A new sialyl donor, N,N-dibenzyl-protected p-toluenethiosialoside, was synthesized and its sialylation reaction was investigated. This reaction proceeded in a preactivation manner and preferred to provide β-anomeric coupling products. The β-selectivity was rationalized based on the assumption that N,N-dibenzylamino group could serve as an oriented group to activate the hydroxyl group of acceptor from β-face. 相似文献

A simple and efficient method for the preparation of 5′-O(N)-carbamyl and 5′-O(N)-polycarbamyl nucleoside derivatives is reported. The method consisted of treatment of 2′,3′-O-protected purine (Ado, Ino) or pyrimidine nucleosides (Thd, Urd) with trichloroacetylisocyanate, followed by cleavage of the trichloroacetyl moiety by silica-gel promoted methanolysis during column chromatography. Iterative application of this method gave mono, di, and tricarbamyl derivatives in good to excellent yields (ave = 80%). 相似文献

The first uncatalyzed preparation of tetraaza[1.1.1.1]m,p,m,p-cyclophanes (symmetrical and unsymmetrical) gave access to previously unknown N(H)-bridged derivatives that could be further substituted. The reaction of P4S10 (1) with N,N′-diphenylurea (PhNH)2CO (2) results in new heterocyclic compounds: the pyridinium salt of 1,3-diphenyl-2-sulfido-2-thioxo-1,3-diaza-2λ5-phosphetidine (3) (with a P–N–C–N cycle) and the pyridinium salt of 1,4-diphenyl-2,5-disulfido-2,5-dithioxo-1,4-dithiadiaza-2λ5,5λ5-diphosphinane (4), containing the (P–S–N)2 cycle and the cyclic thiophosphates [pyH]2[P2S8] (5), [pyH]2[P2S7] (6) and [pyH]3[P3S9] (7). A similar reaction, but carried out with N,N′-diphenylthiourea (PhNH)2CS (8), leads to the formation of 4 and 6. pyPS2Cl (9), used as an alternative starting material, also yields compounds 3, 4, 5, and further [pyH][PS2Cl2] (10) and S8 after reaction with 2. Compound 3 reacts with Pd(CH3COO)2, with the formation of the complex [Pd(Ph2N2COPS2)2] (11). The crystal structures of 3 and 7 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 相似文献

A practical synthesis is described for N,N-dimethyl-2,4-dinitro-5-fluorobenzylamine (DMDNFB) and its -d6 analog as an alternative Sanger's reagent (DNFB), for purposes of amino acid derivatization detectable by positive mode electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. DMDNFB is comparable to DNFB in its efficiency to derivatize amino acids and peptides. Various DMDNP (d0/d6) derivatives of (modified) lysine were synthesized to evaluate the potential use of isotope-edited LC-ESI-MS as a tool for structural definition of the posttranslational modification of protein-based lysines. 相似文献

A series of novel triphenylamine-containing aromatic poly(amine-amide)s were prepared from the dicarboxylic acid, N,N′-bis(4-carboxyphenyl)-N,N′-diphenyl-1,4-phenylenediamine, and various diamines by direct phosphorylation polycondensation. All the poly(amine-amide)s were amorphous, soluble in a variety of organic solvents, and could be solution cast into transparent, tough, and flexible films with good mechanical properties. They had useful levels of thermal stability associated with relatively high glass-transition temperatures (195-280 °C). These polymers exhibited strong UV-Vis absorption bands at 330-346 nm and their photoluminescence showed maximum bands around 516-535 nm in NMP solution. The hole-transporting and electrochromic properties are examined by electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical methods. Cyclic voltammograms of the poly(amine-amide)s prepared by casting polymer solution onto an indium-tin oxide (ITO)-coated glass substrate exhibited two reversible oxidative redox couples at potential 0.73-0.78 V and 1.12-1.18 V, respectively vs Ag/AgCl in acetonitrile solution. All the poly(amine-amide)s exhibited excellent reversibility of electrochromic characteristics by continuous ten cyclic scans between 0.0 and 1.40 V, with a color change from original pale yellowish neutral form to the green and then to blue oxidized forms. 相似文献

The photo curing of a formulation consisting of N,N′-bismaleimido-4, 4′-diphenylmethane (BMI), which is most widely used in commercial thermal curing formulations, was performed. Parameters, such as initiator, co-initiator and temperature, which affect the curing rate and enthalpy, were studied using differential photocalorimeter. BMI undergoes copolymerization with 4-hydroxybutylvinylether (HBVE), when exposed to UV radiation, in presence of the photo initiator, Triphenylphosphine oxide (TPO). Diallylbisphenol A has been observed to be an efficient co-initiator, which improves the reaction rate coefficient and enthalpy of the photo curing process for the system BMI/HBVE/TPO. 相似文献

The geometry of N,N′-diphenyl-p-phenylenediamine (DPPD), N-phenyl-N′-(1′-methylbenzyl)-p-phenylenediamine (SPPD), N-phenyl-N′-(1,3-dimethyl-butyl)-p-phenylenediamine (6PPD), N-phenyl-N′-isopropyl-p-phenylenediamine (IPPD), and N-(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)-N′-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine (CPPD) as well as of their dehydrogenation products has been optimized at B3LYP/6-31G∗ level of theory. Our results support the idea of formation of stable ketimine Ph-NC structures (instead of quinonediimine structures) during consecutive dehydrogenation of SPPD, 6PPD, and IPPD antioxidants despite the formation of tertiary carbon-centered radicals in the first dehydrogenation step is energetically preferred for SPPD only. 相似文献

Treatment of lithium α-sulfinyl carbanion of chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxides with ketones at low temperature afforded adducts in almost quantitative yields, which were exposed to t-BuOK to give sulfinyloxiranes in high yields. The sulfinyloxirane was reacted with benzylamine to give α-amino aldehyde, which was oxidized with iodine in methanol to afford α-amino carboxylic ester in moderate yield. The sulfinyloxiranes were treated with sodium azide to afford α-azido aldehydes in good yields. Oxidation with NaClO2 followed by catalytic hydrogenation of the azido group of the α-azido aldehydes gave α-quaternary α-amino acids in good overall yields. The oxidation of the azido aldehydes with iodine in methanol in the presence of KOH followed by the catalytic hydrogenation resulted in α-quaternary α-amino acid methyl esters in good yields. When these reactions were carried out starting from unsymmetrical ketones and optically pure (R)-chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide, a new method for a synthesis of optically active α-quaternary α-amino acids and esters in good overall yields was realized. 相似文献

A new synthesis of the furo[3,2-c]quinolin-4(5H)-one heterocycle has been developed using a palladium-catalysed cyclisation of N-(2-iodophenyl)-N-methyl-3-furamide. By varying the catalyst, base and solvent, the yield of the cyclisation was optimised. It was found that the use of palladium oxide with potassium acetate in N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMA) with a small amount of tetrabutylammonium chloride gave the highest yield of 5-methylfuro[3,2-c]quinolin-4(5H)-one (9). 相似文献

Photocarboxylation of 1,1-diphenylethylene with N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) in MeCN under bubbling of CO2 proceeded with high catalytic efficiency, giving 3,3-diphenylacrylic acid (DPA) and 3-hydroxy-3,3-diphenylpropionic acid (20). The turnover number (TON=(DPA+20)/TMB) reached 17. Similarly, 1-phenyl-1-cyclohexene yielded cis-2-acetamido-2-phenylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid with TON 5.9. As compared with related N,N-dimethylaniline derivatives, TMB is more resistant to photodecomposition, has the much larger absorbance in the S0→S1 transition, and has the lower quenching efficiency by CO2. Probably these factors are partly responsible for the high TON observed for TMB. 相似文献

Thiosemicarbazones are known to be active against different pathogenic microorganisms including Trypanosoma cruzi, the etiological agent of Chagas disease. In the search for new therapeutic drugs against this illness, the complexes [Mn(H4NO2Fo4M)2Cl2] (1), [Mn(H4NO2Ac4M)2Cl2] (2) and [Mn(H4NO2Bz4M)2Cl2] (3) of N4-methyl-4-nitrobenzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone (H4NO2Fo4M), N4-methyl-4-nitroacetophenone thiosemicarbazone (H4NO2Ac4M) and N4-methyl-4-nitrobenzophenone thiosemicarbazone (H4NO2Bz4M) were obtained and screened in vitro against bloodstream and intracellular forms of T. cruzi. H4NO2Fo4M, H4NO2Ac4M and their Mn(II) complexes displayed poor effect on bloodstream trypomastigotes, with IC50 values ranging from 68 to >200 μM. However, although H4NO2Bz4M was also not active, its corresponding Mn(II) complex presented high effect on this T. cruzi form, with an IC50 value of 19 μM. The effect of complex (3), against trypomastigotes of T. cruzi supports further in vitro as well as in vivo studies. 相似文献

3- and 4-N,N-Dialkylaminobenzonitriles and 4-chloro-(N,N-dialkyl)benzamidines were isolated by reacting 4-chlorobenzonitrile with hindered lithium amides under thermodynamic (0 °C) and kinetic control conditions (−78 °C), respectively. As previously reported, a benzyne mechanism seems to be confirmed since N,N-dialkylaminobenzonitriles are formed. Only benzamidines were isolated in fair to high yields at both 0 °C and −78 °C with non-hindered lithium amides. Exploitation and mechanistic rationale of the reaction of different halobenzonitriles are also reported. 相似文献
