A novel InCl3-mediated one-pot reaction leading to 1-aminocarbazoles is reported. Starting from easily available 2-acetyl-1H-indole, the reaction involves the alkylation of C-3 with a prop-2-yn-1-ol followed by a domino aminobenzannulation reaction in the presence of a secondary amine. The indium salt is most likely involved as catalyst in all three steps of the one-pot reaction. Starting from 2-acetyl-1H-indole and a series of prop-2-yn-1-ols and secondary amines a small library of products has been obtained.  相似文献

Iodine is found to be a highly efficient catalyst for the three-component coupling (3CC) of aldehydes, β-naphthol, and 1,3-dimethylbarbituric acid under solvent-free conditions to afford the corresponding 8,10-dimethyl-12-aryl-12H-naphtho[1′,2′5,6]pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidine-9,11-diones in good yields with high selectivity. The use of readily available iodine makes this method very simple, convenient, and cost-effective.  相似文献

The coordinates of ternary eutectics were determined to be E 1: 622°C, 8.5 mol % KBO2, 56.5 mol % KCl, and 35 mol % K2CO3; E 2: 710°C, 23 mol % KBO2, 43 mol % K2CO3, and 34 mol % K2MoO4; E 3: 710°C, 23 mol % KBO2, 43 mol % K2CO3, and 34 mol % K2WO4. Abstract

In this paper, we report zinc perchlorate hexahydrate [Zn(ClO4)2?6H2O] as a highly effective catalyst for the synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones under solvent-free conditions. These improved reaction conditions allow the preparation of a wide variety of substituted dihydropyrimidinones in high yields and purity under mild reaction conditions. Compared with the classical Biginelli reaction, this method has the advantage of excellent yields and short reaction time in solvent-free conditions.  相似文献

We have evaluated the potential of using tetramethylammonium chloride (Me4NCl) as an alternative methylating agent for phenols under microwave-assisted conditions. Its chemical behavior was tested in a reaction with 2-naphthol in the presence of various bases and solvents. The method was then applied in 1,2-dimethoxyethane or toluene under heterogeneous conditions for the O-methylation of a series of phenolic compounds. We found that many simple phenols can be methylated in the presence of K2CO3, whereas some other less-reactive phenols require the presence of the more reactive Cs2CO3.  相似文献

A facile and efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of 1-amidoalkyl-2-naphthols via the one-pot multi-component condensation of 2-naphthol with aromatic aldehydes and acetamide or thioacetamide in the presence of melamine-Br3 under solvent-free conditions. The interaction of the components in the potassium carbonate-potassium nitrate-tungsten(VI) oxide system was studied. The reaction of WO3 with a potassium carbonate-potassium nitrate mixture was found to occur at a higher rate than the reaction with pure potassium carbonate at the same temperature. [Structure: see text] A highly efficient and simple synthesis of dithiocarbamates is possible based on the one-pot reaction of amines, CS2, and alkyl halides without using a catalyst under solvent-free conditions. The mild reaction conditions, high yields, and broad scope of the reaction illustrate the good synthetic utility of this method. A highly efficient and simple protocol for the preparation of 2-arylbenzothiazoles through condensation of 2-aminothiophenol and different aldehydes in the presence of H3PO4/TiO2-ZrO2(1/1)-cetyl pyridinium bromide (CPB) is described. The reaction proceeded under mild and solvent-free conditions to afford 2-arylbenzothiazole derivatives. In this method, the title compounds were obtained in good to excellent yields and short reaction times. Specific features of phase formation in the K2CO3-Sb2O3-WO3 system were studied. It was found that roasting at 1123 K gives rise to phases of variable composition K x Sb x W2 − x O6 (1.0 ≤ x ≤ 1.375) having a pyrochlore-type structure. A model of ion population of a regular system of points of this structure was proposed: antimony and tungsten ions randomly occupy 16c- positions; oxygen anions, 48f- positions; and potassium ions, 8b positions or 8b and 16d positions.  相似文献
