在氩气保护下,利用N-(正丁基)-N’(4-甲酰基苯氧戊基)-1.6,7,12-四-(4-叔丁基苯氧基)-3,4,9,10-苝酰亚胺和N-甲基甘氨酸产生的亚胺叶立德与富勒烯反应,合成了含富勒烯的苝化合物,用NMR、FT—IR、UV-Vis及TGA等方法对其结构和性能进行了表征和测试。研究结果表明此类化合物具有好的溶解性和高的热稳定性。  相似文献

以直线交叉法为依据,根据最小二乘原理,采用Matlab GUI工具设计了一款用于计算二元共聚合反应竞聚率的图形用户程序。与传统的求解竞聚率方法相比,该图形用户程序具有设计原理简单、计算快捷的特点;同时程序提供界面简洁、交互友好的数据输入平台,实用性强。实际应用表明:采用该款图形用户程序所测得的数据与微机动态搜索法、Tidwell-Mortimer法相近,而比采用斜率截距法计算竞聚率的最小差方和更小,并且也避免了采用斜率截距法由于所用方程的非对称性造成的计算结果的不一致性。  相似文献

通过对5种氨基酸酯化和氨基保护得到苄氧羰基氨基酸甲酯, 经肼解制备苄氧羰基氨基酸酰肼, 然后分别与3种不同的糖基异硫氰酸酯反应, 制备了相应的目标化合物15个, 且产率均在60%以上. 所有新化合物均经元素分析, IR, MS和1H NMR确证. 同时探索了苄氧羰基氨基酸甲酯肼解的最佳反应条件.  相似文献

Maillard反应产物由于其天然性和独特的香味,使其在食品和烟草领域的应用倍受关注.目前,对Maillard反应产物中的小分子化合物的研究已经比较透彻,但是高分子产物的结构及形成机理尚不清楚.虽然Maillard高分子产物及其复杂,但人们通过膜透析、凝胶柱层析等分离方法,对其提纯分级后,再运用凝胶渗透色谱、元素分析、放射性同位素标记、紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振(NMR)、热裂解等分析手段对其进行表征,对Maillard高分子产物的结构和形成机理有了一定的了解.本文对Maillard反应的高分子产物的分离提纯方法、分析表征方法和分子结构的假设模型三方面的研究进展进行了综述.  相似文献

Based on the development prospect of cosmetics industry, the advantage of light industry characteristic and the foundation of applied chemistry in Jiangnan University, a systematic upgrading of applied chemistry was carried out through "emerging engineering education (3E)" project "upgrade and practice of chemistry-related majors of local and/or trade university responding to the social developments" supported by the Ministry of Education. On the basis of investigation and analysis, the orientation and training goal of applied chemistry were updated first, and then the curriculum system was determined and the curriculum construction is strengthened, so as to achieve more distinctive characteristics, more solid foundation and more comprehensive quality. In view of the new requirements of the 3E for talent training, some practices have been formed in the aspects of multi-disciplinary integration, multi-angle coordination and close integration to industry. Contributing the development of cosmetics industry and seizing the commanding point of science and technology from the perspective of talent training, will play a unique role in human social progress.  相似文献

The education characters of emerging engineering education (3E) is summarized. The necessary for reform and construction of new chemistry-related majors based on the ideal of 3E is discussed. The main ideas and ways proposed and the main research progresses made by the Instructional Committee of Chemistry Majors, Mistry of Education are briefly introduced with emphasis on the setup of two new majors namely "Chemistry Metrology and Technology" and "Intelligent Molecular Engineering" and reform of "Energy Chemistry". Taking a typical local and industry-orientated applied chemistry major as an example with focusing on the major changes in the form and content of the petrochemical industry, the way to reform the core curriculum system and teaching contents is presented. Based on the changing tendency of refinement of the petrochemical industry, a complete curriculum system with distinctive industry characteristics is set up according to the principles of the emerging engineering education (3E) with several reasonable suggestions. A new model for the construction of a 3E major in chemistry-related majors is suggested. Owing to the rapid development of new technologies, new forms of business, new industries and the major national development strategies of "Maritime power strategy", the applied chemistry specialty of Qingdao University is reformed and upgraded according to emerging engineering education (3E) project and featured with "marine chemical industry and medicine". This paper explored "the classroom debates" in "nutrition chemistry" course. After evaluating the students' expectation in participating activities, the participating degree and their gains from the activity, it was found that the performance and gains from the "classroom debate" were influenced by provincial locations, genders and majors. The results showed that "the classroom debates" need to coordinate the students' speculative thinking ability, creative thinking, team playing, medical ethics and professional education as a whole. It is a powerful tool of talent development to reinforce the nation's power. For educating comprehensive talents, teaching of chemistry laboratory for undergraduate is of great significance. In the light of college chemistry experiment, we propose a teaching mode named "3 factors & 1 choice", that is teaching in accordance with majors, teaching in accordance with local condition, teaching in accordance with general trends, and optional experiments.
