New functionalized pyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimido[1,2‐b][1,2,4,5]tetrazine derivatives 6a‐q were synthesized via reaction of the hydrazonoyl halides 1a‐q with 5‐amino‐1‐phenyl‐6‐thioxo‐pyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimidin‐4‐one 2 and its 2‐methylthio derivative 3 . A simple synthetic strategy is described for the hitherto unreported 3-arylazo-8H-imidazo[1,2-b]pyrazolo[4,3-d]pyridazines 7 is described based on the reaction of 3-acetyl-4-cyano-1,5-diphenylpyrazole hydrazone 3 with the hydrazonoyl halides 1a-l. The structures of such dyes were confirmed by spectroscopic and X-ray crystallographic analyses. The mechanism of formation of such compounds was also discussed. 相似文献

A series of binuclear Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes were synthesized by the template condensation of glyoxal, biacetyl or benzil bis-hydrazide, 2,6-diformyl-4-methylphenol and Co(II), Ni(II) or Cu(II) chloride in a 2:2:2 M ratio in ethanol. These 22-membered macrocyclic complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, magnetic, molar conductance, spectral, thermal and fluorescence studies. Elemental analyses suggest the complexes have a 2:1 stoichiometry of the type [M2LX2]·nH2O and [Ni2LX22H2O]·nH2O (where M = Co(II) and Cu(II); L = H2L1, H2L2 and H2L3; X = Cl; n = 2). From the spectroscopic and magnetic studies, it has been concluded that the Co(II) and Cu(II) complexes display a five coordinated square pyramidal geometry and the Ni(II) complexes have a six coordinated octahedral geometry. The Schiff bases and their metal complexes have also been screened for their antibacterial and antifungal activities by the MIC method. 相似文献

1-(2-(4,5-Dihydro-3-(4-methyl-2-phenylthiazol-5-yl)-5-phenylpyrazol-1-yl)-4-substituted thiazol-5-yl)-2-phenyldiazene were synthesized from hydrazonoyl halides and 3-(4-methyl-2-phenyl-1,3-thiazol-5-yl)-5-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-1-carbothioamide in ethanolic triethylamine. Also, pyrazolo[5,1-a]pyrimidines, 2,3,6-trisubstituted pyridines, and pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyridazines were obtained from sodium salt of 3-hydroxy-1-(4-methyl-2-phenylthiazol-5-yl)prop-2-en-1-one and different heterocyclic amines. All structures of the newly synthesized compounds were elucidated by elemental analysis, spectral data, and alternative synthetic route whenever possible. Au(I)-catalyzed oxidative cyclizations that successfully convert 1,5-ene-ynes and a 1,6-ene-yne to the corresponding cycloalkanone-fused cyclopropanes are described. This Au(I)-catalyzed oxidative cyclization can be effectively applied to various substrates and is an alternative to the previously used intramolecular cyclopropanation that required potentially explosive diazo compound. 相似文献

New heterocyclic derivatives of cyclopropane dicarboxylic acid comprising thiadiazole and 1,2,4-triazole moieties are reported. Reaction of 1,1-cyclopropane dicarboxylic acid (1) with thiosemicarbazide and phosphorous oxychloride resulted in 1,1-bis (2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazol-5- yl)cyclopropane (2). Cyclopropane dicarboxylic acid thiosemicarbazide (6) was converted into 1,1-bis(3-thio-4H-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl) cyclo- propane (7) by ring closure in an alkaline medium. The thiadiazole 2 and the triazole 7 were converted into a variety of derivatives. 相似文献

An iodine‐mediated environmentally benign synthesis of multi‐substituted quinoline derivatives is developed using a solvent‐free mechanochemical process. Appropriately designed and easily accessible protecting group‐free aniline derivatives were used for the oxidative annulation reaction, and a series of quinoline derivatives with variable functionalities were synthesized up to 89 % isolated yield. Importantly, the activator iodine remains in the quinoline molecule and promotes further functionalizations. The present methodology is beneficial with regard to operational simplicity and mild reaction conditions. 相似文献

An efficient procedure for the synthesis of 2-aminothiazoles via DBH-mediated oxidative cyclization of styrenes and thioureas is reported. Various alkenes were successfully transformed to the corresponding 2-aminothiazoles in yields of 10–81% via a two-step one-pot manner using DBH as both the bromine source and oxidant. The method can be readily carried out in gram-scale and successfully applied to the synthesis of anti-inflammatory drug fanetizole using styrene as starting material. 相似文献

7‐Arylhydrazono[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazines 4 were synthesized from the reactions of 4‐amino‐5‐phenyl‐4H‐[1,2,4]triazole‐3‐thiol 2 and 2‐(2‐naphthyl)‐2‐oxoethanehydrazonoyl bromides 1 and their acid dissociation constants pK and pK*, in the ground and excited states, respectively, were determined. Both pK and pK* constants were correlated by Hammett equation. The pK and the spectral data presented indicate that the title compounds exist predominantly in the hydrazone tautomeric form. 相似文献
