The title compounds (S)-methyl-2-(4-R-phenylsulfonamido)-3-(1H-indol-3- yl)propanoate (R = H (1), Cl (2)) have been synthesized and their crystal structures also have been determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Compound 1 (C18H18N2O4S) belongs to orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 9.6348(14), b = 11.1517(17), c = 16.412(3) A, V = 1763.4(5) A^3, Mr = 358.40, Z = 4, De = 1.350 g/cm^3,/t = 0.209 mm^-1, F(000) = 752, R = 0.0348 and wR = 0.0714. Compound 2 (CI8H17ClN2O4S) crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 9.3128(14), b = 10.9655(16), c = 17.783(3) A, V = 1815.9(5) A^3, Mr = 392.85, Z = 4, De = 1.437 g/cm^3, p = 0.352 mm^-1, F(000) = 816, R = 0.0389 and wR = 0.0845. The absolute structure Flack parameters X of compounds 1 and 2 are -0.03(8) and -0.06(7), respectively. X-ray analysis reveals that the crystal structures of these two compounds both involve two intermolecular N-H…O hydrogen bond's.  相似文献

The title compound N-hydroxy-9-(3',4'-methylenedioxyphenyl)-1,8-dioxo-1 ,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10-decahydroacridine (C20H19NO5, Mr = 353.36) is of orthorhombic, space group Pna21 with a = 14.6914(16), b = 8.8103(10), c = 12.6648(14) (A), Z = 4, V = 1639.3(3) (A)3, Dc = 1.432 g/cm3,μt(MoKα) = 0.103 mm-1, F(000) = 744, R = 0.0445 and wR = 0.1043 for 2172 observed reflections (I > 2σ(Ⅰ)). 标题化合物C24H30O5是由邻甲氧基苯甲醛与5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中反应而得。结构通过单晶X-射线衍射法确定,其晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群C2/c,a=33.942(6),b=7273(1),c=22667(4)A,β=128.989(9)°,Mr=398.50,V=4349(1)A3,Dc=1.2179·cm-3,Z=8,μ(MoKa)=840mm-1,F(000)=1712。晶体结构用直接法解出,经用全矩阵最小二乘法对原子参数进行修正,最后的偏离因子为R=0.043,Rw=0.052。在晶体结构中,存在一个分子间氢键。  相似文献

The title compound 7-amino-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1,3-dimethyl-5-(2-nitrophenyl)- 2,4- dioxo-1H-pyrano[2,3-d] pyrirnidine-6-carbonitrile DMF solvate 1 (C19H20N6O6, Mr = 428.41) was synthesized and crystallized. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P2 1/c with a = 11.383(2), b = 13.372(2), c = 13.673(2)A, β = 97.380(4)°, Z = 4, V = 2063.8(6)A^3, Dc = 1.379 g/cm^3,μ(MoKα) = 0.105 mm^-1, F(000) = 896, the final R = 0.0738 and wR = 0.1647 for 2964 observed reflections (I〉 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the new pyran ring is coplanar, which is obviously different from those of other similar compounds. The crystal is of orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 7.5143(15), b = 13.901(3), c = 18.545(4) , V = 1937.1(7) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.260 g/cm3, μ = 0.089 mm-1, F(000) = 776, the final R = 0.0616 and wR = 0.0912. X-ray diffraction reveals that the molecule adopts an E configuration about the central C=N double bond. The intermolecular O–H…O hydrogen bond stabilizes the crystal structure by causing the formation of a supramolecular architecture.  相似文献
