简要介绍了兰州重离子加速器冷却储存环电源系统的概况 ,指出了电源系统建设中的主要难点和设计制作大功率可控硅脉冲电源样机的必要性.并且详细介绍了已经完成的可控硅脉冲电源样机的实施方案、电路原理、关键技术和测试结果等. The pulsed power supply is very important for HIRFL-CSR power supply system. CSR power supply system made a great progress in 2003. All power supplies for CSRm E-cooler have been accepted and put into operation since Feb. 2003. And we are preparing to test power supplies of CSRe cooler 31 sets pulsed convertor for CSRm quadruple magnet arrived in IMP. But their output current must be increased from 590 A to 700 A, because of higher beam energy. 12 of them can fit the new request, but the others have to be redesigned and reproduced. The dipole power supply was assembled in plant and by using the power supply was some experiment made. The first test results was excited. Now this device has been installed in IMP and connected with the dipole magnet. We invited a public bidding for RIBLL2 and CSRe power supplies last September. Two companies provided 128 power supplies, which will be delivered to IMP before June 2004.  相似文献

Since modern accelerators demand excellent stability to magnet power supply (PS), it is necessary to decrease harmonic currents passing magnets. Aiming at depressing the rappel current from the PS in the Beijing electron-positron collider Ⅱ, a wavelet-based active power filter (APF) is proposed in this paper. An APF is an effective device to improve the quality of currents. As a countermeasure to these harmonic currents, the APF circuit generates a harmonic current, countervailing harmonic current from PS. An active power filter based on wavelet transformation is proposed. Discrete wavelet transformation is used to analyze the harmonic components in the supply current, and an active power filter circuit works according to the analysis results. Our simulation and experiment results are given to prove the effect of the APF.  相似文献

This paper shows the R&D results of the power supply system in 2006, including the application of speed control assemblies of two 80 MVA MG sets, the modification of the exciting field system, the development of the new HV modulators in ECRH system, the update of several poloidal power supplies. We demonstrate the efficient generation of red light at 671nm and blue light at 447nm from a diode-pumped Q-switched 1342nm Nd: YVO4 laser together with a periodically poled LiTaO3 (PPLT) crystal. The sample used in this experiment is a dual-structure PPLT crystal with the period of 14.9μm for the second harmonic generation and that of 4.9μm for the third harmonic generation. The red and blue light, with the respective average power of 752 m W and 153 m W were obtained in a single path under an average fundamental power of 1.74 W, corresponding to the conversion efficiencies of 43.2% and 8.8%, respectively. These results indicate that the dual-structure PPLT can be used to construct a compact and efficient all-solid-state red-and-blue dual-wavelength laser.  相似文献

After examination of the designed high voltage power supply system of the BESⅢ drift chamber in the beam test of the full length prototype of drift chamber, a full system covering all the channels of high voltage was installed. The system's training and the high voltage value adjustment were carried out in the cosmic ray test of the BESⅢ drift chamber. The cosmic ray test for the full system and its final installation on the BESⅢ drift chamber were reported. The full system of high voltage power supply works stably and reliably.  相似文献

A C-band high efficiency and high gain two-stage power amplifier based on Al Ga N/Ga N high electron mobility transistor(HEMT) is designed and measured in this paper. The input and output impedances for the optimum power-added efficiency(PAE) are determined at the fundamental and 2nd harmonic frequency( f0 and 2 f0). The harmonic manipulation networks are designed both in the driver stage and the power stage which manipulate the second harmonic to a very low level within the operating frequency band. Then the inter-stage matching network and the output power combining network are calculated to achieve a low insertion loss. So the PAE and the power gain is greatly improved. In an operation frequency range of 5.4 GHz–5.8 GHz in CW mode, the amplifier delivers a maximum output power of 18.62 W, with a PAE of 55.15% and an associated power gain of 28.7 d B, which is an outstanding performance.  相似文献

The main magnetic field power supply is used for establishing main magnetic field of SFC, therefore excellent current stability and low ripple are required. Its DC output current range is 0~1300 A and max output voltage is 230 V. The power supply has been put into operation since Sep. in 2000, and was replaced in 033 room from 166 room of No.2 Building. After almost one year shutdown for upgrading the vacuum chamber of the iniector SFC,SFC has been in operation separately since May 2003. The SFC operation statistics and accelerated heams from May to December 2003 are shown in Table 1 and 2. The main cyclotron SSC has beenfor still shut down in 2003 for upgrading the SSC power supply system, control and diagnostic system, and themain experimental area, LECR3, an ECR ion source dedicated for atomic physics and surface physics research, has provided 2488 hours beams for experiments of atomic physics research.  相似文献

设计了一台用于兰州重离子加速器HIRFL-CSR的六极磁铁数字电源, 该电源以H桥变换器为主拓扑结构电路, 采用Cyclone II FPGA作为核心硬件, 以Verilog语言实现了全数字化的PI调节算法。 电源输出电流达到了340 A, 直流电流稳定度达到了3.14×10-5, 达到了1×10-4的设计指标。One digital power supply was designed for the sextupole magnets of Cooler Storage Ring of the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou (HIRFL CSR). It adopts H Bridge convertor as the main topology circuit and Cyclone II FPGA as the main hardware, and has realized fully digitized PI regulation arithmetic by Verilog language. The peak current of the power supply reaches 340 A and the stability approaches 3.14×10-5. Finally the power supply has achieved the designed specification of 1×10-4.  相似文献

在北京正负电子对撞机(BEPC)中用于同步辐射~X~光研究的插入件4W1磁铁由主线圈绕组和补偿线圈绕组组成,由两台高精度直流电源(主电源和辅助电源)供电. 2004~年11月, BEPC开机使用的两台主电源和辅助电源是重新设计制造的,采用新的控制接口PSI和控制器PSC进行控制. 这套系统是在~BEPCⅡ磁铁电源控制样机PSC/PSI完成的基础上仅用1个月的时间完成的. 在运行初期经过多次调试和修改后, 安全无故障运行历时4个月,为同步辐射提供两条X光束线,保证了用户顺利地进行实验. 它是第一个投入运行的BEPCⅡ储存环控制系统的一个新系统. 介绍了基于EPICS平台开发的4W1磁铁电源新的控制系统和4W1磁铁 升降流的特点以及控制升降流应用程序的研制.  相似文献

为提高NBI系统的稳定运行参数和可靠性,研制了一台基于高频开关电源技术的全固态调制输出负高压测试电源,并将HL-2A装置NBI系统原4套抑制极电源的电子管调制器改为基于IGBT串联技术的全固态调制器.对比原抑制极电源系统,给出了基于高频开关技术和IGBT串联技术的抑制极电源结构.结合NBI系统调试实验,通过调节抑制极电源电压,瞬态电流输出能力,分析了抑制极电源输出性能对离子源束流引出特性,离子源引出电极击穿特性的影响,获得了引出稳定离子束流的最低抑制电压.  相似文献

超导离子源(SECRAL)的超导磁铁电源的控制非常重要。为防止超导磁铁的失超,需要对超导磁铁电源采用恰当的策略进行控制。在SECRAL系统中,4台电源分别为4个超导线圈独立供电,供电的电流大小不同,电流上升和下降的速率也不同。4个线圈的电流不平衡,将导致整个超导磁铁失超,所以超导线圈的电流上升和下降过程必须协同完成。为了提升磁铁电源的安全性和稳定性,设计并实现了一个远程控制系统。在硬件方面使用串口通讯服务器实现TCP/IP网络通讯与RS232串行通讯间的协议转换。软件使用VC++直接对串口编程完成。该系统能够自动完成4台电源的同步操作,简化了超导离子源SECRAL的调试过程,提高了操作过程中的安全性。  相似文献

为满足 HL-2M 装置电子回旋共振加热、低杂波电流驱动、中性束注入等二级加热系统的需要,设 计了多套基于脉冲步进技术的大功率高压电源,为速调管、回旋管及中性束、离子源等提供高压。重点针对一套 用于电子回旋系统的高压电源进行了分析。该高压电源设计了多副边绕组的高压隔离变压器、全固态高压调制器 和电源控制系统,并得出了适合本电源控制的控制算法,易于调整高压的输出幅值以及高压的上升下降时间。最 后给出实验结果,以验证电源的保护能力、电源控制算法的可操作性及实用性。试验证明,此套电源不仅满足对 负载的快速保护的要求,其电源工作的稳定度等其它参数也满足设计要求。   相似文献

CFQS装置是中国西南交通大学(SWJTU)和日本国家核融合科学研究所(NIFS)联合设计制造的中国首台准环对称仿星器,为满足装置0.1 T稳态运行的实验要求,需要为其磁体线圈设计相应的电源系统。本设计方案考虑工程实际估算线路阻抗,考虑工程裕度、电源以负载参数的1.2倍进行计算,并建立电源系统的Simulink仿真模型,分析负载电流纹波大小及网侧谐波含量。根据仿真结果优化设计方案,通过在直流侧增加无源滤波器,减小输出电流纹波,分析直流侧电压代数形式,计算滤波器参数,并仿真调节得到更加符合实际需求的滤波器参数,满足装置准环对称位形的分布磁场精度对磁体线圈电流纹波的要求。  相似文献
