A modified mixed variational principle for piezoelectric materials is established and the state-vector equation of piezoelectric plates is deduced directly from the principle. Then the exact solution of the state-vector equation is simply given, and based on the semi-analytical solution of the state-vector equation, a realistic mathematical model is proposed for static analysis of a hybrid laminate and dynamic analysis of a clamped aluminum plate with piezoelectric patches. Both the plate and patches are considered as two three-dimensional piezoelectric bodies, but the same linear quadrilateral element is used to discretize the plate and patches. This method accounts for the compatibility of generalized displacements and generalized stresses on the interface between the plate and patches, and the transverse shear deformation and the rotary inertia of the plate and patches are also considered in the global algebraic equation system. Meanwhile, there is no restriction on the thickness of plate and patches. The model can be also modified to achieve a semi-analytical solution for the transient responses to dynamic loadings and the vibration control of laminated plate with piezoelectric patches or piezoelectric stiffeners.  相似文献

本文对周边为广义刚性滑动和广义简支两种边界条件下的功能梯度压电材料圆板自由振动问题进行分析。根据轴对称横观各向同性压电材料基本方程,并利用有限Hankel变换得到了功能梯度压电材料圆板的状态空间方程。假设材料的机械和电学性质均沿板厚方向按统一的指数函数形式梯度分布,从而获得了周边为广义刚性滑动和广义弹性简支两种边界条件下功能梯度压电圆板自由振动问题的三维精确频率方程,该方程是一个关于自由振动频率的超越方程,通过求解该超越方程可得到在不同板厚以及不同的材料性质梯度变化情况下的圆板自由振动频率值,结果表明在相同的材料性质梯度变化情况下频率均随着板厚增加而增大,而在相同的板厚情况下频率则随材料性质梯度变化指数的增大而减小的结论。  相似文献

A circular thin plate is proposed for vibration attenuation,which is attached alternately by annular piezoelectric unimorphs with resonant shunt circuits.Two kinds of equal frequency resonant shunt circuits are designed to achieve an integrated locally resonant(LR)band gap(BG) with a much smaller transmission factor:(1) the structure is arrayed periodically while the resonant shunt circuits are aperiodic;(2) the resonant shunt circuits are periodic while the structure is aperiodic.The transmission factor curve is calculated,which is validated by the finite element method.Dependences of the LR BG performance upon the geometric and electric parameters are also analyzed.  相似文献

为智能板结构振动特性的分析提出了一种半解析法.根据压电材料修正后的Hellinger-Reissner变分原理,推导了压电材料的Hamiltonian等参元.智能板结构的基体板和压电块(压电传感器或驱动器)被看作独立的三维体,并用Hamiltonian等参元分别离散板和压电块.考虑到板和压电块在连接界面上广义应力和广义位移的连续性,联立板和压电块的方程得到整个结构的方程组.数值实例的分析结果证明了方法的可靠性.  相似文献

压电振动能量采集将环境中普遍存在的机械能转换为电能,可以实现自供能传感、控制与驱动,具备灵活、节能环保、可持续的优势,具有广阔的应用前景.为了促进压电振动能量采集器件的集成与融合,提出面内压电振动能量采集,将压电振动能量采集器进行扁平化设计,使其在二维平面内采集振动能量,在保证较大功率输出下能够显著减小器件所需三维空间.为了提高输出功率与工作频宽,设计了具有双稳态与力放大机制的面内压电振动能量采集器.考虑弯张小变形,通过能量法建立了面内压电振动能量采集器的机电耦合动力学模型.分析了关键设计参数对面内压电振动能量采集器性能的影响.数值仿真了面内压电振动能量采集器在简谐激励下的俘能性能,结果表明,通过合理的设计,面内压电振动能量采集器可以低频、宽频弱激励下有效俘获能量.面内压电振动能量采集设计方法有利于推动便携式、可穿戴式自供能等方面的应用和产业化.  相似文献

Generating electric energy from mechanical vibration using a piezoelectric circular membrane array is presented in this paper.The electrical characteristics of the functional array consisted of three plates with varies tip masses are examined under dynamic conditions.With an optimal load resistor of 11 k,an output power of 21.4 m W was generated from the array in parallel connection at 150 Hz under a pre-stress of 0.8 N and a vibration acceleration of9.8 m/s2.Moreover,the broadband energy harvesting using this array still can be realized with different tip masses.Three obvious output power peaks can be obtained in a frequency spectra of 110 Hz to 260 Hz.The results show that using a piezoelectric circular diaphragm array can increase significantly the output of energy compared with the use of a single plate.And by optimizing combination of tip masses with piezoelectric elements in array,the frequency range can be tuned to meet the broadband vibration.This array may possibly be exploited to design the energy harvesting for practical applications such as future high speed rail.  相似文献

A practical closed loop control based damage detection scheme is presented aiming at detecting small damage in controlled structures. In this detection method, a deliberately designed sensitive control system is used to augment small frequency shifts caused by small structural damage. Since a small frequency change can destabilize such a sensitive control system, it can be easily observed and thus the small damage can be detected. To perform active control of structures, a modal velocity observer (MVO) is designed by combining two observers, which can be used for multi-mode control. By properly choosing the parameters in the MVO, it can be made very sensitive to the frequency shift suitable for small damage detection. To demonstrate this method in detecting small debonding of piezoelectric patches on a smart beam, a detailed model of beam with partly debonded piezoelectric patches is established based on the Timoshenko’s beam theory, in which both transverse and longitudinal vibrations are modeled, and a characteristic equation is also derived to examine the effect of the debonding on the control performance. Both the model and the control law are validated by an active vibration control experiment. Finally, an example is given to illustrate application of the method in piezoelectric actuator debonding detection. The results show that even a small edge debonding in a piezoelectric actuator patch can make the sensitive control system unstable, and therefore can be detected.  相似文献

对具有可控约束阻尼层的板进行了振动控制实验研究. 以压电片作为作动器,根据测量的结构振动信号,反馈控制约束层的变形,抑制板的振动. 对试验件进行了试验模态分析,讨论了压电片的附加位置;采用比例反馈对试验件进行了控制试验;试验给出了控制效果和压电片面积的关系. 研究结果证明,这种利用粘弹性阻尼抑制结构的高频振动,利用压电材料的逆压电效应控制结构的低频振动的主被动杂交控制方式对薄壁结构的振动抑制效果显著,控制频率范围宽,可靠性高.  相似文献

This paper presents a nonlinear thickness-shear vibration model for onedimensional infinite piezoelectric plate with flexoelectricity and geometric nonlinearity. The constitutive equations with flexoelectricity and governing equations are derived from the Gibbs energy density function and variational principle. The displacement adopted here is assumed to be antisymmetric through the thickness due to the thickness-shear vibration mode. Only the shear strain gradient through the thickness is considered in the present model. With geometric nonlinearity, the governing equations are converted into differential equations as the function of time by the Galerkin method. The method of multiple scales is employed to obtain the solution to the nonlinear governing equation with first order approximation. Numerical results show that the nonlinear thickness-shear vibration of piezoelectric plate is size dependent, and the flexoelectric effect has significant influence on the nonlinear thickness-shear vibration frequencies of micro-size thin plates. The geometric nonlinearity also affects the thickness-shear vibration frequencies greatly. The results show that flexoelectricity and geometric nonlinearity cannot be ignored in design of accurate high-frequency piezoelectric devices.  相似文献

基于经典薄板理论和极正交各向异性材料的本构理论,建立了加热压电纤维复合材料圆板的线性振动控制微分方程。采用打靶法分别获得了加热压电纤维复合材料圆板在周边固支和简支情况下,无量纲固有频率随温度和电场强度变化的关系曲线,并分析了压电纤维体积分数、刚度参数、电场强度和温度变化对压电纤维复合材料圆板无量纲固有频率的影响。结果表明,一定体积分数或者电场强度下,压电纤维复合材料圆板的无量纲固有频率都随温度的升高而单调下降;同一温度下,刚度参数越小,无量纲固有频率越低;电场强度越大,无量纲固有频率越高。  相似文献

Active vibration control for a kind of two-hinged plate is developed in this paper. A finite element model for the hinged plate integrated with distributed piezoelectric sensors and actuators is derived, including bending and torsional modes of vibration. In this model, the hinges are simplified as regular plate elements to facilitate operation. The state space representations for bending and torsional vibrations are obtained. Based on two low-order models of the bending and torsional motion, two H ∞ robust controllers are designed for suppressing the vibrations of the bending and torsional modes, respectively. The simulation results indicate the effectiveness and feasibility of the designed H ∞ controllers. The vibration magnitudes of the low-order modes can be reduced without affecting the high frequency modes.  相似文献

给出了一个对复合材料压电层合梁进行数值分析的高精度压电层合梁单元。基于Shi三阶剪切变形板理论的位移场和Layer-wise理论的电势场,用力-电耦合的变分原理及Hamilton原理推导了压电层合梁单元列式。采用拟协调元方法推导了一个可显式给出单元刚度矩阵的两节点压电层合梁单元,并应用于压电层合梁的力-电耦合弯曲和自由振动分析。计算结果表明,该梁单元给出的梁挠度和固有频率与解析解吻合良好,并优于其它梁单元的计算结果,说明了本文所给压电层合梁单元的可靠性和准确性。研究结果可为力-电耦合作用下压电层合梁的力学分析提供一个简单、精确且高效的压电层合梁单元。  相似文献

A finite element formulation of the piezoelectric vibrations of quartz resonators based on Mindlin plate theory is derived. The higher-order plate theory is employed for the development of a collection of successively higher-order plate elements which can be effective for a broad frequency range including the fundamental and overtone modes of thickness-shear vibrations. The presence of electrodes is also considered for their mechanical effects.The mechanical displacements and electric potential are combined into a generalized displacement field, and the subsequent derivations are carried out with all the generalized equations. Through the standard finite element procedure, the vibration frequency, the vibration mode shapes and the electric potential distribution are obtained. The frequency spectra are compared with some well-known experimental results with good agreement.Our previous experience with finite element analysis of high-frequency quartz plate vibrations leads us to believe that memory and computing time will always remain as key issues despite the advances in computers. Hence, the use of sparse matrix techniques, efficient eigenvalue solvers, and other reduction procedures are explored.  相似文献

通过对蜂窝芯的等效化处理,建立了ANSYS的壳单元模型,并作有限元模态分析,然后与其试验模态分析结果比较,有限元分析结果和试验结果基本一致。通过ANSYS的PSD随机功率谱分析和模态分析所得振型确定了贴片位置,对蜂窝板进行了压电智能结构振动主动控制试验研究,得到了较好的振动抑制效果。分析结果为仪器安装蜂窝板的设计和实现智能结构控制提供了重要参考依据。  相似文献

建立了含裂纹损伤的曲梁压电能量俘获系统在强迫振动下的动力学模型. 基于Prescott型压电曲梁力电耦合振动方程的解析解和裂纹截面处的连续性条件, 求解了含裂纹损伤的压电曲梁的格林函数. 根据线性叠加原理, 对含裂纹的力电耦合模型的系统方程解耦, 得到强迫振动下含裂纹损伤的曲梁压电俘能器的输出电压. 在得到模型的强迫振动解析解后, 提出逆方法检测结构中的裂纹损伤, 这一检测方法适用于处于振动状态下的结构. 在数值计算中, 令裂纹深度为零, 通过对比本文的解析解与现有文献中的解析解, 验证了本文解的有效性. 分别分析了含裂纹损伤的压电曲梁的电压响应与裂纹深度、裂纹位置、材料的几何参数以及阻尼之间的关系. 研究结果表明: 裂纹的存在对曲梁式压电俘能器的影响比直梁式更加复杂; 裂纹出现时, 损伤曲梁在健康曲梁的一阶频率值处一定会出现波动并被激励出二阶频率, 此时的二阶频率是开路中健康压电曲梁的一阶频率值; 通过对电压响应的检测可以确定的损伤裂纹的深度和在结构中出现的位置范围; 利用振动问题的解来检测压电曲梁的健康状况是可行且准确的.   相似文献
