以花瓣为模板制备TiO2分层介孔纳米片   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以月季花花瓣为模板, 经钛盐溶液浸渍后煅烧, 合成了新型TiO2 分层介孔纳米片. 采用X射线衍射(XRD)、 场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、 环境扫描电子显微镜(ESEM)、 透射电子显微镜(TEM)、 紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis/DRS)和氮气吸附-脱附曲线分析等手段对样品进行了表征. 结果表明, 所得样品由厚度约4 nm的具有生物形态结构的锐钛矿型TiO2 纳米片组成. TiO2 薄层表面存在大量介孔, 其孔径集中分布于4 nm左右. 由紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱可知, 材料的吸收边较纳米TiO2 (P25)红移了约20 nm, 因而具有更高的可见光光催化活性. TiO2 分层介孔纳米片在阳光下表现出较强的光催化活性, 在90 min内对亚甲基蓝的降解率可达98%, 远高于TiO2 纳米粉.  相似文献

Synthesis and characterization of ultrahigh crystalline TiO2 nanotubes   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Ultrahigh crystalline TiO2 nanotubes were synthesized by hydrogen peroxide treatment of very low crystalline titania nanotubes (TiNT-as prepared), which were prepared with synthesized TiO2 nanoparticles by hydrothermal methods in an aqueous NaOH solution. Thus, prepared ultrahigh crystalline TiO2 nanotubes (TiNT-H2O2) showed comparable crystallinity with high crystalline TiO2 nanoparticles. The details of nanotubular structures were elucidated by high resolution-transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM), field emission-scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray analysis in transmission electron microscopy (TEM-EDX), X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoluminescence (PL), and BET surface area. TiNT-H2O2 was found to be a multiwalled anatase phase only with an average outer diameter of approximately 8 nm and an inner diameter of approximately 5 nm and grown along the [001] direction to 500-700 nm long with an interlayer fringe distance of ca. 0.78 nm. The photocatalytic activity of TiNT-H2O2 was about 2-fold higher than those of TiNT-as prepared, synthesized TiO2 nanoparticles, and TiO2-P25 (Degussa) in the photocatalytic oxidation of trimethylamine gas under UV irradiation.  相似文献

以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)溶胶/钛酸四正丁酯和PVP溶胶/银颗粒为前驱体, 以共轴静电纺丝法制备了银填充的TiO2中空纳米纤维. 将双组分纤维在200 ℃下热处理去除乙醇与表面吸附水后, 继而在空气气氛中焙烧至600 ℃, 可以得到在内表面上沉积银颗粒的TiO2纳米管, 银颗粒的直径为5-40 nm, TiO2纳米管的外径150-300 nm, 管臂厚10-20 nm. 用红外吸收光谱(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等测试手段对超细纤维进行了表征. 中空纤维的直径和管壁可以通过改变电纺参数来调节. 与Ag-TiO2纳米纤维、TiO2纳米中空纤维、TiO2纳米纤维及TiO2纳米粉体相比较, Ag颗粒填充的TiO2纳米中空纤维在光分解亚甲基蓝上表现出了更好的光催化性能.  相似文献

TiO(2) colloids with the most probably particle size of 10 nm were deposited on the surface of macroporous diatomite by a layer-by-layer (LBL) assembly method with using phytic acid as molecular binder. For preparation of colloidal TiO(2), titanium(IV) isopropoxide (Ti(C(3)H(7)O)(4)) was used as titanium precursor, nitric acid (HNO(3)) as peptizing agent and deionized water and isopropanol (C(3)H(7)OH) as solvent. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), N(2) adsorption-desorption, and UV-vis spectra are used to assess the morphology and physical chemistry properties of the resulting TiO(2) coated diatomite. It was shown that the mesoporosity has been introduced into macroporous diatomite by LBL deposition. The mesoporosity was originated from close-packing of the uniform TiO(2) nanoparticles. More TiO(2) could be coated on the surface of diatomite by increasing the deposition cycles. This hierarchical porous material has potential for applications in catalytic reactions involved diffusion limit, especially in photocatalytic reactions.  相似文献

以TiOSO4和SiO2溶胶为原料, 采用沉淀法用氨水调节pH值制备TiO2和TiO2/SiO2催化剂. 制备的催化剂用X射线衍射(XRD), 扫描电镜(SEM), N2吸附(BET), 紫外-可见(UV-Vis)漫反射光谱, 程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD), 傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱技术分析. XRD谱图显示纯TiO2中锐钛型和金红石相共存, 且金红石相含量随pH值升高而增加. 但是, TiO2/SiO2催化剂只有锐钛型. 扫描电镜发现制备的催化剂呈类球形, 颗粒间相互交叠, 粒径在10-25 nm之间. TiO2和TiO2/SiO2光催化剂的比表面积随pH值升高略有增大. SiO2的添加会增大催化剂的比表面积. 程序升温脱附实验结果说明催化剂的表面酸量随pH值升高而增加. TiO2/SiO2的表面酸量比相同pH值制备的TiO2大. 红外光谱分析说明Si掺杂和高pH值有利于催化剂表面生成更多的羟基. TiO2和TiO2/SiO2光催化剂的催化活性随pH值升高而明显增强. TiO2/SiO2的光催化活性优于TiO2. TiO2/SiO2催化剂具有较好的耐久性.  相似文献

以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)作为表面活性剂,利用水热合成法在180℃条件下成功制备出WS2纳米棒。用XRD、SEM、TEM和HRTEM对WS2纳米棒的结构进行表征和分析,并提出了可能的生长机理。将WS2作为润滑油添加剂加到基础油中,用CETR UMT-2摩擦磨损仪测试其摩擦学性能。结果表明:WS2纳米棒作为润滑油添加剂表现出良好的摩擦性能。  相似文献

以钛酸正丁酯为前驱体, 采用溶胶-凝胶-水热晶化法在不锈钢(SS)表面制备TiO2纳米膜. 利用X射线衍射(XRD)、Raman光谱、场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和俄歇电子能谱(AES)表征了TiO2纳米膜的晶型、表面形貌和表面化学组成. 通过极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了TiO2纳米膜的耐蚀性能. 170 °C下水热晶化制备的锐钛矿TiO2与450 °C焙烧制备的锐钛矿TiO2的结晶度类似, 但两种TiO2薄膜的表面结构存在明显差异, 水热晶化法制备的TiO2纳米膜在3.5% (w) NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性能优于焙烧法制备的.  相似文献

Nanosized TiO(2) photocatalysts were synthesized using a chemical vapor condensation method under a range of synthesis conditions (precursor vapor concentration and residence time in a tubular electric furnace). X-ray diffraction showed that the prepared TiO(2) powders consisted mainly of anatase (>94%) with a small amount of rutile. The mean particle diameter from the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller surface area and transmission electron microscopy measurements ranged from 9.4 to 16.6 nm. The specific surface area (92.5-163.5 m(2) g(-1)) of the prepared TiO(2) powders was found to be dependent on the synthesis conditions. The content of hydroxyl groups on the surface of the prepared TiO(2) sample was higher than those on commercial TiO(2), resulting in increased photocatalytic oxidation. The photocatalytic activity of the TiO(2) samples prepared in a methylene blue solution was strongly dependent on the crystallinity and specific surface area, which were affected by the TTIP vapor concentration and residence time.  相似文献

In this study, TiO(2)- and Mg-doped TiO(2) nanoparticles with different dopant contents were prepared by sol-gel method. The prepared photocatalysts were characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) and diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) techniques. The results of BET analysis indicated a pore diameter of 8 nm and surface area of 48.5 m(2) g(-1). XRD patterns of pure and doped TiO(2) nanoparticles at 450 °C revealed that all phases are anatase. The particle size obtained from TEM was less than 20 nm. The band gap energy of Mg-doped TiO(2) nanoparticles was lower than that of TiO(2) . The photocatalytic activity of the pure and doped nanoparticles has been compared in the removal of C.I. Acid Red 27 (AR27). The photocatalytic activity of Mg-doped (0.2 mol%) TiO(2) for the degradation of AR27 was higher than that of bare TiO(2) nanoparticles. Results of total organic carbon analysis and changes in the AR27 UV-Vis peaks indicated 99% mineralization and extinguishing of all peaks in UV and visible regions is possible with Mg-doped TiO(2) nanoparticles. Removal efficiency of AR27 was sensitive to the parameters such as catalyst dose, pollutant concentration and light intensity.  相似文献

利用水热反应制备了CuS/TiO2纳米管异质结阵列,采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线衍射谱(XRD)等手段表征了异质结阵列的表面形貌和晶体结构.电流-电压曲线结果表明,CuS/TiO2纳米管异质结阵列具有明显的整流效应.根据表面光电压谱和相位谱,在376~600 nm之间,CuS/TiO2纳米管异质结阵列表现为p型半导体特征,电子在表面聚集;在300~376 nm之间表现为n型半导体特征,空穴在表面聚集;在376 nm处异质结阵列的表面光伏响应为零.CuS/TiO2和CuS/ITO之间界面电场的不同导致异质结在不同波长范围内表面电荷聚集的差异.光电化学性能测试发现,以CuS/TiO2纳米管异质结阵列为光阳极组成的光化学太阳电池,在大气质量AM 1.5G,100 mW/cm2标准光强作用下具有0.4%的光电转换能力.  相似文献

A hybrid assembly composed of thin multi-walled carbon nanotubes (t-MWCNT) and titanium dioxide (TiO(2)) has been prepared by using "click" chemistry for photocatalytic applications. TiO(2)-decorated t-MWCNT hybrids with anatase phase TiO(2) were obtained from the reaction of an azide moiety-containing TiO(2) with alkyne-functionalized t-MWCNTs. The hybrids were systematically characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic (FT-IR), Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectrum (EDX), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurements. The nanohybrid has been proved to be highly active and robust for photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange. The click coupling approach is a simple and convenient route to efficiently assemble TiO(2) on the surface of carbon nanotubes, and can be extended to obtain many other nanoparticle hybrids based on carbon nanotubes.  相似文献

Nanoporous thin films were deposited onto glass substrates by painting with a solution of nanocrystalline anatase TiO(2) particles (with a size of either 6 nm or 16 nm) suspended in an organic solvent. Upon drying in air for about 1 day, the films were tempered at 450 degrees C in air for 1 h. This procedure results in stoichiometric TiO(2) films with a thickness of several micro m and a milky whitish appearance. Scanning force microscopy of the surface revealed that the nanoparticles of the films agglomerated into structures with lateral dimensions of some 100 nm. Transmission electron microscopy was utilized to investigate the structural arrangement of the crystallites in the films. High-resolution electron diffraction and X-ray diffraction analyses demonstrated, furthermore, that the material consists exclusively of a single TiO(2) phase, namely anatase, and that the films do not exhibit any preferential texture. The elemental stoichiometry and the possible presence of impurities were monitored throughout the films by means of secondary-ion mass spectrometry depth profiling. Electrical measurements have been carried out as a function of both the sample temperature T and the ambient oxygen partial pressure p(O(2)). From these data the electrical conductivity sigma of the porous films was determined in dependence of those parameters.  相似文献

The nanoporous TiO2 films utilized in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) possess a large surface-to-volume ratio, which facilitates the adsorption of sensitizing dye and the recombination due to the high density of surface traps. In this paper, nanosized PbS was fabricated on the TiO2 films. The components of the modified TiO2 film were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electron probe microanalysis (EPMA), while the structure of the film was characterized with BET physisorption and high-resolution scanning electron microscopy (HRSEM). The results showed that the PbS particles were 2-3 nm and discrete on the surface of TiO2. Diffusion photovoltage (PV) spectroscopy was employed to study the charge separation and diffusion processes inside modified and unmodified TiO2 films. The diffusion PV signals revealed that the traps on the surface of TiO2 were extremely reduced due to the presence of PbS. The results of transient photovoltage and back I-V characteristics showed that the back reaction, that is, the recombination due to the reaction between an electron on TiO2 and the hole-transporting media, was retarded significantly.  相似文献

Chlorophyll has been extracted from cyanobacteria. The adsorption of chlorophyll on the surface of colloidal TiO(2) through electrostatic interaction was observed. The apparent association constant (K(app)) of chlorophyll-TiO(2) obtained from absorption spectra is 3.78x10(4)M(-1). The K(app) value of chlorophyll-TiO(2) as determined from fluorescence spectra is 1.81x10(4)M(-1), which matches well with that determined from the absorption spectra changes. These data indicate that there is an interaction between chlorophyll and colloidal TiO(2) nanoparticle surface. The dynamics of photoinduced electron transfer from chlorophyll to the conduction band of colloidal TiO(2) nanoparticle has been observed and the mechanism of electron transfer has been confirmed by the calculation of free energy change (DeltaG(et)) by applying Rehm-Weller equation as well as energy level diagram. Lifetime measurements gave the rate constant (k(et)) for electron injection from the excited state chlorophyll into the conduction band of TiO(2) is 4.2x10(8)s(-1).  相似文献

Interfacial electron transfer (ET) dynamics of 5,10,15-trisphenyl-20-(3,4-dihydroxybenzene) porphyrin (TPP-cat) adsorbed on TiO2 nanoparticles has been studied by femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy in the visible and near-IR region exciting at 400 and 800 nm. TPP-cat molecule forms a charge transfer (CT) complex with TiO2 nanoparticles through the catechol moiety with the formation of a five-membered ring. Optical absorption measurements have shown that the Q-band of TPP-cat interacts strongly with TiO2 due to chelation; however, the Soret band is affected very little. Optical absorption measurements indicate that the catechol moiety also interacts with TiO2 nanoparticles showing the characteristic band of pure catechol-TiO2 charge transfer (CT) in the visible region. Electron injection has been confirmed by monitoring the cation radical, instant bleach, and injected electron in the conduction band of TiO2 nanoparticles. Electron injection time has been measured to be < 100 fs and recombination kinetics has been best fitted with a multiexponential function, where the majority of the injected electrons come back to the parent cation radical with a time constant of approximately 800 fs for both excitation wavelengths. However, the reaction channel for the electron injection process has been found to be different for both wavelengths. Excitation at 800 nm, found to populate the CT state of the Q-band, and from the photoexcited CT state electron injection into the conduction band, takes place through diffusion. On the other hand, with excitation at 400 nm, a complicated reaction channel takes place. Excitation with 400 nm light excites both the CT band of Cat-TiO2 and also the Soret band of TPP-cat. We have discussed the reaction path in the TPP-cat/TiO2 system after exciting with both 400 and 800 nm laser light. We have also compared ET dynamics by exciting at both wavelengths.  相似文献

Large-scale MoS2 and WS2 inorganic fullerene-like (IF) nanostructures (onionlike nanoparticles, nanotubes) and elegant three-dimensional nanoflowers (NF) have been selectively prepared through an atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition (APCVD) process with the reaction of chlorides and sulfur. The morphologies were controlled by adjusting the deposition position, the deposition temperature, and the flux of the carrier gas. All of the nanostructures have been characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). A reaction mechanism is proposed based on the experimental results. The surface area of MoS2 IF nanoparticles and the field-emission effect of as-prepared WS2 nanoflowers is reported.  相似文献

 采用过饱和沉淀法合成 n(Mg)/n(Al) = 2 的 Mg-Al 类水滑石化合物 (Mg-Al-HT), 再用水热法将它与钛胶复合, 制得 Mg-Al-HT/TiO2 异质复合光催化剂. 采用 X 射线粉末衍射、透射电子显微镜、场发射扫描电子显微镜、低温 N2 吸附-脱附、紫外-可见漫反射光谱和热重等技术对催化剂结构、成分和性质进行了表征. 结果表明, 在波长 365 nm 的紫外光照射降解苯的反应中, Mg-Al-HT/TiO2 异质复合光催化剂表现出优于单一的 TiO2 或 Mg-Al-HT 催化剂的光催化活性, 且稳定性更高; 同时讨论了该复合催化剂性能优异的原因. 另外, 运用电子顺磁共振技术检测到体系中存在羟基自由基等活性物种, 并据此提出了 Mg-Al-HT/TiO2 异质复合纳米晶催化剂光催化降解苯的反应机理.  相似文献
