Five new neo-clerodane diterpenoid alkaloids, named scutebarbatine G (1), 6,7-di-O-nicotinoylscutebarbatine G (2), 6-O-nicotinoyl-7-O-acetylscutebarbatine G (3), scutebarbatine H (4) and 7-O-nicotinoylscutebarbatine H (5) were isolated from the whole plant of Scutellaria barbata D. DON. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including extensive 1D and 2D NMR analyses. In vitro, compounds 1-5 showed significant cytotoxic activities against three human cancer lines, namely, HONE-1 nasopharyngeal, KB oral epidermoid carcinoma, and HT29 colorectal carcinoma cells, and gave IC(50) values in the range 3.4-8.5 microM.  相似文献

From the ethyl acetate extract of the seeds of Vietnamese Cnidium monnieri L., three coumarins, osthole (1), xanthotoxin (2), imperatorin (3) and a sterol, daucosterol (4) have been purified. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis. Furthermore, 8-(3-hidroxy-3-methylbutyl)-7-methoxycoumarin (5) was synthesised from osthole (1) with a good yield (80%). In addition, compound 1 and its synthesis product (5) show moderate and non-selective cytotoxic activities against four cancer cells, KB (a human epidermal carcinoma), MCF7 (human breast carcinoma), SK-LU-1 (human lung carcinoma) and HepG2 (hepatocellular carcinoma).  相似文献

Investigation of the roots of Lotus polyphyllos Clarke resulted in the isolation of two new isoflavone derivatives; 4'-O-methylerythrinin C (3) and 4'-O-methyl-2'-hydroxydihydroalpinumisoflavone (4). In addition, the three known isoflavone derivatives 4'-O-methylalpinumisoflavone (1) lupinalbin F (5), 4',7-dimethoxy-5-hydroxyisoflavone (6), and the phenylpropanoid ester tetracosyl p-coumarate (2) were also identified. A new diterpene, 16-hydroxy communic acid (1), along with thirty one known compounds including five norditerpenes (2-6), twenty two flavonoids containing four biflavonoids (7-10), nine monoflavonoids (11-19) and nine flavanoid glycosides (20-28), as well as four phenolic constituents (29-32) were isolated from the 95% ethanolic extract of Podocarpus fasciculus. The structure of 1 was elucidated using spectral methods. Of these isolates, nagilactone C (2) showed the most significant inhibitory effects against DLD cells (human colon carcinoma) (ED(50)=2.57 microg/ml) and compounds 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12 had moderate cytotoxic activity against human KB (human oral epithelium carcinoma), Hela (human cervical carcinoma), Hepa (human hepatoma), DLD (colon carcinoma), and A-549 (human lung carcinoma) tumor cell lines. Preliminary structure-activity relationship studies of the isolated diterpenoids and biflavonoids are discussed.  相似文献

A new geranylated isoflavone, 7-O-geranyl-6-methoxypseudobaptigenin (1) was isolated from the stem barks of Millettia conraui, along with known compounds 5-methoxydurmillone (2), conrauinone A (3), beta-amyrine (4), sitosterol (5), 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl sitosterol (6) and n-docosanol (7). Compounds 1 and 4 showed a significant alpha-glucosidase inhibitory activity. The structures of the compounds were determined by analysis of their spectroscopic data.  相似文献

岩黄芪属植物中的多序岩黄芪作为传统中药“红芪”有着广泛的药用价值,而同属的红花岩黄芪也报道具有良好的药用活性。我们对该属中的细枝岩黄芪根部的化学成份进行了研究,从中分离得到了三个新的异戊烯基呋喃异黄酮,分别为:5-羟基-7-(2-羟基异丙基)-4′-甲氧基-9-苯并呋喃[3,2-g]异黄酮(1),5-羟基-4′-甲氧基-9-苯并呋喃[3,2-g]异黄酮(2),5-羟基-7-(2-羟基异丙基)-4′-甲氧基-7-苯并呋喃[2,3-h]异黄酮(3),并对这三个新化合物的清除自由基能力进行了测试。  相似文献

Two new dioxyxanthones, polyhongkongenoxanthones A and B(1 and 2) were isolated from the herbs of Polygala hongkongensis, together with six known xanthones. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidence. The isolates were tested for their cytotoxicity against three tumor cell lines(HepG2, GLC-82 and MCF-7, HepG2=human hepatocellular carcinoma cells; GLC-82=human lung carcinoma cells; MCF-7= human breast carcinoma cells) by MTT assay, among which polyhongkongenoxanthone B(2), 1,7-dihydroxy-2,3- methylenedioxyxanthone(3) and 1,7-dihydroxy-3,4,8-trimethoxyxanthone(6) are potential antitumor candidate due to their significant cytotoxic effects on the three cell lines..  相似文献

Phytochemical study on an EtOAc-soluble extract of the root bark of Erythrina mildbraedii resulted in the isolation of six prenylated flavonoids 1-6. Based on physicochemical and spectroscopic analyses, their structures were determined to be new natural products licoflavanone-4'-O-methyl ether (1), 2',7-dihydroxy-4'-methoxy-5'-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)isoflavone (2), and (3R)-2',7-dihydroxy-3'-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)-2',2'-dimethylpyrano[5',6' :4',5']isoflavan (3), along with three known compounds erythrinin B (4), abyssinin II (5), and parvisoflavone B (6). All the isolates, except for compound 4, inhibited PTP1B activity in vitro with IC(50) values ranging from 5.3 to 42.6 microM. This result further suggests that the prenyl group on the B ring of flavonoids plays an important role in suppressing the enzyme PTP1B.  相似文献

The phytochemical investigation of extracts from the branch wood and branch barks of Andira surinamensis yielded a novel isoflavone dimer, 4'-methoxyisoflavone-(7-O-7')-3',4'-methylenedioxyisoflavone (surinamensin), along with the triterpene lupeol and the known isoflavones 5,7-dihydroxy-4'-methoxyisoflavone (biochanin A), 5,4'-dihydroxy-7-methoxyisoflavone (prunetin), 7,3'-dihydroxy-4'-methoxyisoflavone (calycosin), and 5,7,3'-trihydroxy-4'-methoxyisoflavone (pratensein). The structure of the new isoflavone was elucidated by 1D and 2D homonuclear and heteronuclear NMR spectroscopy and by comparison with published data for closely related compounds.  相似文献

从海南产见血封喉[Antiaris toxicaria (Pers.) Lesch.]根的乙醇提取物中分离得到8个黄酮类化合物, 分别鉴定为antiarones K, B, F~I (1~6), (±)-sigmoidin A (7)和2-[2,3-二氢-4-羟基-2-(2-羟基-2-丙基)-5-甲氧基-1H-茚基]-1-(2,4,6-三羟基苯基)乙酮(8). 其中antiarone K (1)为新的异戊烯基二氢黄酮. 运用现代波谱技术, 包括二维核磁共振谱和高分辨质谱, 对上述化合物的结构进行了确证. 以上化合物经滤纸片法进行抗菌活性测试, 结果表明化合物1和3均具有抗金黄色葡萄球菌活性, 化合物3还具有抗耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)活性; 经MTT法进行细胞毒活性测试, 结果表明化合物1和6~8对慢性髓原白血病细胞(K562)、人胃癌细胞(SGC-7901)和人肝癌细胞(SMMC-7721)的增殖显示了生长抑制活性.  相似文献

Four isoflavone glycosides were isolated from the rhizomes of Iris germanica. Compounds 1 and 2 are new, while compounds 3 and 4 are known isoflavone glycosides. These compounds were identified as iriskashmirianin 4'-O-beta-D-glucoside (1), nigricin 4'-O-beta-D-glucoside (2), irilone 4'-O-beta-D-glucoside (3) and iridin (4). Chemical screening with extracts of Actinomycetes strains resulted in the detection, isolation and structure elucidation of five new isoflavone glycosides from Streptomyces sp. (GT 51173): 5-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl genestein (genestein G1, 1), 5-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-7-O-[2-O-(methyl)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl] genestein (genestein G2, 2), 7,4'-O-di-[2-O-(methyl)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl] daidzein (daidzein G1, 3), 6-O-methyl-7-O-[2-O-(methyl)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl] daidzein (daidzein G2, 4) and 7-O-[2-O-(methyl)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl] daidzein (daidzein G3, 5). As a striking structural feature, 2-5 bear one or two alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl sugar moieties with methoxy groups in an axial position at C-2.  相似文献

A new cytotoxic cardenolide glycoside, 3beta-O-(2'-O-acetyl-alpha-L-thevetosyl)-14beta-hydroxy-7-en-5beta-card-20(22)-enolide, (7,8-dehydrocerberin), together with five known cardenolides, 17beta-neriifolin, deacetyltanghinin, tanghinin, cerberin and 2'-O-acetyl-cerleaside A were isolated from the seeds of Cerbera manghas L. Their structures were elucidated by 1D- and 2D-NMR techniques as well as UV, IR and mass spectral data. 7,8-Dehydrocerberin, deacetyltanghinin and tanghinin exhibited cytotoxic activities against oral human epidermoid carcinoma (KB), human breast cancer cell (BC) and human small cells lung cancer (NCI-H187).  相似文献

Ten lanostane glycosides (1-10), including two new norlanostane glycosides (2 and 7) and a new lanostane glycoside with a spirolactone ring system (9), were isolated from the fresh bulbs of Chionodoxa luciliae (Liliaceae).
