利用目标试验因子分析(TTFA)结合数值遗传算法(NGA),解析反应过程中在线测得的动力学谱-光谱数据矩阵,可在未知各组分纯光谱及动力学模型情况下同时求解出各组分的纯光谱,反应级数及速率常数,提出用近似计算法计算各组分的动力学谱,使该方法能适用于在任意反应级数的体系。针对两步连续反应模型,对反应物,中间体和最终产物均有吸收及某一种组分没有吸收的体系的矩阵进行了处理,表明该方法均能适用。利用该方法对邻苯二甲酸二甲酯在碱性介质中的水解反应及日落黄水溶液的电解降解反应过程中测得的数据矩阵进行解析,均获得了可靠结果。  相似文献

采用迭代目标转换因子分析法(ITTFA)解析动力学模型未知的化学反应过程中的动力学-光谱数据矩阵,获得了各组分的动力学谱.基于体系中各组分间的等吸收点等光谱特征,提出并建立了一种新的初始迭代矢量的方法.利用该方法解析了动力学模型未知且各组分均有吸收的两步连续反应的模拟数据矩阵,并对最终产物无吸收的水杨酸水溶液电降解反应过程中测得的数据矩阵进行解析,获得了可靠的结果.  相似文献

通过在线测量硫酸介质中高锰酸钾氧化草酸钠反应过程的光谱变化,获得了动力学—光谱二维数据。借助主成分分析法,确定了高锰酸钾的单信息区,并确认反应过程中产生了一种有吸收的中间体。根据最小二乘回归等化学计量学方法,结合相关组分间存在等吸收点这一光谱特征及质量平衡原理,成功地解折出反应体系中相关组分的实际动力学谱及纯光谱。根据Savitsky-Golay求导法,获得了各组分的速率曲线。对解析结果的进一步研究表明,该反应符合自催化模式。  相似文献

通过数值模拟对3分子自催化反应A+2X=3X在一维和二维介质中的动力学行为进行了研究。发现在一维和二维情形下,如果施以不同的微观反应规则,该反应的渐近行为既可能偏经典化学反应动力学(平均场理论)所预言的平衡极限行为,也可能与之一致。  相似文献

针对化学反应动力学谱-吸收光谱组成的两维数据,提出了以优化速率常数而消去反应物波谱信息为减秩手段的速率常数-秩分析法(RCRA).结果表明,RCRA在一次优化过程中可同时获得两个最优解,分别对应于两步速率常数.在获得动力学参数的前提下,利用最小二乘回归可解出包括中间体在内的各组分的吸收光谱.该方法用于处理苯胺电解降解的两维数据,发现苯胺降解过程中有一种表观中间体存在,降解过程符合一级连串反应模型.  相似文献

通过对免疫系统抗体对抗原消除作用及其记忆功能的模拟,提出了解析二维数据矩阵的新方法。采用模拟的EMG公式作为抗体输入,对二维信号逐行进行迭代消除,从重叠峰中提取单一组分的色谱信息和光谱信息。通过对二维色谱数据的解析,结果表明,该方法可方便地用于多组分重叠二维色谱的解析。  相似文献

Rank annihilation factor analysis combined with the optimization of kinetic parameter is adopted to resolve the two-way kinetic-spectral data measured online from chemical reactions. To a multi-step reaction whose intermediate process is complicated and reaction order is fractional, the reaction order and rate constant of the first step can be determined without the knowledge of the kinetic model of the reaction. Taken a three-step reaction as an example, the synthetic data has been resolved and its effectiveness was proved. When the approach is applied to the analysis of practical reaction systems such as alkaline hydrolysis of phenyl benzoate, oxidization of sodium bromide by potassium permanganate and electro-degradation of sunset yellow, reliable results are obtained.  相似文献

A spectrophotometric method for the simultaneous determination of the important pharmaceuticals, pefloxacin and its structurally similar metabolite, norfloxacin, is described for the first time. The analysis is based on the monitoring of a kinetic spectrophotometric reaction of the two analytes with potassium permanganate as the oxidant. The measurement of the reaction process followed the absorbance decrease of potassium permanganate at 526nm, and the accompanying increase of the product, potassium manganate, at 608nm. It was essential to use multivariate calibrations to overcome severe spectral overlaps and similarities in reaction kinetics. Calibration curves for the individual analytes showed linear relationships over the concentration ranges of 1.0-11.5mgL(-1) at 526 and 608nm for pefloxacin, and 0.15-1.8mgL(-1) at 526 and 608nm for norfloxacin. Various multivariate calibration models were applied, at the two analytical wavelengths, for the simultaneous prediction of the two analytes including classical least squares (CLS), principal component regression (PCR), partial least squares (PLS), radial basis function-artificial neural network (RBF-ANN) and principal component-radial basis function-artificial neural network (PC-RBF-ANN). PLS and PC-RBF-ANN calibrations with the data collected at 526nm, were the preferred methods-%RPE(T) approximately 5, and LODs for pefloxacin and norfloxacin of 0.36 and 0.06mgL(-1), respectively. Then, the proposed method was applied successfully for the simultaneous determination of pefloxacin and norfloxacin present in pharmaceutical and human plasma samples. The results compared well with those from the alternative analysis by HPLC.  相似文献

The oxidation kinetics of crystal violet (a triphenylmethane dye) by potassium permanganate was focused in an acidic medium by the spectrophotometric method at 584 nm. The oxidation reaction of crystal violet by potassium permanganate is carried out in an acidic medium at different temperatures ranging within 298–318 K. The kinetic study was carried out to investigate the effect of the concentration, ionic strength and temperature. The reaction followed first order kinetics with respect to potassium permanganate and crystal violet and the overall rate of the reaction was found to be second order. Thermodynamic activation parameters like the activation energy (Ea), enthalpy change (ΔH*), free energy change (ΔG*), and entropy change (ΔS*) have also been evaluated.  相似文献

Rank annihilation factor analysis (RAFA) is applied to resolve the two-way kinetic-spectral data measured from spectroscopic reactions and acquire rate constants and the absorption spectrum of each component. A two-step first-order consecutive reaction is studied in this paper. When the first step rate constant acts as an optimizing object, and simply combined with the pure spectrum of reactant, the rank of the original data matrix can be reduced by one by annihilating the information of reactant from the original data matrix. The residual standard deviation (R.S.D.) of the residual matrix after bilineaization of the background matrix is regarded as the evaluation function. Owing to the correlation between kinetic functions of species in the reaction, two optimal resolutions, corresponding to the rate constants of the first and second step, respectively, can both be obtained in one computing process. Given the kinetic parameters, the absorption spectrum of each component including the intermediate can be obtained through least square regression. This approach can also be applied to reaction systems where the intermediate or the final product doesnot absorb. The performance of the method has been evaluated by using synthetic data. Electrodegradation of phenol solution and alkaline hydrolysis of dimethyl phthalate were also studied by the present method.  相似文献

In this study a kinetic fluorimetric method for the determination of folinic acid (leucovorin, LV) in human urine has been developed. The fluorescence emission generated by the oxidation reaction between LV and potassium permanganate in alkaline medium has been monitored at 360nm (excitation wavelength 290nm). The effect of instrumental and experimental variables on the reaction was investigated and a 0.17M sodium hydroxide, 3.3x10(-5)M KMnO(4) concentration and a temperature of 70 degrees C were selected for the reaction. The concentration range has been optimized between 10 and 700ngml(-1) of LV. The correlation coefficient was 0.9989. The sensitivity of the proposed method is 9.5ngml(-1) (expressed as limit of detection in accordance with the Clayton criterion). The determination time per sample is smaller than 200s. The proposed kinetic fluorimetric method has been applied to the direct determination of this compound in human urine. Recovery values from urine samples, containing LV, range from 82 to 110% (mean 96%).  相似文献

A simple kinetic spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of josamycin in its dosage forms. The method is based on oxidation of the drug with alkaline potassium permanganate at room temperature for a fixed time of 20 min and measuring the produced green color at 611 nm. The absorbance-concentration plot is rectilinear over the range of 2-10 microg/mL (2.4 x 10(6)-1.2 x 10(-5)M) with minimum detectability of 1.0 microg/mL (1.2 x 10(-6)M). The determination of josamycin by fixed concentration and the rate-constant methods is also feasible with the calibration equations obtained, but the fixed-time method proved to be more applicable. The procedure was applied successfully to commercial tablets, and statistical analysis showed that the results compared favorably with those obtained by reference methods. The effect of sensitizers and surfactants on the performance of the proposed method was also studied. A proposal of the reaction pathway was presented.  相似文献

A differential kinetic spectrophotometric method was researched and developed for the simultaneous determination of iron and aluminium in food samples. It was based on the direct reaction kinetics and spectrophotometry of these two metal ions with Chrome Azurol S (CAS) in ethylenediamine-hydrochloric acid buffer (pH 6.3). The results were interpreted with the use of chemometrics. The kinetic runs and the visible spectra of the complex formation reaction were studied between 540 and 750 nm every 30 s over a total period of 285 s. A set of synthetic metal mixture samples was used to build calibrations models. These were based on the spectral and kinetic two-way data matrices, which were processed separately by the radial basis function-artificial neural network (global RBF-ANN) method. The prediction performance of these models was poorer than that from the combined kinetic-spectral three-way array, which was similarly processed by the same method (% relative prediction error (RPET) = 5.6). These results demonstrate that improved predictions can be obtained from the data array, which has more information, and that appropriate chemometrics methods can enhance analytical performance of simple techniques such as spectrophotometry.Other chemometrics models were then applied: N-way partial least squares (NPLS), parallel factor analysis (PARAFAC), back propagation-artificial neural network (BP-ANN), single radial basis function-artificial neural network (RBF-ANN), and principal component neural network (PC-RBF-ANN). There was no substantial difference between the methods with the overall %RPET range being 5.0-5.8. These two values corresponded to the NPLS and BP-ANN models, respectively. The proposed method was applied for the determination of iron and aluminium in some commercial food samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

将被认为没有化学发光活性的第二主族(碱土金属)离子Mg^2 ,Ca^2 ,Sr^2 ,Ba^2 溶液注入到已充分反应的高锰酸钾与鲁米诺混合液中时,又发生了新的化学发光反应,并检测到强的化学发光信号.在对有关反应的动力学性质、化学发光光谱、紫外可见光谱及其它一系列实验研究的基础上,提出了可能的化学发光反应机理.同时,优化了反应条件,评价了这一反应用于Mg^2 ,Ca^2 ,Sr^2 ,Ba^2 分析的可行性.  相似文献
