Reaction of ene-bis(phosphinylallenes), derived from ene-bis(propargyl alcohols) and chlorodiphenylphosphine, was investigated. Benzene-bridged bis(phosphinylallenes) exclusively gave intramolecular [2+2] cycloadducts in the presence of dimethyl fumarate in sharp contrast to the reaction of benzene-bridged bis(sulfinylallenes), which gave the corresponding [4+2] cycloadducts. On the other hand, substituted ethylene- or five-membered heterocycle-bridged bis(phosphinylallenes) provided [4+2] cycloadducts. Reaction of benzene-bridged diallene bearing both a sulfinyl group and a phosphinyl group on the two allenyl groups was also described.  相似文献

The combination of cationic rhodium(I) complexes with N-phosphino tert-butylsulfinamides (PNSO) ligands is efficient for catalytic intra- and intermolecular [2+2+2] cycloaddition reactions. PNSO ligands are a new class of chiral bidentate ligands, which have the characteristic of combining the easily accessible sulfur chirality with the coordinating capacity of phosphorous. Cycloaddition of open-chained and macrocyclic E-enediynes with these chiral complexes have proved to be highly efficient in terms of yields, giving moderate enantiomeric excesses of the corresponding cyclohexadiene derivatives. In addition Rh(I)/PNSO complexes catalyzed the intermolecular cycloaddition of diynes with monoalkynes in mild reaction conditions and short reaction times.  相似文献

A chiral thiourea catalyst possessing an amine function catalyzes an asymmetric [3+2] cycloaddition of azomethine ylides to nitroolefins to provide highly functionalized pyrrolidines with high diastereo- and enantioselectivities (up to 98:1:1 dr, 92% ee). The reaction proceeds in a stepwise manner consisting of Michael addition and subsequent intramolecular aza-Henry reaction. Both reactions are promoted by the thiourea catalyst, and the reaction rate of the latter step is efficiently enhanced by the addition of 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol.  相似文献

In the presence of CoCl2·6H2O and dppm (bis(diphenylphosphino) methane), the reaction of TCNQ (7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane) molecules by [2+2] cycloaddition forms a p-tricyanovinylphenyldicyanomethide ion (PCQ), which has been obtained as one anion unit in one new compound [Co(dppmdo)3][PCQ]2·H2O 1 (dppmdo = bis(diphylphospine oxide) methane). Its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography: 1 crystallizes in with a = 14.174(3) Å, b = 19.553(4) Å, c = 19.776(4) Å, α = 112.72(3)°, β = 95.43(3)°, γ = 110.79(3)°, and Z = 2. It was characterized by IR spectra, UV–Vis spectra, and cyclic voltammogram. Magnetic properties indicate that no magnetic coupling between PCQ and [Co(dppmdo)3]2+ unit.  相似文献

Thermal and thionyl chloride induced cycloaromatizations of secondary and tertiary aryldiacetylene alcohols were studied. The secondary alcohol did not respond to thionyl chloride, but in all the other cases presumptive biradical intermediates evolved either by intramolecular radical coupling or, when derived from a xanthene scaffold, by intramolecular radical acylation to a diketone that finally afforded a p-methylene-quinone.  相似文献

An organocatalytic [2+2] cycloaddition reaction of norbornadienes (NBDs) using catalytic amount of TEMPO was reported. Single crystal X-ray diffraction of the product revealed its detailed multicyclic structure containing a 4-membered ring, formed in intermolecular reaction. Addition of AIBN to the current catalytic system improved the product yield. Quantitative reaction of the NBD and TEMPO gave a 2:2 adduct of NBD and TEMPO, which was confirmed by HR-MS. This catalytic [2+2] addition of NBDs has great advantage in selective intermolecular coupling in comparison with [2+2] photocycloaddition.  相似文献

Formal [4+4] reaction of the unsaturated benzyl- or allylimines, which is efficiently mediated by primary amine, provides the 2,6,9-triazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane derivatives. Variously substituted homo- and hetero-coupling products are obtained in good to excellent yields by quite a simple procedure under mild conditions: by mixing the unsaturated aldehydes with the amines at room temperature.  相似文献

[4+1] Cycloaddition reaction between isocyanides and N-acylimine derivatives generated from N-acyl N,O-acetals acting as isocyanophiles has been developed. These reactions proceeded smoothly and cleanly to afford the corresponding 5-aminooxazoles in high yields. This reaction was extended to the syntheses of 5-aminothiazoles by using N-thioacyl N,O-acetals. A wide range of N-acyl N,O-acetals, N-thioacyl N,O-acetals, and isocyanides were found to be applicable to this reaction.  相似文献

One-pot three-component coupling of o-alkynylheteroaryl carbonyl derivatives with α,β-unsaturated Fischer carbene complexes and dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate leading to the synthesis of heterocyclic analogues of furanophane derivatives has been explored. This involves the generation of conformationally flexible dienylazaisobenzofuran intermediate as transient intermediates, which undergo [8+2] cycloaddition reaction with dienophile. In some cases, this intermediate undergoes twofold Diels-Alder reaction to afford heterolignan derivatives in a single step.  相似文献

[4+2] Cycloaddition reactions of 4-(phenylthio)-1-tosyl-2-pyridone (6a) and 4-(phenylsulfonyl)-1-tosyl-2-pyridone (6b) with electron-deficient dienophiles 7 (N-methylmaleimide, N-phenylmaleimide, and methyl acrylate) gave new isoquinuclidine products 8-10. The N-tosyl group of 6a and 6b was also efficiently converted to N-alkyl derivatives 6c-f, which showed different stereoselectivity toward reactions with dienophiles 7. Several other dienophiles 15 (dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate, methyl vinyl ketone, ethyl vinyl ether, and methyl methacrylate) were found not to react with 6a or 6b, but led to the formation of tosyl migration products 4-(phenylthio)-O-tosyl-pyridinol (16a) and 4-(phenylsulfonyl)-O-tosyl-2-pyridinol (16b), respectively. The reactivity, regioselectivity, and stereoselectivity of the cycloaddition reactions were also compared with semi-empirical calculations.  相似文献

A novel SiO2-NHC-Cu(I) 3b was developed and used as a highly efficient catalyst for [3+2] cycloaddition of organic azides and terminal alkynes. In the presence of SiO2-NHC-Cu(I) 3b (1 mol %), the reactions of terminal alkynes with organic azides underwent smoothly to generate the corresponding regiospecific 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles in excellent yields under solvent-free reaction conditions at room temperature. Furthermore, catalyst 3b was quantitatively recovered from the reaction mixture by a simple filtration and reused for 10 cycles without loss of its activity.  相似文献

On simultaneous effect of iodine-catalysis and microwave irradiation Schiff bases deactivated by electron-donating C-phenothiazinyl- and ferrocenyl-substituents, respectively, underwent formal inverse electron demand aza-Diels-Alder (DA) cycloaddition with 3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrane (DHP) employed as donor component. Depending on the substitution pattern of the N-phenyl group the reactions of phenothiazine-containing imines afforded 2H-pyrano[3,2-c]quinolines or 3-(3-hydroxypropyl)quinolines. Irrespective of the electronic properties of the N-phenyl substituent the less reactive ferrocene-based imines were directly converted into quinoline products. The intermediate iodoiminium ions were analysed by B3LYP/DGZVP calculations suggesting stepwise mode for the cycloaddition process. In one case the regioselectivity of the second step of cycloaddition was also interpreted by DFT analysis of the alternative rotamers of the primarily formed DHP adduct.  相似文献

A concise [4+3] cycloaddition reaction of pyrroles with 2-(silyloxy)allyl cations has been developed. The oxyallyl cations stabilized with a methylthio group or geminal methyl groups were generated from the corresponding allylic alcohols under the influence of a Brönsted acid (Tf2NH), respectively. The use of N-nosyl-protected pyrroles as the four-carbon unit was found to give tropinone derivatives in high yield.  相似文献

The reactivity of buta-2,3-dienoates toward aziridines is reported. Allenoates react as 2π-component in the [3+2] cycloaddition with the azomethine ylide generated from cis-1-benzyl-2-benzoyl-3-phenylaziridine affording 4-methylenepyrrolidines in a site-, regio-, and stereoselective fashion. Under conventional thermolysis, cis- and trans-2-benzoyl-1-cyclohexyl-3-phenylaziridines showed a different reactivity. These aziridines participate in formal [3+2] cycloadditions with allenes via C-N bond cleavage of the three-membered ring leading to functionalized pyrroles.  相似文献

Treatment of osmacyclopentadiene derivatives 1 with phenyl or isopropyl isothiocyanate gave the fused five and six-membered osmacycles 2 – 5 by a formal [4+2] cyclization. The facile protonation of the newly generated exocyclic imine in complexes 2 – 5 afforded conjugation-extended osmacycle derivatives 6 – 9 . Compounds 2 – 9 each contain two main-group heteroatoms (N and S) in the fused six-membered ring located at the ortho (for S) and para (for N) positions relative to the osmium centre; these species can be regarded as rare osma-1,3-thiazine derivatives and represent the first fused metallathiazine derivatives. In contrast to the non-planar organic 6H-1,3-thiazine, nearly coplanar metallathiazines 8 and 9 can be achieved by tuning the groups on the two nitrogen atoms. These unique metal-bridged osma-1,3-thiazine derivatives exhibit remarkable stabilities, broad spectral absorptions spanning the visible spectra, and considerable photothermal properties, which suggests their potential applications in material science.  相似文献

Golden opportunity: [4+3] Cycloaddition reactions of arenynamides and epoxides are enabled under gold catalysis and have a broad substrate scope (see scheme; Ms=methanesulfonyl).
