Propagating anti-symmetrically coupled plasmons that usually cannot be excited with incident light and radiate to far field can be efficiently generated by electron beams. An electron beam is proposed as a practical propagating anti-symmetrically coupled plasmon source due to that it couples differently to the surface plasmons than free radiation. Specifically, whispering-gallery anti-symmetrically coupled plasmons with the character of symmetrical coupled dipoles are excited by an electron beam in a nested ringlike waveguide, which is consistent with the dispersion of electron excited plasmons in an infinite-long nanowire pair.  相似文献

采用一个混合模拟方法研究计算了不同频率高功率微波(HPM)辐照下含有PIN限幅器的PCB电路上的耦合信号。该混合模拟方法基于瞬态电磁拓扑和器件/电路混合模拟技术,实现了场、路、器件的混合模拟,能够模拟计算出HPM辐照下屏蔽腔内PCB电路上的耦合信号。用该方法研究计算了频率分别为1,1.25和2.5 GHz的HPM在PCB电路上的耦合信号。计算结果表明:当PCB电路无屏蔽腔时,1 GHz HPM的耦合信号最大,而PCB电路有屏蔽腔时,2.5 GHz HPM的耦合信号最大;PIN限幅器在耦合信号较大时具有较好的抑制作用。  相似文献

将阈值控制方法应用于混沌神经元团簇,构成阈值耦合混沌神经元映射,研究其时空特性.仿真实验表明,控制阈值决定了阈值耦合混沌神经元映射输出的时间周期特性,而张弛时间影响了输出的空间特性,阈值耦合混沌神经元映射输出表现出很好的聚类性.当张弛时间足够大时,阈值耦合混沌神经元映射输出实现时空完全同步.  相似文献

计算了两个具有非球形扰动的气泡所组成系统的能量,并基于Lagrange方程得到了有声相互作用的非球形气泡的动力学方程和形状稳定性方程,研究了声场中非球形气泡间相互作用力对非球形气泡的形状不稳定性和气泡形状模态振幅的影响.研究结果表明声场中具有非球形扰动的气泡之间的耦合方式有两种:形状耦合模式和径向耦合模式,气泡之间的耦合方式取决于气泡形状扰动模态.由形状耦合及径向耦合产生的气泡之间的相互作用力能够改变单个气泡的形状不稳定及形状模态振幅,具体影响因素取决于声场驱动条件、气泡形状模态、相邻气泡的初始半径.  相似文献

通过在互耦合垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSELs)系统中增加外光注入, 建立了一种基于偏振可调光反馈VCSEL驱动互耦合VCSELs混沌系统模型, 分析了增加外光驱动对互耦合激光器随机特性的影响. 以不可预测度作为随机特性的评价指标, 采用信息论中的排列熵作为相应量化工具, 对系统输出混沌信号的不可预测性进行定量分析.数值研究了光强度、时延、偏振旋转角度以及驱动激光器与耦合激光器间的频率失谐对输出信号随机特性的影响.结果表明: 外光注入能够增大互耦合VCSELs输出混沌信号的排列熵, 即外光注入能够有效提高耦合系统的随机特性; 驱动激光器可调偏振片偏转角度调节到45° 附近, 注入强度适中, 满足耦合强度大于驱动激光器自反馈强度条件, 系统输出信号的排列熵较大; 在耦合时延与驱动激光器反馈时延不相等的同时, 增加驱动激光器与耦合激光器频率失谐, 外光注入互耦合VCSELs的随机特性能够得到进一步提高.  相似文献

An exact correspondence is found between the quantum dynamics of three isotropically coupled spins 1/2 and the dynamics of three coupled classical oscillators. This correspondence is demonstrated by experimentally simulating the polarization transfer functions of an isotropic mixing TOCSY experiment with a set of mechanically coupled pendulums. The extend to which the exact correspondence holds is analyzed and it is shown that it breaks down for systems consisting of more than three coupled spins.  相似文献

We propose a scheme for realizing the optical nonreciprocal response based a four-mode optomechanical system,consisting of two charged mechanical modes and two linearly coupled optical modes. Two charged mechanical modes are coupled by Coulomb interaction, and two optical modes are coupled to one of mechanical modes by radiation pressure. We numerically evaluate the transmission probability of the probe field to obtain the optimum optical nonreciprocal response parameters. Also, we show that the optical nonreciprocal response is caused by the quantum interference between the optomechanical couplings and the linearly coupled interaction that breaks the time-reversal symmetry.  相似文献

基于耦合映射格子模型, 用符号分析法研究了时空混沌信号的相互关系. 数值计算结果表明, 两个直接耦合的格子之间或两个未直接耦合但邻近的格子之间的条件熵存在一个尖锐的极小值, 而两个距离比较远的格子之间的条件熵则没有尖锐的极小值. 因此, 耦合映射格子系统产生的时空混沌信号之间的相互关系可以通过符号分析的方法显示出来.  相似文献

It is known from the literature that a family consisting of two brusselators linearly coupled by diffusion unfolds strange attractors due to the generic occurrence of a 4-dimensional nilpotent singularity of codimension 4. In this paper the attention is placed on the Hopf-pitchfork singularities which are unfolded by that coupled system. We will see that the associated map of bifurcations is very rich and includes configurations which could also play the role of organizing centers of chaotic dynamics. As it happens in the case of two brusselators, the occurrence of Hopf-pitchfork singularities is expected when Hopf bifurcations are coupled by a diffusion mechanism. On the other hand, one of the most interesting problems in the context of coupled systems is the understanding of processes of synchronization/desynchronization. We will also illustrate the role of Hopf-pitchfork singularities as organizing centers of these processes.  相似文献

Low-dimensional iterated map models have been widely used to study action potential dynamics in isolated cardiac cells. Coupled iterated map models have also been widely used to investigate action potential propagation dynamics in one-dimensional (1D) coupled cardiac cells, however, these models are usually empirical and not carefully validated. In this study, we first developed two coupled iterated map models which are the standard forms of diffusively coupled maps and overcome the limitations of the previous models. We then determined the coupling strength and space constant by quantitatively comparing the 1D action potential duration profile from the coupled cardiac cell model described by differential equations with that of the coupled iterated map models. To further validate the coupled iterated map models, we compared the stability conditions of the spatially uniform state of the coupled iterated maps and those of the 1D ionic model and showed that the coupled iterated map model could well recapitulate the stability conditions, i.e., the spatially uniform state is stable unless the state is chaotic. Finally, we combined conduction into the developed coupled iterated map model to study the effects of coupling strength on wave stabilities and showed that the diffusive coupling between cardiac cells tends to suppress instabilities during reentry in a 1D ring and the onset of discordant alternans in a periodically paced 1D cable.  相似文献

Dynamical behaviour of two coupled neurons with at least one of them being chaotic is presented. Bifurcation diagrams and Lyapunov exponents are calculated to diagnose the dynamical behaviour of the coupled neurons with the increasing coupling strength. It is found that when the coupling strength increases, a chaotic neuron can be controlled by the coupling between neurons. At the same time, phase locking is studied by the maxima of the differences of instantaneous phases and average frequencies between two coupled neurons, and the inherent connection of phase locking and the suppression of chaos is formulated. It is observed that the onset of phase locking is closely related to the suppression of chaos. Finally, a way for suppression of chaos in two coupled nonidentical neurons under periodic input is suggested.  相似文献

研究具有幂律记忆性的带反馈耦合布朗马达的定向输运现象, 引入分数阶理论, 建立了带反馈的分数阶耦合布朗马达模型, 利用分数阶差分法求得模型数值解并分析了模型参数对合作定向输运性质的影响. 仿真结果表明, 系统的记忆性通过影响带反馈的棘齿势的打开和闭合而影响粒子的定向输运, 即当系统的阶数在较小的范围内, 系统的记忆性会使带反馈的棘齿势的开关频率增加, 从而增大定向流速; 当系统其他参数(势垒高度、噪声强度等)固定时, 输运速度随着阶数的变化出现广义随机共振现象.  相似文献

研究了不同周期信号调制下非对称双稳耦合网络系统的尺度随机共振问题. 针对该网络系统, 首先运用高斯近似和役使原理对其进行了降维, 推导了其简化模型. 在绝热近似条件下, 利用Fokker-Planck方程分别得到了余弦信号和矩形信号调制下信噪比的解析表达式. 在此基础上, 研究了系统的尺度随机共振行为, 并讨论了非对称性、噪声强度、周期信号的振幅和耦合系数对系统尺度随机共振的影响. 结果表明, 两种情形下信噪比均是系统尺度的非单调函数, 说明在此网络系统中产生了共振现象. 关键词: 尺度随机共振 非对称双稳耦合网络系统 余弦信号 矩形信号  相似文献

In quantum optics, some models are considered to describe many aspects of the dynamics of atoms coupled to an electromagnetic field (laser). The simplest atomic model is of course the two-level-atom which is governed by the Bloch optical equations. In general this system is solved in the steady state or by using some approximations. An extended analytic approach is considered for this coupled equations. The separation approach of coupled differential equations is always possible with a sequence of special transformation into nonlinear differential equations. The conditions that permit an exact solution of three coupled systems are extracted in a natural manner. The case of sodium atom moving along the axis of a standing-wave is investigated in some details.  相似文献

The dynamical behavior of two coupled cells or reactors is described. The cells are coupled by diffusion, e.g., through a semipermeable membrane, and the chemical reactions and initial or feed concentrations of all species are the same in the two cells. Each cell has only a single stable steady state in the absence of coupling, and the coupled system may exhibit multiple steady states, periodic oscillation, or chaos. The attractors of the coupled system may be either homogeneous (the two cells have equal concentrations) or inhomogeneous. Three two-variable kinetic models are examined: the Brusselator, a model of the chlorine dioxide-iodine-malonic acid reaction, and the Degn-Harrison model. The dynamical behavior of the coupled system is determined by the nonlinearities in the uncoupled subsystems and by two ratios, that of the diffusion constants of the two species and that of the area of the membrane to the product of the membrane thickness and the volume of a cell.  相似文献

The coupled lateral-torsional dynamics of parallel rotor-bearing systems has been intensively investigated. However, little attention has been paid to the analysis of coupled vibrations of angled rotor-bearing systems so that the torsional and the lateral vibrations of those systems are usually analyzed separately. In this paper, the coupled axial-lateral-torsional dynamics of a rotor-bearing system geared by bevel gears is studied. The meshing of two spur bevel gears is analyzed on the basis of a pair of virtual cylindrical gears, and thereafter the constraint condition describing the relationship between the generalized displacements of bevel gears is derived under some assumptions. The coupled dynamic model is established by using Lagrange's equation under this constraint condition. The numerical results of a number of case studies show that the critical speeds of the coupled model are different from those of the uncoupled model both in values and modes, and the threshold speed of stability is fairly less than that of the uncoupled model. The effects of system parameters, such as the pitch cone angles, on the coupling behavior are also discussed.  相似文献

Isolated reception plates provide an engineering approach to quantify the structure-borne sound power input from machinery through the measurement of the spatial-average velocity level and structural reverberation times. For applications in building acoustics there are practical and economic reasons to consider using coupled reception plates formed by solid heavyweight walls or floors that are structurally coupled to other building elements. This paper uses transient and steady-state statistical energy analysis to investigate how the errors depend upon the building structure to which the coupled reception plate is connected. It is shown that the problem is twofold. Firstly, in the low- and mid-frequency ranges, the steady-state velocity level on the coupled reception plate is increased by energy returning from other coupled plates. Secondly, the structural decays on the coupled reception plate have significant curvature due to returning energy; hence short evaluation ranges are needed to minimise the error when determining the total loss factor. This leads to a problematic situation where the coupled reception plate appears to give the correct answer due to the error in the energy cancelling out the error in the total loss factor. The latter error can be minimised using short evaluation ranges for the structural reverberation time.  相似文献

变量反馈技术实现了耦合双稳映象格子模型的时空混沌控制.数值实验结果表明,利用不同的反馈技术和不同的反馈强度,可以将双稳映象系统的混沌及耦合双稳映象格子模型的时空混沌控制到不动点或周期轨道.变量反馈控制法除了局域双稳映象系统的定态点外,不需要先获取耦合双稳映象格子时空系统的动力学信息,它对抑制耦合双稳映象系统中的湍流具有一定的指导作用.  相似文献
