A one-pot three-component condensation reaction of 3-amino-5-methylisoxazole, aryl aldehyde and 2-naphthol to afford the corresponding 3-amino isoxazolmethylnaphthols in good to excellent yields. The remarkable features of this new procedure are high conversions, clean reaction condition, short reaction time, nonhazardous and environmentally friendly reaction condition, inexpensive and easily commercially availability of the catalyst and simple work-up procedures.  相似文献

Iodine is found to be a highly efficient catalyst for the three-component coupling (3CC) of aldehydes, β-naphthol, and 1,3-dimethylbarbituric acid under solvent-free conditions to afford the corresponding 8,10-dimethyl-12-aryl-12H-naphtho[1′,2′5,6]pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidine-9,11-diones in good yields with high selectivity. The use of readily available iodine makes this method very simple, convenient, and cost-effective.  相似文献

A new and practical method has been developed for the synthesis of 2,4-disubstituted quinolines via one-pot three-component reaction of o-amino arylketones, aldehydes and ammonium acetate in high yields by using DDQ in CH3CN under mild conditions. Sixteen 5-unsubstituted-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones have been synthesized by microwave-assisted Biginelli reactions in a short and concise manner employing ZnI2 as a catalyst under solvent-free conditions. All products were identified by IR, NMR, elemental analysis and HRMS. The advantages of this novel protocol include the excellent yield, operational simplicity, short time and the avoidance of the use of organic solvents and expensive catalysts.  相似文献

Abstract

A sustainable one-pot three-component synthesis of novel 1H-pyrazolo[1,2-a]pyridazine-2-carbonitrile derivatives employing a highly efficient, biodegradable, and recyclable choline hydroxide catalyst under solvent-free conditions is demonstrated. The salient features of this protocol are simple workup, mild reaction conditions, short reaction time (10?min), excellent yields (up to 97%), high atom economy, column chromatography-free protocol, and eco-friendliness. Interestingly, the choline hydroxide was recycled up to five cycles without any considerable loss of efficiency. The structures of the products were deduced by their 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRLC-MS spectra.  相似文献

An effective and concise electrophilic cyclization of 1,4-butynediols, 4-aminobut-2-yn-1-ols, pent-2-yne-1,5-diols, 2-propynolphenols and 2-propynolanilines with N-halo succinimides and trimethylsilyl halides opens a one-pot synthetic access to five- and six-membered dihalogenated heterocycles in moderate to good yields. A mild and efficient method was developed for preparation of amidoalkyl naphthols via one-pot three-component condensation of aldehydes with amides and 2-naphthol in the presence of polyethylene glycol (PEG)-based dicationic acidic ionic liquid as a powerful catalyst under solvent-free conditions.
