The domain structure of (PtCoPt)/Si multilayers in the dc demagnetized state has been investigated by magnetic force microscopy.The domain structure is found to change dramatically as the thickness of the non-magnetic Si sublayer (tsi) increases.Together with the analysis of magnetic properties,the variation of the domain period indicates that the domain wall energy decreases.Using the model developed by Draaisma and de Jonge,the domain wall energy is obtained.  相似文献

We present recent lattice results on the baryon spectrum, nucleon electromagnetic and axial form factors, nucleon to △ transition form factors as well as the △ electromagnetic form factors. The masses of the low lying baryons and the nucleon form factors are calculated using two degenerate flavors of twisted mass fermions down to pion mass of about 270 MeV. We compare to the results of other collaborations. The nucleon to △ transition and △ form factors are calculated in a hybrid scheme, which uses staggered sea quarks and domain wall valence quarks. The dominant magnetic dipole nucleon to △ transition form factor is also evaluated using dynamical domain wall fermions. The momentum frame are extracted using the form factors transverse density distributions of the △ in the infinite determined from lattice QCD.  相似文献

Micro-perforated panels have been widely used as fiber-free acoustical material for decades in the form of wall or ceiling covering with some air space behind. This paper presents the test study on the acoustical characteristics of two different types of functional absorbers, panel type and tube type, constructed with micro-perforated metal or PVC (polyvinyl chloride) sheets. Acoustical measurements of such functional absorbers in reverberation chamber demonstrate the merit of good absorption as expected. They are not only cost effective in construction and installation, but also appealing esthetically for architectural interior design.  相似文献

We investigate domain wall excitations in a two-component Bose–Einstein condensate with two-body interactions and pair-transition effects. It is shown that domain wall excitations can be described exactly by kink and anti-kink excitations in each component. The domain wall solutions are given analytically, which exist with different conditions compared with the domain wall reported before. Bubble-droplet structure can be also obtained from the fundamental domain wall, and their interactions are investigated analytically. Especially, domain wall interactions demonstrate some striking particle transition dynamics. These striking transition effects make the domain wall admit quite different collision behavior, in contrast to the collision between solitons or other nonlinear waves. The collisions between kinks induce some phase shift, which makes the domain wall change greatly. Their collisions can be elastic or inelastic with proper combination of fundamental domain walls. These characters can be used to manipulate one domain wall by interacting with other ones.  相似文献

We study the nonlinear excitation (solitons) in a ferrimagnetic polymer chain by using a total Hamiltonianconsisting of Su-Schrieffer-Heeger Hamiltonian and a Hubbard term. At half-rifling, the distortion of latticesforms domain wall solitons, while the spin configuration forms envelope solitons. The soliton pair is obtained ina range of the electron-electron (e-e) interaction U, which depends on the electron-phonon (e-ph) interaction.The spin solitons corresponding to the left domain wall and the right domain wall of the displacement are quitedifferent.  相似文献

The quantitative phase-mapping of the domain nucleation in MgO:LiNbO3 crystals is presented by using the digital holographic interferometry. An unexpected peak phase at the beginning of the domain nucleation is observed and it is lowered as the spreading of the domain nucleus. The existence of the nucleus changes the moving speed of the domain wall by pinning it for 3 s. Such in-situ quantitative analysis of the domain nucleation process is a key to optimizing domain structure fabrication.  相似文献

The fluid variational theory and effective one-component model have been used to calculate the Hugoniot equation of state (EOS) of fluid He, D2, and He+D2 mixtures with different He:D2 compositions under high pressures and temperatures. An examination of the confidence of above computation is performed by comparing experiment and calculation, in which the similar calculation procedure used for He+D2 is adopted, of He and D2 each, since no experimental data are available to conduct this kind of comparison. Good agreement in both comparisons is found. This fact may be looked as if an indirect positive verification of calculation procedure used here at least in the pressure and temperature domain covered by the experimental data of He and D2 used for comparison, numerically nearly up to 35 GPa and 105K.  相似文献

Two Ge-induced incommensurate phases, γ and β, on Si(111) are observed and studied by {/it in situ} scanning tunneling microscopy. The γ phase consists of aligned triangular domains whose stacking sequence is faulted with respect to the Si(111)-1×1 surface. The β phase consists of two kinds of triangular domains whose stacking sequences are faulted and unfaulted with respect to the Si(111)-1×1 surface, respectively. In the β phase, two types of domain walls, zigzag'' and face-to-face'', form to release the strain. The triangular domains all exhibit a quasi-1×1 hexagonal close-packed structure. By studying the structural evolution from magic clusters to incommensurate structures, the structure models for γ and β phases are proposed.  相似文献

In this paper magnetization remanence curves were studied for nanocrystalline Pr8Fe87B5, Pr12Fe82B6 and Pr15Fe77B8. Initially the sample was at remanence following saturation along z-axis. After rotating the magnet by 5n degrees (n=0, 1, ..., 18) a field H was applied along z-axis and then decreased to zero, and the remanence Jr^n was measured as a function of H. The curves were compared with those calculated based on the nucleation of reverse domain model and domain wall pinning model. The latter model succeeds in simulation much better than the former, and it is concluded that the magnetization reversal is dominated by domain wall pinning for all the samples. The nucleation mechanism contribution, while remains small, increases with the increase of Pr content.  相似文献

A planar Hall effect(PHE) is introduced to investigate the magnetization reversal process in single-crystalline iron film grown on a Si(001) substrate.Owing to the domain structure of iron film and the characteristics of PHE,the magnetization switches sharply in an angular range of the external field for two steps of 90° domain wall displacement and one step of 180°domain wall displacement near the easy axis,respectively.However,the magnetization reversal process near the hard axis is completed by only one step of 90° domain wall displacement and then rotates coherently.The magnetization reversal process mechanism near the hard axis seems to be a combination of coherent rotation and domain wall displacement.Furthermore,the domain wall pinning energy and uniaxial magnetic anisotropy energy can also be derived from the PHE measurement.  相似文献

The energy of the stationary axisymmetric Einstein-Maxwell dilation-axion (EMDA) black hole is studied in the context of the Hamiltonian formulation of the teleparallel equivalence of general relativity (TEGR). The energy expression for the finite and arbitrary space-like two spheres is exactly computed by means of the integral form of the constraint equations of the formalism naturally without any restriction on the metric parameters. We also show that our results give the same values obtained by other methods for some special cases.  相似文献

Theoretical studies on laser gain of a multi-stage dye laser amplifier are presented in this paper. The resultsshow that the influences of amplified spontaneous emission(ASE)and nonlinear absorption of excited-state on the gain are different for different input laser energies and gains. A threshold input intensityexists for a specific system. If the imput intensity is higher than the threshold, the nonlinear absorptionof excited-state will be the main cause for gain decrease. Otherwise, the ASE is the main cause. A newscheme is proposed to calculate the gain of the amplifier by the comparison of the input intensity with theeffective saturation intensity and the choice of the calculation gain method.  相似文献

The simulation and analysis for electron multipacting phenomenon in a low β spoke superconducting cavity in ADS proton accelerator are proposed. Using both CST and Track3P codes, the electron multipacting calculation for β=0.12 spoke superconducting cavity is implemented. The methods of multipacting calculation on both codes are studied and described. With the comparison between the calculation results and the cavity vertical test result, the accuracy and reliability of different codes on calculating multipacting are analyzed. Multipacting calculation can help to understand the results of vertical test and also can help to do the optimization in cavity design.  相似文献

A simple,specific,accurate and precise spectrophotometric stability indicating method is developed for determination of bambuterol hydrochloride(BH)in the presence of its degradation product terbutaline(TERB)and in pharmaceutical formulations.A newly developed spectrophotometric method called ratio difference method by measuring the difference in amplitudes between 245 and 260nm of ratio spectra.The calibration curves are linear over the concentration range of 0.1~1mg·mL-1 for BH and 0.1~0.7mg·mL-1 for TERB with mean percentage recovery of 100.56±0.751 and 99.88±1.183,respectively.The selectivity of the proposed method is checked using laboratory prepared mixtures.The proposed method has been successfully applied to the analysis of BH in pharmaceutical dosage forms without interference from other dosage form additives and the results have been statistically compared with pharmacopeial method.  相似文献

In this paper, the effects of physical parameters on the gain and efficiency of Cherenkov type FEL are studied through simulative compute. The results show that the permittivity ε and periodic length λ_(?) of wiggler magnetic filed are two important parameters which influence the properties of laser. The magnitude ε has effect on the properties of gain, and the choice of wigger λ_(?) can increase gain and efficiency of the laser. The calculation results show that the gain and efficiency of Cherenkov type FEL are considerably higher than those of Compton-Raman type FEL under some conditions with proper parameters.  相似文献

The computational criteria used to judge the correctness of numerical calculation for sound propagationin ducts are presented.An improved finite-difference scheme is also obtained to solve the problem with thediscontinuity in the wall impedance.Moreover,a set of curves of numerical solutions compared withexperimental results for sound propagation in a practical hard-soft-hard wall duct and other samples arealso presented.The results show that the criteria and approach to discontinuity are successful and thatcomputational model is suitable.  相似文献

The trapping of positrons at vacancy site in some materials provide a new and sensitive method for the equilibrium determination of point defect migration enthalpy. Data are presented for commercial Al-Mg a11oys and fitted to a model a11owing presentation in the form of Arrhenius plots, hence the migration enthalpy Hiv^m can be determined by the positron annihilation lifetime technique. The results show that the value of Hiv^m increases as the concentration of Mg increases.  相似文献
