N-Benzylamides were debenzylated efficiently with 4 equiv. of p-TsOH in refluxing toluene. Good to quantitative yields of the desired primary amides were obtained within 2-4 h from a wide variety of N-2,4-dimethoxybenzylamides. N-4-Methoxylbenzyl amides and N-benzylamides were also debenzylated cleanly. In the case of N-2,4-dimethoxylbenzylamides, selective N-debenzylation was possible in the presence of N-Fmoc, N-t-BOC or N-trityl-protection. Protected amino acid amides survived these conditions without any detectable epimerization.  相似文献

New S-thiocarbamates possessing a 10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenzo[a,d]cycloheptene moiety were obtained unexpectedly in the process of preparing new O-thiocarbamates starting from 5-dibenzosuberol (10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenzo[a,d]cyclohepten-5-ol) and aroyl-isothiocyanates. These compounds were obtained via a benzylic Newman–Kwart rearrangement mechanism. The structures of the new thiocarbamates were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, and NMR spectroscopy and by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Novel 4,7-dihetarylpyrazolo[1,5-a][1,3,5]triazines were synthesized from three different approaches. The first one, involved a one-step reaction between 5-amino-3-hetaryl-1H-pyrazoles and O,S-diethyl hetaroylimidothiocarbonates or S,S-diethyl hetaroylimidodithiocarbonates under solvent-free conditions employing microwave irradiation as the energy source. In the second approach, conventional heating under reflux in DMF as solvent was used instead of the microwave irradiation; and the third one was achieved from a two-step sequence through the treatment of 5-amino-3-hetaryl-1H-pyrazoles with hetaroyl isothiocyanates and the subsequent S-alkylation and cyclization process in DMF as solvent. Some intermediates were isolated and characterized to support the regiochemistry of the studied reactions. The structures of the new compounds were unambiguously established by spectroscopic and analytical techniques.  相似文献

Root chemicals and DNA sequences were analyzed for Ligularialamarum samples collected in Yunnan and Sichuan Provinces of China and the relationship between the plant and Ligulariasubspicata, its taxonomically closest species, was examined. Both species produce furanoeremophilanes and eremophilan-8-one derivatives as the major components. Eleven new compounds, including a new seco-bakkane compound, were isolated. The two species were found to harbor overlapping intra-specific diversities with respect to the chemicals and the DNA sequences.  相似文献

N-Methyl-, N-n-butyl-, N-t-butylperfluoroarylamines undergo nitrosation with nitrous acid to give the corresponding N-nitroso derivatives. Perfluoroaryl groups were selected from the benzene, indane, biphenyl, naphthalene and pyridine series. According to 1H and 19F NMR spectra, N-nitroso-N-methyl derivatives of polyfluoroarenes consist of E and Z isomers with the former prevailing. The more bulky n-butyl group promotes an increase in the formation of Z isomers. Only Z isomers have been obtained from N-t-butyl derivatives of perfluorinated 4-toluidine and 4-aminopyridine. The structure of the Z isomer of N-nitroso-N-methylperfluoro-4-toluidine is confirmed by X-ray data.  相似文献

Conformational analyses of bicyclo[m.m.m]alkanes where m=1-10 and of bicyclo[8.8.n]alkanes where n=1-7 bearing methyl groups on the bridgeheads were carried out using a Monte Carlo search strategy. In the bicyclo[m.m.m]alkane series, greater variability was observed for the inter-bridgehead distance for larger values of m. This suggests that properly substituted bicyclo[8.8.8]hexacosanes or larger ring systems might serve as molecular springs.  相似文献

Two novel tricyclic diterpenoids rubescensins U (1) and V (2) were isolated from the leaves of Isodon rubescens var. taihangensis. They were elucidated as a 8,15-seco-ent-kauranoid and an ent-abietanoid, respectively, by 1D and 2D NMR spectra, and single crystal X-ray analysis. Compound 1 is the first example of an 8,15-seco-ent-kaurane from the plants genus Isodon. A discussion of their biogenesis is described.  相似文献

Castanolide (1) and epi-castanolide (2), two novel diterpenoids possessing a unique seco-norabietane skeleton, were isolated from Salviacastanea Diels f. pubescens Stib. Their structures and relative stereochemistry were elucidated by extensive NMR analysis and confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. Three new sesquiterpenoids, a new unusual dimeric eudesmanolide, bialantolactone, a new nor-eudesmanolide, trinoralantolactone, and a new seco-guaiene, 7S,1(10)Z-4,5-seco-guaia-1(10),11-diene-4,5-dioxo, together with 13 known sesquiterpenoids, were isolated from the roots of Inula helenium. Their structures were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic analyses. The absolute configurations of bialantolactone and 7S,1(10)Z-4,5-seco-guaia-1(10),11-diene-4,5-dioxo were defined via the experimental and computational optical rotation and CD data. The plausible biosynthetic pathways to bialantolactone and 7S,1(10)Z-4,5-seco-guaia-1(10),11-diene-4,5-dioxo are discussed. 16 compounds were evaluated for their anti-bacterial activities against six bacteria.  相似文献

seco-Iso-cyclopropylfurano[e]indoline-trimethoxyindole 1 and seco-cyclopropylfurano[f]quinoline-trimethoxyindole 2 are potent cytotoxic agents. Previous synthesis of these compounds was inefficient and the approach required separation of a mixture containing the isomeric indoline and quinoline intermediates 11 and 12, formed from radical cyclization of allylic bromide 10. Reported herein is an efficient and selective synthesis of either intermediate 11 or 12, thus product 1 or 2, as needed. The conditions of the Stobbe condensation, bromination, 5-exo-trig radical cyclization, amine-carboxylic acid coupling, and debenzylation were optimized for multi gram scale. As a result, the reaction times were shortened, the products were readily isolated, and the yields and purity improved.  相似文献

A general method has been developed for the synthesis of oligosaccharides consisting of (1→2)- and (1→3)-linked rhamnans with GlcNAc side chains. As examples, highly effective and convergent syntheses of two decasaccharides in the O polysaccharide moiety of the lipopolysaccharide of the phytopathogenic bacterium Pseudomonas syringae pv. ribicola NCPPB 1010 were achieved. The two decasaccharides consist of O polysaccharide repeating units I+II and II+I, respectively. Allyl 3-O-acetyl-4-O-benzoyl-α-l-rhamnopyranoside, allyl 2-O-benzoyl-3-O-chloroacetyl-α-l-rhamnopyranoside, 2,4-di-O-benzoyl-3-O-chloroacetyl-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl trichloroacetimidate, and 3-O-acetyl-2,4-di-O-benzoyl-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl trichloroacetimidate, which were obtained by highly regioselective 3-O-acylations, were used as the key synthons to obtain the required α-(1→2)- and α-(1→3)-linked rhamnoocta saccharide acceptors with 33- and 37-free hydroxyl groups. Therefore, several disaccharides were synthesized, from which tetrasaccharides and hexasaccharides were then synthesized. Coupling of the hexasaccharide donors with the disaccharide acceptors gave the octasaccharide acceptors. Finally, the coupling of 3,4,6-tri-O-acetyl-2-deoxy-2-phthalimido-β-d-glucopyranosyl trichloroacetimidate with the octasaccharide acceptors, followed by deprotection, afforded the two target decasaccharides. A repeating hexasaccharide unit of the cell wall polysaccharide of β-hemolytic Streptococci Group A was also synthesized in a similar way.  相似文献

Antifouling biocides used in boat paints were analyzed with a battery of toxicity bioassays to evaluate the toxic effects of these compounds on Vibrio fischeri, Daphnia magna and Selenastrum capricornotum. The antifoulants tested were Irgarol 1051, Kathon 5287, chlorothalonil, diuron, dichlofluanid, 2-thiocyanomethylthiobenzothiazole (TCMTB) and tributyltin (TBT). In most cases, the sensitivity of the organisms towards the toxicants followed the order: S. capricornotum > D. magna > V. fischeri. Toxicity by concentration level had the following order: TBT=Kathon 5287>chlorothalonil>Irgarol 1051>diuron>dichlofluanid>TCMTB for S. capricornotum. For D. magna (48 h test), the toxicity order of compounds was TBT>Kathon 5287>chlorothalonil>TCMTB>dichlofluanid>Irgarol 1051>diuron. For V. fischeri (30 min test), the compound toxicity had the following order: Kathon 5287>TBT>TCMTB>dichlofluanid>Irgarol 1051>chlorothalonil.Degradation products of Irgarol 1051 and diuron were also tested. Degradation product of Irgarol 1051 was found to be less toxic to the crustacean and the microalga but more toxic to the bacterium. Degradation products of diuron were less toxic to the microalga in comparison with the bacterium. For mixtures of compound, toxicities were additive in only 33% of the cases and 21% of mixtures were less toxic than expected based on the sum of concentrations of toxicants (antagonistic effect). Synergistic enhancements of toxicity were observed for a majority (46%) of the mixtures.The average reproducibility of the EC50 and LOEC measurements was 27, 24 and 28%, respectively, in the V. fischeri, S. capricornotum and D. magna bioassays. For single compound, the reproducibility of EC50 was better than ±20% for a vast majority of the measurements with the V. fischeri system, thus agreeing closely with the reported reproducibility values for this relatively well-known assay.  相似文献

Cytosporones O, P and Q, together with the known compounds cytosporones B, C, D, E and dothiorelones A, B, C, and H were isolated from the ascomycete fungus Cytospora sp. during a chemotaxonomic study of fungal endophytes belonging to the related genera Cytospora and Phomopsis from Brazil. The structures were determined by NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. With exception of cytosporones D, E, Q, and dothiorelone B, all compounds were consistently detected in the metabolite profiles of eight Cytospora isolates investigated; and were also produced by a distinct chemotype of Phomopsis.  相似文献

The known cholinesterase inhibitory capability of the Amarylidaceae alkaloid galanthamine prompted preparation of analogs in which the position of the nitrogen within the azepine ring is altered. The analogs 6H-benzofuro[3a,3,2-e,f][1]benzazepine and 6H-benzofuro[3a,3,2-e,f][3]benzazepine were prepared in 19 and 2.5%, respectively, following Kametani and Shimizu approaches, respectively. The aniline derivative 6H-benzofuro[3a,3,2-e,f][1]benzazepine failed to undergo most of the reactions typical for galanthamine. Thus, it neither oxidized to the analogous narwedine, nor epimerized to the analogous epigalanthamine, nor reduced to the lycoramine analog, under the conditions used for galanthamine.  相似文献

A new phenylpropanoid and two new diterpenes were isolated from the leaves of the plant Mikania laevigata Shultz Bip. ex Baker. The structures of these compounds were established by 1D- and 2D-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopic techniques and mass spectrometry data. Taraxerol, lupeol, coumarin, syringaldehyde, trans-melilotoside, cis-melilotoside, adenosine, patuletin 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, kaempferol 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, quercetin 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, methyl 3,5-di-O-caffeoyl quinate, and 3,3′,5-trihydroxy-4′,6,7-trimethoxyflavone were isolated too. In addition, the compounds dihydrocoumarin, spathulenol, caryophyllene oxide, kaurenoic acid, beyerenoic acid, and lupeol acetate were identified by GC-MS.  相似文献

The aim of this paper was to demonstrate a fluorescence measurement method for rapid detection of two bacterial count by using water-soluble quantum dots (QDs) as a fluorescence marker, and spectrofluorometer acted as detection apparatus, while Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) were as detection target bacteria. Highly luminescent water-soluble CdSe QDs were first prepared by using thioglycolic acid (TGA) as a ligand, and were then covalently coupled with target bacteria. The bacterial cell images were obtained using fluorescence microscopy. Our results showed that CdSe QDs prepared in water phase were highly luminescent, stable, and successfully conjugated with E. coli and S. aureus. The fluorescence method could detect 102-107 CFU/mL total count of E. coli and S. aureus in 1-2 h and the low detection limit is 102 CFU/mL. A linear relationship of the fluorescence peak intensity and log total count of E. coli and S. aureus have been established using the equation Y = 118.68X − 141.75 (r = 0.9907).  相似文献

Fragments of the {2)-[α-d-Glcp-(1→3)]-α-l-Rhap-(1→2)-α-l-Rhap-(1→3)-[Ac→2]-α-l-Rhap-(1→3)-β-d-GlcpNAc-(1→}n ((E)ABAcCD)n polymer were synthesized. D(E)A, CD(E)A, AcCD(E)A were obtained according to a linear strategy, whereas BCD(E)A and BAcCD(E)A were derived from the condensation of appropriate BC and D(E)A building blocks. Oligosaccharides were synthesized as their propyl glycoside, relying on (i) the efficient trichloroacetimidate chemistry, (ii) a common EA allyl glycoside, and (iii) a 2-trichloroacetamido-d-glucopyranose precursor to residue D. Final Pd/C-mediated deprotection, run under a high pressure of hydrogen, ensured O-acetyl stability. All targets are parts of the O-antigen of Shigella flexneri 3a, a prevalent serotype. Non-O-acetylated oligosaccharides are shared by the S. flexneri serotype X O-antigen.  相似文献

A new xanthone, 1,8-dihydroxy-3-methoxy-6-methylxantone and a new polyketide derivative, (4R,5S,6E,8Z)-ethyl-4-((E)-but-1-enyl)-5-hydroxypentdeca-6,8-dienoate, together with 20 known secondary metabolites, including 2 steroids, 4 xanthones, 10 anthraquinones, 2 triterpenoids, 1 fatty ester, and (E)-eicos-14-enoic acid, were isolated from the leaves of Cassia obtusifolia. To the best of our knowledge, the last compound was isolated from a natural source for the first time. The structures of all the compounds were elucidated on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR experiments. Some of the compounds were tested against Salmonella typhi, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans ATCC 9002, and Candida tropicalis, they did not show any activity.  相似文献

Novel 1H,6H-pyranyl[4,3-c][2]benzopyrane-1,6-diones, meshimakobnol A and B, were isolated from natural Phellinus linteus fruit body.
