A series of 22 mixed-ligand complexes of the general formula TcOL(1)L(2), where L(1)H(2) are N-substituted bis(2-mercaptoethyl)amine ligands, [SN(R)S], and L(2)H are monodentate thiols as coligand, is reported. The complexes were prepared by the ligand exchange method using Tc-gluconate as precursor and equimolar quantities of the two ligands. In all cases the syn stereoisomer was formed in high yield and isolated as a crystalline product. In four cases HPLC analysis demonstrated the presence of the anti stereoisomer in the reaction mixture. Although the yield was less than 1%, one anti isomer, 4a, was successfully isolated as brown crystals. The isolated complexes were characterized by spectroscopic methods and elemental analysis. The formation of the two diastereomers, syn and anti, was expected due to the configuration of the nitrogen substituent (R) with respect to the central TcO core. The X-ray crystallography showed that the coordination geometry of the syn isomers 9, 11, and 18 is trigonal bipyramidal while for the anti isomer 4a it is distorted square pyramidal. This is the first documentation of syn/anti isomerism in N-substituted TcO[SN(R)S][S] mixed-ligand complexes.  相似文献

The zinc complexes [(L1)(2)Zn(MeOH)(2)](OTf)(2), [(L1)ZnCl(2)], [(L2)ZnCl(2)], [(L2)Zn(OTf)(H(2)O)]OTf and [(Me-bispic)ZnCl(2)] of the ligands N-[(2-pyridyl)methyl]-2,2'-dipyridylamine (L1), N-[bis(2-pyridyl)methyl]-2-pyridylamine (L2) and N-methyl-[bis(2-pyridyl)methyl]amine (Me-bispic) were synthesised and characterised. The first copper(I) complexes of the ligands L1 and L2 were also synthesised and structurally characterised. [(L1)ZnCl(2)] showed unexpected fluxional behaviour in solution and revealed an interesting intramolecular ligand exchange mechanism in the coordination sphere of the zinc ion. Furthermore, strong blue emission was observed under UV-light excitation.  相似文献

A series of Zn (II), Pd (II) and Cd (II) complexes, [(L) n MX 2 ] m (L = L‐a–L‐c; M = Zn, Pd; X = Cl; M = Cd; X = Br; n, m = 1 or 2), containing 4‐methoxy‐N‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethylene) aniline ( L‐a ), 4‐methoxy‐N‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethyl) aniline ( L‐b ) and 4‐methoxy‐N‐methyl‐N‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethyl) aniline ( L‐c ) have been synthesized and characterized. The X‐ray crystal structures of Pd (II) complexes [L 1 PdCl 2 ] (L = L‐b and L‐c) revealed distorted square planar geometries obtained via coordinative interaction of the nitrogen atoms of pyridine and amine moieties and two chloro ligands. The geometry around Zn (II) center in [(L‐a)ZnCl 2 ] and [(L‐c)ZnCl 2 ] can be best described as distorted tetrahedral, whereas [(L‐b) 2 ZnCl 2 ] and [(L‐b) 2 CdBr 2 ] achieved 6‐coordinated octahedral geometries around Zn and Cd centers through 2‐equivalent ligands, respectively. In addition, a dimeric [(L‐c)Cd(μ ‐ Br)Br] 2 complex exhibited typical 5‐coordinated trigonal bipyramidal geometry around Cd center. The polymerization of methyl methacrylate in the presence of modified methylaluminoxane was evaluated by all the synthesized complexes at 60°C. Among these complexes, [(L‐b)PdCl 2 ] showed the highest catalytic activity [3.80 × 104 g poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)/mol Pd hr?1], yielding high molecular weight (9.12 × 105 g mol?1) PMMA. Syndio‐enriched PMMA (characterized using 1H‐NMR spectroscopy) of about 0.68 was obtained with Tg in the range 120–128°C. Unlike imine and amine moieties, the introduction of N‐methyl moiety has an adverse effect on the catalytic activity, but the syndiotacticity remained unaffected.  相似文献

A series of complexes trans-[PdCl(2)L(2)] has been prepared by the reaction of [PdCl(2)(PhCN)(2)] and/or Na(2)[PdCl(4)] with L = pyridine or quinoline ligands having one or two carboxylic acid groups. These complexes can form 1-D polymers through O-H.O hydrogen bonding between the carboxylic acid groups, as demonstrated by structure determinations of [PdCl(2)(NC(5)H(4)-4-COOH)(2)], [PdCl(2)(NC(5)H(4)-3-COOH)(2)], and [PdCl(2)(2-Ph-NC(9)H(5)-4-COOH)(2)]. In some cases, solvation breaks down the O-H.O hydrogen-bonded structures, as in the structures of [PdCl(2)(NC(5)H(4)-3-COOH)(2)].2DMSO and [PdCl(2)(2-Ph-NC(9)H(5)-4-COOH)(2)].4DMF, while pyridine-2-carboxylic acid underwent deprotonation to give the chelate complex [Pd(NC(5)H(4)-2-C(O)O)(2)]. The complexes trans-[PdCl(2)L(2)], L = pyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid or 2,6-dimethyl pyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid, self-assembled to give 2-D sheet structures, with hydrogen bonding between the carboxylic acid groups mediated by solvate methanol or water molecules. In the cationic complexes [PdL'(2)L(2)](2+) (L'(2) = Ph(2)PCH(2)PPh(2), Ph(2)P(CH(2))(3)PPh(2); L = pyridine carboxylic acid; anions X(-) = CF(3)SO(3)(-)), hydrogen bonding between the carboxylic acid groups and anions or solvate acetone molecules occurred, and only in one case was a polymeric complex formed by self-assembly.  相似文献

Fluorocarbonyl thio- and isothiocyanate, FC(O)SCN and FC(O)NCS, were fully characterized by IR (gas, Ar and N(2) matrixes), Raman (liquid and solid), UV (gas), and (13)C NMR (liquid) spectroscopy, as well as single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Their vibrational and conformational properties were analyzed using matrix isolation techniques guided by quantum chemical calculation at the ab initio [MP2 and CCSD(T)], density functional theory B3LYP, and CBS-QB3 levels of theory. A complete assignment of the fundamental modes of FC(O)SCN was performed. In both the gas and liquid states, FC(O)SCN and FC(O)NCS were found to exist as two conformers (C(s) symmetry), in which the carbonyl double bond (C═O) adopts a synperiplanar (syn) and an antiperiplanar (anti) orientation with respect to either the SCN or NCS group. For FC(O)SCN, the conformational enthalpy difference, ΔH° = H°(anti) - H°(syn), was determined by matrix IR experiments to be 0.9 ± 0.2 kcal mol(-1). The conformational equilibria were evaluated by fast-cooling gaseous samples highly diluted in argon at different temperatures as cryogenic matrixes. The conformational properties of both molecules were analyzed in terms of the hyperconjugative electronic effect applying the natural bond orbital method. The kinetics of the thermal conversion of the high-energy anti into the syn FC(O)NCS conformer was studied in Ar and N(2) matrixes at cryogenic temperatures. The reversed syn → anti photoisomerization was observed using UV-vis light. Rearrangement of FC(O)SCN into FC(O)NCS was observed in the neat liquid and in solution. Under 193 nm (ArF excimer laser) irradiation, FC(O)NCS isolated in cryogenic Ar matrixes forms FC(O)SCN. At low temperature, single crystals of the two constitutional isomers were obtained using a miniature zone melting procedure. According to X-ray diffraction, they exclusively crystallize in their syn forms (C(s) symmetry) in the orthorhombic crystal system.  相似文献

The syn and anti isomers of axially chiral 1,8-diquinolylnaphthalenes have been synthesized via Pd-catalyzed Stille coupling of 1,8-dibromonaphthalene and 2-alkyl-4-trimethylstannylquinolines. Optimization of the cross-coupling reaction allowed the preparation of highly constrained 1,8-bis(2,2'-dimethyl-4,4'-diquinolyl)naphthalene, 2, and 1,8-bis(2,2'-diisopropyl-4,4'-diquinolyl)naphthalene, 3, in 42% and 41% yield, respectively. Employing Pd(PPh(3))(4) and CuO as the cocatalysts in the coupling reaction of 1,8-dibromonaphthalene and 2-alkyl-4-trimethylstannylquinolines proved to be superior over other catalysts such as PdCl(2)(dppf), Pd(2)(dba)(3)/P(t-Bu)(3), and POPd. The C(2)-symmetric anti isomers of 2 and 3 were found to be more stable than the corresponding meso syn isomer. The ratio of the two enantiomeric anti conformers to the syn conformer was determined as 7.9:1 for 2 and 8.6:1 for 3 by NMR and HPLC analysis. The atropisomers of 2 and 3 were found to be stable to rotation about the chiral axis at room temperature and all three stereoisomers of 2 were isolated by semipreparative HPLC on a Chiralpak AD column. The diastereoisomers of 3 were separated via preferential crystallization of the anti isomers from diethyl ether. Slow syn/anti interconversion was observed for both atropisomers at enhanced temperature, and the diastereomerization and enantiomerization processes were monitored by NMR and HPLC. The Gibbs activation energy, DeltaG++, for the isomerization of 2 was determined as 116.0 (112.1) kJ/mol for the conversion of the anti (syn) to the syn (anti) isomer at 71.0 degrees C. The rotational energy barrier of 3 was determined as 115.2 (111.1) kJ/mol for the conversion of the anti (syn) to the syn (anti) isomer at 66.2 degrees C.  相似文献

The coordination chemistry of the bidentate P,N hybrid ligand 2-(2'-pyridyl)-4,6-diphenylphosphinine (1) towards Pd(II) and Pt(II) has been investigated. The molecular structures of the complexes [PdCl(2)(1)] and [PtCl(2)(1)] were determined by X-ray diffraction, representing the first crystallographically characterized λ(3)-phosphinine-Pd(II) and -Pt(II) complexes. Both complexes reacted with methanol at the P=C double bond at an elevated temperature, leading to the corresponding products [MCl(2)(1H·OCH(3))]. The molecular structure of [PdCl(2)(1H·OCH(3))] was determined crystallographically and revealed that the reaction with methanol proceeds selectively by syn addition and exclusively to one of the P=C double bonds. Strikingly, the reaction of [PdCl(2)(1H·OCH(3))] with the chelating diphosphine DPEphos at room temperature in CH(2)Cl(2) led quantitatively to [PdCl(2)(DPEphos)] and phosphinine 1 by elimination of CH(3)OH and rearomatization of the phosphorus heterocycle.  相似文献

New thioether-phosphanes 2-RSC6H4CH2PPh2(RS-PPh2: R = Me, tBu, Ph) and the corresponding complexes [PdCl2(MeS-PPh2)], [PdCl2(tBuS-PPh2)], [PdCl2(PhS-PPh2)], [PdClMe(MeS-PPh2)] and [PtMe2(MeS-PPh2)] have been prepared, characterized and the X-ray crystal structures of all complexes determined. Whilst Pd(II) complexes of RS-PPh2 show low activity for CO/ethene copolymerisation, the complexes [PdCl2(RS-PPh2)] have been found to be very efficient for the Heck arylation of n-butylacrylate with bromobenzene under aerobic conditions.  相似文献

Chiral aminophosphines Ph2PN(R)(CH2)nN(R)PPh2 1-4 [n= 2, R = CH(CH3)(Ph) 1; n= 3, R = CH(CH2CH3)(Ph) 2, n= 2, R = CH(CH3)(1-naphthyl) 3; n= 2, R = CH(CH3)(C6H11) 4] were synthesized by the reaction of ClPPh2 with the appropriate easily accessible enantiopure amine building blocks. For compounds 1 and 2, the corresponding selenides 5 and 6 were prepared to determine the electronic character of the phosphine moieties. By reaction of 1 with either PdCl2(cod) or PdCl(CH3)(cod) the cis-complexes 7 and 8 were obtained. The molecular structure for complex 7, cis-[PdCl2(1)], was determined by X-ray crystallography. Reaction of PtCl2(cod) with 1 or 2 yielded the corresponding monomeric cis-isomers 9 and 10. The rhodium derivative [RhCl(CO)(1)] (11) was obtained as a mixture of cis and trans-isomers. Preliminary results in the rhodium catalyzed hydroformylation of styrene and vinyl acetate, with ee's up to 51% and high regioselectivities, showed the potential of these chiral aminophosphines for homogeneous catalysis.  相似文献

A series of zinc complexes of the general formula {[ZnCl(ArN=C(An)-C(An)=NAr)](+)}(2)[Zn(2)Cl(6)](2-) (where Ar = 2-(1-benzyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)phenyl 2a, 2-(1-(1-phenylethyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)phenyl 2b, 2-(1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)phenyl 2c; An = acenaphthene backbone) were prepared by the condensation of acenaphthenequinone with the corresponding o-triazolyl-substituted anilines (2-(1-benzyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)aniline 1a, 2-(1-(1-phenylethyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)aniline 1b, 2-(1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)aniline 1c) which were formed by the copper(I)-catalyzed Huisgen[3+2] dipolar cycloaddition between 2-ethynylaniline and the corresponding azides in high yields, using anhydrous ZnCl(2) as the metal template, in boiling glacial acetic acid. Zinc complexes of the type [ZnCl(ArN=C(An)-C(An)=NAr)](+)[ZnCl(3)(NCCH(3))](-) (4a-c) were synthesized by crystallisation of the corresponding complexes 2a-c in acetonitrile, at -20 °C. After removal of zinc dichloride from complexes 2a-c by the addition of potassium oxalate, in dichloromethane, the tetradentate N,N,N,N-chelating α-diimine ligands of the type ArN=C(An)-C(An)=NAr (5a-c) were obtained. The new ligand precursors and zinc complexes were characterised by elemental analysis, (1)H and (13)C{(1)H} NMR spectroscopy, two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction. Reaction of the ligand precursors 5a-c with [NiBr(2)(DME)], in dichloromethane, gave nickel complexes of the type [NiBr(2)(ArN=C(An)-C(An)=NAr)] (6a-c). The results of single crystal X-ray diffraction characterisation and magnetic susceptibility measurements demonstrated that nickel complexes 6a-c possess octahedral geometries around the nickel atoms with variable configurations, the Br atoms of which can be ionized when dissolved in methanol. In preliminary catalytic tests, complexes 6a-c revealed to be active as catalysts for the polymerisation of norbornene and styrene, when activated by cocatalyst MAO. The characterisation of the polymers by (1)H and (13)C{(1)H} NMR spectroscopy, gel permeation chromatography/size-exclusion chromatography (GPC/SEC) revealed that these polymers were formed by a coordination addition mechanism.  相似文献

The syntheses of platinum(II) complexes of bis(dimethylphosphinylmethylene)amine and bis(aminomethyl)phosphinic acid were investigated. In the case of bis(dimethyl-phosphinylmethylene)amine the reaction with K2[PtCl4] yields the potassium amino-trichloroplatinate K[PtCl3L] (L?=?bis(dimethylphosphinylmethylene)amine), which was characterized by multinuclear (1H, 13C, 31P, and 195Pt) NMR spectroscopy in solution. Bis(aminomethyl)phosphinic acid reacts with K2[PtCl4] under strictly controlled pH conditions to give colorless crystals of the cisplatin analog K[PtCl2L′] (L′?=?bis(aminomethyl)phosphinate). This complex was characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy in solution as well as by single-crystal X-ray diffraction in the solid state. The bis(aminomethyl)phosphinate coordinates to platinum via both amino functions, thus acting as a chelating ligand.  相似文献

A series of palladium(II) complexes incorporating di-NHC-amine ligands has been prepared and their structural, dynamic and catalytic behaviour investigated. The complexes [trans-(kappa(2)-(tBu)CN(Bn)C(tBu))PdCl(2)] (12) and [trans-(kappa(2)-(Mes)CN(H)C(Mes))PdCl(2)] (13) do not exhibit interaction between the amine nitrogen and palladium atom respectively. NMR spectroscopy between -40 and 25 degrees C shows that the di-NHC-amine ligand is flexible expressing C(s) symmetry and for 13 rotation of the mesityl groups is prevented. In the related C(1) complex [(kappa(3)-(tBu)CN(H)C(tBu))PdCl][Cl] (14) coordination of NHC moieties and amine nitrogen atom is observed between -40 and 25 degrees C. Reaction between 12-14 and two equivalents of AgBF(4) in acetonitrile gives the analogous complexes [trans-(kappa(2)-(tBu)CN(Bn)C(tBu))Pd(MeCN)(2)][BF(4)](2) (15), [trans-(kappa(2)-(Mes)CN(H)C(Mes))Pd(MeCN)(2)][BF(4)](2) (16) and [(kappa(3)-(tBu)CN(H)C(tBu))Pd(MeCN)][BF(4)](2) (17) indicating that ligand structure determines amine coordination. The single crystal X-ray structures of 12, 17 and two ligand imidazolium salt precursors (tBu)C(H)N(Bn)C(H)(tBu)][Cl](2) (2) and [(tBu)C(H)N(H)C(H)(tBu)][BPh(4)](2) (4) have been determined. Complexes 12-14 and 15-17 have been shown to be active precatalysts for Heck and hydroamination reactions respectively.  相似文献

Reacting K2PtCl4 with the tridentate R-C(wedge)N(wedge)C-H2 ligands 2,6-di-(2'-naphthyl)-4-R-pyridine (R = H, 1a; Ph, 1b; 4-BrC6H4, 1c; 3,5-F2C6H3, 1d) in glacial acetic acid, followed by heating in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), gave complexes [(R-C(wedge)N(wedge)C)Pt(DMSO)] (2a-d). In the crystal structures of 2a-c, the molecules are paired in a head-to-tail orientation with Pt...Pt separations >6.3 A, and there are extensive close C-H...pi (d = 2.656-2.891 A), pi...pi (d = 3.322-3.399 A), and C-H...O=S (d = 2.265-2.643 A) contacts. [(Ph-C(wedge)N(wedge)C)Pt(PPh3)] (3) was prepared by reacting 2b with PPh3. Reactions of 2a-d with bis(diphenylphosphino)methane (dppm) gave [(R-C(wedge)N(wedge)C)2Pt2(mu-dppm)] (4a-d). Both head-to-head (syn) and head-to-tail (anti) conformations were found for 4a.6CHCl3.C5H12, whereas only one conformation was observed for 4b.2CHCl3 (syn), 4c.3CH2Cl2 (syn), and 4d.2CHCl3 (anti). In the crystal structures of 4a-d, there are close intramolecular Pt...Pt contacts of 3.272-3.441 A in the syn conformers, and long intramolecular Pt...Pt separations of 5.681-5.714 A in the anti conformers. There are weak C-H...X (d = 2.497-3.134 A) and X...X (X = Cl or Br; d = 2.973-3.655 A) interactions between molecules 4a-d and occluded CHCl3/CH2Cl2 molecules, and their solvent channels are of varying diameters (approximately 9-28 A). Complexes 2a-d, 3, and 4a-d are photoluminescent in the solid state, with emission maxima at 602-643 nm. Upon exposure to volatile organic compounds, 4a shows a fast and reversible vapoluminescent response, which is most intense with volatile halogenated solvents (except CCl4). Powder X-ray diffraction analysis of desolvated 4a revealed a more condensed molecular packing of syn and anti complexes than crystal 4a.6CHCl3.C5H12.  相似文献

The syntheses and X-ray structures of [Co(Me-tpa)O(2)COZnCl(3)], [Co(pmea)O(2)COZnCl(3)].H(2)O [Co(trpyn)O(2)COZn(OH(2))(4)OCO(2)Co(trpyn)](ZnCl(4))(2).H(2)O, [Co(trpyn)(O(2)COH)]ZnCl(4).3H(2)O and [Co(trpyn)(O(2)CO)]ClO(4) are reported (Me-tpa = [(6-methyl-2-pyridyl)methyl]bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amine, pmea = bis(2-pyridylmethyl)-2-(2-pyridylethyl)amine, trpyn = tris(2-(1-pyrazolyl)ethyl)amine). The chelated bicarbonate complex [Co(trpyn)(O(2)COH)]ZnCl(4).3H(2)O is isolated as a crystalline solid from an acidic solution of the parent carbonate [Co(trpyn)(O(2)CO)]ClO(4), and X-ray structural analysis shows that lengthening of the C[double bond, length as m-dash]O(exo) bond and shortening of the C-O(endo) bond accompanies protonation. The bimetallic complex [Co(Me-tpa)O(2)COZnCl(3)] results from the unexpected coordination of ZnCl(3)(-) to the exo O atom of a chelated carbonate ligand. This complex is obtained from both acidic and neutral solutions in which [Zn(2+)] = 1.0 M, while the structurally similar complex [Co(pmea)O(2)COZnCl(3)].H(2)O is isolated from an analogous neutral solution. The trimetallic complex [Co(trpyn)O(2)COZn(OH(2))(4)OCO(2)Co(trpyn)](ZnCl(4))(2).H(2)O crystallises on prolonged standing of [Co(trpyn)(O(2)CO)]ClO(4) in a neutral solution having [Zn(2+)] = 1.0 M. The Zn-O bond lengths in all three complexes are indicative of bonds of significant strength. DFT calculations show that the nature of the bonding interaction between the Co(iii) ion and the endo O atoms of the carbonate ligand remain essentially unaffected by coordination of Zn(2+) to the exo O atom. They also show that such coordination of Zn(2+) decreases the C-O(exo) bond order.  相似文献

The synthesis and structural properties of two novel compounds, 4-amino-5-(thien-2-yl ethyl)-2,4-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazol-3-one and 4-{[(2-hydroxy-1-naphthyl)methyl-ene]amino}-5-(thien-2-ylmethyl) − 2,4-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazol-3-one have been described. 4-Amino-5-(thien-2-ylmethyl)-2,4-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazol-3-one was synthesized by treating N-propionyl-2-thien-2-ylethane-hydrazonoate with hydrazine hydrate and the Schiff base was obtained from condensation of substituted amine with 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde. The Cu(II), Ni(II) and Fe(II) complexes were prepared and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, magnetic moment, UV–Vis, mass spectral data and 1H- and 13C-NMR IR spectra. The Schiff base is coordinated to the metal ions in a tridentate manner with OON donors of the phenolic O, carbonyl O and triazolic N. From the magnetic and UV spectral data, it was found the geometrical structure of Cu(II) and Fe(II) ions are octahedral while Ni(II) ion is square planar.Ab-inito 6-31 G* level calculations provided structural information and IR data that were in good agreement with experimental results.  相似文献

Some novel N-nitroso oxime derivatives were synthesized and characterized by (1)H, (13)C, (1)H-(1)H and (1)H-(13)C COSY NMR spectra. The spectra of all these N-nitroso oximes reveal the presence of two isomers labelled as E (-NOH group is anti to N-N=O moiety) and Z (-NOH group is syn to N-N=O moiety) in solution and the coupling constants ruled out the possibility of normal chair conformation. From the theoretical studies and coupling constant values it was found that both E (major) and Z (minor) isomers of N-nitroso oximes exist as an equilibrium mixture of CA and boat conformation (B(1)) and this was also supported by DFT calculation. The photophysical properties of these oxime derivatives were studied and the observed lower fluorescence quantum yield may be due to an increase in the non-radiative deactivation rate constant. This is attributed due to the presence of non-chair conformation of N-nitroso oxime derivatives.  相似文献

The reactions of trimethylplatinum(IV) compounds with a number of amines have been examined. With ammonia and methylamine, tris-and mono(amine)species have been obtained, but no bis(amine)species apart from [pt(CH3)3(NH3)2I]. With ethylamine the bis(amine)species is formed with excess ligand. The 1H NMR spectra of [Pt(CH3)3LI]2 (L=pyridine, 3,5-lutidine) exhibit evidence for two isomers in solution and an equilibrium of these compounds with [Pt(CH3)3L2I] and [Pt(CH3)3I]4.  相似文献

As part of our ongoing project involving the study of (1-C(n)H(2n+1)NH(3))(2)MCl(4)(s) (where M is a divalent metal ion and n = 8-18), we have synthesized the compounds (1-C(n)H(2n+1)NH(3))(2)ZnCl(4)(s) (n = 8, 10, 12, and 13), and the details of the structures are reported herein. All of the compounds were crystallized in the monoclinic form with the space group P2(1)/n for (1-C(8)H(17)NH(3))(2)ZnCl(4)(s), P21/c for (1-C(10)H(21)NH(3))(2)ZnCl(4)(s), P2(1)/c for (1-C(12)H(25)NH(3))(2)ZnCl(4)(s), and P2(1)/m for (1-C(13)H(27)NH(3))(2)ZnCl(4)(s). The lattice potential energies and ionic volumes of the cations and the common anion of the title compounds were obtained from crystallographic data. Molar enthalpies of dissolution of the four compounds at various molalities were measured at 298.15 K in the double-distilled water. According to Pitzer's theory, molar enthalpies of dissolution of the title compounds at infinite dilution were obtained. Finally, using the values of molar enthalpies of dissolution at infinite dilution (Δ(s)H(m)(∞)) and other auxiliary thermodynamic data, the enthalpy change of the dissociation of [ZnCl(4)](2-)(g) for the reaction [ZnCl(4)](2-)(g)→ Zn(2+)(g) + 4Cl(-)(g) was obtained, and then the hydration enthalpies of cations were calculated by designing a thermochemical cycle.  相似文献

The present paper includes synthesis and spectral characterization of the novel prepared palladium(II) and zinc(II) complexes with 2-formyl pyridine N(4)-1-(2-pyridyl)-piperazinyl thiosemicarbazone, HFo4Npypipe, 1 and the 2-acetyl pyridine N(4)-1-(2-pyridyl)-piperazinyl thiosemicarbazone, HAc4Npypipe, 2. The Pd(II) complexes [PdCl(Fo4Npypipe)], 3, [PdCl(Ac4Npypipe)], 4 and the Zn(II) complexes [ZnCl2(Fo4Npypipe)], 5 and [ZnCl2(Ac4Npypipe)], 6 have been characterized by elemental analyses and spectroscopic studies. The crystal structure of the complexes [PdCl(Fo4Npippy)], 3 and [PdCl(Ac4Npippy)], 4, have been solved by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The electronic, IR, UV/Vis, and NMR spectroscopic data of the complexes are reported. The results of the cytotoxic activity of 16 have been evaluated in vitro against the cells of three human cancer cell lines: MCF-7, T24, A-549 and a mouse L-929 (a fibroblast-like cell line cloned from strain L). For selected compounds 2 and 6 the acute toxicity and antitumor activity were evaluated on leukemia P388-bearing mice. The Zn(II) compounds 5 and 6 are considered as agents with potential antitumor activity, and can therefore be candidates for further stages of screening in vitro and/or in vivo.  相似文献
