Enantiomerically pure azetidinium trifluoromethanesulfonates were opened by various hydride reagents. LiAlH4 and NaBH3CN reacted with a complete regioselectivity and the latter reagent also reacted in a chemoselective way, leaving unaffected an ester or a cyano moiety present in the substrate. This reaction provides 1,2-diamines, 1,2- and 1,4-amino alcohols or α-amino esters by combining proper choice of substrate and hydride reagent.  相似文献

Cobalt(II) chloride hexahydrate (CoCl2·6H2O) has been found to catalyze the tosylation of both aliphatic and aromatic alcohols with p-toluenesulfonic acid (p-TsOH) in high yields in 1,2-dichloroethane under reflux (ca. 80 °C). In the case of aliphatic alcohols, secondary alcohols undergo tosylation chemoselectively in the presence of primary hydroxy groups.  相似文献

Novel chiral tetraaza ligands, N1,N2-bis(2-(piperidin-1-yl)benzylidene)cyclohexane-1,2-diamine 1 and N1,N2-bis(2-(piperidin-1-yl)benzyl)cyclohexane-1,2-diamine 2, have been synthesized and fully characterized by analytical and spectroscopic methods. The structure of (R,R)-1 has been established by X-ray crystallography. Asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of aromatic ketones with the catalysts prepared in situ from [IrHCl2(COD)]2 and the chiral tetraaza ligands in 2-propanol gave the corresponding optically active secondary alcohols in high conversions and good ees (up to 91%) under mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

1,2-Digermacyclobut-3-enes were prepared by the treatment of Z-α,β-bis(chlorodialkylgermyl)ethenes with Na metal in boiling toluene and their structures were fully established by spectroscopic methods coupled with X-ray crystallography. In the presence of an appropriate catalyst, 1,2-digermacyclobut-3-enes reacted smoothly with alkynes to give the corresponding insertion products, 1,4-digermacyclohexa-2,5-dienes in moderate to good yields. Conventional complexes, such as [Pd(PPh3)4] and [Pt(PPh3)4], serve as efficient catalysts. The mechanism of the insertion reaction of alkynes into the germanium-germanium bond of 1,2-digermacyclobut-3-enes is discussed in terms of a key intermediate, a 1,4-digerma-2-buten-1,4-diylpalladium.  相似文献

Air-stable monomeric rhodium(III) NCN pincer complexes were synthesized via direct C-H bond activation of 1,3-bis(2-pyridyloxy)benzene, 3,5-bis(2-pyridyloxy)toluene and 3,5-bis(2-pyridyloxy)anisole with RhCl3·3H2O in ethanol under reflux. The synthesized complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and 1H NMR. One of the complexes was structurally characterized by X-ray analysis. An investigation into the catalytic activity of the complex 1a as catalyst for transfer hydrogenation of ketones to alcohols at 82 °C in the presence of iPrOH/KOH was undertaken with the conversions up to 99%.  相似文献

A variety of 1,2-amino alcohol diesters 1 reacted smoothly with diethyl chlorophosphate under basic conditions to afford the corresponding 1,2-amino phosphate diesters 2 in excellent yields. These compounds served as useful precursors for subsequent nucleophilic attack by alcohols in an SN2 fashion to provide 1,2-amino ether diesters 3.  相似文献

In the presence of catalytic amounts of RhH(PPh3)4 and 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe), 1-nitroalkanes reacted with a diaryl disulfide giving 1-arylthio-1-nitroalkanes in air. The equilibrium to form thermodynamically disfavored products was shifted by the rhodium-catalyzed oxidation of thiols to disulfides and water. The thiolation reaction of cyclic nitroalkanes proceeded in high yields provided that suitable diaryl disulfides were employed depending on the substrate: di(p-chlorophenyl) disulfide was used for the thiolation reaction of 1-nitroalkanes, 1-nitrocyclopentane and 1-nitrocycloheptane with acidic α-protons (pKa 16 and 17); di(p-methoxyphenyl) disulfide for 1-nitrocyclobutane and 1-nitrocyclohexane with less acidic α-protons (pKa ca. 18). Related reactivities were observed in the thiolation reactions of malonate and 1,2-diphenylethanone.  相似文献

Poly(o-phenyleneditelluride) 6 has been prepared by the reduction of 1,2-bis(trichlorotelluro)benzene obtained by treatment of 1,2-bis(trimethylsilyl)benzene with TeCl2. The reduction of 6 with NaBH4 in ethanol solution affords sodium benzene-1,2-ditellurolate, which, upon treatment with methylene bromide, forms benzo-1,3-ditellurole in 40–47% yield. Benzo-1, 3-ditellurole has also been synthesized in 18–20% yeild by the reaction of 1,2-bis(trimethylslyl)benzene with bis(trichlorotelluro)methane, with subsequent reduction of the product, 1,1,3,3-tetrachlorobenzo-1,3-ditellurole.  相似文献

A highly efficient FeCl3-catalyzed alkylation of various active methylene compounds with various benzylic or allylic alcohols under mild conditions has been developed. The reaction was carried out in the presence of a catalytic amount of anhydrous FeCl3 (10 mol %) under reflux in methylene chloride. High to excellent yields were obtained.  相似文献

(2-Alkoxy-3-phenylpropyl)trichlorotellanes were synthesized by regioselective reaction of tellurium tetrachloride with allylbenzene in the system MeOH–CH2Cl2, as well as by nucleophilic substitution of chlorine in trichloro(2-chloro-3-phenylpropyl)tellane in MeOH–CH2Cl2 and EtOH–CHCl3. Allylbenzene reacted with tellurium tetrabromide on heating in methanol or ethanol. The reduction of (2-alkoxy-3-phenylpropyl) trihalotellanes with NaBH4 in H2O–THF gave 1,2-bis(2-alkoxy-3-phenylpropyl)ditellanes.  相似文献

Abstract

A method for the synthesis of esters of 2-(dimethylsulfonium)ethylphos-phonic acid and the results of some trials showing the plant growth regulating activity of these compounds are presented. For the synthesis of the mentioned compounds, dimethyl sulphide is reacted with 2-chloroethylphosphonic acid esters; these esters are obtained through the complex[1] of AlCl3, PCl3 and 1,2-dichloroethan (1). Using the optimum reaction conditions, very good yields were obtained (96–99%). This complex is reacted with different alcohols to give 2-chloroethylphosphonic acid esters (2) (R?Me, Et, Pr, i-Pr, Bu, i-Bu, Pe). Using the optimum reaction conditions, in the case of methanol the maximum obtained yield was 50%. In the case of the other alcohols, the obtained yields were between 76 and 83%. An exception is i-propanol. whose ester was obtained with low yields and the reaction parameters modification have little influence on the yield. The reaction of the esters with dimethyl sulphide gives, in good yields (between 69 and 79%). esters of 2-(dimethylsulfonium)ethylphosphonic acid (3). substances with plant growth regulating activity.  相似文献

Reactions of 2-hydroxyphenyl and 2-methoxyphenylbis(pyrazol-1-yl)methanes as well as 2-hydroxyphenyl and 2-methoxyphenylbis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)methanes with W(CO)5THF have been carried out. Heating 2-hydroxyphenylbis(pyrazol-1-yl)methane (L1) with W(CO)5THF in THF at reflux yielded complex (L1)W(CO)4.L1, while similar reaction of 2-hydroxyphenylbis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)methane (L2) with W(CO)5THF resulted in the cleavage of a Csp3-N bond to generate 1,2-bis(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1,2-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)ethane (L) and pyrazole derivative W(CO)5(3,5-Me2PzH) (Pz = pyrazol-1-yl). These two fragments were connected together through strong O…H-N and O-H…N hydrogen bonds to form complex L.[W(CO)5(3,5-Me2PzH)]2. The analogous results were observed in the treatment of 2-methoxyphenylbis(pyrazol-1-yl)methane (L3) with W(CO)5THF, which gave product L′.[W(CO)5(PzH)]2 (L′ = 1,2-bis(2-methoxyphenyl)-1,2-bis(pyrazol-1-yl)ethane) as well as certain amount of complex (L3)W(CO)4. In addition, during the reaction of 2-methoxyphenylbis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)methane (L4) with W(CO)5THF, partial decomposition reactions took place to yield complexes (L4)W(CO)4 and W(CO)5(3,5-Me2PzH), but no hydrogen bond was found between these two moieties.  相似文献

A wide variety of primary and secondary alcohols were efficiently converted to their corresponding methoxymethyl (MOM) and ethoxymethyl (EOM) ethers in the presence of catalytic amounts of supported H3PW12O40 on silica gel and zirconia at room temperature and under microwave irradiation at solvent-free conditions, whereas, phenols and tertiary alcohols remained intact under the same reaction conditions. Deprotection of these ethers to their parent alcohols was also achieved using these heterogeneous catalysts in ethanol, as a green solvent, under reflux conditions and microwave irradiation. Selective deprotection of primary and secondary MOM- and EOM-ethers in the presence of phenolic and tertiary ones, methyl and benzyl ethers, esters and trimethylsilyl ethers was achieved by these reagent systems. The present methodology offers several advantages such as short reaction times, high yields, simple procedure, heterogeneous reaction conditions, selectivity, non-toxicity and reusability of the catalysts.  相似文献

An enantiopure 1,2-diamine monomer possessing a p-vinylbenzyl group as a polymerizable group was synthesized from chiral 1,2-bis(p-hydroxyphenyl)-N,N′-bis(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-1,2-diaminoethane. The chiral monomer was copolymerized with styrene, and this was followed by the deprotection of the tert-butoxycarbonyl group, which yielded the polymer-supported chiral 1,2-diamine. The polymeric catalyst system was established with the polymeric chiral 1,2-diamine complexed with 2,2′-bis(diphenylphosphino)-1,1′-binaphthyl/RuCl2. In the presence of potassium tert-butoxide (t-BuOK), the polymeric catalyst system worked well in the asymmetric hydrogenation of aromatic ketones. The corresponding chiral secondary alcohols were obtained in quantitative yields with a high level of enantioselectivity. The insolubility of the catalyst, caused by the crosslinked structure of the polymer, made it recyclable. 研究了无配体、空气下Pd(OAc)2催化的Heck反应. 多种芳基碘化物、芳基溴化物可以与烯丙基醋酸酯、丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯等烯基化合物在Pd(OAc)2催化下发生Heck反应. 该反应不需要配体的加入, 在空气中就可以进行. 讨论了碱、添加剂、溶剂、催化剂等因素对反应产率的影响. 该反应的最优化条件是: Pd(OAc)2 (5 mol%)为催化剂, Ag2CO3 (0.6 equiv.)为添加剂, 以苯或甲苯为溶剂空气中回流12 h, 芳基碘化物、芳基溴化物可以顺利地与烯丙基醋酸酯、丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯等烯基化合物发生Heck反应, 以较高的产率得到目标产物.  相似文献

A reaction of acetylacetone with equimolar amount of concentrated aqueous H2O2 in both organic solvents (ButOH, AcOH) and water at various temperatures gave the corresponding 3,5-dihydroxy-1,2-dioxolanes with different configuration of stereogenic centers. In the presence of an excess of H2O2, 3,5-dihydroxy-1,2-dioxolanes were converted to a mixture of 5-hydroperoxy-3-hydroxy-1,2-dioxolanes and further to a mixture of dimeric 1,2-dioxolan-3-ylperoxides. All the peroxides formed exist in solutions as equilibrium mixtures with the starting reagents. A prolonged reflux of solutions of 3,5-dihydroxy-1,2-dioxolanes in ButOH in the presence of a large excess of H2O2 led to the skeletal rearrangements of the substrates to a mixture of propionic acid and hydroxyacetone, which underwent further oxidative transformations. Unlike acetylacetone, 2-acetylcyclopentanone reacted with H2O2 in aqueous phase or in solutions in ButOH under thermodynamic or kinetic control with the formation of the corresponding 5-hydroperoxy-3-hydroxy-1,2-dioxolanes, rather than 3,5-dihydroxy-1,2-dioxolanes. Thermodynamically controlled process in solution in AcOH gave a mixture of all four possible hydroperoxyhydroxy-1,2-dioxolanes. These cyclic peroxides in solutions in ButOH or AcOH readily converted to a mixture of AcOH, glutaric, α-methyladipic, and α-hydroxy-α-methyladipic acids. An active α-hydroxylation of the substrate was observed upon reflux of a solution of 2-acetylcyclopentanone and H2O2 in AcOH.  相似文献

Summary. Acetylation of various alcohols and benzyl amine was tested in the presence of H6[PMo9V3O40], a mixed addenda heteropolyacid, in ethyl acetate under reflux condition. Phenols and anilines are not affected under the reaction conditions. In the presence of catalytic amounts of RhH(PPh3)4, 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe), and dimethyl disulfide, ketones without α-activating groups were α-methylthiolated with 1,2-diphenyl-2-methylthio-1-ethanone giving α-methylthio ketones. The reaction of unsymmetrical ketones proceeded at the more substituted carbons. The initial formation of kinetic α-methylthiolated products followed by their rearrangement to thermodynamic products was observed in the reaction of α-phenyl ketones. Aldehydes, phenylacetate, and phenylacetonitrile were also α-methylthiolated under these conditions.  相似文献
