A lattice-framework silanone, a racemate of (4R,6R)- and (4S,6S)-2,3,4,6,7,8-hexa-tert-butyl-1,5-disilatricyclo[4.2.0.01,4]octa-2,7-dien-5-one (4), was generated by the photoreaction of the corresponding lattice-framework disilene, a racemate of (4R,6R,4′R,6′R)- and (4S,6S,4′S,6′S)-2,3,4,6,7,8,2′,3′,4′,6′,7′,8′-dodeca-tert-butyl-[5,5′]bi{1,5-disilatricyclo[4.2.0.01,4]octylidene}-2,7,2′,7′-tetraene (dl-1), with mesitonitrile oxide. The silanone 4 was dimerized to produce a mixture of the corresponding dl- and meso-1,3-dioxa-2,4-disiletane derivatives 2. DFT calculations suggested that the non-selective dimerization of 4 to 2 is attributed to the irreversibility of the reaction.  相似文献

[3+2] Cycloadditions of (1Z,4R,5R)-1-arylmethylidene-4-benzoylamino-3-oxo-5-phenylpyrazolidin-1-ium-2-ides 1a-e to methyl methacrylate gave the 1-CO2Me regioisomers 3/3′, exclusively, in 1-67% yields. Stereocontrol was dependent on the ortho-substituents at the 1′-aryl group in dipole 1: ortho-unsubstituted dipoles 1a-c gave the major (1R,3R,5R,6R)-isomers 3a-c, whilst ortho-disubstituted dipoles gave the major (1R,3S,5R,6R)-isomers 3′d,e. The structures of cycloadducts were determined by NMR and X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

(2S,3R,4E,6R)-N-(30-Hydroxytriacontanoyl)-6-hydroxy-4-sphingenine (1) and its (6S)-isomer (1′) were synthesized by starting from pentadecan-15-olide, the enantiomers of 1-pentadecyn-3-ol, and (S)-Garner's aldehyde. Comparison of the 1H NMR spectra of the tetraacetyl derivatives of 1 and 1′ with that of ceramide B, a new protein-bound ceramide in human stratum corneum, revealed it to be (2S,3R,4E,6R)-1.  相似文献

Terminal alkynes (HCCR) (R=COOMe, CH2OH) insert into the metal-carbyne bond of the diiron complexes [Fe2{μ-CN(Me)(R)}(μ-CO)(CO)(NCMe)(Cp)2][SO3CF3] (R=Xyl, 1a; CH2Ph, 1b; Me, 1c; Xyl=2,6-Me2C6H3), affording the corresponding μ-vinyliminium complexes [Fe2{μ-σ:η3-C(R)CHCN(Me)(R)}(μ-CO)(CO)(Cp)2][SO3CF3] (R=Xyl, R=COOMe, 2; R=CH2Ph, R=COOMe, 3; R=Me, R=COOMe, 4; R=Xyl, R=CH2OH, 5; R=Me, R=CH2OH, 6). The insertion is regiospecific and C-C bond formation selectively occurs between the carbyne carbon and the CH moiety of the alkyne. Disubstituted alkynes (RCCR) also insert into the metal-carbyne bond leading to the formation of [Fe2{μ-σ:η3-C(R)C(R)CN(Me)(R)}(μ-CO)(CO)(Cp)2][SO3CF3] (R=Me, R=Xyl, 8; R=Et, R=Xyl, 9; R=COOMe, R=Xyl, 10; R=COOMe, R=CH2Ph, 11; R=COOMe, R=Me, 12). Complexes 2, 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11, in which the iminium nitrogen is unsymmetrically substituted, give rise to E and/or Z isomers. When iminium substituents are Me and Xyl, the NMR and structural investigations (X-ray structure analysis of 2 and 8) indicate that complexes obtained from terminal alkynes preferentially adopt the E configuration, whereas those derived from internal alkynes are exclusively Z. In complexes 8 and 9, trans and cis isomers have been observed, by NMR spectroscopy, and the structures of trans-8 and cis-8 have been determined by X-ray diffraction studies. Trans to cis isomerization occurs upon heating in THF at reflux temperature. In contrast to the case of HCCR, the insertion of 2-hexyne is not regiospecific: both [Fe2{μ-σ:η3-C(CH2CH2CH3)C(Me)CN(Me)(R)}(μ-CO)(CO)(Cp)2][SO3CF3] (R=Xyl, 13; R=Me, 15) and [Fe2{μ-σ:η3-C(Me)C(CH2CH2CH3)CN(Me)(R)}(μ-CO)(CO)(Cp)2][SO3CF3] (R=Xyl, 14, R=Me, 16) are obtained and these compounds are present in solution as a mixture of cis and trans isomers, with predominance of the former.  相似文献

The resolution by Lipase PS of rac-5 (from reduction of ketone 6, obtained from dicyclopentadiene with a new environment-friendly synthesis) gives (2S)-5, which was further reduced to the endo(2R)-1a alcohol. The endo(2S)-1b alcohol was obtained from camphor with a multistep synthesis. Pinacol couplings of 3a,b, carried out with Mg/Hg or Corey's general procedure respectively, afforded with high diastereoselectivity the C2 symmetry diols (2R,2′R)-2a and (2S,2′S)-2b, with endo oriented OH functions. The enantiogenic power of the endo alcohol (2R)-1a and (2S)-1b and of the diols (2R,2′R)-2a and (2S,2′S)-2b was tested towards the LiAlH4 reduction of acetophenone. The C2 symmetry appears to play a fundamental role.  相似文献

The coupling reaction of 1-tributylstannylthianthrene (5) and 2-tributylstannylthianthrene (7) in the presence of copper catalysts at rt afforded the thianthrene dimer 1,1′-bithianthrene (3), 2,2′-bithianthrene (8), and 1,2′-dithianthrene (9) in high yields. Also we obtained thianthrene oxide dimer (R,R) (S,S)-1-(10-S-monoxythianthrene-1-yl)thianthrene-10-S-monoxide (12) and (R,S) (S,R)-1-(10-S-monoxythianthrene-1-yl)thianthrene-10-S-monoxide (13) from 1-tributylstannyl-10-S-monoxythianthrene (10) under the same reaction condition. The final structural conformation of 3, 8, 9, and 12 was performed by X-ray crystallographic analysis. Further, the solvent effects in the coupling reactions were also examined.  相似文献

Lipase-catalyzed asymmetric acetylation of a mixture of (6R,1′S,4′S,5′R)- and (6R,1′R,4′R,5′S)-7′-norsesquisabinen-4′-ol (3) afforded a separable mixture of the recovered former and the acetate of the latter. The recovered alcohol was oxidized to (6R,1′S,5′R)-sesquisabina ketone (2), whose absolute configuration could be assigned by its CD comparison with (1R,5S)-sabina ketone (4). Conversion of (6R,1′S,5′R)-sesquisabina ketone (2) to the bioactive pheromone revealed the stereostructure of the male aggregation pheromone of the stink bug Erysarcoris lewisi (Distant) to be (2Z,6R,1′S,5′S)-2-methyl-6-(4′-methylenebicyclo[3.1.0]hexyl)hept-2-en-1-ol (sesquisabinen-1-ol, 1).  相似文献

Cationic rearrangement of several α-hydroxysilanes is described. Treatment of both (1R,1′R,2′S)-α-hydroxycyclopropylsilane syn-9 and (1S,1′R,2′S)-anti-9 under aqueous H2SO4 underwent rearrangement via a common α-silyl cation intermediate A to give a mixture of the ring-opened (R)-vinylsilane 13, the tandem [1,2]-CC bond migration product (1R,2S,1′R)-14, and its 1′S isomer 15. On the other hand, the acidic treatment of (R,E)-α-hydroxyalkenylsilane 8 or (R,Z)-8 was each accompanied with partial racemization to give an enantiomeric isomer of allylic alcohol 23 via a preferential syn-facial SN2′ reaction, respectively. Both α-hydroxyalkynylsilane 6 and α-hydroxyalkylsilane 12 were inert to the acidic conditions; however, treatment of (R)-α-mesyloxyalkynylsilane 26 under aqueous H2SO4 gave a mixture of the optically active rearranged allene 27, α,β-unsaturated ketone 28, and (S)-α-hydroxyalkynylsilane 6 with partial racemization. Comparisons of the reactivities of these α-hydroxysilanes under acidic conditions are also disclosed.  相似文献

Two novel compounds, 3-(hydroxymethyl)-4-methylfuran-2(5H)-one (1) and (3R,4S,1′R)-3-(1′-hydroxyethyl)-4-methyldihydrofuran-2(3H)-one (2), were isolated along with two known ones (3 and 4) from an edible mushroom Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii. The structures of 1-4 were determined by the interpretation of spectroscopic data. Compounds 1-4 showed protective activity against endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress-dependent cell death.  相似文献

Molybdenum dithiopropiolato complexes, [(η5-C5R4R)Mo(CO)22-S2CCCPh)] (R=H, R=Me 1a, R=R=H 1b; R=R=Me 1c) react with trimethylamine-N-oxide (TMNO · 2H2O) under mild thermolysis to form 5-phenyl-1,2-dithiole-3-thione (2). The reaction proceeds through the formation of the oxo-complexes, [(η5-C5R4R)Mo(O)(η3-S2CCCPh)] (R=H, R=Me 3a, R=R=H 3b; R=R=Me 3c). Direct reaction of 3a-c with TMNO · 2H2O under thermolysis also results in formation of 2.  相似文献

Treatment of (1Z,4R,5R)-1-arylmethylidene-4-benzamido-5-phenylpyrazolidin-3-one 1-azomethine imines 4a-d with potassium cyanide in the presence of acetic acid resulted in addition of HCN to the exocyclic CN double bond followed by β-eliminative N-N single bond cleavage (ring opening) to give the N-[(1R,2R)-3-amino-2-benzamido-3-oxo-1-phenylpropyl]benzimidoyl cyanides 6a-d in 28-85% yields. Reaction of dipole 4e with HCN furnished stable intermediate, (1′S,4R,5R)-4-benzamido-1-[cyano(mesityl)methyl]-5-phenylpyrazolidin-3-one (5e), in 76% yield. The structure of compound 6c was determined by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The high-pressure asymmetric Diels-Alder reactions of d-galacto- (1a) and d-manno-3,4,5,6,7-penta-O-acetyl-1,2-dideoxy-1-nitrohept-1-enitol (1b) with 2,5-dimethylfuran (2) afforded mixtures of cycloadducts, from which the (2S,3R)-3-exo-nitro (3a and 3b), (2R,3S)-3-exo-nitro (4a and 4b), and (2R,3S)-1′,2′,3′,4′,5′-penta-O-acetyl-1′-C-(1,4-dimethyl-3-endo-nitro-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-exo-yl)-d-galacto-pentitol (5b) were isolated pure. Deacetylation of these compounds led to new chiral mono-, bi-, and tricyclic ethers, being their asymmetric centers arising from the chiral inductor used in the cycloaddition reaction. A ring opening mechanism through a 1-nitro-1,3-cyclohexadiene intermediate has been proposed.  相似文献

The hydrolysis of 2-phenylethyl β-d-glucopyranoside (3) was found to be partially inhibited by feeding with 2-phenyl-N-glucosyl-acetamidiumbromide (8), a β-glucosidase inhibitor, resulting in a decrease in the diurnal emission of 2-phenylethanol (2) from Rosa damascena Mill. flowers. Detection of [1,1,2,2′,3′,4′,5′,6′-2H8]-2 and [1,2,2′,3′,4′,5′,6′-2H7]-2 from R. ‘Hoh-Jun’ flowers fed with [1,1,2,2′,3′,4′,5′,6′-2H8]-3 suggested that β-glucosidase, alcohol dehydrogenase, and reductase might be involved in scent emission. Comprehensive GC-SIM analyses revealed that [1,2,2,2′,3′,4′,5′,6′-2H8]-2 and [1,2,2,2′,3′,4′,5′,6′-2H8]-3 must be biosynthesized from [1,2,2,2′,3′,4′,5′6′-2H8] l-phenylalanine ([2H8]-1) with a retention of the deuterium atom at α-position of [2H8]-1.  相似文献

To synthesize (3′R,5′S)-3′-hydroxycotinine [(+)-1], the main metabolite of nicotine (2), cycloaddition of C-(3-pyridyl)nitrones 3a, 3c, and 15 with (2R)- and (2S)-N-(acryloyl)bornane-10,2-sultam [(2R)- and (2S)-8] was examined. Among them, l-gulose-derived nitrone 15 underwent stereoselective cycloaddition with (2S)-8 to afford cycloadduct 16, which was elaborated to (+)-1.  相似文献

Racemic 1-(1′-isoquinolinyl)-2-naphthalenemethanol rac-12 was prepared through a ligand coupling reaction of racemic 1-(tert-butylsulfinyl)isoquinoline rac-7 with the 1-naphthyl Grignard reagent 10. Resolution of rac-12 was achieved through chromatographic separation of the Noe-lactol derivatives 14 and 15, providing (R)-(−)-12 of >99% ee and (S)-(+)-12 of 90% ee. The ligand coupling reaction of optically enriched sulfoxide (S)-(−)-7 (62% ee) with Grignard reagent 10 furnished rac-12, with the absence of stereoinduction resulting from competing rapid racemisation of the sulfoxide 7. Reaction of optically enriched (S)-(−)-7 with 2-methoxy-1-naphthylmagnesium bromide was also accompanied by racemisation of the sulfoxide 7, and furnished optically active (+)-1-(2′-methoxy-1′-naphthyl)isoquinoline (+)-3b in low enantiomeric purity (14% ee). The absolute configuration of (+)-3b was assigned as R using circular dichroism spectroscopy, correcting an earlier assignment based on the Bijvoet method, but in the absence of heavy atoms. Optically active 2-pyridyl sulfoxides were found not to undergo racemisation analogous to the 1-isoquinolinyl sulfoxide 7, with the ligand coupling reactions of (R)-(+)- and (S)-(−)-2-[(4′-methylphenyl)sulfinyl]-3-methylpyridines, (R)-(+)-17 and (S)-(−)-17, with 2-methoxy-1-naphthylmagnesium bromide providing (−)- and (+)-2-(2′-methoxy-1′-naphthyl)-3-methylpyridines, (−)-18 and (+)-18, in 53 and 60% ee, respectively. The free energy barriers to internal rotation in 3b and 18 have been determined, and the isoquinoline (R)-(−)-12 examined as a ligand in the enantioselectively catalysed addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde; (R)-(−)-12 was also converted to (R)-(−)-N,N-dimethyl-1-(1′-isoquinolinyl)-2-naphthalenemethanamine (R)-(−)-19, and this examined as a ligand in the enantioselective Pd-catalysed allylic substitution of 1,3-diphenylprop-2-enyl acetate with dimethyl malonate.  相似文献

Complexes of three related 1-azapentadienyl ligands [N(SiMe2R1)C(But)(CH)3SiMe2R], abbreviated as L (R = But, R= Me), L′ (R = Me = R1), and L″ (R = But = R1), are described. The crystalline compounds Sn(L)2 (1), Sn(L′)2 (2), [Sn(L′)(μ-Cl)]2 (3) and [Sn(L″)(μ-Cl)]2 (4) were prepared from SnCl2 and 2 K(L), 2 K(L′), K(L′) and K(L″), respectively, in thf. Treatment of the appropriate lithium 1-azapentadienyl with Si(Cl)Me3 yielded the yellow crystalline Me3Si(L) (5) and the volatile liquid Me3Si(L′) (6) and Me3Si(L″) (7), each being an N,N,C-trisilyldieneamine. The red, crystalline Fe(L)2 (8) and Co(L′)2 (9) were obtained from thf solutions of FeCl2 with 2 Li(L)(tmeda) and CoCl2 with 2 K(L′), respectively. Each of 1-9 gave satisfactory C, H, N analyses; 6 and 7 (GC-MS) and 1, 2, 8 and 9 (MS) showed molecular cations and appropriate fragments (also 3 and 4). The 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR (1-4) and IR spectra support the assignment of 1-4 as containing Sn-N(SiMe2R1)-C(But)(CH)3SiMe2R moieties and 5-7 as N(SiMe3)(SiMe2R1)C(But)(CH)3SiMe2R molecules; for 1-4 this is confirmed by their X-ray structures. The magnetic moments for 8 (5.56 μB) and 9 (2.75 μB) are remarkably close to the appropriate Fe and Co complex [M{η3-N(SiMe3)C(But)C(H)SiMe3}2]; hence it is proposed that 8 and 9 have similar metal-centred, centrosymmetric, distorted octahedral structures.  相似文献

The asymmetric Friedel-Crafts reaction between methyl (E)-2-oxo-4-aryl-3-butenoates (1a-c) and activated benzenes (2a-d) has been efficiently catalyzed by the ScIII triflate complex of (4′S,5′S)-2,6-bis[4′-(triisopropylsilyl) oxymethyl-5′-phenyl-1′,3′-oxazolin-2′-yl]pyridine (pybox 3). The 4,4-diaryl-2-oxo-butyric acid methyl esters (4) are usually formed in good yields and the enantioselectivity is up to 99% ee. The sense of the stereoinduction can be rationalized with the same octahedral complex (10) between 1, pybox 3 and Sc triflate already proposed for other reactions involving pyruvates, and catalyzed by the same complex.  相似文献

New enantiopure amines (R,R)-1 and (S,S)-1 were obtained from (R)- or (S)-2,2′-diamino-1,1′-binaphthyl and 2,6-diformylpyridine in a synthesis templated by lead(II) or lanthanide(III) ions, reduction with NaBH4 and subsequent demetallation. Similarly new amines (R,R,R,R)-2 and (S,S,S,S)-2 were obtained from (1R, 2R)- or (1S, 2S)-1,2-diphenylethylenediamine. The X-ray crystal structure of the Pb(II) complex with macrocyclic Schiff base precursor of (R,R)-1 indicates helical twisted conformation of this macrocycle, while the ROESY spectrum of R,R-1 suggests less twisted conformation. (R,R)-1 and (R,R,R,R)-2 were tested as chiral shift reagents (chiral solvating agents) for various α-substituted carboxylic acids, including non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Enantiodiscrimination of carboxylate 1H NMR signals was observed with ΔΔδ values up to 0.1 ppm.  相似文献

Three optically active binuclear diorganotin compounds (2-4) were prepared from an optically active oxalamide: (1S,2R)-(−)-[N-(2-hydroxy-1-methyl-2-phenyl-ethyl)-N′-(2-hydroxy-phenyl)-oxalamide (1). The new compounds [1-(2′,2′-diorganyl-1′-oxa-3′-aza-2′-stanna-indan-3′-yl)-2-(2″,2″-diorganyl-4″-methyl-5″-phenyl[1,3,2]-oxazastannolidin-3″-yl)-ethane-1,2-dione {organyl = methyl (2), n-butyl (3) or phenyl (4)} were characterized by IR, elemental analysis and mass spectrometry. Compounds 3 and 4 were submitted to a detailed NMR study in order to assign their resonances (1H and 13C) and specially the two different 119Sn signals for each compound. The X-ray diffraction analysis of compound 4 showed a planar pentacyclic framework with two penta-coordinated tin atoms with a distorted tbp geometry and 12 intramolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A new family of achiral 3,3′,5,5′-tetrasubstituted-2,2′,6,6′-tetrahydroxy biphenyl ligand 4 was developed. The axial chirality of the ligand could be induced by the chelation of 2,2′,6,6′-tetrahydroxy groups with (R)-BINOL-Ti(OiPr)2 to form an axially chiral bimetallic titanium catalyst 9. Compared with (R)-BINOL-Ti(OiPr)2 catalyst, this novel catalyst 9 exhibited excellent activity and enantioselectivity for the carbonyl-ene reaction of methylstyrene and ethyl glyoxylate. 3,3′,5,5′-Tetrasubstituted groups showed a remarkable effect on both enantioselectivity and yield. With 9d prepared from 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethyl-2,2′,6,6′-tetrahydroxy biphenyl 4d as the catalyst, the best result, up to 97.6% ee and 99% yield, was obtained. Additionally, the bimetallic catalyst 9 also showed better catalytic capability than the corresponding monometallic catalyst.  相似文献
