设计合成了化合物4-羟基苯甲酰-(2-羟基萘甲醛)腙(L)探针,经金属离子识别研究发现探针L对Al~(3+)具有良好的荧光增强识别效果且不受其它金属离子的干扰,且识别过程中溶液的颜色发生了明显变化,可以实现Al~(3+)的可视法检测,核磁滴定、job-plot、基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF)等实验结果显示,探针L与Al~(3+)以摩尔比2∶1的方式进行配位。通过对紫外滴定数据的非线性拟合分析,探针L与Al~(3+)的结合常数为1.3×10~4L/mol,最低检测限为3.71×10~(-6)L/mol。因此,该腙类衍生物作为Al~(3+)的荧光及比色探针,识别体系线性范围较宽,检测限低,在痕量Al~(3+)的检测方面具有潜在的应用价值。  相似文献

A fluorescent probe with a coumarin moiety bound to rhodamine 6G hydrazide(l) was synthesized. Its sensing behavior toward various metal ions was investigated with fluorescence methods. Compound I displays different fluorescence emission responses to Al^3+ and Ca^2+ at the same excitation wavelength in the visible light region, while no changes occur after the addition of other metal ions. The binding ratios of the complexs of 1-Al^3+ and 1-Ca^2+ are both 2:1 according to the Job plot and high resolution mass spectrometer(HRMS) experiments. Moreover, emission spectrum of 1-Ca^2+ complex and absorption spectrum of the rbodamine dyes overlap largely. When Al^3+ was added to the 1-Ca2+ system, calcium in complex 1-Ca2+ can be displaced by Al^3+, resulting in the output of another ratiometric sensing signal, which demonstrates that the 1-Ca^2+ complex can be served as a new and effective fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET) donor for rhodamine derivatives.  相似文献

三价金属离子(Cr~(3+)、Fe~(3+)和Al~(3+))与人体健康密切相关。目前,检测Cr~(3+)、Fe~(3+)和Al~(3+)需要采用不同的荧光探针,增加了检测成本和检测时间。发展能够同时检测Cr~(3+)、Fe~(3+)和Al~(3+)的高灵敏度和强抗干扰能力的荧光探针具有非常重要的意义。本文以罗丹明B为原料,合成和表征了一种罗丹明类荧光增强型探针(P),并研究了其光谱性质。研究表明,在V(甲醇)∶V(水)=9∶1体系中对三价金属离子Fe~(3+)、Cr~(3+)和Al~(3+)具有较高的选择性,不受其它二价金属离子及一价金属离子的影响,抗干扰能力强。同时,探针P对三价金属离子具有较高的灵敏度,对Cr~(3+)、Al~(3+)和Fe~(3+)的检测限分别为3.0×10~(-4)、2.7×10~(-4)和1.0×10~(-4)mol/L,表明其可用于Cr~(3+)、Al~(3+)和Fe~(3+)的检测。  相似文献

The oxide spinel NiAl2O4 and spinel-type solid solutions Al2O3–NiAl2O4 (at Ni/Al=1:4, and Ni/Al=1:8) were prepared by controlled hydrolysis of mixed metal alkoxides, followed by calcination of the resulting gels. Powder X-ray diffraction showed that all samples prepared were single phase cubic materials having the spinel-type structure. The cubic lattice parameter, ao, was found to decrease gradually with increasing aluminium content of the mixed metal oxides. The specific surface area (determined by nitrogen adsorption at 77 K) was found to be in the range of 200–300 m2 g−1. The materials were found to be basically mesoporous, the most frequent pore radius being in the range 3.2–6.4 nm. IR spectroscopy of CO adsorbed at liquid nitrogen temperature gave a main band at 2186–2195 cm−1, which was assigned to the C---O stretching vibration of surface Al3+CO adducts where coordinatively unsaturated Al3+ ions act as Lewis acid centres.  相似文献

Ab initio CASSCF calculations using the Gaussian basis set aug_cc_pVTZ developed by Dunning et al. specifically for calculations at the post-HF level was carried out for excimer NaHe+ and NaNe+ ions in order to determine spectroscopic characteristics and radiation lifetimes of their low-lying excited electronic states. The computed emission spectra of these were shown to be in good agreement with the experimental ones observed recently by Hammer et al. (Hyperfine Interactions 88 (1994) 151). Contrary to the earlier popular opinion, all excited electronic states of these ions, correlating with the limit Rg++Na, and not just the radiating singlet states turn out to be bound. It was shown that under the conditions of an experiment similar to the one performed by Hammer et al., the excited triplet NaHe+(13Σ+) states can decay as a result of their interactions with a high-energy Ar+ beam. This decay has to be accompanied with the formation of the ions He+, which in turn can interact with sodium atoms to yield the radiating NaHe+(21Σ+) states again and, thus to maintain the emission observed in the experiment.  相似文献

The exchange constants tor Al3+ and Fe3+ ions on the cation-exchange resin Dowex 50W-X8 (H+-form) are reported. A batch method of equilibrium at room temperature was used to determine these constants, which are Al3+ + 3HR AIR3 + 3H+, K = 1·66 Fe3+ + 3HR FeR3 + 3H+, K = 2·19 R denoting the resin.  相似文献

The influence of Li+, Na+, K+, Cs+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Sr2+, Ba2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Pb2+ and Al3+ ions on the spectroscopic properties of the dansyl group covalently linked to crown ether or diazacrown ethers was investigated by means of absorption and emission spectrophotometry. Interaction of the alkali metal ions with all fluoroionophores studied is weak, while alkaline earth metal ions interact strongly causing about 50% quenching of dansyl fluorescence of A21C5-Dns and A218C6-Dns. The Cu2+, Pb2+ and Al3+ cations interact very strongly with dansyl chromophore regardless the crown ether type, causing a major change in absorption spectrum of the chromophore and forming non-fluorescent complexes. The Co2+, Ni2+, Zn2, Mg2+ and Ag+ cations interact moderately with all fluoroionophores studied causing about 20% of fluorescence quenching of dansyl, except for a strong dansyl fluorescence quenching of 15C5-Dns by Co2+ ion. The quenching efficiency of didansylated fluoroionophores by the alkali metal ions and alkaline earth metal ions is weaker than monodansylated ones.  相似文献

采用分步沉淀法制备出一系列不同铝含量的催化剂样品,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、热重-质谱(TG-MS)、荧光光谱仪(XRF)、N_2物理吸附、氢气程序升温还原(H_2-TPR)对样品进行表征,考察了不同铝添加量对铜基甲醇催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,铝元素的添加对前驱物中碱式碳酸盐组分产生作用,促进了焙烧后样品中高温碳酸盐的形成,进而影响到催化剂的性能。随着铝元素的添加,焙烧后催化剂的比表面积、催化剂活性和热稳定性均有增加。当Al~(3+)/(Cu~(2+)+Zn~(2+)+Al~(3+))物质的量比增加至30%时,催化剂在230℃、4 MPa和合成气(13%CO、1.2%CO_2、80%H_2、5.8%Ar)的评价条件下,热处理前后的CO转化率分别为76%和67%,仍保持着较高的活性和热稳定性。  相似文献

金属纳米团簇(MNCs)作为一种新型的纳米材料,具有合成方法简单、光稳定性强、毒性低、生物相容性好以及发光效率高等优点。在本研究中,使用“一锅法”合成谷胱甘肽保护的铜纳米团簇。在激发波长为370 nm时,GS@CuNCs的荧光发射波长在610 nm左右。铜纳米团簇可以通过有溶剂诱导和阳离子诱导两种方法聚集诱导增强其荧光强度。通过测定在不同溶剂(乙醇、甲醇、N, N-二甲基甲酰胺)中铜纳米团簇的荧光强度,探究了溶剂极性对聚集的影响。研究结果表明:在水溶液中铜纳米团簇只发射弱的荧光,随着乙醇含量从0%到85%,其荧光强度逐渐增强。此外,我们开发了一种新的选择性好、灵敏性高的检测铝离子的荧光探针。线性范围为2–20 μmol·L-1,且检测限(LOD)为33 nmol·L-1。进一步探究可得,乙醇和铝离子能使GS@CuNCs荧光强度显著增加的机理为聚集诱导荧光增强。  相似文献

To improve the achievable detection limits of low Z element with TXRF, a commercially available 2 kW X-ray tube (SEIFERT Type SF 60, Ahrensburg) with a 40 μm×8 mm fine focus has been modified. A windowless X-ray tube has been realized by removing the Be window out of the tube. The original Cu anode block has been changed to Al, because of sputtering reasons. A 4–6 μm thick pure silicon layer has been sputtered on the Al substrate. The geometry of the anode has been constructed in a specific way in order to optimize the photon flux of the X-ray beam concerning self-absorption and brilliance. Direct vacuum tight coupling to the measuring chamber and operation at 10−6 mbar vacuum was successfully shown. First measurements have been perfomed with a detector suitable for the detection of low energy photons in total reflection XRF geometry. Sodium has been analyzed on a Si-wafer surface and detection limits of 36 pg (corresponds to 3E9 atoms/cm2) have been achieved and are 10 times better than the detection limits for Na excited with a 1.3 kW Cr standard tube of 330 pg. With this developed X-ray tube the detection limits required by the Semiconductor industry for Si wafer surface contamination quality control are fulfilled.  相似文献

Herein, we reported the synthesis and investigation of highly luminescent quadruple-stranded helicate (C6H16N)4[Eu2(MBDA)4]2.3C4H10O·4C2H3N(1-Eu)[H2MBDA=N-methyl-4,4'-bis(4,4,4-trifluoro-1,3-dioxobutyl)di- phenylamine] for its stability toward metal ions in the solution. The material was characterized via X-ray crystallographic technique, Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy and electrospray ionization quadrupole time-of- flight(ESI-TOF) mass spectrometry. The results on the luminescence quantum yields clearly demonstrate that the ligand can effectively sensitize the luminescence of the Eu3+ ions(Φoverall=15%). Upon the addition of different metal ions(i. e., Ag+, Cd2+, Zn2+, Fe3+, Al3+ and Ni2+) to the CH3CN solution of compound 1-Eu, the emission intensities of Eu3+ ions at 612 nm were affected to some extent, which could be attributed to the presence of ion exchanges between Eu3+ ions and the metals ions, and the result was confirmed by ESI-TOF mass spectrometry.  相似文献

The extraction of Ga3+ and Al3+ with the liquid cation-exchangers di-n-butyldithiophosphoric acid (DBTPA) and di-(2-ethylhexyl)dithiophosphoric acid (DETPA) in kerosene, in the presence and absence of alcohols and tri-n-butyl phosphate (TBP) has been studied. Both Ga3+ and Al3+ can be extracted in the form of a neutral complex, MA3, but the distribution coefficient of Ga3+ is the higher by about two orders of magnitude, which can be the basis of the solvent extraction separation of gallium and aluminium. The differences can be explained by the interaction between the sulphur donor atoms of the extractants and the d10 electronic shell of Ga3+ as well as by the lower steric hindrance of ligands co-ordinated to Ga3+.  相似文献

A new pyrene derivative BF bearing a furan group was synthesized via a one-step reaction as a colorimetric and ratiometric chemosensor for Al3+in ethanol-H2O (9:1,v/v,pH 7.2,HEPES buffer) solution.This chemosensor could selectively recognize Al3+ in the presence of other competing ions.Low limit of detection (LOD) and high association constant revealed its superior sensitivity and binding affinity toward Al3+.Besides,the probe BF performed perfectly in a reversibility test using EDTA.The mechanism of the interaction has been confirmed by 1H NMR titration.Importantly,chemosensor BF has also been utilized to detect Al3+ on test paper strips,which showed its potential for practical applications.  相似文献

Solutions of multiple cations in aqueous solutions at concentrations as low as 200 ppb were analyzed by capillary zone electrophoresis. Aluminum ions were cleanly separated from Li+, K+, Ca2+, Cr3+, Zn2+, CU2+, and other ions less than 6 min after injection of the solution on a 50 cm × 50 μm I.D. uncoated fused-silica capillary column at 15 kV. Indirect detection at 204 nm was carried out using a pH 2.8 background electrolyte containing 5.2 mM ephedrine as a UV-absorbing co-ion and 4.7 mM -hydroxyisobutyric acid as a completing counter ion. Mobilities for Al3+ and 14 other complexed cations were determined for this electrolyte.  相似文献

采用基于密度泛函理论(DFT)的第一性原理赝势平面波方法, 计算了不同数量的Al 原子代位六方D88结构的Ti5Si3晶体中的Si 原子后的形成能(ΔHf)、结合能(ΔEcoh)、体模量(B)、剪切模量(G)、泊松比(ν)、Cauchy 压力参数(C12―C66,C13―C44)、金属性(fm)和派-纳力(τP-N)等参数, 表征了Al 合金化对D88-Ti5Si3的结构稳定性和力学性质的影响. 结合态密度、差分电荷密度图和Mulliken 布居等电子结构分析, 揭示了Al 原子的添加量对D88-Ti5Si3的韧/脆性变化的影响机制. 研究表明, D88-Ti5Si3晶体中强的Ti6g―Si6g方向共价键是导致其室温脆性的主要原因. 当1 个和2 个Al 原子占据D88-Ti5Si3晶体中Si6g位置时, 形成了键强较弱的Al6g―Si6g键、Ti6g―Al6g键和Ti4d―Al6g键, 同时降低了D88-Ti5Si3中Ti6g―Si6g键的强度和数量, 从而提高了D88-Ti5Si3的韧性. 当D88-Ti5Si3晶体中Si6g位置被3个Al 原子所占时, Al6g―Si6g键消失, 而Ti6g―Si6g键的强度增加, 导致Ti5(Si1-xAlx)3的脆性增加.  相似文献

γ-AlOOH作为液相法合成γ-Al2O3的前驱体,其形貌与最终产物的性能密切相关。 本文采用水热法合成γ-AlOOH纳米棒,通过改变Al3+浓度和沉淀剂的种类调控γ-AlOOH纳米棒的长径比,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)表征产物的晶体结构和形貌。 结果表明,随Al3+浓度增大可得到长径比在5.9~8.0的γ-AlOOH纳米棒,而改变沉淀剂的种类可进一步将长径比增大到8.0~10.0。 通过对产物结晶过程的分析,发现增大Al3+浓度和增强沉淀剂碱性均可以促进铝离子与羟基的配合。 提高反应体系中Al(OH)3浓度,有利于γ-AlOOH晶粒的成核,促进了晶核之间的定向接触,从而提高了纳米棒的长径比。 长径比为10.0的γ-AlOOH纳米棒烧结所得纳米γ-Al2O3改性变压器油(体积分数为0.1%)的正冲击击穿强度较纯油提高9.9%.  相似文献

Two novel (thia)calixarene-based exTTF derivatives(3a and 3b) were prepared by Mitsunobu reactions in toluene using diethyl azodicarboxylate(DEAD) and triphenylphosphine(PPh3) system. The cyclic voltammograms of compounds 3a and 3b were provided, and two electron-irreversible waves with redox potentials were observed. Meanwhile, the intermolecular electron transfer(ET) properties of both compounds 3a and 3b towards p-chloranil(Q) and C60 were investigated via UV-Vis and fluorescent spectroscopies, respectively. The results indicated that the introduced nonoxidable metal ions(Al3+, Pb2+, Sc3+) might promote the intermolecular ET from compounds 3a and 3b towards Q ensembles, whereas the effects of Sc3+ were the most impressive. Furthermore, the effects of the same metal ions(Al3+, Pb2+, Sc3+) added for compound 3b were greater than those for compound 3a. Additionally, the photoinduced intermolecular ET from compounds 3a and 3b towards C60 was observed.  相似文献

Corrosion of aluminum alloy structures costs the US Air Force in the order of US$1×109 annually. Corrosion develops in areas of overlap such as aircraft lap-splice joints and under protective organic coatings. Capillary electrophoresis (CE) has been used to determine the local chemistries at these corrosion sites of solutions that were extracted using a microsampling system. Analysis of the local solution within lap-splice joints from aircraft has been performed in two ways: rehydration of corrosion products and direct microsampling. The solutions collected were analyzed with CE to quantitatively determine the species present during corrosion. The most common ions detected were Cl, NO2, NO3, HCO3, K+, Al3+, Ca2+, Na+ and Mg2+. Studies of the solution chemistry under local coating defects are required to understand coating failure and develop more durable coatings. A microsampling system and micro pH sensor were developed to extract solution from and measure pH in defects with diameters as small as 170 μm. Actively corroding defects contained high concentrations of Cl, Al3+, Mg2+, Mn2+ and Cu2+ whereas only trace levels of Mg2+ were found in repassivated defects. The effects of these species on initiation and propagation of corrosion are discussed.  相似文献

The ion-interaction chromatographic behaviour of Plasmocorinth B (a disulphonated azo dye) and of its complexes formed with metal ions in oxidation states + 2 and + 3 (Cu2+ Ni2+, Al3+, CO3+, Fe3+, Ga3+) was investigated. The effect of cationic ion-pairing agents (tetramethyl-, benzyltrimethyl- and tetrabutylammonium) was also evaluated in the presence of alkali metal ions competitors (Li+ and Na+). The effects of organic modifier and of pH were also considered. The remarkably different behaviour of the ligand and the complexes suggests the formation of M(II)L and M(III)L22−. The stoichiometry of complexes was confirmed by applying the electrostatic theory derived from Gouy-Chapman and a modified Langmuir adsorption isotherm to the experimental data.  相似文献
