用L~2能量法研究粘性守恒律解的渐近性态(英文)

本文讨论单个粘性守恒律方程与具有粘性的ｐ方程组的Ｃａｕｃｈｙ问题．根据初始资料的不同情形,其相应的Ｒｉｅｍａｎｎ问题以疏散波,激波或它们的迭加为弱解．本文的目的是指出Ｃａｕｃｈｙ问题的解将分别趋于疏散波,激波或它们的迭加．本文基本方法是能量积分法．文中综述了现有的成果,也提出了一些未解决的问题．     

一类二维单个守恒律方程的Riemann问题

本文研究一类二维单个守恒律方程的Riemann问题.用广义特征分析方法研究了这类方程,给出了基本波的分类,解决了初值为两片常数的二维Riemann问题,给出了Riemann解.

Asymptotic Behaviors of the Solutions to Scalar Viscous Conservation Laws on Bounded Interval

Abstract This paper concerns the asymptotic behaviors of the solutions to the initial-boundary value prob-lem for scalar viscous conservations laws u_t+f(u)_x=u_(xx) on[0,1],with the boundary condition u(0,t) =u_,u(1,t)=u_+ and the initial data u(x,0)=u_0(x,0)=u_0(x),where u_≠u_+ and f is a given function satisfyingf'(u)>0 for u under consideration.By means of energy estimates method and under some more regular condi-tions on the initial data,both the global existence and the asymptotic behavior are obtained.When u_u_+, which corresponds to shock waves in inviscid conservation laws, it is established for weak shockwaves,which means that │u_-u_+│is small.Moreover,exponential decay rates are both given.     

初-边值问题驻波解的渐近稳定性

Stochastic Representation of Weak Solutions of Viscous Conservation Laws: A BSDE Approach

We consider the Cauchy problem for systems of viscous conservation laws. We obtain three different but related stochastic representations of weak solutions of the problem: in terms of solutions to systems of usual backward stochastic differential equations, in terms of solutions to some stochastic backward systems, and in terms of solutions to some forward-backward stochastic differential equations.

L2-convergence of vector cascade algorithm

In this paper, the L²-convergence of vector cascade algorithm (a very important concept in the wavelet theory) is characterized in terms of the behavior of the given filter matrix H(ξ) and its associated transition operator T_H. More precisely, it is shown that the cascade algorithm defined by H(ξ) converges in L²(R^d) if and only if H(ξ) satisfies Fundamental Condition (Condition F, a restriction on its values on the vertices of [0, π]^d), and satisfies either Condition E(1 is a simple eigenvalue and the others have modulees less than one) or Condition [(E)\tilde]\tilde E . Also, we describe a class of functions which can be chosen as initial functions.

Time-periodic Solutions to Systems of Conservation Laws with Ellipticity

We study the time-periodic solutions to systems of conservation laws with ellipticity. It is shown that under time-periodic boundary condition, the system admits at least one global time-periodic solution bounded uniformly with the same period.
