The crystal and molecular structure of the title compound has been determined by X-ray analysis. The 1-(p-fluorophenylmethyl)-2-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-1H-benzimidazole ion cocrystallizes with fumaric acid, (C19H22N4F+·C4H3O 4 ), in space group P-1 with cell dimensions a = 9.938(1), b = 10.131(1), c = 12.712(1) Å, = 86.57(1), = 69.41(2), and = 67.22(2)°. The piperazine N4 atom is protonated and contacts the deprotonated O atom of the fumarate anion through a hydrogen bond. The benzimidazole ring is nearly planar and makes a dihedral angle of 111.25(12)° with the fluorophenyl ring. The piperazine ring adopts a chair conformation.  相似文献

Abstract

The compound 4-bromo-3,4-dichloro-1-(1-morpholinyl)-1-(decylsulfanyl)-2-nitro-buta-1,3-diene was synthesized from the reaction of 4-bromo-1,3,4-trichloro-1-(decylsulfanyl)-2-nitro-buta-1,3-diene with morpholine and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, UV spectra, 1H NMR,13C NMR and X-ray single crystal determination. In the title compound, C18H29BrCl2N2O3S, crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c, a = 15.8326(4) Å, b = 8.9915(10) Å, c = 16.7528(5) Å, β = 100.808(10)°, V = 2,342.6(3) Å3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0590 and wR 2 = 0.0940. The morpholine ring adopts a chair conformation. The morpholine ring and the butadiene group are inclined at an angle of 113.4 (1)°. The butadiene unit is not planar as can be expected if the two double bonds are fully conjugated.  相似文献

Methyl 4-((E)-2-{3-[(3-{(E)-2-[4-(methoxycarbonyl)phenyl]-1-diazenyl}-5, 5-dimethyl hexahydro-1-pyrimidinyl)methyl]-5, 5- dimethylhexahydro-1- pyrimidinyl}-1- diazenyl) benzoate (1) has been synthesized by reaction of a mixture of formaldehyde and 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine with p-methoxycarbonylbenzenediazonium chloride. The crystal structure of 1 has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals of 1 displayed problems of disorder; the asymmetric unit is built up by two independent molecules, which display disorder within a methoxycarbonyl group. The two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit are very similar, differing only slightly about the mutual orientation of the aryltriazenyl groups. With respect to the N–C–N bridge between the hexahydropyrimidinyl rings, the two equivalent fragments containing the triazene moieties are in a cis orientation. The N–N single bonds, in the range 1.319(4)–1.348(4) Å, and the N=N double bonds, in the range 1.255(5)–1.275(4) Å, indicate significant conjugations within the triazene moieties. All the hexahydropyrimidine six-membered rings adopt a chair conformation as shown by their puckering parameters. The crystal packing is determined only by simple van der Waals interactions. The crystal structure of 1 is compared with the previously reported structure of the unbranched hexahydropyrimidine analogue 2. Crystal data: 1 C29H40N8O4, triclinic, space group P-1, a = 13.9652(2), b = 14.2908(3), c = 16.6129(4) Å, = 97.279(1), = 90.872(1), = 107.385(1), V = 3133.6(1) Å3, for Z = 4.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound is determined by X-ray diffraction studies. The structure is solved by the direct method. The experimental data are obtained on a DAR-UMB diffractometer by the θ-θ/2θ scan technique using MoK α radiation. The crystal is monoclinic, a = 17.913(3) Å, b = 17.239(3) Å, c = 5.501(5) Å, γ = 74.4(3)°, space group P21/a, Z = 4 for C17H22N4O, and ρcalcd = 1.211 g/cm3. The molecule consists of the phenyl and triazole rings and the dimethylamino, carbonyl, and isopropyl groups attached to the rings. The dihedral angle between the rings is 67.4°. The carbonyl oxygen atom and the triazole ring are in the trans position relative to each other. The N-C-C-O torsion angle is 172.8°. The molecule is in the Z isomeric form.  相似文献

4-(E)-2-[3-(3-[(E)-2-(4-Cyanophenyl)-1-diazenyl]perhydrobenzo[d]imidazol-1-ylmethyl) perhydrobenzo[d]imidazol-1-yl]-1-diazenylbenzonitrile (1) has been synthesized by reac- tion of p-cyanobenzene diazonium chloride with a mixture of formaldehyde and trans-1,2-cyclohexanediamine. The crystal structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The bis-triazene (1) does not adopt a folded conformation, unlike previously studied ethylenediamine analogues, and there is no indication of -stacking in the crystal packing. The dominant interaction between molecules is the van der Waal's attraction between cyclohexane rings. This result establishes the structure of the product of this diazonium coupling reaction as the 1-(1-imidazolidinylmethyl)imidazolidine derivative and not the alternate tetraazabicyclo[4.4.1]undecane derivative. Crystal data: 1 C29H34N10, orthorhombic, space group Pbca, a = 17.946(1), b = 13.106(1), c = 24.108(1) Å, V = 5670.6(3) Å3, for Z = 8.  相似文献

The title compound is C11H17N4I, F.W.=330.20, monoclinic, space groupP21/a,a=11.586(2),b=10.617(1),c=10.417(1) Å, =94.567(2)°,Z=4,F(000)=652, (MoK)=0.7107 Å, (MoK)=2.31 mm–1,V=1277.31 Å3,D C=1.71 gcm–3,D m=1.70 gcm–3. The structurewassolved by Patterson and Fourier methods and refined to anR value 0.031 for 1620 observed reflections. The connectivity and conformation of the addition product ofcis-1,5-cyclononadiene and iodine azide was determined by X-ray analysis. The reaction product contains a chair-conformation cyclohexane ring that iscis fused to a cyclopentane ring. The cyclopentane ring has an envelope conformation and an equatorially oriented iodine substituent. A planar tetrazole ring is axially substituted on the cyclohexane ring. The plane of the tetrazole ring makes a dihedral angle of 69.6° with the average plane of the carbon atoms of the cyclohexane ring.  相似文献

The indole ring system in both the molecules I and II are not strictly planar and the dihedral angles formed by the pyrrole and benzo planes are 4.0(7)° and 3.5(8)°, respectively. The C–HO, C–Hπ and ππ types of interactions stabilize the molecules in the unit cell in addition to van der Waal's forces in I and II.  相似文献

1-[2-(p-Tolyl)-1-diazenyl]-3-({3-[2-(p-tolyl)-1-diazenyl]perhydrobenzo[d]imidazol-1-yl}methyl)perhydrobenzo[d]imidazole(1) has been synthesized by reactionof a mixture of 1,2-diaminocyclohexane and formaldehyde withp-toluene diazonium chloride inaqueous solution. The product has been characterized by IR and NMRspectroscopy and elemental analysis. A crystal grown from solution ina mixed solvent system of ethyl acetate and hexanes was analyzed byX-ray crystallography. The solution of the crystal structure of(1) is important in establishing theconnectivity of this molecule and other compounds of similarstructure. The crystal structure of (1) is compared with the previously reportedstructure of the p-cyano analogue(2). Compounds (1) and (2)differ principally in the relative orientation of the heterocyclicrings; in (1), the molecule has adistinct V-shape, whereas compound (2) adopts a more extended conformation.Significant conjugation within the triazene moieties is evident inboth (1) and (2), as manifested in the N465=N andN–N bond lengths. The conjugation is greater in (2) due to the extended conjugation through tothe nitrile group. The title compound (1){C29H40N8}crystallizes in the monoclinic, space group C2/c, with lattice constants: a = 30.532(6) ?,b =5.9050(12) ?, c= 15.463(3) ?, α = 90°,β = 99.94(3)°, γ = 90°,V =2746.0(10) ?3, Z = 4, D c =1.209 mg m−3,F(000) = 1076, R 1 = 0.0785,wR 2= 0.1877.  相似文献

A new series of bis-triazenes, the 1-aryl-2-[3-(3-[2-aryl-1-diazenyl]-1,3-diazepan-1-ylmethyl)-1,3-diazepan-1-yl]-1-diazenes has been synthesized from the reaction of diazonium salts with a mixture of 1,4-diaminobutane and formaldehyde. The structures of 1-(p-bromophenyl)-2-[3-{3-[2-(p-bromophenyl)-1-diazenyl]-1,3-diazepan-1-ylmethyl}-1,3-diazepan-1-yl]-1-diazene(1), 1-(p-cyanophenyl)-2-[3-{3-[2-(p-cyanophenyl)-1-diazenyl]-1,3-di azepan-1-ylmethyl}-1,3-diazepan-1-yl]-1-diazene(2), and 1-(p-methoxyphenyl)-2-[3-{3-[2-(p-methoxy-phenyl)-1-diazenyl]-1,3-diazepan-1-ylmethyl}-1,3-diazepan-1-yl]-1 diazene(3) have been unequivocally determined by X-ray crystallography. The new bis-triazenes are important since the structure contains the novel saturated heterocycle, 1,3-diazepane. The general conclusion of this study is that alkanediamines with 3 or 4 carbon atoms in the spacer link between the nitrogen atoms give rise to the linear bicyclic molecules of type 5, in contrast to the case of ethylenediamine (spacer link 2 carbon atoms), which affords molecules of type 6, which exemplify the general cage structure of type 4. The crystal structures of 1, 2 and 3 are compared with the previously reported structure of the hexahydropyrimidine analogue 8a(X=CN); compounds 2 and 8a(X=CN) are homologous with respect to the alkane spacer moiety. The structures of 2 and 8a(X=CN) are very different in one respect; in 2 the aryldiazenyl-1,3-diazepanyl groups are in the s-trans orientation around the central methylene group whereas in 8a(X=CN) the arrangement of the aryldiazenyl-hexahydropyrimidinyl groups is the s-cis orientation.Crystal data: 1 C23H30N8Br2, triclinic, space group P-1, a=8.3979(2), b=10.7828(3), c=14.4692(5) ?, α=83.670(1), β=78.662(1), γ=78.758(1)°, V=1256.48(6) ?3, for Z=2. 2 C25H30N10, monoclinic, space group P2 1 /n, a=13.4046(6), b=9.4482(4), c=10.6913(4)?, β=103.239(2)°, V=2490.5(2) ?3, for Z=4. 3 C25H36N8O2, triclinic, space group P-1, a=8.5223(3), b=10.6913(4), c=14.4034(7)?, α=85.657(2), β=78.731(2), γ=80.153(1)°, V=1266.88(9) ?3, for Z=2.  相似文献

The synthesis and spectral identification of 1-(4-fluorobenzyl)-2-(4-cyanophenyl)-1H-benzimidazole-5-carbonitrile (1) have been reported. IR, 1H NMR, and EI mass spectral analysis were used for its spectral identification. The structure of 1 was confirmed by X-ray crystallographic studies. Intramolecular hydrogen bond occurs between the imidazole nitrogen and one of hydrogen of the florobenzene. The crystal packing is governed by C–HN intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The molecular structure observed in crystal and the optimised geometries at the HF level by doing semi-empirical and ab initio calculations were compared.  相似文献

Abstract

Chalcones, 1,3-diphenyl-2-propene-1-ones, exist naturally and synthetically, and are characterized by the linkage of two aromatic rings joining a three carbon α-β-unsaturated carbonyl entity. We report the observation of two new polymorphs of a hydroxy chalcone, C6H5–CO–CH=CH–C6H4 (m-OH), identified as a result of a Claisen–Schmidt synthesis and manual screening technique. One polymorph of this compound has been reported previously and exists in the monoclinic system, space group P2/n, with unit cell parameters a = 13.295(6) ?, b = 5.659(2) ?, c = 16.144(8) ?, β = 109.73(5)°, V = 1143.3(9) ?3, and Z = 4. Two crystalline forms (II and III) reported herein, are polymorphs of the reported monoclinic form (I). Form II exists in the orthorhombic system, space group Pca21, with unit cell constants a = 11.631 (2) ?, b = 13.163 (3) ?, c = 7.3977 (14) ?, V = 1132.6 (4) ?3, and Z = 4. Form III also crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, however in space group Pbca, with unit cell parameters a = 11.8100(8) ?, b = 7.4075(5) ?, c = 25.8729(19) ?, V = 2263.4(3) ?3, and Z = 8. Variations in the hydrogen bonding connectivity help to distinguish these two forms from the monoclinic, whereas crystal packing differentiates the two orthorhombic forms. The conformation of the C=C (C2–C3) is E for both orthorhombic forms.  相似文献

The titled compound (1), has been synthesized and characterized by IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1. The crystal structure is stabilized by C-H…π and aromatic π-π interactions. There are also intramolecular N-H…N and C-H…N hydrogen bonds in the molecule. The use of quantum chemical calculations to characterise and optimise the choice of material is illustrated by ab initio treatments. Vibrational frequencies and LUMO-HOMO energy difference of 1 have also been investigated by Density functional theory (DFT) and Hartree-Fock (HF) calculations. Calculated frequencies are in good agreement with the corresponding experimental data.  相似文献

The title molecule, (Z)-2-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)-1-(3-methyl-3-mesitylcyclo-butyl)ethanone oxime (C19 H25 N3 O), was prepared and characterized by1H-Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), 13C-NMR, infrared spectroscopic methods, and X-ray single-crystal determination. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P c c n with a = 31.4660(17) Å, b = 11.2140(7) Å, and c = 10.0710(8) Å. In addition to molecular geometry from X-ray determination, vibrational frequencies and gauge, including atomic orbital, 1H- and 13C-NMR chemical shift values of the title compound in the ground state, were calculated using the density functional method with the 6-31G(d) basis set. The calculated results show that the optimized geometries can well reproduce the crystal structure. Besides, the theoretical vibrational frequencies and chemical shift values show good agreement with experimental values. The predicted nonlinear optical properties of the title compound are greater than those of urea. Density functional theory calculations of molecular electrostatic potentials, frontier molecular orbitals, and thermodynamic properties of the title compound were carried out at the B3LYP/6-31G(d) level of theory.  相似文献
