The asymmetric ring opening of meso epoxides with TMSCN is catalyzed by (pybox)YbCl3 complexes, yielding the beta-trimethylsilyloxy nitrile ring-opened products with good enantioselectivities (83-92% ee). The reaction exhibits a second-order kinetic dependence on catalyst concentration and a first-order dependence on epoxide concentration, consistent with a bimetallic pathway involving simultaneous activation of epoxide and cyanide.  相似文献

The addition of organogallium to aldehydes was realized with titanium tetrachloride as a Lewis acid catalyst. For the first time, the catalytic asymmetric addition of organogallium to aldehydes was investigated with chiral titanium complexes, which were formed from titanium tetrachloride and salan ligands, with mediocre to good chemical yields and enantioselectivities.  相似文献

Halide or alkoxide free yttrium-salen complexes are excellent catalysts for the ring opening of epoxides mediated by TMSCN and TMSN3. Substrate to catalyst ratios up to 10000 have been realized in these potentially useful reactions, which can be run under solvent-free conditions. Even though the enantioselectivities for the TMSCN-mediated reaction remains modest (best 77% ee), these studies with a highly tunable ligand system may provide further impetus for work in this important area of catalysis. Even though attempts to isolate a Y-cyanide complex, which was detected by in situ IR spectroscopy, failed, a related dimeric hydroxide complex was isolated. A kinetic study using in situ IR spectroscopy did not provide conclusive data to assign an order with respect to Y in this reaction.  相似文献

Reflecting the importance of fluorinated organic compounds in medicinal chemistry, development of an efficient method for catalytic enantioselective fluorination is increasingly desirable. Using a novel palladium complex 2 (1-2.5 mol %), various beta-ketoesters including cyclic and acyclic substrates were fluorinated with excellent enantioselectivity in the range of 83-94% ee. It is environmentally advantageous that this reaction proceeds well in solvents such as EtOH, rather than usual organic solvents. Furthermore, the product was successfully tranformed into both alpha-fluoro beta-hydroxy and beta-amino acid derivatives, which should be extremely useful in developing novel drugs.  相似文献

Some chiral sodium alkoxides can be used as catalysts in the asymmetric Michael reaction as exemplified by the 1,4-addition of an achiral NiII complex of the Schiff base derived from glycine andN-(2-pyridylcarbonyl)-o-aminobenzophenone (1) to methyl methacrylate (2) or methyl acrylate (14). The products of the reaction of1 with2,viz., the corresponding diastereomeric complexes of 4-methylglutamic acid, are formed in dissimilar amounts (de 26–85%); theee value for the major diastereomer (2S,4R)-3a is 28%. After recrystallization, the enantiomeric purity of complex3a increases toee>85%. Acidcatalyzed hydrolysis of the enantiomerically enriched complex3a affords (2S,4R)-4-methylglutamic acid (ee>85%). The complex of glutamic acid15 resulting from the reaction of1 with14 is formed with anee of 45%. After recrystallization, the enantiomeric purities of complex15 and glutamic acid increase toee>90%.  相似文献

Treatment of β-ketoesters with azodicarboxylates as electrophilic amination reagents under mild reaction conditions afforded the corresponding α-amino β-ketoesters with excellent enantiomeric excesses (91-99% ee). The beta-amino alcohol 1b-Ti(Oi-Pr)(4) complex has been shown to catalyze the enantioselective cyanosilylation of aldehydes efficiently. In the presence of 5 mol % of 1b-Ti(Oi-Pr)(4) complex catalyst, the aromatic, conjugated, heteroaromatic, and aliphatic aldehydes were converted to their corresponding trimethylsilyl ethers of cyanohydrins in 90-99% yields with up to 94% ee under mild conditions.  相似文献

Using chiral palladium enolates as key intermediates, efficient catalytic enantioselective fluorination reactions of active methine compounds have been developed. Highly enantioselective sulfa-Michael additions (SMA) between 2-alkenyl quinoxalines and aromatic thiols are accomplished using a low loading of chiral phosphoric acid catalyst (1 mol%). It was confirmed by an investigation of a lot of azaarenes that the two C=N units of quinoxalines are indispensable for controlling the reaction enantioselectivities. A series of non-terminal 2-alkenes substituted with aryls or alkyls, even other electro-withdrawing groups such as ketones, esters, or amides, selectively reacted and afforded the desired SMA products (48 examples) in good regioselectivities with high yields (up to 99%) and good ee values (up to 97%).  相似文献

The first example of catalytic enantioselective aza-Henry reaction of ketoimines has been realized using a simple chiral N,N'-dioxide-Cu(I) complex as catalyst.
