B→0+(1+)+ missing energy in unparticle physics

We examine the effects of an unparticle U as a possible source of missing energy in the p-wave decays of a B meson. The dependence of the differential branching ratio on the K0* (K1) - meson's energy is discussed in the presence of scalar and vector unparticle operators and significant deviation from the standard model value is found after addition of these operators. Finally, we have shown the dependence of the branching ratio for the above-mentioned decays on the parameters of unparticle stuff like effective couplings, cutoff scale Au and the scale dimensions du.     

Darkon dark matter, unparticle effects and collider physics

In this talk I report recent results on the simplest dark matter model, the Darkon model, and supersymmetric unparticle effects on dark matter, and some implications for coUider physics. I first discuss dark matter properties and collider signatures in the Darkon model, and then I discuss some implications for dark matter if a scalar unparticle is introduced to the MSSM.

最近,Georgi建议了一种客体——非粒子,它不存在色散关系的约束（因而不是粒子）,却受所谓的标度量纲控制.文章作者指出,它与粒子相互作用会导致粒子间新奇的长程力.这种力与人们熟知的长程力完全不同,在人们已设想到的任何新物理中也没有这样的长程力.如果在未来的精确测量中发现了这种力,这将明确地指向非粒子物理,从而对粒子物理学的基本概念产生重要影响.另方面,利用现有的精确观测的电子自旋-自旋长程作用,文章作者得到了对电子与非粒子相互作用的很强限制.对该领域的研究前景,文章中也作了简短的展望.     

QCD Calculation ofK^0 - \bar K^0 mixing from three-point function sum rules

We calculate theB parameter for \(K^0 - \bar K^0 \) mixing in the framework of QCD sum rules for a three-point function involving pseudoscalar currents, and contrast our results with other calculations. We findB=0.5±0.1±0.2, where the first error reflects uncertainties in the various QCD parameters and the second one is an estimate of uncalculated three-loop radiative and higher order quark mass corrections.     

Constraints on new physics from the quark mixing unitarity triangle

The status of the unitary triangle beyond the standard model including the most recent results on Deltam[s] on dilepton asymmetries and on width differences is presented. Even allowing for general new physics loop contributions the unitarity triangle must be very close to the standard model result. With the new measurements from the Fermilab Tevatron, we obtain for the first time a significant constraint on new physics in the Bs sector. We present the allowed ranges of new physics contributions to DeltaF=2 processes and of the time-dependent CP asymmetry in Bs-->J/psivarphi decays.     

D^0D^0 mixing and other recent charm results from BABAR

Studies in which BABAR data have shown evidence for mixing in the neutral charm meson system are presented. A new measurement of the lifetime difference parameter ycp = （1.16±0.22±0.18）% is described. Results are also presented from a systematic study of DK and D＊K invariant mass distributions from a 470 fb^-1 sample of asymmetric e^＋e^- interactions recorded by the BABAR detector at the PEP-Ⅱ storage rings. A new charmed-strange meson has been observed with mass [3044 ± 8stat （-5^＋30 ）syst] MeV/c^2 and width [239± 35stat （-42^＋46）syst]MeV/c^2.     

D0(D-)0 mixing and other recent charm results from BABAR

Studies in which BABAR data have shown evidence for mixing in the neutral charm meson system are presented.A new measurement of the lifetime difference parameter yCP=(1.16±0.22±0.18)% is described.Results are also presented from a systematic study of DK and D*K invariant mass distributions from a 470 fb-1sample of asymmetric e+e-interactions recorded by the BABAR detector at the PEP-Ⅱ storage rings.A new charmed-strange meson has been observed with mass[3044±8stat(+30-5)syst]MeV/c2 and width[239±35stat(+46-42)syst]MeV/c2.     

In pursuit of new physics with B^{0}_{s}\to K^{+}K^{-}

The sensitivity of the zero position of the forward–backward asymmetry $\mathcal{A}_{\mathit{FB}}$ for the exclusive $B\rightarrow K_{1}(1270)\mu^{+}\mu^{-}$ decay is examined by using most general non-standard four-fermion interactions. Our analysis shows that the zero position of the forward–backward asymmetry is very sensitive to the sign and size of the Wilson coefficients corresponding to the new vector type interactions, which are the counter partners of the usual Standard Model operators but have opposite chirality. In addition to these, the other significant effect comes from the interference of scalar–pseudoscalar and tensor type operators. These results will not only enhance our theoretical understanding of the axial vector mesons but will also serve as a good tool to look for physics beyond the SM.     

D0-D-0 mixing and CP violation at BES-Ⅲ

Recently, both BaBar and Belle experiments found evidences of neutral D mixing. In this paper, we discuss the sensitivities of the measurements of D mixing parameters at BES-Ⅲ. With CP tag technique at ψ(3770) peak, the extraction of the strong phase difference in D0→Kπ decay at BES-Ⅲ are discussed. We also make an estimate on the measurements of the mixing rate RM by using the coherent data at ψ(3770) peak. The CP violation in D system is predicted with an unobserved level in the Standard Model. Any significant CP violation in the D system indicates the existence of new physics. The sensitivity of the measurements of CP violation in the D system is estimated in the coherent D decays. Finally, the search for the rare D decays are discussed, in which some of the forbidden decays are smoking gun of new physics.     

Measurements of D0-D-0 mixing and searches for CP violation: HFAG combination of all data

We present world average values for D0- mixing parameters x and y, CP violation parameters |q/P| and Arg(q/p), and strong phase differences δ and δKππ. These values are calculated by the Heavy Flavor Averaging Group (HFAG) by performing a global fit to relevant experimental measurements. The results for x and y differ significantly from zero and are inconsistent with no mixing at the level of 6.7σ. The results for |q/P| and Arg(q/p) are consistent with no CP violation. The strong phase difference δ is less than 45° at 95% C.L.     

D^0-D^0 mixing and other charm decays at Belle

The D^0-D^0 mixing at Belle in different modes with corresponding methods is reported in this paper, there is a clear evidence for non-zero y D^0 mixing parameter, and the measurement of D^0 mixing parameter x is still a challenge. CP violation in the decays is not observed. Branching fractions of other charm decays are presented.

Study a0(980)-f0(980)mixing in charmonium decays

In this proceeding,we propose to directly measure the a00(980)-f0(980)mixing in J/ψ→φ f0(980)φa00(980)and χc1 →π0a00(980)→π0f0(980)with the upgraded Beijing Electron Positron Collider(BEPCII)with BESⅢ detector.We show that a narrow peak of about 8 MeV will be produced by the a00(980)-f0(980)mixing,and the predominant feature makes it standing out from the background contributions.The predicted branching ratios for these two reactions are both expected to be about O(10-6),which is unambiguously accessible with109 J/ψ and 3 × 108 χc1 at BESⅢ.     

D0-(D-)0 mixing and other charm decays at Belle

Measurement of D0-D0 mixing parameters in D0 --> Ks pi+ pi- decays

We report a measurement of D0-D(0) mixing parameters in D(0) --> K(s)(0) pi(+) pi(-) decays using a time-dependent Dalitz-plot analysis. We first assume CP conservation and subsequently allow for CP violation. The results are based on 540 fb(-1) of data accumulated with the Belle detector at the KEKB e(+)e(-) collider. Assuming negligible CP violation, we measure the mixing parameters x = (0.80 +/- 0.29(-0.07-0.14)(+0.09+0.10))% and y = (0.33+/-0.24(-0.12-0.08)(+0.08+0.06))%, where the errors are statistical, experimental systematic, and systematic due to the Dalitz decay model, respectively. Allowing for CP violation, we obtain the CP-violating parameters |q / p| = 0.86(-0.29-0.03)(+0.30+0.06) +/- 0.08 and arg(q/p) = (-14(-18-3-4)(+16+5+2)) degrees .
